In this work, we synthesized a new two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(1,4-NDC)(L)](1), by using mixed 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid(1,4-H_2NDC) and typical chelating N-donor ligands 2-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline ligand(L). Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P_21/n with a = 12.936(5), b = 15.245(5), c = 13.499(5) ?, β = 105.456(5)o, V = 2565.9(16) ?~3, Z = 4, C_(31)H_(16)CdClFN_4O_4, M_r = 675.33, D_c = 1.748 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1344, μ(MoKa) = 1.011 mm~(-1), R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0926. In 1, each 1,4-NDC anion bridges three adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to give a two-dimensional layer structure. The L ligands are attached on both sides of the layer in chelating coordination modes. In addition, the N–H···O hydrogen bond between L and 1,4-NDC further stabilizes the layer structure of 1. Moreover, the solid state luminescent property of 1 was also investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

The title Zn(II) coordination polymer {[Zn_2(BTC)(HBTC)(dpa)(Hdpa)]·3H_2O}_n(1,H_3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid,dpa = 4,4?-dipyridylamine),has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,IR spectroscopy and Fluorescence spectroscopy.Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,a = 9.9415(4),b = 13.5859(8),c = 15.2987(5) ?,α = 96.301(4),β = 107.944(3),γ = 103.575(4)°,V = 1873.48(14) ?~3,Z = 2,μ = 1.365 mm~(-1),Dc = 1.672 g/cm~3,Mr = 943.44,F(000) = 964,the final R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0710 with I 2σ(I).Complex 1 displays a two-dimensional bilayer coordination polymer.Complex 1 shows fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new 1D Cd(II) coordination polymer, [Cd(H2biim)2(SO4)]n·3n H2O(1, H2 biim = 2,2'-H2biimidazole), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.8405(14), b = 17.792(4), c = 14.987(3) A, β = 92.68(3), V = 1822.1(6) A3, Z = 4, C12H18 Cd N8O7S, Mr = 530.80, Dc = 1.935 g/cm3, F(000) = 1064, μ(Mo Ka) = 1.371 mm-1, R = 0.0280 and w R = 0.0617. In 1, adjacent Cd(II) atoms are bridged by sulfate anions in bidentate modes to yield a 1D chain. H2 biim ligands are located on both sides of the chain in chelating bidentate modes. Further, the H2 biim ligands from neighboring chains are paired through π-π interactions to generate a supramolecular layer, which is stabilized by the complicated N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds. In addition, thermal behavior and luminescent property of 1 have been investigated.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The title compound, [Zn(AIP)(4,4-bipy)0.5(H2O)]n·0.75nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2 with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2AIP) and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.672(1), b = 7.6557(4), c = 16.181(1) (A),β = 109.187(2)o, V = 1482.6(2) (A)3, Z = 1, C52H52N8O23Zn4, Mr = 1418.58, Dc = 1.589 g/cm3, F(000) = 724 and μ(MoKα) = 1.685mm-1. The final R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1524 for 1847 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0873 and wR = 0.1664 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 2D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel.  相似文献

A new complex [Cu(L)(1,10-phen)]n(1, L = N-3-pyridine sulfonyl amino acid) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.481(2), b = 18.094(4), c = 8.5198(17) , β = 102.26(3)°,V = 1729.5(6) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, F(000) = 932, μ = 1.422 mm-1, R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.0893. In 1, the Cu(Ⅱ) ion adopts a slightly distorted five-coordinated square pyramidal geometry. The L2- ligand adopts O of the carboxyl bridging adjacent Cu(Ⅱ) units to form an infinite chain structure along the c axis. Also, π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent chains expanded the 1-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(2,5-pdch)(H2O)]n·2n(ClO4)·nH2O (2,5-pdch = pyridine-2,5-dicarbohydrazide), was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.905(2), b = 11.602(1), c = 15.034(2) A, β = 117.794 (10°, V = 1682.8(4A3, Z = 4, C7H13CdCl2NsO12, Mr = 542.52, Dc = 2.141 g/cm^3,/μ = 1.691 mm^-1, F(000) = 1072, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A, the final R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1329 for 2972 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the Cd(Ⅱ) atom displays a distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three different 2,5-pdch ligands, and one water molecule. Interestingly, each two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two carbohydrazide groups of the 2,5-pdch ligands to form a dimeric unit, and such dimeric units are further connected by the 2,5-pdch ligand to generate a two-dimensional (4,4)-network.  相似文献

A new coordination complex [Cd2(ip)2(bpp)]n(1, H2 ip = isophthalic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis-(4-pyridyl) propane) has been synthesized and structurally characterized. Crystal data for the title complex are as follows: triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.6724(6), b = 10.2243(6), c = 14.8205(9) ?, α = 88.927(5), β = 71.664(6), γ = 75.767(5)°, V = 1345.79(14) ?3, Mr = 751.29, Z = 2, F(000) = 740, Dc = 1.854 g/cm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.636 mm-1, R = 0.0259 and w R = 0.0623 for 4754 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray structure analysis reveals that complex 1 holds a 3D architecture based on α-Po primitive cubic units with the [Cd4(COO)8] units treated as 6-connected nodes. Solid-state properties for 1, such as infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermal stability and luminescent property, have also been investigated.  相似文献

A new 2D Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(HIDC)(bix)0.5]n(1) was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnCl2,imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid(H3IDC) and 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene(bix) with a 2:2:1 mole ratio.X-ray diffraction crystal structural analysis reveals it crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 12.125(3),b = 10.541(3),c = 12.484(3) ,β = 115.834(4)°,V = 1436.0(6) 3,Mr = 338.60,Z = 4,Dc = 1.566 Mg·m-3,F(000) = 684,μ(MoKα) = 1.730 mm-1,the final R = 0.0439 and wR = 0.0888 for 2101 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I).In 1,each zinc(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a slightly distorted trigonal bipy-ramidal coordination geometry,and each μ2-HIDC2-acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring Zn(Ⅱ) ions,leading to a 1D zigzag chain architecture.The adjacent zigzag chains are further linked by μ2-bix to form an infinite 2D network structure.The fluorescence spectrum of 1 exhibits intense emission at 466 nm when excited at 397 nm in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In this work, we synthesized a new Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(L)(cmb)H_2O]· H_2O(1), by using mixed 2-(carboxymethoxy)benzoic acid(H2 cmb) and typical chelating N-donor ligands 2-(2-fluoro-6-fluorophenyl)-1 H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline ligand(L). 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 17.6150(8), b = 9.7811(4), c = 18.1603(8) ?, β = 118.9150(10)o, V = 2738.9(2) ?~3, Z = 4, C28 H20 CdF2 N4 O7, Mr = 674.88, Dc = 1.637 g/cm3, F(000) = 1352, μ(Mo Ka) = 0.865 mm–1, R = 0.0643 and w R = 0.1976. In 1, the cmb2– anions link neighboring Cd(Ⅱ) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the b axis. The L ligands are attached on one side of the chain through chelating the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms, and are stacked with those of an adjacent chain through π-π interactions to generate a one-dimensional double-chain structure. Furthermore, the one-dimensional double-chains are stacked by C–H???π interactions between the carbon atom of L ligand and the benzene ring of cmb2–ligand to give a layer structure. A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Zn(4-PP)(1,4-BDC)?(H_2O)]_n(1, 4-PP = 4-(1 H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine, 1,4-H_2BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as elemental analysis, IR spectra, XRPD and TG. Structural analysis reveals that Zn(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by COO-from 1,4-BDC~(2-)to form a binuclear structure as the second building units(SBUs). Zn_2 clusters can be clarified as 4-connected nodes, so the framework of 1 can be considered as a 2 D(44?62)-sql sheet. Fluorescence measurements show that 1 has highly selective and sensitive detection of Fe~(3+) in water medium.  相似文献

Under solvothermal conditions, a new trinuclear Zn(II) complex, [Zn3(bpdc)3(DPNDI)]· 3NMF(1, H2 bpdc = biphenyl-4,4-dicarboxylate, N,N-di(4-pyridyl)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxydiimide(DPNDI) and NMF = N-methylformamide), has been synthesized with mixed organic ligands. Complex 1 is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 11.167(5), b = 14.806(5), c = 19.494(5) , V = 3154.6(19) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 1455.24, Dc =1.532 g/cm3, F(000) =1484 and μ = 1.212 mm1. The final refinement gave R = 0.0343 and w R = 0.0419 for 6209 reflections with I 2(I). Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that complex 1 features a 3D structure based on the trinuclear Zn(II) units. Complex 1 shows three-fold interpenetrating hex topology. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_(1/c) with a = 19.41(2), b = 11.078(12), c = 20.09(2) ?, β = 116.824(17)o, V = 3855(7) ?~3, Z = 4, C_(46)H_(28)CdN_8O_3, Mr = 853.17, Dc = 1.470 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1728, μ(Mo Ka) = 0.621 mm~(-1), R = 0.0338 and wR = 0.0890. 1 shows a one-dimensional(1 D) zigzag chain structure. The neighboring chains are extended into a two-dimensional(2 D) layer structure by π-π interactions between adjacent L ligands. In addition, Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by the B3LYP/LANL2DZ method in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results show the obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.1182(8), b = 11.3249(10), c = 12.7326(12) ?, α = 77.897(2), β = 81.644(2), γ = 84.491(2)°, V = 1269.0(2) ?~3, Z = 2, C_(27)H_(24)FN_4O_5Pb, M_r = 710.69, D_c = 1.860 g/cm~3, F(000) = 690, μ(MoKa) = 6.701 mm~(-1), R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0746. In 1, each 1,4-chdc anion bridges two neighboring Pb(Ⅱ) atoms in a bidentate chelating coordination mode to give a chain structure. The L ligands are attached on one side of the chain through chelating the Pb(Ⅱ) atoms, and are stacked with those of an adjacent chain through π-π interactions, yielding a layer structure. The O–H···O and N–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions further stabilize the supramolecular layer structure of 1. Moreover, solid state luminescent property of 1 was also studied.  相似文献

A new luminescent coordination polymer [Zn(tdc)(pbim)]n 1(tdc = 3,4-thiophenedicarboxylate, pbim = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1ˊ-yl)propane) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.4840(9), b = 16.4913(17), c = 14.9234(16) A, β = 95.8870(10)°, V = 2077.0(4) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 511.84, Dc = 1.637 Mg/m3, μ = 1.324 mm-1, F(000) = 1048, the final R = 0.0361 and w R = 0.0824 for 3656 observed reflections with I 2(I). Structural analyses reveal that 1 exhibits a onedimensional(1D) double chain, which is further connected into a two-dimensional(2D) supramolecular architecture by π-π stacking interactions. The results indicate that H2 tdc and pbim ligand are effective building blocks in constructing polymers with diverse architecture. Solid state properties for 1, such as infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermal stability and luminescent property, have also been investigated.  相似文献
