本文结合我们实验研究结果及国外最近的研究进展,对在绝缘基质的表面本征导电聚合物涂层的形成、结构和性能作了扼要的分析,指出了化学反应法中通过单体向整体聚合物表层扩散聚合形成的导电膜、界面的偶联作用和电荷转移作用等几种新近证实的原理,在加速导电聚合物涂层的应用中,具有重要意义。 相似文献

通过含有KI的聚乙二醇(PEG)与PET熔融共混制得导电聚合物,其在常温下电阻率可达到105Ω.cm左右,电阻率随温度升高而降低,具有离子导电的特性.通过FTIR、DSC和偏光显微镜研究其形态结构和热性能,结果表明该导电聚合物中PEG和PET主要是物理共混,晶区不相容,非晶区具有部分相容性,熔融降温发生相分离,KI/PEG形成连续的一相.该导电聚合物作为导电母粒与PET切片以不同的配比共混纺丝制备出颜色较浅的导电PET纤维.当纤维中导电母粒的质量分数超过10 wt%时,制得的导电纤维的电阻率为106Ω.cm左右,具有较好的耐水洗性.该导电纤维具有双连续相结构,连续的KI/PEG导电相因形成导电通路使纤维具有导电性能;连续的PET相使纤维基本保持PET纤维的力学性能. 相似文献

Water soluble conducting polyaniline with electrical conductivity of 10~(-1)-10~(-2) S/cm was prepared employingdopant induced water solubility technology. The water resistance of the conducting film was significantly improvedemploying sol-gel hybrids method, especially when the conductive polyaniline loading was below 30 wt%. The compositional and concentration dependence of luminescence of the (4)F(3/2)-->(4)I(J) (J=13/2, 11/2 and 9/2) transitions in four Nd(3+)-doped tellurite based glasses has been studied. The free-ion energy levels obtained for 60TeO(2)+39ZnO(2)+1.0Nd(2)O(3) (TZN10) glass have been analysed using the free-ion Hamiltonian model and compared with similar results obtained for Nd(3+):glass systems. The absorption spectrum of TZN10 glass has been analysed using the Judd-Ofelt theory. Relatively longer decay rates have been obtained for Nd(3+)-doped phosphotellurite glasses. The emission characteristics of the (4)F(3/2)-->(4)I(11/2) transition, of the Nd(3+):TZN10 glass, are found to be comparable to those obtained for Nd(3+):phosphate laser glasses. The non-exponential shape of the emission decay curves for the (4)F(3/2)-->(4)I(11/2) transition is attributed to the presence of energy transfer processes between the Nd(3+) ions. 相似文献

The “click” chemistry, Cu(I)-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition reaction, was applied to covalently functionalize the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) conducting polymer film with an excellent electron transfer mediator (ferrocene). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the ferrocene-grafted PEDOT conducting polymer film, and it was proved that the grafting procedure via click reaction had a high efficiency. The ferrocene groups covalently grafted in the polymer films turned out to own a relatively fast electron transfer rate and show multi-color states via adjusting applied potential. 相似文献

An ascorbic acid sensor was fabricated via the drop-casting of dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid (DBSA)-doped polyaniline nanoparticles onto a screen-printed carbon-paste electrode. The modified electrode was characterised with respect to the numbers of drop cast layers, optimum potential and operating pH. The sensor was found to be optimal at neutral pH and at 0 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Under these conditions, the sensor showed good selectivity and sensitivity in that it did not respond to a range of common interferents such as dopamine, acetaminophen, uric acid and citric acid, but was capable of the detection of ascorbic acid at a sensitivity of 0.76 μA mM−1 or 10.75 μA mM−1 cm−2 across a range from 0.5 to 8 mM (r2 = 0.996, n = 6), and a limit of detection of 8.3 μM (S/N = 3). The sensor was compared to a range of other conducting polymer-based ascorbate sensors and found to be comparable or superior in terms of analytical performance. 相似文献

Abstract Electrically conducting polypyrrole grafts with poly[(methyl meth-acrylate)-co-(2-(N-pyrrolyl) ethyl methacrylate)] (PMMA-co-PEMA) were synthesized by constant potential electrolysis.
