为了降低薄壁管状结构受轴向冲击时的初始峰值载荷,将diamond刚性折纸模型引入到薄壁管状结构的设计中.利用有限元分析方法,以方形截面为例,分析了diamond折纸管状结构的轴向冲击性能.结果表明:相比于传统方形薄壁管,diamond折纸管状结构具有较低的初始峰值载荷和更加平稳的变形过程.得出了diamond折纸管状结构按折纸预折形式变形的临界条件.分析了diamond折纸管状结构在轴向冲击载荷作用下,底角对初始峰值载荷和平均冲击载荷的影响.  相似文献

当圆柱壳承受径向脉冲载荷时,如果其径厚比大于一特定值,圆柱壳将产生弹性动力屈曲.本文根据有关实验结果,假定变形模态,采用Lagrange方法分析了有限长薄圆柱壳(a/h=480)在余弦冲击载荷作用下的弹性脉冲动力屈曲.导出了动力屈曲方程组,借助数值方法求解方程,并与有关计算结果进行了比较.  相似文献

为了研究碳纤维不锈钢层板的冲击动态响应以及热载荷条件下的冲击性能,采用ABAQUS/Explicit,编写基于复合材料渐进损伤用户子程序VUMAT;引入Johnson-Cook模型,仿真计算了碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料-SS304不锈钢层板热载条件下冲击动态响应过程;分析了其冲击动态响应及渐进损伤,着重讨论了热载荷条件对碳纤维金属层板的冲击能量吸收、接触力等抗冲击性能及失效模式的影响.结果显示,高速冲击载荷作用下,纤维层的脆性断裂、金属层的塑性变形以及纤维层与金属层之间的脱层是碳纤维不锈钢层板的主要失效形式.热载荷的存在直接影响了冲头的接触力,随环境温度升高,接触力总体上降低,子弹的速度衰减越慢,剩余速度增大.结果表明,热载荷降低了纤维金属板的冲击动能吸收特性,弱化了碳纤维金属板的抗冲击性能.无论是纤维金属层板的整体破坏,还是纤维失效、基体失效和脱层失效,热载荷都产生了重要影响.  相似文献

考虑加固层中纤维增强聚合物布(FRP布)拉伸与压缩时的不同弹性模量,基于梁大挠度变形假定,首先建立了FRP加固细长木梁大挠度弯曲的一般数学模型,给出了考虑梁弯曲二阶效应的非线性控制方程.其次,研究了FRP布加固细长简支木柱的非线性稳定性问题,得到了FRP加固简支木柱的临界载荷公式.理论证明了其过屈曲解的存在性,并利用摄动法,得到了临界载荷附近过屈曲状态的渐近解析解.进行了参数分析,结果表明:FRP加固层对临界载荷有显著的影响,而对其无量纲过屈曲状态影响较小.  相似文献

为了研究柔性纤维织布的抗爆性能,通过数值模拟的方法对芳纶纤维织布在爆炸冲击下的响应与失效行为进行了分析。对国产芳纶纤维织布H1000D-AP220进行了力学性能试验,建立了柔性平纹织布的本构模型和爆炸冲击数值分析模型,对不同厚度不同铺层角度织布进行了爆炸冲击数值分析,获得了织布在不同爆炸载荷下的动态响应和失效模式。结果表明,织布在爆炸冲击载荷下主要表现为中心撕裂破孔和简支边界处拉伸撕裂2种典型的失效模式,并伴有明显褶皱,宽度方向出现织布向内侧收缩翻转现象;相比于中间层织布,迎爆面和背爆面吸能较多;在计算分析中改变了织布的层叠角度,获得了更好的抗爆效果。  相似文献

This paper explores the nonlinear stability mechanism of the functionally graded porous (FGP) arch reinforced by graphene nanocomposites. Both the pores and the nanocomposites are distributed symmetrically to the mid-surface of the arch but not uniformly in the cross-section so that the bending stiffness can be best improved. The arch is confined in an elastic medium with a radially-pointed concentrated load at the crown position. The confinement of the medium results in a symmetrical deformed shape of the arch, which can be described by an admissible displacement function. Associated with the thin-walled arch theory and the principle of minimum potential energy, analytical predictions are obtained to express the critical buckling load, as well as the hoop force and bending moment. Subsequently, a numerical model is developed to simulate the medium and the arch in ABAQUS software. By introducing the modified arc-length method, the equilibrium paths of the encased arch are traced. After comparison in terms of the critical buckling load and the equilibrium paths, it is found the numerical results are in good accordance with the analytical solutions. Finally, particular attention is paid to the parameters that may impact the buckling load, such as the porosity coefficient, the weight fraction, the central angle, the geometry of the Graphene platelets (GPLs) et al.  相似文献

The problem of static stability during axial compression of an orthotropic cylindrical shell reinforced by a continuous filler is solved. The filler is considered to be a three-dimensional isotropic linear-viscoelastic body, fixed at its outer surface to the shell. Transverse shear in the shell is taken into account. The loss of stability of the structure is related to the time-dependent development of initial defects, following application of a load, which is smaller than the instant critical load.  相似文献

Loss of stability under uniaxial tension in an infinite plate with a circular inclusion made of another material is analyzed. The influence exerted by the elastic modulus of the inclusion on the critical load is examined. The minimum eigenvalue corresponding to the first critical load is found by applying the variational principle. The computations are performed in Maple and are compared with results obtained with the finite element method in ANSYS 13.1. The computations show that the instability modes are different when the inclusion is softer than the plate and when the inclusion is stiffer than the plate. As the Young’s modulus of the inclusion approaches that of the plate, the critical load increases substantially. When these moduli coincide, stability loss is not possible.  相似文献

An elastic column subjected to a follower load loses stability, as the load increases, through undamped oscillations around its equilibrium position (flutter). For a column with fixed volume and varying but similar cross section, the existence of a critical load is shown rigorously. The necessary conditions for making the critical load and the fundamental frequency of the column stationary with respect to variations in the column shape are derived. In this paper, we investigate multi-class multi-server queueing systems with global FCFS policy, i.e., where customers requiring different types of service—provided by distinct servers—are accommodated in one common FCFS queue. In such scenarios, customers of one class (i.e., requiring a given type of service) may be hindered by customers of other classes. The purpose of this paper is twofold: to gain (qualitative and quantitative) insight into the impact of (i) the global FCFS policy and (ii) the relative distribution of the load amongst the customer classes, on the system performance. We therefore develop and analyze an appropriate discrete-time queueing model with general independent arrivals, two (independent) customer classes and two class-specific servers. We study the stability of the system and derive the system-content distribution at random slot boundaries; we also obtain mean values of the system content and the customer delay, both globally and for each class individually. We then extensively compare these results with those obtained for an analogous system without global FCFS policy (i.e., with individual queues for the two servers). We demonstrate that global FCFS, as well as the relative distribution of the load over the two customer classes, may have a major impact on the system performance.  相似文献

The rotation of an elastic manipulator arm about one of its ends in the horizontal plane is investigated. A load is attached to the other end. The motion is effected by an electric motor. The control is constructed in the form of linear feedback on the position of the load, its velocity, and the angular velocity of the arm. The stability of the control process is investigated. It is shown that when there are no viscous damping forces proportional to the angular velocity of the arm, load position and velocity feedback leads to undamped oscillations of the system and the desired equilibrium position is not stabilized. Asymptotic stability domains in the feedback coefficient space when viscous damping is present are constructed. Comparison shows these domains to be smaller than corresponding domains for a completely rigid body.  相似文献

Two mathematical models are presented which yield some mechanical aspects of this elastoplastic plate bending. The frist model proves insufficient if the classical Sobolev space framework is kept up. With the second model, an existence result for the transverse displacement problem formulation is obtained when the load does not exceed a specific critical value. The study of the stability problem leads to differentiation of a projector on a closed convex set, which is a difficult question; nevertheless, a hypothesis of regularity of the solution of some plasticity problem is introduced, and the existence of a critical load under which there is stability in Some sense is shown.  相似文献
