研究了一种基于光纤三波长激光自混合干涉的绝对距离测量系统.系统中的光纤激光器包含三个独立的激光谐振腔,每个激光谐振腔都有作为增益介质的掺铒光纤,三个激光谐振腔利用光纤光栅作为反射镜及波长选择元件,光纤激光器能同时发出无模竞争的频率和功率都稳定的三波长激光.利用三波长激光的自混合干涉,以及干涉信号的相位小数重合方法,实现绝对距离测量.为实现绝对距离测量,三个波长中两相邻波长间距应为相等.实验中,两相邻波长间距约为10nm.系统对公称高度为11mm修正值不大于2.7μm的台阶高度进行测量,测量结果为11.000 059mm.对13.000 090mm绝对距离重复测量20次的标准差为4.4nm. 相似文献

为了获得1064nm,1319nm,589nm及660nm4波长激光同时输出,设计了双激光晶体同步声光调Q“T”型复合谐振腔。通过软件模拟与计算,筛选出理想的谐振腔参数,使2波长基频光在大泵浦电流范围内能稳定运转。以KTP晶体和LBO晶体为和频晶体和倍频晶体,在泵浦电流为17A,重复频率为10kHz时,获得了1064nm,1319nm,589nm和660nm4波长激光输出,最高平均功率分别为150mW,80mW,2.3W和1.7W,同时测得589nm激光和660nm激光的脉冲宽度分别为110ns和130ns。结果表明:使用热稳“T”型复合腔,可以获得4波长激光同时稳定输出。 相似文献

研究了激光二极管抽运的可调频差的双频固体激光器,激光增益介质为2mm厚的1at%掺杂Nd:YAG薄片.对谐振腔产生稳定双频激光的条件作了分析,用琼斯矩阵计算了谐振腔内各处电场矢量的偏振态,证明了双频激光两个电场矢量偏振态之间总是正交的.两个偏振激光频率间隔由改变λ/4波片快轴之间的夹角实现调谐.实验中使用腔内标准具实现单频运转,然后插入双λ/4波片使单纵模激光频率分裂,实现了激光器的双频输出.实验中得到双频激光稳定运转时频差的上限约为1.3GHz;由于强模竞争现象的存在,实验中所观察到的频差下限为50MHz. 100MHz拍频时得到的双频激光输出功率为85mW.

We propose and demonstrate the wave front correction of a vortex laser beam by using dual phase only liquid crystal spatial light modulators (LC-SLMs) and a stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm. One phase only LC-SLM is used to generate vortex laser beam by loading spiral phase screen onto the wave front of input quasi-Gaussian beam. The other phase only LC-SLM under SPGD controller based on the subzone control method adaptively compensates the wave front of vortex laser beam. Numerical simulation and experimental results show that after correction, vortex doughnut like beam is focused into a beam with airy disk pattern distribution in the far field. The adaptive corrections of vortex laser beam with different optical topological charges are studied. The results show that the optical topological charge has little influence on adaptive correction. The powers in the main lobe of far field intensity distributions of vortex laser beams with different optical topological charges are all greatly improved by adaptive correction. The technique proposed in this paper can be used in optical communication, relay mirror and atmospheric turbulence correction. 相似文献

A theory of excitation of ultrasonic waves in the stimulated Brillouin
scattering (SBS) process is presented in this paper. By using several
reasonable approximations, a numerical calculation of the transient
longitudinal SBS shows that large amplitude of acoustic waves can be built
up by the nanosecond pulse of high-power laser, which may result in the
damage of optical glasses. The maximal density change and the maximal
acoustic wave intensity in optical glasses of 5\,cm in thickness are
calculated by using different parameters of the high-energy laser, such as
the intensity, the pulse width, and the wave length. The damage threshold of
the optical glasses is about 80 GW/cm^{2} when using a 1064 nm laser. The
dynamic mechanism of SBS is the electrostriction effect of the components
coupling with the high-power laser. 相似文献

为了分析激光合束光学系统的成像质量,本文研究了激光合束光学系统的热耦合效应。借助光学设计软件建立激光合束系统模型,基于传热学理论,根据光学系统结构及流场条件参数建立气体流体模型。根据光线追迹法编写用户自定义函数,通过数值模拟定量研究了介质气体热效应引起的波像差系数。仿真分析了气体热效应在不同时间下对激光合束光学系统的影响。结果表明,受重力影响激光合束系统热效应的旋转对称性变得不再明显,随着温度升高呈现分层变化,且非均匀热效应以低阶像差为主。将波像差系数导入光学设计软件,可实现复杂光场与热场耦合传函的定量分析,波像差劣化0.3λ,传递函数下降0.1。 相似文献

A controllable optical delay line using a Brillouin optical fiber ring laser is demonstrated and a large timedelay is obtained by cascading two optical fiber segments. In experiment, a single-mode Brillouin opticalfiber ring laser is used to provide Stokes wave as probe wave. We achieve a maximum tunable time delayof 61 ns using two cascading optical fiber segments, about 1.5 times of the input probe pulse width of 40ns. In the meantime, a considerable pulse broadening is observed, which agrees well with the theoreticalprediction based on linear theory. 相似文献

Heterodyne optical feedback on a solid-state laser is experimentally investigated as an efficient tool to characterize coherently near-field evanescent waves. A well-known topography of evanescent field is obtained via a total internal reflection of the light beam emitted by a class B Yb:Er glass laser. A subwavelength size optical fiber tip is scanned to locally probe the resulting evanescent wave in the near field. After a frequency shifting using a pair of acousto-optic modulators, the collected light is optically reinjected to excite the relaxation oscillations of the laser. The resulting dynamical response simultaneously allows very sensitive measurements of the amplitude and the phase of the evanescent wave. Extension of these preliminary results to near-field optical microscopy is suggested and discussed. 相似文献

A detailed design of a picosecond laser oscillator is made by using optical resonance theory and semiconductor saturable absorber mirror continuous wave mode-locked technology. Mode parameters in the optical resonance including beam sizes on the laser crystal and mode locker are calculated. By theoretical calculations, 3.7 W output power is obtained at a pump power of 11 W and the optical to optical efficiency is 34% in the designed model of picosecond laser. Based on the detailed design, an experiment is proceeded and a picosecond laser oscillator of about 3.5 W output power with 10.6 W pump power is fabricated. The optical to optical efficiency of the laser is 33%, the pulse duration is about 20 ps, and the repetition rate is about 80.3 MHz. The oscillator presents long-term stability in the experiment. 相似文献

It is demonstrated that strong ultrafast modulation of a tunneling wave packet of the whispering-gallery-mode type can be implemented in a cylindrical optical waveguide exhibiting spatiotemporal inhomogeneity induced by a travelling refractive-index wave.
