惯性/水声单应答器距离组合导航方法为自主水下航行器(AUV)校准提供了一种新途径。针对惯性/水声单应答器距离组合导航系统,建立了AUV三维空间运动学模型,对单应答器距离变换位置非线性系统采用李导数方法进行了可观测性分析,设置了合理的载体航行轨迹,位置组合导航算法中采取了延时状态滤波方式实现了量测信息的同步更新。湖上实验表明,采用单应答器距离组合导航方法后,明显地抑制了INS/DVL导航误差的发散趋势,最大定位误差减小幅度约为19.2%,初步验证了惯性/水声单应答器距离组合导航方案的有效性,为解决AUV导航设备水下校准提供了可能。  相似文献

In this paper, the residual vibration control problem of a nuclear power plant’s fuel-transport system is discussed. The purpose of the system is to transport fuel rods to the target position within the minimum time. But according to observations, the rods oscillate at the end of the maneuver, causing an undesirable delay in the operation and affecting the system’s performance in terms both of productivity and of safety. In the present study, a mathematical model of the system was developed to simulate the under-water sway response of the rod while keeping in view the effects of the hydrodynamic forces imposed by the surrounding water. Experiments were performed to validate the model’s correctness. Further, simulation results were used to design the input shaping control that generates shaped velocity commands for transport of the fuel rods to the target position with the minimum residual vibration. It was observed that due to the under-water maneuvering, the fuel-handling system behaves as a highly damped process and that the generated shaped velocity commands fail to effect the desired suppression of the residual vibration. Therefore, keeping in view the highly damped nature of the system, a modified shaped command was generated that transported the fuel rods to the target position with the minimum residual vibration.  相似文献

In this paper, an optimal fuzzy sliding mode controller is used for tracking the position of robot manipulator, is presented. In the proposed control, initially by using inverse dynamic method, the known sections of a robot manipulator’s dynamic are eliminated. This elimination is done due to reduction over structured and unstructured uncertainties boundaries. In order to overcome against existing uncertainties for the tracking position of a robot manipulator, a classic sliding mode control is designed. The mathematical proof shows the closed-loop system in the presence of this controller has the global asymptotic stability. Then, by applying the rules that are obtained from the design of classic sliding mode control and TS fuzzy model, a fuzzy sliding mode control is designed that is free of undesirable phenomena of chattering. Eventually, by applying the PSO optimization algorithm, the existing membership functions are adjusted in the way that the error tracking robot manipulator position is converged toward zero. In order to illustrate the performance of the proposed controller, a two degree-of-freedom robot manipulator is used as the case study. The simulation results confirm desirable performance of optimal fuzzy sliding mode control.  相似文献

The paper proposes a solution to the problem of observer-based adaptive fuzzy control for MIMO nonlinear dynamical systems (e.g. robotic manipulators). An adaptive fuzzy controller is designed for a class of nonlinear systems, under the constraint that only the system’s output is measured and that the system’s model is unknown. The control algorithm aims at satisfying the $H_\infty $ tracking performance criterion, which means that the influence of the modeling errors and the external disturbances on the tracking error is attenuated to an arbitrary desirable level. After transforming the MIMO system into the canonical form, the resulting control inputs are shown to contain nonlinear elements which depend on the system’s parameters. The nonlinear terms which appear in the control inputs are approximated with the use of neuro-fuzzy networks. Moreover, since only the system’s output is measurable the complete state vector has to be reconstructed with the use of a state observer. It is shown that a suitable learning law can be defined for the aforementioned neuro-fuzzy approximators so as to preserve the closed-loop system stability. With the use of Lyapunov stability analysis, it is proven that the proposed observer-based adaptive fuzzy control scheme results in $H_{\infty }$ tracking performance.  相似文献

探究基座、臂、关节全柔性影响下空间机器人动力学模拟、运动控制及基座、臂、关节三重柔性振动主动抑制的问题, 设计了不基于系统模型信息的运动振动一体化输入受限重复学习控制算法. 将柔性基座与关节等效为线性弹簧与扭转弹簧, 柔性臂视为欧拉-伯努利梁模型, 利用拉格朗日方程与假设模态法建立动力学模型, 然后, 用奇异摄动理论将模型分解为包含刚性变量与臂柔性振动的慢变子系统, 包含基座、关节柔性振动的快变子系统, 并分别设计相应的子控制器, 构成了带关节柔性补偿的一体化控制算法. 针对慢变子系统, 提出输入受限重复学习控制算法, 由双曲正切函数, 饱和函数与重复学习项构成, 双曲正切函数与饱和函数实现输入力矩受限要求, 重复学习项补偿周期性系统误差, 以完成对基座姿态、关节铰周期轨迹的渐进稳定追踪. 然而, 为了同时抑制慢变子系统臂的柔性振动, 运用虚拟力的概念, 构造同时反映臂柔性振动与系统刚性运动的混合轨迹, 提出了基于虚拟力概念的输入受限重复学习控制器, 保证基座、关节轨迹精确追踪的同时, 对臂的柔性振动主动抑制. 针对快变子系统, 采用线性二次最优控制算法抑制基座与关节的柔性振动. 仿真结果表明: 控制器适用于一般柔性非线性系统, 满足输入力矩受限要求, 实现对周期信号的高精度追踪, 有效抑制基座、臂、关节的柔性振动, 证实算法的可行性.   相似文献

In this paper, an analytical solution based on a molecular mechanics model is developed to evaluate the mechanical properties of armchair and zigzag single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). Adopting the Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof (PBE) exchange correlation, the density functional theory (DFT) calculations are performed within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) to evaluate force constants used in the molecular mechanics model. After that, based on the principle of molecular mechanics, explicit expressions are proposed to obtain surface Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio and surface shear modulus of SWCNTs corresponding to both types of armchair and zigzag chiralities. Based on the DFT calculations, it is found that the flexural rigidity of graphene is independent of the type of chirality which indicates the isotropic characteristic of this material. Moreover, it is observed that for the all values of nanotube diameter, surface Young’s modulus for the armchair nanotube is more than that of zigzag nanotube. It is shown that the trend predicted by the present model is in good agreement with other models which confirms the validity as well as the accuracy of the present molecular mechanics model.  相似文献

Although many modeling approaches exist for analyzing the behavior of capacitive micro-machined ultrasonic transducers(CMUTs),the relation equation between the design parameters with input and output is still lacking.What there is can only be used to analyze the dynamic performance of CMUT indirectly and qualitatively,such as stiffness and sound pressure.A lumped-parameter theoretical model based on the dynamic theory is proposed in this paper.The relation equations between the design parameters with inputs and outputs are given.The results obtained by the proposed model agree well with those by finite element method(FEM)simulation.The dynamic and static behavior of CMUT can be clearly depicted,which is helpful for design and optimization iterations.This shows that the proposed model makes it easier to optimize the parameters of a CMUT with respect to output and bandwidth directly and to better understand the influence of each parameter.  相似文献

对中段多脉冲机动突防弹道的设计问题进行了研究。采用的原理与方法有别于成熟的航天器多脉冲变轨,而是基于路径规划的思想对弹道设计问题简化。考虑敌方防御系统延迟,改进多脉冲点火模型,并基于变射面的思想对关机点参数进行了设计及优化。然后,从使敌方预测误差最大的角度提出评价函数,并利用遗传算法进行优化。最后,给出了一种同时满足导弹机动突防与打击精度要求的多脉冲弹道设计方法。从模型的可行性,方法的有效性、灵活性、迭代效率及精度等方面进行了仿真验证分析。在PC机仿真中,20 s内就设计出一条保证打击精度的中段突防弹道。结果表明,建立的模型是可行的,提出的突防弹道设计方法是快速有效的。  相似文献

以单轴恒速偏频激光陀螺系统为研究对象,在分析IMU传感器误差的基础上,建立了合理有效的静基座初始对准滤波器模型。针对系统连续旋转运行的特性,提出了简洁适用的滤波器估计误差检验方法,利用自主设计的原理样机验证了恒速偏频技术的实际可行性,对滤波算法进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,初始对准滤波算法能够稳定有效地估计IMU传感器误差,且等效东陀螺漂移估计精度优于0.0004(°)/h,该系统具有很高的工程应用潜力。  相似文献

A control strategy combining feedforward control and feedback control is presented for the optimal deployment of a spacecraft solar array system with the initial state uncertainty. A dynamic equation of the spacecraft solar array system is established under the assumption that the initial linear momentum and angular momentum of the system are zero. In the design of feedforward control, the dissipation energy of each revolute joint is selected as the performance index of the system. A Legendre pseudospectral method (LPM) is used to transform the optimal control problem into a nonlinear programming problem. Then, a sequential quadratic programming algorithm is used to solve the nonlinear programming problem and offline generate the optimal reference trajectory of the system. In the design of feedback control, the dynamic equation is linearized along the reference trajectory in the presence of initial state errors. A trajectory tracking problem is converted to a two-point boundary value problem based on Pontryagin’s minimum principle. The LPM is used to discretize the two-point boundary value problem and transform it into a set of linear algebraic equations which can be easily calculated. Then, the closed-loop state feedback control law is designed based on the resulting optimal feedback control and achieves good performance in real time. Numerical simulations demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

A nonlinear adaptive (NA) controller in the task space is developed for the trajectory tracking of a 2-DOF redundantly actuated parallel manipulator. The dynamic model with nonlinear friction is established in the task space for the parallel manipulator, and the linear parameterization expression of the dynamic model is formulated. Based on the dynamic model, a new control law including adaptive dynamics compensation, adaptive friction compensation and error elimination items is designed. After defining a quadratic performance index, the parameter update law is derived with the gradient descent algorithm. The stability of the parallel manipulator system is proved by the Lyapunov theorem, and the convergence of the tracking error and the error rate is proved by the Barbalat’s lemma. The NA controller is implemented in the trajectory tracking experiments of an actual 2-DOF redundantly actuated parallel manipulator, and the experiment results are compared with the APD controller.  相似文献

The development of efficient Weigh In Motion (WIM) systems with the aim of estimating the axle loads of railway vehicles in motion is quite interesting both from an industrial and an academic point of view. This kind of systems is very important for safety and maintenance purposes in order to verify the loading conditions of a wide population of vehicles using a limited number of WIM devices distributed on the railway network. The evaluation of the axle load conditions is fundamental especially for freight wagons, more subjected to the risk of unbalanced loads which may be extremely dangerous both for the vehicle safety and the infrastructure maintenance. In this work the authors present the development, the simulation and the validation of an innovative WIM algorithm with the aim of estimating the axle loads $\widehat{N}$ of railway vehicles (the axle loads include the wheelset weights). The new estimation algorithm is a general purpose one; theoretically it could be applied by considering as input different kinds of track measurements (rail shear, rail bending, sleepers with sensors, etc.) and could be easily customized for different kinds of signals. In the paper a benchmark case based on rail bending measurements is proposed in which the longitudinal deformations ε xx measured on the rail foot through strain sensitive elements are used as input. The considered input is affected by noise and bandwidth limitations and, consequently, is a good benchmark to test the robustness of the new algorithm. To estimate the axle loads, the algorithm approximates the measured physical input through a set of elementary functions calculated by means of a single fictitious load moving on the track. Starting from the set of elementary functions, the measured signal is then reproduced through Least Square Optimization (LSO) techniques: in more detail, the measured signal is considered as a linear combination of the elementary functions, the coefficients of which are the axle loads to be estimated. Authors have also developed a physical model of the railway track. The model consists of the planar FEM (finite elements method) model of the infrastructure and of the two-dimensional (2D) multibody model of the vehicle (the effects of lateral dynamics are treated as disturbances) and takes into account both the coupling between adjacent loads moving on the track and the vehicle dynamics. The physical model of the track and the innovative WIM algorithm (both considering possible measurement errors) have been validated by means of the experimental data kindly provided by Ansaldo STS and have been implemented in the Matlab and Comsol Multiphysics environments. In particular the model of the railway track has been developed expressly to test the WIM algorithm with a suitable simulation campaign when experimental data are not available; in other words it provides simulated inputs to test the WIM algorithm when there are no experimental inputs.  相似文献

An analytical molecular structural mechanics model for the prediction of mechanical properties of defect-free carbon nanotubes is developed by incorporating the modified Morse potential with an analytical molecular structural model. The developed model is capable of predicting Young’s moduli, Poisson’s ratios and stress–strain relationships of carbon nanotubes under tension and torsion loading conditions. Results on the mechanical properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes show that Young’s moduli of carbon nanotubes are sensitive to the tube diameter and the helicity. Young’s moduli of both armchair and zigzag carbon nanotubes increase monotonically and approach Young’s modulus of graphite when the tube diameter is increased. The nonlinear stress–strain relationships for defect-free nanotubes have been predicted, which gives a good approximation on the ultimate strength and strain to failure of nanotubes. Armchair nanotubes exhibit higher tensile strength than zigzag nanotubes but their torsion strengths are identical based on the present study. The present theoretical investigation provides a very simple approach to predict the mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to identify a class of models that can represent the two-phase microfluidic flow in different experimental conditions. The identification procedure adopted is based on the nonlinear systems synchronization theory. The experimental time series were assumed as the asymptotic behavior of a generic state variable of an unknown Master system, and this information was used to drive a second Slave system, with a known model and undefined parameters. To reach the convergence between the time evolutions of the two systems, so the flow identification, an error was evaluated and optimized by tuning the parameters of the Slave system, through genetic algorithm. The Chua’s oscillator has been chosen as a Slave model, and an optimal parameters set of Chua’s system was identified for each of the 18 experiments. As proof of concept on approach validity, the changes in the parameters set in the different experimental conditions were discussed taking into account the results of the nonlinear time series analysis. The results confirm the possibility with a single model to identify a variety of flow regimes generated in two-phase microfluidic processes, independently of how the processes have been generated, no directed relations with the input flow rate used are in the model.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new robust nonlinear \(\mathscr {H}_{\infty }\) state feedback (NHSF) controller for an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) in steering plane. A three-degree-of-freedom nonlinear model of an AUV has considered for developing a steering control law. In this, the energy dissipative theory is used which leads to form a Hamilton–Jacobi–Isaacs (HJI) inequality. The nonlinear \(\mathscr {H}_{\infty }\) control algorithm has been developed by solving HJI equation such that the AUV tracks the desired yaw angle accurately. Furthermore, a path following control has been implemented using the NHSF control algorithm for various paths in steering plane. Simulation studies have been carried out using MATLAB/Simulink environment to verify the efficacies of the proposed control algorithm for AUV. From the results obtained, it is concluded that the proposed robust control algorithm exhibits a good tracking performance ensuring internal stability and significant disturbance attenuation.  相似文献

传统的螺旋桨推进器工作噪声大,效率低,而仿鱼尾推进器技术有望改进这些不足,从而提出利用仿鱼尾推进动力定位的思想。通过对鱼尾推进模式和动力学的研究,设计出了最佳参数的仿鱼尾推进器。首先根据力的分解和拉格朗日动力学方程,计算出了前向推进力和各关节转矩,为课题研究奠定了力学基础;在动力定位控制研究中,通过惯性测量装置获取运动信息,采用卡尔曼滤波的数据融合算法实现姿态信息的解算,建立x方向上的空间运动模型并使用模糊自适应PID算法和传统PID算法仿真模拟。系统稳定性分析显示,PID控制存在14%的超调,而模糊自适应PID控制算法没有出现超调,两者的稳定时间均在240 s左右。最后由仿真分析验证模糊自适应PID算法更适合动力定位控制。  相似文献

具有大位移、大变形的薄板在接触碰撞等工况下, 其局部应变会产生剧烈变化. 为了保证对其进行动力学分析的精度和计算效率, 本文整合计算机辅助设计(CAD)与计算机辅助工程(CAE)系统, 提出了一种基于T样条曲面的变网格柔性系统等几何分析方法. 首先, 建立基于T样条曲面单元的基尔霍夫薄板运动学模型, 并根据非线性格林?拉格朗日应变建立由T样条曲面单元离散的薄板弹性模型. 其次, 通过在T网格中的局部区域插入节点的方式, 达到T样条曲面网格局部更新的目的. 利用T样条混合函数细化算法得到计算新广义变量的转换矩阵, 并结合广义α法创建了变自由度系统动力学方程的求解算法, 形成了系统的T样条单元局部细化算法. 最后, 静力学算例与柔性单摆模型分别验证了T样条薄板弹性模型的正确性, 以及T样条薄板单元在动力学分析上的精度和收敛性. 通过对受冲击柔性薄板的动力学分析表明, 本文所提出T样条单元及局部细化算法可以只在接触碰撞等应变剧烈变化的区域实现局部网格细化, 从而控制系统自由度数, 提高计算效率.   相似文献

Clearance as a real joint characteristic leads to deviation from desired trajectory in articulated mechanisms. This phenomenon makes the kinematic and dynamic performances of the mechanism worse. In this study, kinematic analysis of a Jansen’s mechanism used in a walking machine is performed. The model mechanism having two revolute joints with clearance is investigated for the trajectory analysis of the output link. It is clear that the mechanism’s trajectory is very sensitive to the clearance joint characteristics even if the clearance size is small. The adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is used to model the characteristics of joints with clearance. By using the suitable design variables and constraints, minimization of the trajectory errors arising from clearance is considered as an optimization problem. Optimization techniques are used to solve this problem for adjusting the optimum values of design variables. The obtained link dimensions show the success of the proposed modeling and optimization approach.  相似文献

For a vibro-impact system with clearance, the model-free chaos control method based on adaptive hybrid gravitational search algorithm (or AHGSA algorithm for short) is proposed. Nonparametric time-varying dynamic linear model based on pseudo-partial-derivative is established using input/output data of the controlled system, and on this basis, the optimal controller is designed according to the quadratic performance index, and the controller parameters is optimized using AHGSA algorithm. By combining the artificial bee colony search operator and chaos optimization strategy, gravitational search algorithm (or GSA algorithm for short) is improved from three aspects (i.e., population initialization, velocity and position update, gravity coefficient adjustment) to achieve a balance between the global detection ability and the local development ability. AHGSA algorithm has good optimization accuracy and efficiency: The arbitrariness is avoided in controller parameters selection, and the quality of the chaos control is ensured as well. In simulation experiment, the model-free controller optimized is used to control the chaotic motion of a single-degree-of-freedom vibro-impact system with clearance to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed chaos control method. The simulation results show that the control effect is good, and the proposed chaos control method has the following advantages: the proposed chaos control method does not depend on the precise model of the controlled system, and the controller is easy to be designed and implemented.  相似文献

与传统水下滑翔机相比,混合驱动水下滑翔机可以分别利用头部的浮力驱动单元和机身尾部的螺旋桨推进单元进行驱动从而实现不同形式的运动,具备低功耗、长航程、良好机动性等特点,具有广泛的应用前景. 准确的动力学模型以及精确的水动力参数是实现混合驱动水下滑翔机控制系统设计以及精确导航的基础. 在混合驱动水下滑翔机动力学模型已知的前提下获得准确的水动力参数是本文主要研究的问题. 本文以天津大学研制的混合驱动水下滑翔机“海燕” 作为研究对象,提出一种在有限航行参数条件下,基于大数据统计分析的计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD) 和参数辨识相结合来获取混合驱动水下滑翔机的水动力参数的方法. 即首先建立滑翔机的动力学模型,推导出稳态数据与所求水动力参数的关系;然后采用CFD 的方法得到其升力系数,根据大量稳态纯滑翔实验数据,结合大数据统计分析,辨识出其剩余水动力参数;最后,根据混合驱动模式下的实验数据辨识出与螺旋桨相关的参数,从而得到其整套的水动力参数. 该方法不仅结合了CFD 方法具有获取复杂外形结构航行水动力的特点,而且可以有效利用大量现场实验数据,因而能够更加准确地辨识其实际运动. 通过运动仿真与试验对比,验证了该辨识方法的正确性和有效性,对滑翔机的研究具有指导意义.   相似文献
