An efficient method for determining the deformation function of a composite is discussed. The method is based on a fractional exponential representation of the deformation functions of the composite components. The viscoelastic solution is obtained using the Volterra principle. The deformation function is represented as a function of a base operator. Thus, the problem is solved by approximating the deformation function by a continued fraction and applying the method of operator continued fractions. A computational procedure is detailed and illustrated using data on longitudinal relaxation of polymethylmethacrylate. A new method is proposed to solve some problems of linear viscoelasticity for anisotropic bodies. The method uses a branching continued fraction to approximate an irrational multivariable function. Such an approach allows obtaining a linear operator as an approximation of a multivariable operator function. The kinetics of crack growth in a viscoelastic orthotropic plate made of a composite material is analyzed. The external load is the superposition of a cyclic load and a constant tensile load. The level of the tensile load is assumed to exceed the amplitude of the cyclic load. The kinetic curves are compared with the constant tension curves. The behavior of a crack in a linearly viscoelastic orthotropic composite split by a rigid wedge with thickness increasing in time is analyzed. In this paper we consider the problem of rigid cylinder turning on a linear viscoelastic orthotropic half-space with Coulomb's friction acting along the contact area. Results for extents of contact area and pressure under the cylinder are obtained using Volterra's principle. The obtained functions of viscoelastic operators are interpreted by a method based on expansion of such functions in operator continued fractions. A solution is given for the general type of resolvent viscoelastic operators expressing rheological properties of half-space material. Algebra of resolvent Volterrian operators is used to facilitate the calculations. An example is given to illustrate the results for real viscoelastic material with the rheological properties expressed by the operators of Yu.N. Rabotnov.  相似文献

对单层板的轴向、横向拉伸强度及粘弹性材料的拉伸强度进行测定以确定其弹性模量及泊松比。为了同理论结果比较,制作了专用夹具,用于测量复合材料方板的实验数据。该实验装置模拟四边固支边界条件,用于测量复合材料夹杂粘弹性阻尼材料结构受均布载荷时的静态挠度和应变,并通过转换公式得到复合结构下表面中点的正应力。实验结果同理论分析基本吻合,其误差主要由单层板与粘弹性阻尼材料的粘结剂厚度引起。  相似文献

In solving linear viscoelastic problems for composite materials, the problem arises of representing a multivariable operator function. To resolve this problem, the method of operator continued fractions is generalized to the case of a multivariable operator function. The method is based on the theory of branched continued fractions. Branched operator continued fractions are considered. Using the convolution theorem, fractions can be represented in terms of operators of basic class. 在某些纤维增强复合材料(FRC)中使用金属或高分子聚合物作为基体材料。在高温等情况下,这类材料具有明显的粘弹性特性。本文采用Riemann—Liouville形式的分数阶导数模型描述基体的粘弹性特性。通过渐近均匀化方法给出了预测FRC整体三维本构关系的解析表达式。给出了应用于基体具有Makris粘弹性关系的具体形式。以圆截面纤维正方形排列的情形为例,给出了等效模量随纤维体积比的变化曲线。结果说明,这类复合材料仍具有粘弹性特性,其整体粘弹性本构关系的弹性部分综合了纤维弹性和基体弹性的贡献,粘性部分来自基体粘性的贡献,复合材料具有和基体相同的粘性系数和分数阶。为分析微结构特征对整体特性的贡献,须求解两类局部问题。可以看出,在整体的等效模量中包含了局部变形的贡献,局部变形增加了复合材料的耦合刚度。  相似文献

含粘弹性阻尼材料结构系统的振动特性分析是相当复杂的,求解比较困难,本文给出了一种有效的迭代解法。文中首先定义了广义Rayleigh商,指出求广义Rayleigh商的驻值问题等价于原特征问题的求解;由近似估计得到的特征向量,广义Rayleigh商给出一个较好的特征值近似估计。据此构造了迭代方法,并成功地计算了一些例子。  相似文献

Delamination of a symmetric circular plate made of viscoelastic composite is studied. It is assumed that the plate has a penny-shaped crack whose edges have a minor axisymmetric imperfection. The lateral surface of the plate is clamped and is compressed by uniform radial normal forces through a rigid body. The studies are made using the exact geometrically nonlinear equations of the theory of viscoelasticity. The delamination criterion is assumed unrestrained growth of the initial imperfection. 电流变体是智能材料与结构中一种重要的致动器材料。本文对电流变体在电场作用下的粘弹性特性进行了实验研究。使用旋转式流变仪对表征流体粘性的蠕变特性进行了测试。同时,对电流变体进行了强制振荡试验,测试了流体在不同应力幅值、应力频率下的剪切模量主变化,得到了电流变体的复剪切模量以及剪切存储模量、损耗模量承承中电场变化的规律。  相似文献

复合材料构件在使用过程中会产生脱层、内部裂纹、裂缝等损伤,这些损伤会引起构件动态特性的变化。本文提出了通过测取构件的动态特性,结合波形分析和模式识别技术进行复合材料损伤检测和损伤类型识别的方法。在比较了飞机环境噪声信号和周期脉冲信号的优缺点的基础上,提出使用周期脉冲信号作为构件的激振信号,来进行构件动态特性的测量。本文的研究中制作了多种类型的损伤试件,进行了实验,已发现显著特征,能够对构件的多种类型损伤进行识别  相似文献

The fractional viscoelastic equation (FVE), which is a second-order differential equation with fractional derivatives describing the dynamical behavior of a single-degree-of-freedom viscoelastic oscillator, is considered. Some viscoelastic damped mechanical systems may be described by FVEs. However, FVEs with conventional nonzero initial values cannot generally be solved. In this paper, the prehistories of the unknown functions before the initial times, referred to as the initial functions, are taken into account to solve FVEs. Mathematically, appropriate initial functions are essential for unique solutions of FVEs. Physically, the initial functions reflect the processes of giving the initial values. FVEs are solved for some initial functions both by analytical and numerical methods. The initial functions affect the solutions of FVEs. It is discussed how the solutions depend on the initial functions. Implication of the solutions to viscoelastic materials will be discussed.  相似文献

The linearity domain for the viscoelastic properties of high-molecular organic fibers is determined. The linearity criteria are coincidence of experimental compliance curves and linearity of isochronic creep curves. Statistical criteria are used to establish linearity. In this paper, the diagonalized consistent mass matrix is found for the triangular ring element in axisymmetrical problems. The results of this work eliminate the feeling of uncertainty and arbitrariness of lumped mass method on the one hand and the difficulty of computation due to non-diagonalized character of consistent mass method on the other. 本文研究两对边简支、中间有任意个粘弹性线支矩形板的横向振动问题,给出了一个求其动态特性的新的精确解析方法。首先将粘弹性线支反力视为是作用于板上的未知外力,求得了含有未知外力的对边简支矩形板横向振动微分方程的精确解析解,然后利用边界条件及线支处支承反力与位移的线性关系导出频率方程及振型函数,方法有独特的优越性。本文最后还给出了一些算例。  相似文献

Delayed fracture of a laminated composite under tensile loads applied at infinity is studied. The composite consists of alternating elastic and aging viscoelastic layers and contains an internal penny-shaped mode I macrocrack located in parallel to the layers. A modified Leonov–Panasyuk–Dugdale crack model and the critical crack-tip opening criterion constitute a fracture model. The subcritical crack growth equations are derived using the Volterra principle and the method of operator continued fractions.
