In this paper, we study the exponential synchronization problem of a class of chaotic delayed neural networks with impulsive and stochastic perturbations. The involved time delays include time-varying delays and unbounded distributed delays. Employing the method of impulsive delay differential inequality, several new sufficient conditions ensuring the exponential synchronization are obtained, which can be easily checked by LMI Control Toolbox in Matlab. Compared with the previous methods, our method does not resort to complicated Lyapunov–Krasovkii, and the results derived are independent of the time-varying delays and do not require the differentiability of delay functions and the monotony of the activation functions. Finally, a numerical example and its simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, an impulsive controller is designed to achieve the exponential synchronization of chaotic delayed neural networks with stochastic perturbation. By using the impulsive delay differential inequality technique that was established in recent publications, several sufficient conditions ensuring the exponential synchronization of chaotic delayed networks are derived, which can be easily checked by LMI Control Toolbox in Matlab. A numerical example and its simulation is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of the theory results.  相似文献

In this paper, the globally exponential synchronization of delayed complex dynamical networks with impulsive and stochastic perturbations is studied. The concept named “average impulsive interval” with “elasticity number” of impulsive sequence is introduced to get a less conservative synchronization criterion. By comparing with existing results, in which maximum or minimum of impulsive intervals are used to derive the synchronization criterion, the proposed synchronization criterion increases (or decreases) the impulse distances, which leads to the reduction of the control cost (or enhance the robustness of anti-interference) as the most important characteristic of impulsive synchronization techniques. It is discovered in our criterion that “elasticity number” has influence on synchronization of delayed complex dynamical networks but has no influence on that of non-delayed complex dynamical networks. Numerical simulations including a small-world network coupled with delayed Chua’s circuit are given to show the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

The present paper investigates the issues of impulsive synchronization seeking in general complex delayed dynamical networks with nonsymmetrical coupling. By establishing the extended Halanay differential inequality on impulsive delayed dynamical systems, some simple yet generic sufficient conditions for global exponential synchronization of the impulsive controlled delayed dynamical networks are derived analytically. Compared with some existing works, the distinctive features of these sufficient conditions indicate two aspects: on the one hand, these sufficient conditions can provide an effective impulsive control scheme to synchronize an arbitrary given delayed dynamical network to a desired synchronization state even if the original given network may be asynchronous itself. On the other hand, the controlled synchronization state can be selected as a weighted average of all the states in the network for the purpose of practical control strategy, which reveals the contributions and influences of various nodes in synchronization seeking processes of the dynamical networks. It is shown that impulses play an important role in making the delayed dynamical networks globally exponentially synchronized. Furthermore, the results are applied to a typical nearest-neighbor unidirectional time-delay coupled networks composed of chaotic FHN neuron oscillators, and numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

Synchronization and control of nonlinear dynamical systems with complex variables has attracted much more attention in various fields of science and engineering. In this article, we investigate the problem of impulsive synchronization for the complex‐variable delayed chaotic systems with parameters perturbation and unknown parameters in which the time delay is also included in the impulsive moment. Based on the theories of adaptive control and impulsive control, synchronization schemes are designed to make a class of complex‐variable chaotic delayed systems asymptotically synchronized, and unknown parameters are identified simultaneously in the process of synchronization. Sufficient conditions are derived to synchronize the complex‐variable chaotic systems include delayed impulses. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes, several numerical examples are given. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 131–142, 2016  相似文献

This paper studies the projective synchronization behavior in a drive‐response dynamical network with coupling time‐varying delay via intermittent impulsive control. Different from the most publications on drive‐response dynamical networks under the general impulsive control, here the impulsive effects can only exist at control windows, not during the whole time. Moreover, intermittent impulsive control does not need the limitation of the upper bound of the impulsive intervals. By utilizing the Lyapunov‐Razumikhin technique, some sufficient conditions for the projective synchronization are derived. Numerical simulations are provided to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method and results. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 547–556, 2016  相似文献

This paper is devoted to studying the synchronization control of impulsive dynamical networks. A single impulsive controller is proved to be effective for the stabilization of dynamical networks with impulse-coupling. Some simple and easily verified criteria are given for the stabilization of impulsive dynamical networks under a single impulsive controller and/or a single negative state-feedback control. Moreover, the effects of a single impulsive controller, a single state-feedback controller and an isolated dynamical system on the synchronization process are respectively distilled and explicitly expressed in the derived criteria. The structure of the dynamical network can be directed and weakly connected with a rooted spanning tree. Moreover, the convergence rate of the dynamical network is also explicitly estimated, and there is no requirement on the lower and upper bounds of the impulsive intervals. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the efficiency of the designed controller and the validity of the analytical results.  相似文献

This paper considers the global exponential stability and exponential convergence rate of impulsive neural networks with continuously distributed delays in which the state variables on the impulses are related to the unbounded distributed delays. By establishing a new impulsive delay differential inequality, a new criterion concerning global exponential stability for these networks is derived, and the estimated exponential convergence rate is also obtained. The result extends and improves on earlier publications. In addition, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the applicability of the result. In this paper, a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with distributed delays is investigated. By establishing an integro-differential inequality with impulsive initial conditions and employing the homeomorphism theory, the M-matrix theory and inequality technique, some new general sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with distributed delays are obtained. In particular, the estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on the system parameters and impulsive disturbed intension. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.  相似文献

This paper studies the pinning impulsive synchronization problem for a class of complex dynamical networks with time-varying delay. By applying the Lyapunov stability theory and mathematical analysis technique, sufficient verifiable criterion for the synchronization of delayed complex dynamical networks with small delay is derived analytically. It is shown that synchronization can be achieved by only impulsively controlling a small fraction of network nodes. Moreover, a novel sufficient condition is constructed to relax the restrictions on the size of time-delay and guarantee the synchronization of concerned networks with large delay. Two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper concerns the problem of global exponential synchronization for a class of switched neural networks with time-varying delays and unbounded distributed delays via impulsive control method. By using Lyapunov stability theory, new synchronization criterion is derived. In our synchronization criterion, the switching law can be arbitrary and the concept of average impulsive interval is utilized such that the obtained synchronization criterion is less conservative than those based on maximum of impulsive intervals. Numerical simulations are given to show the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper considers the chaotic synchronization problem of neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays using impulsive control method. By utilizing the stability theory for impulsive functional differential equations, several impulsive control laws are derived to guarantee the exponential synchronization of neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays. It is shown that chaotic synchronization of the networks is heavily dependent on the designed impulsive controllers. Moreover, these conditions are expressed in terms of LMI and can be easily checked by MATLAB LMI toolbox. Finally, a numerical example and its simulation are given to show the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed control schemes.  相似文献

This paper investigates drive-response synchronization of chaotic systems with discontinuous right-hand side. Firstly, a general model is proposed to describe most of known discontinuous chaotic system with or without time-varying delay. An uniform impulsive controller with multiple unknown time-varying delays is designed such that the response system can be globally exponentially synchronized with the drive system. By utilizing a new lemma on impulsive differential inequality and the Lyapunov functional method, several synchronization criteria are obtained through rigorous mathematical proofs. Results of this paper are universal and can be applied to continuous chaotic systems. Moreover, numerical examples including discontinuous chaotic Chen system, memristor-based Chua’s circuit, and neural networks with discontinuous activations are given to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results. Application of the obtained results to secure communication is also demonstrated in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, the finite-time synchronization between two complex networks with non-delayed and delayed coupling is proposed by using the impulsive control and the periodically intermittent control. Some novel and useful finite-time synchronization criteria are derived based on finite-time stability theory. Especially, the traditional synchronization criteria are improved by using the impulsive control and the periodically intermittent control in the convergence time, the results of this paper are important. Finally, numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the synchronization criteria.  相似文献

In the paper, the global exponential stability and periodicity are investigated for delayed cellular neural networks with impulsive effects. Some sufficient conditions are derived for checking the global exponential stability and the existence of periodic solution for this system based on Halanay inequality, mathematical induction and fixed point theorem. The criteria given are easily verifiable, possess many adjustable parameters, and depend on impulses, which provides flexibility for the design and analysis of delayed cellular neural networks with impulses.  相似文献

The goal of this paper is to study properties of input-to-state stability (ISS) and integral input-to-state stability (iISS) of impulsive systems with hybrid delayed impulses, and a set of Lyapunov-based sufficient conditions ensuring ISS/iISS properties are obtained. Those conditions reveal the effects of hybrid delayed impulses on ISS/iISS and establish the relationship between impulsive frequency and the time delay existing in hybrid impulses. When the continuous dynamics of the system are stabilizing, the ISS property can be retained under the impulse scheme even if there exist destabilizing impulses. Conversely, when the impulse dynamics are stabilizing, but the continuous dynamics are not, the ISS property can be obtained if the interval between impulses are not overly long. Two illustrative examples are presented, with their numerical simulations, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the main results.  相似文献

This paper studies the pinning stabilization problem of time-delay neural networks. A new pinning delayed-impulsive controller is proposed to stabilize the neural networks with delays. First, we consider the general nonlinear time-delay systems with delayed impulses, and establish several global exponential stability criteria by employing the method of Lyapunov functionals. Our results are then applied to obtain sufficient conditions under which the proposed pinning controller can exponentially stabilize the time-delay neural networks. It is shown that the global exponential stabilization of delayed neural networks can be effectively realized by controlling a small portion of neurons in the networks via delayed impulses, and, for fixed impulsive control gain, increasing the impulse delay or decreasing the number of neurons to be pinned at the impulsive moments will lead to high frequency of impulses added the corresponding neurons. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the theoretical results, which demonstrate that our results are less conservative than the results reported in the existing literatures when the proposed pinning controller reduces to the delayed impulsive controller.  相似文献

This paper studies the input-to-state stability (ISS) and integral input-to-state stability (iISS) of nonlinear impulsive systems in the framework of event-triggered impulsive control (ETIC), where the stabilizing effect of time delays in impulses is fully considered. Some sufficient conditions which can avoid Zeno behavior and guarantee the ISS/iISS property of impulsive systems are proposed, where external inputs are considered in both the continuous dynamics and impulsive dynamics. A novel event-triggered delayed impulsive control (ETDIC) strategy which establishes a relationship among event-triggered parameters, impulse strength and time delays in impulses is presented. It is shown that time delays in impulses can contribute to the stabilization of impulsive systems in ISS/iISS sense. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results is illustrated by two numerical examples.  相似文献
