Three monomeric boratranes B[(OCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2O)3−n] (n = 0, 1; n = 1, 2; n = 2, 3) have been synthesized by the reaction of B(OMe)3 with a series of triethanolateamines such as [(OCH2CH2)nN(CH2CMe2O)3−n]3− (n = 0, L1; n = 1, L2; n = 2, L3), where the number of CMe2 groups adjacent to the OH functionality varied from 3 (L1H3) to 2 (L2H3) to 1 (L3H3). These boratranes 1-3 have been characterized by solution 1H, 13C{1H} and 11B NMR, and the crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of Os3(CO)12 with an excess of 1-hydroxypyridine-2-thione and Me3NO gives three mononuclear osmium complexes Os(CO)22-SC5H4N(O))2 (1), Os(CO)22-SC5H4N(O))(η2-SC5H4N) (2), and Os(CO)22-SC5H4N)2 (3). The results of single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that complex 1 contains two O,S-chelate pyridine-2-thione N-oxide (PyOS) ligands, whereas complex 2 contains one O,S-chelate PyOS and one N,S-chelate pyridine-2-thiolate group. The unique structure of 2 provides evidence of the pathway for this transformation. When this reaction was monitored by 1H NMR spectroscopy the triosmium complexes Os3(CO)10(μ-H)(μ-η1-S-C5H4N(O)) (4) and Os3(CO)9(μ-H)(μ-η12-SC5H4N(O)) (5) were identified as intermediates in the formation of the mononuclear final products 1-3. The proposed pathway is further supported by the observation of several dinuclear osmium intermediates by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. In addition, the reaction of Os3(CO)12 with 1-hydroxypyridine-2-thione in the absence of Me3NO at 90 °C generated mononuclear complex 2 as the major product along with smaller amounts of complexes 1 and 3. These results suggest that the N-oxide facilitates the decarbonylation reaction. The reactions of the polydentate ligand 1,4-bis(4,5-dihydro-2-oxazolyl)benzene (L) with AgX (X = CH3COO, ClO4 and CF3SO3) afforded the complexes [Ag2(L)(CH3COO)2] (1), [Ag2(L)3(ClO4)2] (2), and [Ag(L)(CF3SO3)] (3), whereas the reaction of L with Ag2SO4 in MeOH/H2O system afforded {[Ag2(L)3(H2O)3][SO4] · 9H2O} (4). The EA and IR have been recorded and all the complexes have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography, confirming that complexes 14 are two-dimensional coordination polymeric frameworks. The bidentate L ligands in complexes 3 and 4 adopt both the syn and anti conformation and those in 1 and 2 adopt the anti conformation only. The anions CH3CO2 in complex 1 bridge the Ag(I) atoms in η1, η2, μ3-coordination mode forming a 1-D zig-zag –[Ag(CH3COO)]n– chains, while the anions ClO4, CF3SO3 and SO42− in complexes 24 are not coordinated to the Ag(I) atoms, but all of them play an important roles in linking cationic 2-D frameworks into 3-D supramolecular structures.  相似文献

The two new compounds, Sr4Cu3(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)4·3H2O (1) and Ba2Cu4(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)3(2), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. They represent previously unknown structure types and are the first compounds synthesized in the systems SrO/BaO-CuO-As2O5-H2O. Their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [space group C2/c, a=18.536(4) Å, b=5.179(1) Å, c=24.898(5) Å, β=93.67(3)°, V=2344.0(8) Å3, Z=4 for 1; space group P42/n, a=7.775(1) Å, c=13.698(3) Å, V=828.1(2) Å3, Z=2 for 2]. The crystal structure of 1 is related to a group of compounds formed by Cu2+-(XO4)3− layers (X=P5+, As5+) linked by M cations (M=alkali, alkaline earth, Pb2+, or Ag+) and partly by hydrogen bonds. In 1, worth mentioning is the very short hydrogen bond length, D···A=2.477(3) Å. It is one of the examples of extremely short hydrogen bonds, where the donor and acceptor are crystallographically different. Compound 2 represents a layered structure consisting of Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers crosslinked by As1φ4 tetrahedra, where φ is O or OH, which are interconnected by Ba, As2 and hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network. The layers are formed by Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers of CuO5 edge-sharing polyhedra, crosslinked by As1O4 tetrahedra. Vibrational spectra (FTIR and Raman) of both compounds are described. The spectroscopic manifestation of the very short hydrogen bond in 1, and ABC-like spectra in 2 were discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of ω-diphenylphosphinofunctionalized alkyl phenyl sulfides Ph2P(CH2)nSPh (n = 1, 1a; 2, 2a; 3, 3a), sulfoxides Ph2P(CH2)nS(O)Ph (n = 1, 1b; 2, 2b; 3, 3b) and sulfones Ph2P(CH2)nS(O)2Ph (n = 1, 1c; 2, 2c; 3, 3c) with dinuclear chlorido bridged rhodium(I) complexes [(RhL2)2(μ-Cl)2] (L2 = cycloocta-1.5-diene, cod, 4; bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppe, 5) afforded mononuclear Rh(I) complexes of the type [RhCl{Ph2P(CH2)nS(O)xPh-κP}(cod)]1 (n/x = 1/0, 6a; 1/1, 6b; 1/2, 6c; 2/0, 8a; 2/1, 8b; 2/2, 8c; 3/0, 10a; 3/1, 10b; 3/2, 10c) and [RhCl{Ph2P(CH2)nS(O)xPh-κP}(dppe)] (n/x = 1/0, 7a; 1/1, 7b; 1/2, 7c; 2/0, 9a; 2/1, 9b; 2/2, 9c; 3/0, 11a; 3/1, 11b; 3/2, 11c) having the P^S(O)x ligands κP coordinated. Addition of Ag[BF4] to complexes 6-11 in CH2Cl2 led with precipitation of AgCl to cationic rhodium complexes of the type [Rh{Ph2P(CH2)nS(O)xPh-κPS/O}L2][BF4] having bound the P^S(O)x ligands bidentately in a κPS (13a-18a, 15b-18b) or a κPO (13b, 14b, 13c-18c) coordination mode. Unexpectedly, the addition of Ag[BF4] to 6a in THF afforded the trinuclear cationic rhodium(I) complex [Rh3(μ-Cl)(μ-Ph2PCH2SPh-κPS)4][BF4]2·4THF (12·4THF) with a four-membered Rh3Cl ring as basic framework. Addition of sodium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide to complexes 6-11 led to a selective deprotonation of the carbon atom neighbored to the S(O)x group (α-C) yielding three different types of organorhodium complexes: a) Organorhodium intramolecular coordination compounds of the type [Rh{CH{S(O)xPh}CH2CH2PPh2CP}L2] (22a-c, 23a-c), b) zwitterionic complexes [Rh{Ph2PCHS(O)xPh-κPS/O}L2] having κPS (21a, 21b) and κPO (20b/c, 21c) coordinated anionic [Ph2PCHS(O)xPh] ligands, and c) the dinuclear rhodium(I) complex [{Rh{μ-CH(SPh)PPh2CP}(cod)}2] (19). All complexes were fully characterized spectroscopically and complexes 15b, 15c, 12·4THF and 19·THF additionally by X-ray diffraction analysis. DFT calculations of zwitterionic complexes gave insight into the coordination mode of the [Ph2PCHS(O)Ph] ligand (κPS versus κPO).  相似文献

In order to rationalize the effect of the size and coordinating ability of counteranions upon the structure of Ag(I)–dithioether coordination polymers, a series of such polymers has been synthesized by the combination of the 1,3-bis(methylthio)propane building block and AgX silver salts (X = ClO4 (1), BF4 (2), CF3SO3 (3), SbF6 (4), C6H5COO (5), CF3COO (6), CF3CF2CF2COO (7) and OOCCF2CF2COO (8)). Except in two cases, all complexes form 1D-coordination polymers.  相似文献

An investigation of the MII/X/L [MII = Co, Ni, Cu, Zn; X = Cl, Br, I, NCS, NO3, N3, CH3COO; L = 1-methyl-4,5-diphenylimidazole] general reaction system towards the detailed study of the intermolecular interactions utilized for controlling the supramolecular organization and the structural consequences on the structures produced has been initiated. Three representative complexes with the formulae [Co(NO3)2(L)2] (1), [Zn(NO3)2(L)2] (2) and [Co(NCS)2(L)2]·EtOH (3·EtOH) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous (tetragonal, I41cd) with their metal ions in a severely distorted octahedral Co/ZnN2O4 environment, while 3·EtOH crystallizes in P21/c with a tetrahedral CoN4 coordination. The structural analysis of 1, 2 and 3·EtOH reveals a common mode of packing among neighbouring ligands (expressed through intramolecular ππ interactions between the 4,5-diphenylimidazole moieties), enhancing thus the rigidity and stability of the complexes. The bent coordination of the two isothiocyanates in 3 [Co–NCS angles of 173.8(2) and 160.8(2)°] seems to be caused by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and crystal packing effects.  相似文献

Four heterocyclic salts 1a-d were prepared by Ca2+-assisted cyclization of fluoro derivatives 3, and investigated by spectroscopic (NMR and UV), electrochemical, and computational (DFT and MP2) methods. The mechanism for the formation of the cations was investigated at the DFT level of theory. 2-D NMR spectroscopy for 1[ClO4] in DMSOd6 aided with DFT results permitted the assignment of 1H and 13C NMR signals in cations 1. The molecular and crystal structures for 1a[ClO4] [C13H10ClNO4 triclinic, P−1, a=9.6517(12) Å, b=11.0470(13) Å, c=12.2373(15) Å, α=67.615(1)°, β=78.845(2)°, γ=87.559(2)°; V=1183.0(2) Å3, Z=4] and 1d[ClO4] [C12H9ClN2O4 triclinic, P−1, a=5.9525(6) Å, b=8.3141(9) Å, c=12.2591(13) Å, α=73.487(1)°, β=83.814(1)°, γ=83.456(1)°; V=576.07(10) Å3, Z=2] were determined by X-ray crystallography and compared with results of DFT and MP2 calculations. Electrochemical analysis gave the reduction potential order (1b>1c1d>1a), which is consistent with computational results.  相似文献

Two uranyl tellurates, AgUO2(HTeO5) (1) and Pb2UO2(TeO6) (2), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and were structurally, chemically, and spectroscopically characterized. 1 crystallizes in space group Pbca, a=7.085(2) Å, b=11.986(3) Å, c=13.913(4) Å, V=1181.5(5) Å3, Z=8; 2 is in P2(1)/c, a=5.742(1) Å, b=7.789(2) Å, c=7.928(2) Å, V=90.703(2) Å3, and Z=2. These are the first structures reported for uranyl compounds containing tellurate. The U6+ cations are present as (UO2)2+ uranyl ions that are coordinated by O atoms to give pentagonal and square bipyramids in compounds 1 and 2, respectively. The structural unit in 1 is a sheet consisting of chains of edge-sharing uranyl pentagonal bipyramids that are one bipyramid wide, linked through the dimers of TeO6 octahedra. In 2, uranyl square bipyramids share each of their equatorial vertices with different TeO6 octahedra, giving a sheet with the autunite-type topology. Sheets in 1 and 2 are connected through the low-valence cations that are located in the interlayer region. The structures of 1 and 2 are compared to those of uranyl compounds containing octahedrally coordinated cations.  相似文献

Single crystals of [H3dien]·(FeF6)·H2O (I) and [H3dien]·(CrF6)·H2O (II) are obtained by solvothermal synthesis under microwave heating. I is orthorhombic (Pna21) with a=11.530(2) Å, b=6.6446(8) Å, c=13.787(3) Å, V=1056.3(2) Å3 and Z=4. II is monoclinic (P21/c) with a=13.706(1) Å, b=6.7606(6) Å, c=11.3181(9) Å, β=99.38(1)°, V=1034.7(1) Å3 and Z=4. The structure determinations, performed from single crystal X-ray diffraction data, lead to the R1/wR2 reliability factors 0.028/0.066 for I and 0.035/0.102 for II. The structures of I and II are built up from isolated FeF6 or CrF6 octahedra, water molecules and triprotonated amines. In both structures, each octahedron is connected by hydrogen bonds to six organic cations and two water molecules. The iron-based compound is also characterized by 57Fe Mössbauer spectrometry: the hyperfine structure confirms the presence of Fe3+ in octahedral coordination and reveals the existence of paramagnetic spin fluctuations.  相似文献

Novel one-dimensional (1D) chains of three lanthanide complexes La(L1)3(CH3OH)]·CH3OH (L1=(E)-3-(2-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) 1, La(L2)3(H2O)2]·2.75H2O (L2=(E)-3-(3-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) 2, and La(L3)3(CH3OH)2(H2O)]·CH3OH (L3=(E)-3-(4-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) 3 are reported. The crystal structure data are as follows for 1: C29H29LaO11, monoclinic, P21/n, a=15.4289(12) Å, b=7.9585(6) Å, c=23.041(2) Å, β=99.657(2)°, Z=4, R1=0.0637, wR2=0.0919; for 2: C27H30.50LaO13.75, triclinic, P−1, a=8.4719(17) Å, b=13.719(3) Å, c=14.570(3) Å, α=62.19(3)°, β=99.657(2)°, γ=78.22(3)°, Z=2, R1=0.0384, wR2=0.0820; and for 3: C30H35LaO13, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=9.5667(6) Å, b=24.3911(15) Å, c=14.0448(9) Å, β=109.245(2)°, Z=4, R1=0.0374, wR2=0.0630. All the three structure data were collected using graphite monochromated molybdenum Kα radiation and refined using full-matrix least-squares techniques on F2. These structures show that four kinds of the carboxylato bridge modes are included in these chains to link the La(III) ions. It is the first time that it has been found that the intra-chain hydrogen bonding can construct an alternative chain even, when the coordination bridge mode is the same along the chain (complex 2). There are 2D and 3D hydrogen bonding in the crystal lattices of complexes 1-3.  相似文献

Two novel organic-inorganic hybrid compounds based on organoamines and polyoxovanadates formulated as (H2dien)4[H10V18O42(PO4)](PO4)·2H2O (1) (dien=diethylenetriamine) and (Him)8[HV18O42(PO4)] (2) (im=imidazole) have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions by using different starting materials, and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, ESR, XPS, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystal data for compound 1: C16H74N12O52V18P2, Monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=23.9593(4) Å, b=13.0098(2) Å, c=20.1703(4) Å, β=105.566(3)°, V=6056.6(19) Å3, Z=4; for compound 2, C24H41N16O46V18P, Tetragonal, space group I4/mmm, a=13.5154(8) Å, b=13.5154(8) Å, c=19.1136 Å, β=90°, V=3491.4(3) Å3, Z=2. Compound 1 consists of protonated diens together with polyoxovanadates [H10V18O42(PO4)]5−. Compound 2 is composed of protonated ims and polyoxovanadates [HV18O42(PO4)]8−. There are hydrogen-bonding interactions between polyoxovanadates and different organoamines in 1 and 2. Polyoxovanadates are linked through H2dien into a three-dimensional network via hydrogen bonds in 1, while polyoxovanadates are linked by Him into a two-dimensional layer network via hydrogen bonds in 2. The crystal packing patterns of the two compounds reveal various supramolecular frameworks.  相似文献

Reactions of nBu2SnCl(L1) (1), where L1 = acid residue of 5-[(E)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol, with various substituted benzoic acids in refluxing toluene, in the presence of triethylamine, yielded dimeric mixed ligand di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes of composition [nBu2Sn(L1)(L2-6)]2 where L2 = benzene carboxylate (2), L3 = 2-[(E)-2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]benzoate (3), L4 = 5-[(E)-2-(4-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]-2-hydroxybenzoate (4), L5 = 2-{(E)-4-hydroxy-3-[(E)-4-chlorophenyliminomethyl]-phenyldiazenyl}benzoate (5) and L6 = 2-[(E)-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-diazenyl]benzoate (6). All complexes (1-6) have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and 117Sn NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy and their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography, complemented by 117Sn CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy studies in the solid state. The crystal structure of 1 reveals a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry around the Sn-atom where the Cl- and N-atoms of ligand L1 occupy the axial positions. In complexes 2-5, the molecules are centrosymmetric dimers in which the Sn-atoms are connected by asymmetric μ-O bridges through the quinoline O-atom to give an Sn2O2 core. The differences in the Sn-O bond lengths within the bridge range from 0.28 to 0.48 Å, with the longer of the Sn-O distances being in the range 2.56-2.68 Å and the most symmetrical bridge being in 5. The carboxylate group is almost symmetrically bidentate coordinated to the tin atom in 5 (Sn-O distances of 2.327(2) and 2.441(2) Å), unlike the other complexes in which the distance of the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom from the tin atom is in the range 2.92-3.03 Å. The structure of 5 displays a more regular pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry about each tin atom than in 2-4. In contrast, the centrosymmetric dimeric structure of 6 involves asymmetric carboxylate bridges, resulting in a different Sn2C2O4 motif. The Sn-O bond lengths in the bridge differ by about 0.6 Å, with the longer distance involving the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom (2.683(2) and 2.798(2) Å for two molecules in the asymmetric unit). The carboxylate carbonyl O-atom has a second, even longer intramolecular contact to the Sn-atom to which the carboxylate group is primarily coordinated, with these Sn?O distances being as high as 3.085(2) and 2.898(2) Å. If the secondary interactions are considered, all the di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes (2-6) display a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement about each tin atom in which the n-butyl groups occupy the axial positions.  相似文献

Water-soluble functionalized bis(phosphine) ligands L (ah) of the general formula CH2(CH2PR2)2, where for a: R = (CH2)6OH; bg: R = (CH2)nP(O)(OEt)2, n = 2–6 and n = 8; h: R = (CH2)3NH2 ( Scheme 1), have been prepared photochemically by hydrophosphination of the corresponding 1-alkenes with H2P(CH2)3PH2. Water-soluble palladium complexes cis-[Pd(L)(OAc)2] (18) were obtained by the reaction of Pd(OAc)2 with the ligands ah in a 1:1 mixture of dichloromethane:acetonitrile. The water-soluble phosphine ligands and their palladium complexes were characterized by IR, 1H and 31P NMR. A crystallographic study of complex 1 shows that the Pd(II) ion has a square planar coordination sphere in which the acetate ligands and the diphosphine ligand deviate by less than 0.12 Å from ideal planar.  相似文献

The metal β-diketiminato ligand-to-metal binding modes are briefly reviewed, with reference particularly to our previous work on metal complexes using the ligands [{N(R1)C(R2)}2CH] (R1 = SiMe3 = R and R2 = Ph; or R1 = C6H3Pri2-2,6 and R2 = Me). The syntheses of the β-diketimines H[{N(R)C(Ar)}2CH] 1 (Ar = Ph) and 2 (Ar = C6H4Me-4) and the ansa-CH2-bridged bis(β-diketimine)s 3 (Ar = Ph) and 4 (Ar = C6H4Me-4) are reported. Thus, from the appropriate compound Li[{N(R)C(Ar)}2CH] and H2O, (CH2Br)2 or CH2Br2 the product was 2, 3 or 4. Compound 1 was prepared from K[{N(R)C(Ph)}2CH] and (CH2Br)2. Each of 3 or 4 with LiBun surprisingly yielded the bicyclic dilithium compound 5 (Ar = Ph) or 6 (Ar = C6H4Me-4) in which each of the β-diketiminato fragments is an N,N′-bridge between the two lithium atoms and the CH2 moiety joins the two ligands through their central carbon atoms. However, 4 with AlMe3 yielded the expected ansa-CH2-bridged-bis[(β-diketiminato)(dimethyl)alane] 7, which was also obtained from 6 and Al(Cl)Me2. X-ray structures of the known compounds 2 and 3, and of 5, 6 and 7 are presented; the 1H NMR spectra of 6 in toluene-d8 show that there is restricted rotation about the NC-C6H4Me-4 bond.  相似文献

Mono and doubly alkynyl substituted ferrocene complexes, [Fc(CH2OCH2CCH)n], 2-3 (2: n = 1; 3: n = 2; Fc = ferrocene) have been synthesized from the room temperature reaction of mono and 1,1′-dihydroxymethyl ferrocene, Fc(CH2OH)n , 1a-b (1a: n = 1; 1b: n = 2) and propargyl bromide, in modest to good yields. These new ferrocene derivatives have been characterized by mass, IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and molecular structures of compound 2 and 3 were unequivocally established by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The crystal structure analysis revealed that 2 and 3 consist of infinite 1D zig-zag hydrogen bonded chains and 2D microporous hydrogen bonded network of molecules, linked by intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonding. The molecular structures of both 2 and 3 are further stabilized by C-H···π interactions.  相似文献

Two isomeric layered lead(II) carboxylate-phosphonates of N-(phosphonomethyl)-N-methyl glycine ([MeN(CH2CO2H)(CH2PO3H2)]=H3L), namely, monoclinic Pb3L2·H2O 1 and triclinic Pb3L2·H2O 2, have been synthesized and structurally determined. Compound 1 synthesized by hydrothermal reaction at 150°C is monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=19.9872(6), b=11.9333(1) and c=15.8399(4) Å, β=110.432(3)°, V=3540.3(1) Å3, and Z=8. The structure of compound 1 features a 〈400〉 layer in which the lead(II) ions are bridged by both phosphonate and carboxylate groups. The lattice water molecules are located between the layers, forming hydrogen bonds with the non-coordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms. Compound 2 with a same empirical formula as compound 1 was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction at 170°C. It has a different layer structure from that of compound 1 due to the adoption of a different coordination mode for the ligand. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group with cell parameters of a=7.1370(6), b=11.522(1), c=11.950(1) Å, α=110.280(2), β=91.625(2), γ=95.614(2)°, V=915.3(1) Å3 and Z=2. The structure of compound 2 features a 〈020〉 metal carboxylate-phosphonate double layer built from 1D lead(II) carboxylate chains interconnected with 1D lead(II) phosphonate double chains. XRD powder patterns of compounds 1 and 2 indicate that each compound exists as a single phase.  相似文献

Fluorotitanates (LH)2[TiF6nH2O (1: R = pyridine, n = 1, 2: R = 2-picoline, n = 2, 3: R = 2,6-lutidine, n = 0, 4: R = 2,4,6-collidine, n = 0) and (LH)[TiF5(H2O)] (3a: L = 2,6-lutidine) have been synthesized by the reaction of pyridine or corresponding methyl substituted pyridines and titanium dioxide dissolved in hydrofluoric acid. The crystal structures of ionic compounds 1, 2, 3, 3a and 4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The hydrogen bonding led to the formation of discrete (LH)2[TiF6] units (4), chains (1-3), and layers (3a). The additional π-π interactions present in 1, 2, and 4 results in chain structures of 1 and 4 and in a layer structure of 2. Ferrocene-based β-aminoalcohols FcCH2NHCR2CH2OH (R = H, 1a; R = Me, 1b) and (S)-FcCH2NHCH(CHMe2)CH2OH (1c; Fc = ferrocenyl) react with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (Hpic) under proton transfer to afford the corresponding ammonium picrates 2a-c. In the crystal, these picrates associate predominantly via N-H?O and O-H?O bifurcated hydrogen bonds between the NH2+ and OH groups in the aminoalcohol chain as the donors and the phenoxide and NO2 oxygen atoms of the picrate anion as the acceptors. Compounds 2a and 2b form closed dimeric assemblies [1nH]2[pic]2 (n = a, b) around the crystallographic inversion centres. By contrast, their chiral analogue 2c gives rise to monomeric units [1cH][pic] (albeit through similar interactions), that further aggregate into infinite linear chains via N-H?O hydrogen bonds. The formed assemblies are interconnected by the soft C-H?O hydrogen bonds and via π?π stacking interactions of the picrate ions.  相似文献

(C,O)-chelate silanol hydrohalides RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HHal (2a,b and 5b), and their precursors, (C,O)-chelate chlorosilanes RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2Cl (6a,b) and disiloxanes [RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2]2O (8a,b) (R = Me (a), Ph (b); Hal = Cl (2), Br (5)), were obtained by several routes. The original scheme of hydrolysis of the above chlorides was discussed in detail. X-ray analysis has shown that the silanol hydrohalogenides PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HX (2b and 5b) in the crystal exist in the form of cation-anion pairs [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ · X (14b · Cl and 14b · Br) assembled by H-bonds in a 3D framework. The Si atom in the cation has a trigonal bipyramidal configuration with the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group and protonated hydroxyl exo-substituent in axial positions. The endocyclic Si-O bonds are equal with an average of 1.905 Å while the exocyclic Si-O bonds are 1.979 and 2.009 Å, for Hal = Cl and Br, respectively.Quantum chemical calculations have shown that the cation [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ (14b) is stable only in the crystal. Based on a high-resolution X-ray study and a quantum chemical calculation, it was found that the chemical bonding pattern in the OSiO axial fragment of the cation 14b corresponds to a three-centred four electron interaction. The cation 14b should be considered as a silylium cation stabilized by coordinated H2O molecules rather than a silyloxonium ion.  相似文献
