N-thioamide thiosemicarbazone derived from 4-(methylthio)benzaldehyde (R = H, HL1; R = Me, HL2 and R = Ph, HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in methanol gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HLn)] (1a X = Cl, n = 1; 1a′ X = Br, n = 1; 1b X = Cl, n = 2; 1b′ X = Br, n = 2; 1c X = Cl, n = 3; 1c′ X = Br, n = 3) in good yield. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (ESI), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Moreover, the structures of HL2, HL3, HL3·(CH3)2SO and 1b′·H2O were also elucidated by X-ray diffraction. In 1b′, the rhenium atom is coordinated by the sulphur and the azomethine nitrogen atoms (κS,N3) forming a five-membered chelate ring, as well as three carbonyl and bromide ligands. The resulting coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The structure of the dimers is based on rhenium(I) thiosemicarbazonates [Re2(L1)2(CO)6] (2a), [Re2(L2)2(CO)6] (2b) and [Re2(L3)2(CO)6] (2c) as determined by X-ray studies. Methods of synthesis were optimized to obtain amounts of these thiosemicarbazonate complexes. In these compounds the dimer structures are achieved by Re-S-Re bridges, where S is the thiolate sulphur from a κS,N3-bidentate thiosemicarbazonate ligand. Some single crystals isolated in the synthesis of 2b contain [Re(L4)(L2)(CO)3] (3b) where L4 (=2-methylamine-5-(para-methylsulfanephenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole) is originated in a cyclization process of the thiosemicarbazone. Furthermore, the rhenium atom is coordinate by the sulphur and the thioamidic nitrogen of the thiosemicarbazonate (κS,N2) affording a four-membered chelate ring.  相似文献

Reactions of the ruthenium complexes [RuH(CO)Cl(PPh3)3] and [RuCl2(PPh3)3] with hetero-difunctional S,N-donor ligands 2-mercapto-5-methyl-1,3,5-thiadiazole (HL1), 2-mercapto-4-methyl-5-thiazoleacetic acid (HL2), and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (HL3) have been investigated. Neutral complexes [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(HL1)] (1), [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(HL2)] (2), [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(HL3)] (3), [Ru(PPh3)2(HL1)2] (4), [RuCl(PPh3)3(HL2)] (5), and [RuCl(PPh3)3(HL3)] (6) imparting κ2-S,N-bonded ligands have been isolated from these reactions. Complexes 1 and 4 reacted with diphenyl-2-pyridylphosphine (PPh2Py) to give neutral κ1-P bonded complexes [RuCl(CO)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(HL1)] (7), and [Ru(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(HL1)2] (8). Complexes 1-8 have been characterized by analytical, spectral (IR, NMR, and electronic absorption) and electrochemical studies. Molecular structures of 1, 2, 4, and 7 have been determined crystallographically. Crystal structure determination revealed coordination of the mercapto-thiadiazole ligands (HL1-HL3) to ruthenium as κ2-N,S-thiolates and presence of rare intermolecular S-S weak bonding interaction in complex 1.  相似文献

Nickel(II) complexes of quinoline-2-carbaldehyde N(4),N(4)-(butane-1,4-diyl) thiosemicarbazone (HL1) and 2-benzoylpyridine N(4),N(4)-(butane-1,4-diyl) thiosemicarbazone (HL2) have been synthesized and physico-chemically characterized by means of partial elemental analyses, molar conductance measurements, magnetic measurements, electronic and infrared spectral studies. Three complexes were given the formulae [Ni(HL1)2]Cl2 (1), [Ni(HL2)L2]ClO4 · 7H2O (2) and [NiL2Cl] · 0.5H2O (3). The structure of compound 1 has been solved by single crystal X-ray crystallography and is found to be distorted octahedral. Compound 2, when crystallized in DMSO solution, got deprotonated to form a new compound [Ni(L2)2] (2a), with a distorted octahedral Ni(II) center. In compound 1, HL1 coordinates to the metal in the thione form, while in compounds 2a and 3, HL2 coordinates in its deprotonated thiolate form.  相似文献

The synthesis of two mononuclear precursor copper complexes, [(HL2)2Cu], 1, and [(HL3)2Cu]·H2O, 2, and three dinuclear Cu–Ln complexes, [(HL1)2Cu(CH3CN)2Gd(NO3)3], 3, [(HL3)2CuGd(NO3)3]·2(H2O), 4, and [(HL3)2CuTb(NO3)3]·2(H2O), 5, based on the ligands H2L1 (4-bromo-2-[1-(5-bromo-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]-6-methoxyphenol), H2L2 (2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-4-bromo-6-methoxyphenol) and H2L3 (2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-6-methoxyphenol) are described in this contribution. The X-ray crystal structures of H2L2, 1, 3, 4, and 5 have been solved. The novel ligand H2L2 crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit; several intermolecular hydrogen contacts connect alternate independent H2L2 molecules into chains developing along c. In complex 1, two (HL2) ligands chelate the copper ion through their imidazolyl nitrogen and phenoxo oxygen atoms, in a relative head to tail arrangement. The molecular structure of 3 is similar to those of the previously reported Cu–Ln complexes of H2L1. In the isostructural complexes 4 and 5, two HL3 ligands sandwich one Cu2+ ion through their N,O sites and one Ln3+ ion through their O2 site, implying a relative head to head arrangement, at variance with the relative head to tail arrangement of HL2 in the mononuclear copper precursor 1. The magnetic properties of 1, 3, 4, and 5 have been investigated. Extended intermolecular antiferromagnetic interactions operate in complex 1 ((JChain = −0.8(1) cm−1). Ferromagnetic interactions between Gd (S = 7/2) and Cu (S = 1/2) centers operate in complexes 3 and 4, leading to an S = 4 ground state (JCuGd = 7.2(2) cm−1 for 3 and JCuGd = 6.5(2) cm−1 for 4). Depopulation of the Tb Stark levels, preclude obtaining reliable information on the presence and sign of the Cu–Tb interaction in 5. These new complexes are complementary to those previously reported: the Cu–O2–Gd core is planar while deformations are borne by the ligands at variance with previous examples where the constraints were located at the Cu–O2–Gd core. The presence of two independent ligands in the Cu,Gd coordination spheres confers a degree of freedom greater than that allowed by a unique tetradentate ligand. As a result, the strength of the magnetic interaction is not solely related to the dihedral angle between the CuOO and GdOO planes in the central core.  相似文献

The ligands (HL1, HL2 and HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in chloroform gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HL)] (1a X = Cl, R = H; 1a′ X = Br, R = H; 1b X = Cl, R = CH3; 1b′ X = Br, R = CH3; 1c X = Cl, R = Ph; 1c′ X = Br, R = Ph) in good yield. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (FAB), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods, and the structures of the ligands have been elucidated by X-ray diffraction. In the case of HL1, we have tried the reaction with [ReX(CO)5] (X = Br, Cl) in toluene and we proved the formation of the adduct also by this way by the isolation of single crystals of 1a′ · ½C7H8.  相似文献

It was established that the reactions of pyrazol-3-yl-substituted nitronyl nitroxide (HL1) and pyrazol-3-yl-substituted imino nitroxide (HL3) with Cu(II) acetate lead to self-assembly of the Cu4(OH)2(OAc)4(DMF)2(L1)2 tetranuclear and Cu2(OAc)2(H2O)2(L3)2 dinuclear complexes, respectively. The reaction of Cu(II) acetate with 5-ethoxycarbonyl-pyrazol-3-yl-substituted nitronyl nitroxide (HL2) gave unexpected solid Cu2(H2O)2(L6)2 · 2DMF, in which L6 is a deprotonated 5-carboxy-pyrazol-3-yl-substituted nitronyl nitroxide, formed as a result of cleavage of an ester bond in the starting HL2. A similar transformation of the paramagnetic ligand was observed in the reaction of Cu(II) acetate with 5-ethoxycarbonyl-pyrazol-3-yl-substituted imino nitroxide (HL4). It led to the formation of Cu2(DMF)2(L7)2, where L7 is deprotonated 2-(5-carboxy-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole 3-oxide. An X-ray diffraction study indicated that in Cu4(OH)2(OAc)4(DMF)2(L1)2 and Cu2(OAc)2(H2O)2(L3)2, the L1 and L3 paramagnetic ligands perform the bridging cyclic tridentate function, while in Cu2(H2O)2(L6)2 · 2DMF and Cu2(DMF)2(L7)2, the paramagnetic L6 and diamagnetic L7 are bridging bicyclic tetradentate ligands. The magnetic behavior of complexes with coordinated nitronyl nitroxide – Cu4(OH)2(OAc)4(DMF)2(L1)2 and Cu2(H2O)2(L6)2 · 2DMF is dictated by the dominant antiferromagnetic exchange interactions, which is confirmed by quantum-chemical data. The magnetic susceptibility of Cu2(OAc)2(H2O)2(L3)2 reflects the competition between the antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic components, of which the latter is due to electron coupling in the Cu(II) ← N=C–N ? O exchange channels. EPR data confirm the results received from static magnetic measurements for multispin solids.  相似文献

Complexes [Zn2(HL1)2(CH3COO)2] (1) and [Zn2(L2)2] (2) were synthesized with salicylaldehyde semicarbazone (H2L1) and salicylaldehyde-4-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone (H2LASSBio-1064, H2L2), respectively. The crystal structure of (1) was determined. Upon recrystallization of previously prepared [Zn2(HL2)2(Cl)2] (3) in 1:9 DMSO:acetone crystals of [Zn2(L2)2(H2O)2]·[Zn2(L2)2(DMSO)4] (3a) were obtained. The crystal structure of 3a was also determined. All crystal structures revealed the presence of phenoxo-bridged binuclear zinc(II) complexes.  相似文献

The synthetic investigation of the CuII/maleamate(−1) ion (HL)/N,N′,N′′-chelate general reaction system has allowed access to compounds [Cu2(HL)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2·H2O (1·H2O), [Cu(HL)(bppy)(ClO4)] (2) and [Cu(HL)(terpy)(H2O)](ClO4) (4) (bppy = 2,6-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine, terpy = 2,2′;6′,2′′-terpyridine). In the absence of externally added hydroxides, compound [Cu2(L′)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2 (3) was obtained from MeOH solutions; L′ is the monomethyl maleate(−1) ligand which is formed in situ via the CuII-assisted HL → L′ transformation. In the case of tptz-containing (tptz = 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) reaction systems, the CuII-assisted hydrolysis of tptz to pyridine-2-carboxamide (L1) afforded complex [Cu(L1)2(NO3)2] (5). The crystal structures of 15 are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the ligands.  相似文献

A series of new 3d-metal complexes have been prepared by the reaction of M(CH3COO)2 (M = Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II)) and 1,2-diamino-3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-4(5H)-ketopyrrole (HL) in a methanol (3) or a methanol/dmf (1, 2) medium. All the complexes have been studied by elemental analyses, electronic and IR spectroscopies. The zinc(II) complex 1 and the ligand HL have been investigated using the method of 1H NMR-spectroscopy at various temperatures. The disappearance of the signal from one proton of the amino group H(5) in the spectrum of complex 1 confirmed the existence of the ligand in the deprotonated form. According to the data of the 1H NMR-spectroscopy, the ligand HL is coordinated to zinc(II) through the nitrogen atom of the deprotonated amino group and the nitrogen atom of the benzothiazole substituent. These data are in agreement with X-ray structural studies for the ligand HL and the zinc(II) complex 1.  相似文献

Double deoxygenation of a 3-phosphinoxido-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophosphine oxide (2) led to bisphosphine 3-2 with an inverted ring P atom. The reaction of bidentate P-ligand 3-2 with dichlorodibenzonitrilo platinum(II) yielded the mixture of a novel cis chelate complex (7 = PtCl2(3-2)) and a cis bis(3-diphenylphosphino-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophosphininyl) complex (8 = PtCl21-5)2) containing two units of monodentate P-ligand 5.  相似文献

The crystal structure of compound 9 has been determined by X-ray diffraction studies and is found that the dimer consists of two square pyramidal Cu(II) centers linked by two chlorine atoms.  相似文献

A series of half-sandwich ruthenium(II) complexes containing κ3(N,N,N)-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate (κ3(N,N,N)-Tp) and the water-soluble phosphane 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)2−n(PTA)n] (n = 2, X = Cl (1), n = 1, X = Cl (2), I (3), NCS (4), H (5)) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)L][PF6] (L = NCMe (6), PTA (7)) have been synthesized. Complexes containing 1-methyl-3,5-diaza-1-azonia-7-phosphaadamantane(m-PTA) triflate [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(m-PTA)2][CF3SO3]2 (8) and [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(m-PTA)][CF3SO3] (X = Cl (9), H (10)) have been obtained by treatment, respectively, of complexes 1, 2 and 5 with methyl triflate. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for complexes 1, 2 and 4 have been carried out. DNA binding properties by using a mobility shift assay and antimicrobial activity of selected complexes have been evaluated.  相似文献

A series of new hydroxyindanimine ligands [ArNCC2H3(CH3)C6H2(R)OH] (Ar = 2,6-i-Pr2C6H3, R = H (HL1), R = Cl (HL2), and R = Me (HL3)) were synthesized and characterized. Reaction of hydroxyindanimine with Cu(OAc)2 · H2O results in the formation of the mononuclear bis(hydroxyindaniminato)copper(II) complexes Cu[ArNCC2H3(CH3)C6H2(R)O]2 (Ar = 2,6-i-Pr2C6H3, R = H (1), R = Cl (2), and R = Me (3)). The complex 2′ was obtained from the chlorobenzene solution of the complex 2, which has the same molecule formula with the complex 2 but it is a polymorph. All copper(II) complexes were characterized by their IR and elemental analyses. In addition, X-ray structure analyses were performed for complexes 1, 2, and 2′. After being activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO), complexes 1-3 can be used as catalysts for the vinyl polymerization of norbornene with moderate catalytic activities. Catalytic activities and the molecular weight of polynorbornene have been investigated for various reaction conditions.  相似文献

The oligoether-substituted (CH3(OCH2CH2)n-; n = 1, 2 or 3) benzimidazolium bromides (3-7) and oligoether-linked (-CH2(CH2OCH2)nCH2-, n = 1, 2 or 3) bisbenzimidazolium dibromides (8-13) were prepared by quarternization of N-substituted benzimidazoles (1 and 2) with the bulky benzyl bromides (ArCH2Br: Ar = C6H2(CH3)3-2,4,6 and C6(CH3)5). trans-Bis(carbene) palladium(II) complexes 14 and 15 derived from 4 and 6 were synthesized by using Ag complexes as carbene-transfer agents in dichloromethane at ambient temperature. In addition, the reactions of 4 and 6 with Pd(OAc)2 and NaBr gave the Pd(II) dimers 16 and 17 which can readily be cleaved by triphenylphosphine to afford the benzannulated monocarbene (NHC) monophosphine Pd(II) complexes [PdBr2(NHC)(PPh3)] (18 and 19). All compounds have been fully characterized by using elemental analysis, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopies. X-ray diffraction studies on single crystals of 19a and 19b confirm the cis square planar geometry. In situ formed complexes from Pd(OAc)2 and benzimidazolium salts (3-13) and preformed Pd(II) complexes 14, 15, 18 and 19 were tested as catalyst for the Heck coupling reaction in water. The influence of the oligoether and benzyl substituents on N atoms and CH3-substituents on the 5,6-positions of benzimidazole frame were investigated under the same conditions in the Heck coupling reaction. In situ formed catalysts showed better conversions than the isolated Pd(II) complexes. The length of the oligoether spacer significantly increases the activity. The salts with two benzimidazole moieties connected by an oligoether as the spacer 8-13 showed similar catalytic activities in the Heck coupling reaction with the mono salts 3-7 bearing corresponding oligoethers on the N atom.  相似文献

Two novel Ni(II) complexes {[Ni(en)2(pot)2]0.5CHCl3} (3) {pot = 5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione} (1) and [Ni(en)2](3-pytol)2 (4) {3-pytol = 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol} (2) have been synthesized using en as coligand. The metal complexes have been characterized by physical and analytical techniques and also by single crystal X-ray studies. The complexes 3 and 4 crystallize in monoclinic system with space group P21/a and P121/c, respectively. The complex 3 has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry with trans (pot) ligands while 4 has a square planar geometry around the centrosymmetric Ni(II) center with ionically linked trans (3-pytol) ligands. The π?π (face to face) interaction plays an important role along with hydrogen bondings to form supramolecular architecture in both complexes.  相似文献

Two octahedral complexes [Ni(HL1)2](ClO4)2 (1) and [Ni(HL2)2](ClO4)2 (2) and a square planar complex [Ni(HL3)]ClO4 (3) have been prepared, where [HL1 = 3-(2-amino-ethylimino)-butan-2-one oxime, HL2 = 3-(2-amino-propylimino)butan-2-one oxime] and H2L3 = 3-[2-(3-hydroxy-1-methyl-but-2-enylideneamino)-1-methyl-ethylimino]-butan-2-one oxime. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectral studies and room temperature magnetic moment measurements. The molecular structures of all three compounds were elucidated on the basis of X-ray crystallography; complexes 1 and 2 are seen to be the mer isomers.  相似文献

This study presents the syntheses and characterization of 2-mercaptopyridine (pyS) complexes containing ruthenium(II) with the following general formula [Ru(pyS)2(P–P)], P–P = (c-dppen) = cis-1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene) (1); (dppe) = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (2); (dppp) = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (3) and (dppb) = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane (4). The complexes were synthesized from the mer- or fac-[RuCl3(NO)(P–P)] precursors in the presence of triethylamine in methanol solution with dependence of the product on the P–P ligand. The reaction of pyS with a ruthenium complex containing a bulky aromatic diphosphine dppb disclosed a major product with a dangling coordinated dppbO-P, the [Ru(pyS)2(NO)(η1-dppbO-P)]PF6(5). In addition, this work also presents and discusses the spectroscopic and electrochemical behavior of 15, and report the X-ray structures for 1 and 5.  相似文献

Two tridentate N,N,O donor Schiff bases, HL1 (4-(2-ethylamino-ethylimino)-pentan-2-one) and HL2 (3-(2-amino-propylimino)-1-phenyl-butan-1-one) on reaction with CuII acetate in presence of triethyl amine yielded two basal-apical, mono-atomic acetate oxygen-bridging dimeric copper(II) complexes, [Cu2L12(OAc)2] (1), [Cu2L22(OAc)2] (2). Whereas two other similar tridentate ligands HL3 (4-(2-amino-propylimino)-pentane-2-one) and HL4 (3-(2-amino-ethylimino)-1-phenyl-butan-1-one) under the same conditions produced a mixture of the corresponding dimers and a one-dimensional alternating chain of the dimer and copper acetate moiety, [Cu4L32(OAc)6]n (3) and [Cu4L42(OAc)6]n (4), formed by a very rare μ3 bridging mode of the acetate ion. All four complexes (14) have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The isotropic Hamiltonian, H = −JS1S2 has been used to interpret the magnetic data. Magnetic measurements of 1 and 2 in the temperature range 2–300 K reveal a very weak antiferromagnetic coupling for both complexes (J = −0.56 and −1.19 cm−1 for 1 and 2, respectively).  相似文献
