The aminobis(phosphonite) PhN(P(OC6H4OMe-o)2)2 (PNP; 1) reacts with 2 equiv of CuI to give a binuclear complex, Cu2(mu2-I)2(NCCH3)2(mu-PNP) (2), whereas similar reactions with CuCl and CuBr furnish tetranuclear "ladder"-type complexes, Cu4(mu2-X)2(mu3-X)2(mu-PNP)2 (3, X = Cl; 4, X = Br), in excellent yield. The complex 2 when heated under vacuum turns into the tetranuclear complex 5 in a reversible fashion. Similarly, the complexes 3 and 4 on dissolution in CH3CN dissociate reversibly into the corresponding binuclear complexes from which the tetrameric complexes can be readily regenerated. Treatment of 2 with excess of pyridine produces the heterosubstituted derivative, Cu2(mu2-I)2(C5H5N)2(mu-PNP) (6). The interaction of 2 with 2,2'-bipyridine in 1:1 and 1:2 ratios produces the mono- and disubstituted derivatives, Cu2(mu2-I)I(C10H8N2)(mu-PNP) (7) and [Cu2(mu2-I)(C10H8N2)2(mu-PNP)]I (8), respectively. The chloro and bromo analogues of 7 are prepared by treating the tetranuclear derivatives 3 and 4 with 2,2'-bipyridine. Reaction of 2 with 4,4'-bipyridine in the presence of AgOTf gives the cationic complex [Cu4(NCCH3)4(C10H8N2)2(mu-PNP)2](OTf)4 (9), whereas the complex [Cu2(NCCH3)2(mu-PNP)2](OTf)2 (10) was obtained from the reaction of 2 with 1 equiv of 1 and AgOTf. The reactions of 3 and 4 with 2 equiv of 4,4'-bipyridine in acetonitrile afford one-dimensional copper(I) coordination polymers [Cu2(mu2-X)2(mu-PNP)(C10H8N2)]n (13, X = Cl; 14, X = Br). The molecular structures of 2-4, 6-8, 12, and 14 are confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Diels-Alder reactions with 3-(acyloxy)acrylates using chiral Lewis acid catalysts have been successfully carried out. These reactions proceed with high enantioselectivity when a chiral Lewis acid derived from Cu(OTf)2 and a bisoxazoline is used. The coordination ability of the electroactive TTF-based chelating ligand 5,5'-bis(4,5-bis(thiomethyl)-4'-carbamoyltetrathiafulvalene)-2,2'-bipyridine (L) has been tested with Cu(I) and Cu(II) centres. [(L)2Cu(I)](PF6), [(L)2Cu(II)](OTf)2 and [(L)Cu(II)(DMF)3](OTf)2 have been synthesized. A single-crystal X-ray analysis was performed on [(L)Cu(II)(DMF)3](OTf)2, showing a distorted octahedral geometry around the Cu(II) centre, and the formation of dimeric units in the solid state through weak coordination in apical position of an amide oxygen atom from a neighbouring complex. Magnetic data show that the paramagnetic metallic centres are isolated, in agreement with the solid-state structure. Electrochemical measurements were performed on the three complexes and in all cases the Cu(I)/Cu(II) and TTF/TTF+*/TTF2+ redox processes were observed.  相似文献

A novel combined system of Yb(OTf)(3) with TMSCl or TMSOTf catalyzed an imino ene reaction. The reaction of N-tosylbenzaldimine (1) with alpha-methylstyrene (2) proceeded smoothly to give homoallylic amine 3 in the presence of a catalytic amount of Yb(OTf)(3) and TMSCl. This catalytic system was successfully applied to the imino ene reactions of various aldimines with alkenes. This new imino ene reaction provides a unique method for the three-component coupling reaction of an aldehyde, tosylamide, and alpha-methylstyrene in the presence of Yb(OTf)(3) and TMSOTf, to give the corresponding homoallylic amine.  相似文献

Rare earth metal trifluoromethanesulfonates [rare earth metal triflate, RE(OTf)3] were found to be efficient catalyst for benzyl-etherification. In the presence of a catalytic amount of RE(OTf)3, condensation of benzyl alcohols and aliphatic alcohols proceeded smoothly to afford the benzyl ethers. The condensation between benzyl alcohols and thiols also proceeded, and thio ethers were obtained in good yield. In these reactions, RE(OTf)3 could be recovered easily after the reactions were completed and could be reused without loss of activity.  相似文献

Rates of Diels-Alder cycloadditions of anthracenes with methyl vinyl ketone (MVK) are accelerated significantly by the presence of scandium triflate [Sc(OTf)3]. Sc(OTf)3 also promotes photoinduced electron-transfer reactions from various electron donors to MVK significantly. Comparison of the promoting effect of Sc(OTf)3 in photoinduced electron-transfer reactions of MVK with the catalytic effect of Sc(OTf)3 in the Diels-Alder reaction of 9,10-dimethylanthracene with MVK has revealed that the MVK-Sc(OTf)3 complex is a reactive intermediate in both the Diels-Alder and photoinduced electron-transfer reactions. The observed second-order rate constants of the Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with MVK are by far larger than those expected from the observed linear Gibbs energy relation for the Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with stronger electron acceptors than MVK, which are known to proceed via electron transfer. This indicates that the Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with MVK does not proceed via an electron-transfer process from anthracences to the MVK-Sc(OTf)3 complex.  相似文献

Abstract  

Knoevenagel condensation of barbituric acids with aromatic aldehydes containing one or two formyl groups was carried out. 5-Arylidenebarbituric acids underwent smooth hetero-Diels-Alder (HDA) reactions with enol ethers to afford cis and trans diastereoisomers of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones and 5,5′-(1,4-phenylene)bis[2H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H)-dione] derivatives in excellent yields (75–88 %). Syntheses were realized by Knoevenagel condensation and HDA reaction in four different reaction conditions: Knoevenagel condensation in water and Diels-Alder reaction in methylene chloride solution, Knoevenagel condensation in water and Diels-Alder reaction without solvent, three-component one-pot reaction in methylene chloride solution, or three-component one-pot reaction in water. All reactions were carried out without catalyst at room temperature. The reactions of malononitrile with Knoevenagel condensation products of barbituric acids and heteroaromatic aldehydes or terephthalaldehyde were examined and did not provide corresponding pyranopyrimidines.  相似文献

A series of 4,4'-disilyl-substituted-2,2'-bipyridine ligands were prepared using a metathesis reaction of the dianion of 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine with several trialkylsilyl chlorides: 4,4'bis(tert-butyldimethylsilylmethyl)-2,2'-bipyridine (dTBDMSbipy), 4,4'-bis(dimethylthexylsilylmethyl)-2,2'-bipyridine (dTHEXbipy), and 4,4'-bis(neophyldimethylsilylmethyl)-2-2'-bipyridine (dNEObipy). It was observed that the side chain length correlated with the ability of the ligand to form hydrocarbon soluble complexes of copper(I) bromide, with dNEObipy forming the most soluble and easily crystallized complexes. The atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene using dNEObipy as the ligand displayed molecular weight control equivalent to other ATRP systems in which solubilizing ligands, such as 4,4'-di-5-nonyl-2,2'-bipyridine or 4,4'-di-n-heptyl-2,2'-bipyridine, were used. The one-to-one complex of dNEObipy with CuBr was prepared and its crystal structure was determined. The resulting complex had the ionic formulation [(dNEObipy)2Cu]+[CuBr2]- and displayed similar activities in styrene ATRP as the standard 2 dNEObipy/CuBr catalyst system. These and other polymerization results in addition to NMR experiments suggest that the predominant copper(I) species formed in ATRP solutions is the 2-to-1 ligand-to-copper(I) cation, [(dNEObipy)2Cu]+, with either a dihalocuprate or halide counteranion, depending upon the conditions.  相似文献

The reactions of phenylaminobis(phosphonite), PhN{P(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2 (1) (PNP), with [AuCl(SMe2)] in appropriate ratios, afford the bi- and mononuclear complexes, [(AuCl)2(micro-PNP)] (2) and [(AuCl)(PNP)]2 (3) in good yield. Treatment of 2 with 2 equiv of AgX (X = OTf or ClO4) followed by the addition of 1 or 2,2'-bipyridine affords [Au2(micro-PNP)2](OTf)2 (4) and [Au2(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)](ClO4)2 (5), respectively. Similarly, the macrocycles [Au4(C4H4N2)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)4 (6), [Au4(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)4 (7), and [Au6(C3H3N3)2(micro-PNP)3](ClO4)6 (8) are obtained by treating 2 with pyrazine, 4,4'-bipyridine, or 1,3,5-triazine in the presence of AgClO 4. The reaction of 1 with AgOTf in a 1:2 molar ratio produces [Ag2(micro-OTf)2(micro-PNP)] (9). The displacement of triflate ions in 9 by 1 leads to a disubstituted derivative, [Ag2(micro-PNP)3](OTf)2 (10). The equimolar reaction of 1 with AgClO4 in THF affords [Ag2(C4H8O)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)2 (11). Treatment of 1 with AgClO4 followed by the addition of 2,2'-bipyridine affords a discrete binuclear complex, [Ag2(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)](ClO4)2 (12), whereas similar reactions with 4,4'-bipyridine or pyrazine produce one-dimensional zigzag Ag (I) coordination polymers, [Ag2(C10H8N2)(micro-ClO4)(ClO4)(micro-PNP)]n (13) and [Ag2(C4H4N2)(micro-ClO4)(ClO4)(micro-PNP)]n (14) in good yield. The nature of metal-metal interactions in compounds 2, 4, 5, and 12 was analyzed theoretically by performing HF and CC calculations. The structures of the complexes 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, and 14 are confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The combination of 5 mol % Cu(OTf)2 and CuCl in the presence of DMAP effectively catalyzed a three-component coupling reaction involving an alkynylsilane, an o-hydroxybenzaldehyde derivative, and a secondary amine. The reaction proceeded via intramolecular 5-exo-dig cyclization, resulting in direct synthesis of the corresponding benzofuran derivatives in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

The reaction of cyclohexylphosphonic acid (C(6)H(11)PO(3)H(2)), anhydrous CuCl(2) and 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in the presence of triethylamine followed by a metathesis reaction with KNO(3) afforded [Cu(4)(mu-Cl)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(bpy)(4)](NO(3))(2) (1). In an analogous reaction involving Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O, the complex [Cu(4)(mu-CH(3)COO)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4)](CH(3)COO)(2) (2) has been isolated. The three-component reaction involving Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O, cyclohexylphosphonic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine in the presence of triethylamine afforded the tetranuclear assembly [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4) (H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (3). Replacing 2,2'-bipyridine with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in the above reaction resulted in [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(phen)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (4). In all the copper(II) phosphonates (1-4) the two phosphonate ions bridge the four copper(II) ions in a capping coordination action. Each phosphonate ion bridges four copper(II) ions in a mu(4), eta(3) coordination mode or 4.211 of the Harris notation. Variable-temperature magnetic studies on reveal that all four complexes exhibit moderately strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The DNA cleavage activity of complexes 1-4 is also described. Compounds 1 and 3 were able to completely convert the supercoiled pBR322 DNA form I to nick form II without any co-oxidant. In contrast, 50% conversion occurred with and 40% with 4. In the presence of magnesium monoperoxyphthalate all four compounds achieved rapid conversion of form I to form II.  相似文献

Two chiral copper(II) bis(oxazoline) complexes have been immobilized on silica via electrostatic interactions using a remarkably straightforward procedure. The immobilized catalysts were tested in a standard Diels-Alder reaction and gave surprising results. Where the immobilized Cu((S,S)-phenyl-box)(OTf)2 catalyst was used, the predominant enantiomer formed was the opposite of that produced using the same catalyst in a homogeneous reaction. This is a startling result given that the only difference is the electrostatic immobilization of the catalyst on amorphous silica. The activity of the catalyst in a hetero Diels-Alder reaction was also tested. This catalyst was also recycled, successfully maintaining a similar activity to the homogeneous analogue through a number of cycles.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] We have designed a small-molecule artificial metalloenzyme that is prepared in situ from Cu(OTf)(2) or Cu(NTf(2))(2) (1.0 equiv) and l-DOPA-derived monopeptide (1.1 equiv). This catalyst (2-10 mol %) is highly effective for the enantioselective Diels-Alder (DA) and Mukaiyama-Michael (MM) reactions with alpha,beta-unsaturated 1-acyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles. The present results demonstrate that cation-pi interactions may be available for controlling the conformation of sidearms of chiral ligands, and monopeptides are readily tunable ligands that include only one chiral center.  相似文献

Synthesis of bisfunctionalized unsymmetrical 2,2'-bipyridines 8 or their sulfonyl derivatives 12a,b are described. They were prepared via the Diels-Alder reaction of 1-methyl-4-pyrrolidin-1-yl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (6) with 3,3'-bis(methyl- sulfanyl)-5,5'-bi-1,2,4-triazine (1). The reaction leads to the single cycloaddition product 7 which undergoes Diels-Alder reaction with cyclic enamines 2a,b to give unsymmetrical 2,2'-bipyridine derivatives 8, consisting of the two different heterocyclic units: cycloalkeno[c]pyridine and 2,6-naphthyridine.  相似文献

Five new mixed diimine 1,1'-dithiolate or dithiocarbamate ligand complexes of the form [Rh(bpy)2(SS)][PF6]n, where bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine and SS = various substituted dialkyldithiocarbamates or 1,1'-dithiolates, were synthesized from cis-[Rh(bpy)2(OTf)2][OTf]. The triflate ligands are easily displaced by other ligands and allow these syntheses to proceed in high yields (80-90% overall) under relatively mild reaction conditions and to give high purity products. Electrochemistry shows irreversible two-electron reduction of Rh(III) to Rh(I) and a concomitant loss of one bipyridine ligand; this is followed by reversible one-electron reduction of the remaining 2,2'-bipyridine ligand. The electronic characterizations of these complexes are consistent with significant delocalization of the sulfur electron density onto the empty metal d orbitals. The 1,1'-dithiolate ligands induce larger red shifts in the absorption and emission spectra than the dithiocarbamates as the 1,1'-dithiolates have a more extensive conjugation system.  相似文献

A nanosized magnesium oxide catalyzed three-component condensation reaction of aldehyde, malononitrile, and α-naphthol proceeded rapidly in water-PEG to afford corresponding 2-amino-2-chromenes in high yields at room temperature. The greener protocol was found to be fairly general and the catalyst was reused in subsequent reactions with consistent activity.  相似文献
