悬线式物镜力矩器是高密度光盘系统中关键部件——光学头的可执行机构,其运动特性决定着光学头的读盘能力。在光学头研制、生产及测试中发现某些力矩器频率特性曲线的线性工作区内出现共振,它会导致光学头的读碟能力下降。通过对力矩器可动部建模、ansys仿真及实验分析,得出力矩器可动部的质心和力心不重合将导致其在中频段内发生扭转共振。实验结论对悬线式物镜力矩器设计、评价和生产都有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

光学头力矩器的空间磁场分布直接决定了力矩器的动态性能,对磁场进行准确分析是力矩器设计的前提。分析了悬线式力矩器的空间磁场产生机理,并采用有限元分析法进行了理论推导。以一款动线圈式二维对称型只读悬线式力矩器为例,采用有限元仿真软件(ANSYS)分析并设计了其空间磁场分布,对影响力矩器空间磁场分布的相关因素进行了分析。将采用有限元法对悬线式力矩器空间磁场仿真计算得出的力矩器动态特性参数与实测力矩器动态特性参数相比,其结果均符合力矩器的设计要求,证明基于有限元分析法的悬线式力矩器空间磁场设计是可行的。  相似文献

在光存储系统中,为了保证存取信息所用的激光束准确地聚焦在记录介质表面上,必须具有精密自动调焦系统,该系统包括激光光源,扩束准直和整形光学元件,光学物镜,光电探测器,以及能上下运动的双轴力矩器。其中执行机构是在磁场中的双轴力矩器,线圈中电流不同时双轴力矩器拖动聚焦物镜上下移动,达到聚焦的目的。此过程中,位置探测器探测到焦点离存储介质表面的距离参数,并转化成聚焦误差信号,由此聚焦误差信号对物镜相对于存储介质的距离进行修正,从而使得激光束能准确地聚焦在介质表面上。结合532nm绿光,采用CDRW可擦写光盘,得到了约500nm的光存储斑。  相似文献

光存储中的光学系统是一种非同轴光学系统,其中各个光学元件的设计位置与装配精度是保证系统光线正常传输并获得准确信号的前提。四元数方法是一种可以方便地描述空间光线的传输计算与坐标变换的数学方法。通过将四元数引入到光学头光学系统的建模中,使用四元数法表征非同轴光学系统的传输方式,并给出建立光学元件的设计、安装参数与聚焦光斑、读出光斑之间关系的流程图。据此模型对各个独立的研究对象进行分析的结果,对光存储中光学系统的设计与生产装配工艺的制定有指导意义;同时,以此模型分析物镜的连续运动对光斑和读出信号的影响,对光学头中的可执行机构力矩器的设计有实践作用。  相似文献

力矩器多维运动之间的串扰是影响其动态特性和光斑质量的关键因素。建立了力矩器的空间受力分布模型,提出了聚焦、循迹、倾斜三个方向串扰度的概念,用数值方法计算并分析了力矩器的运动串扰现象,得到了串扰度与力矩器结构参数的关系。分析结果表明,串扰度与永磁铁和聚焦线圈的结构参数密切相关,合理选择结构参数可有效降低串扰度,可提高力矩器的动态性能。  相似文献

力矩器多维运动间的串扰和耦合是影响其动态特性和光斑质量的关键因素。针对力矩器单自由度简谐振动模型的不足,利用拉格朗日第二类方程,建立了二维力矩器的三自由度动力学模型,描述了力矩器聚焦和循迹有效运动、聚焦和循迹运动间的耦合作用以及扭转串扰运动特性,反映了力矩器四个关键点的不一致对其动态特性的定量影响。模型与实验结果对比表明,各自由度误差均小于5%,模型具有实用性,对力矩器的设计开发和串扰抑制具有理论指导作用。  相似文献

本文首先介绍了影碟机激光头的工作原理,然后根据激光二极管的发光特性及刻录在光盘上表示信息的坑槽的细微结构,提出了使激光头物镜满足工作需求的光学设计要求。在非球面物镜的总体设计阶段,对物镜的焦距、口径等系统性能参数进行了确定,并针对系统要求提出需校正的像差种类。在非球面物镜的光学设计阶段,以总体设计的初始结构数据为基础,利用计算机进行非球面物镜的设计和优化,得到了满足各项要求的设计结果。文中给出了所设计的非球面物镜结构参数及像差曲线,并就该塑料镜片的工艺性进行了初步讨论  相似文献

为了满足瞄准镜体积小、重量轻的要求,需要物镜采用摄远型结构。分析了摄远型透镜转像式物镜的光学特性与像差特点,提出了摄远型镜组、正场镜和对称式转像镜组构成的结构型式。依据系统的成像特性,推导了光焦度分配和外形尺寸计算公式。采用光学设计软件Zemax设计了摄远型透镜转像式物镜,系统焦距为-100 mm,入瞳直径为25 mm,视场角为8,系统总长仅为99.92 mm。设计结果表明,采用该方法设计的瞄准镜物镜在40 lp/mm处各个视场的调制传递函数均在0.2以上,满足目视光学仪器的使用要求。  相似文献

以琼斯矩阵为数学工具,利用理论分析和计算机仿真的方法研究了块状玻璃光学电流互感器传感头的色散特性对系统灵敏度的影响,并进行了实验验证.在光学电流互感器系统中,光源的驱动电流与环境温度改变,都会造成光源峰值波长移动.而在传感头中主要是由单层保偏反射膜的反射相移、光学玻璃的Verdet常数以及光学玻璃内的线性双折射这三个因素的色散特性,使得光学电流互感器的灵敏度随光源波长的变化而改变.研究结果表明,这种色散特性会对输出曲线的尺度因子产生明显的影响.因此,光源的恒温控制与光源驱动电流的恒流控制是必要的.本研究结果可为光学电流互感器的研究设计人员提供有用的参考.  相似文献

In order to miniaturize optical disc drives, it is important to miniaturize and thin the optical pickup. We have developed two new optical parts: the hologram laser and the actuator. By optimizing the hologram pattern of the hologram laser, optical path length is shortened. The frequency characteristics of the actuator have been stabilized by improving the damping characteristics. Thus, we have developed a compact optical pickup for Mini Disc drives, and the pickup shows high performance when it reads out an optical disc.  相似文献

The characteristics of optical-wave target detection and imaging from a negative-refraction photonic crystal (NR-PC) flat lens are studied with a two-dimensional (2D) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method in the paper. The results show that there exists a transmission peak, with a value far greater than unit, resulting from the influence of the mini-forbidden bands and resonance excitation effect at resonance frequency. Also, the refocusing of backscattered optical wave from the target leads to its image with a sub-wavelength lateral resolution and great amplitude as long as the target is placed at the focus of the NR-PC flat lens. Therefore, the NR-PC flat lens will find many implications in optical area, especially in the detection and imaging of small targets.  相似文献

With the rapid development of CD/DVD(compact disc/digital versatile disc)technology,the disc rotation speed and the information density have increased greatly to fulfil the demand of high informatiopn bit rate transfer,As one of the most important elements in a DVD pickup head,objective lens actuators are required to provide a more precise means to accurately follow the disc deviation.The design of the lens actuator becomes all the more important and critical.In order to give complete suggestion to the design of the lens actuator,we put forward the movement differnetial equations as a new theoretical means to analyse the characteristics of the lens actuator reliably and rigorously.Based on the theoretical analyses,many important and effective methods are propsed.A typical experiment verifies that the performance of our lens actuator head,which adopts these methods,can satisfy the high speed and high density requirement of DVD systems.  相似文献

Optical components and systems with dimensions between 10 and 200 mm are discussed with specific examples of testing, simulation, and assembly methods. This size regime, which is conventionally classified with micro-optics, offers attractive possibilities for next-generation micro-optics packaging. However, optics in this regime suffer from few available testing and simulation tools. Several theoretical application examples are described, including a high-index solid immersion lens and a pickup for optical data storage. Challenges and solutions for design and simulation, testing, and assembly of such systems are also discussed.  相似文献

In the paper, target detection and imaging from refraction photonic crystal (NR-PC) slab lens is studied by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. Numerical simulation shows that, there is a transmission peak with a value far greater than unit, resulting from the mini-forbidden bands and resonance excitation at the resonance frequency of 0.3068 (a/λ). When a target is placed at the focus point (F2) of the NR-PC lens, its image and great amplitude could be formed in the vicinity of the point source through the focusing of backscattered optical wave from the target. Further investigation demonstrates that the lens-combined scanning scheme provides higher refocusing resolution than lens-fixed and non-dynamic scanning scheme for square target detection and imaging.  相似文献
