An ordered mesoporous WO3 material with a highly crystalline framework was synthesized by using amphiphilic poly(ethylene oxide)‐b‐polystyrene (PEO‐b‐PS) diblock copolymers as a structure‐directing agent through a solvent‐evaporation‐induced self‐assembly method combined with a simple template‐carbonization strategy. The obtained mesoporous WO3 materials have a large uniform mesopore size (ca. 10.9 nm) and a high surface area (ca. 121 m2 g?1). The mesoporous WO3‐based H2S gas sensor shows an excellent performance for H2S sensing at low concentration (0.25 ppm) with fast response (2 s) and recovery (38 s). The high mesoporosity and continuous crystalline framework are responsible for the excellent performance in H2S sensing. 相似文献

介孔氧化钨电色薄膜的制备与性能研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用一种新的非离子型gemini表面活性剂结构导向模板, 成功制备了介孔氧化钨薄膜. 通过SAXRD, TEM和N2吸附-脱附等方法考察薄膜的制备和微结构特性, 发现获得的产物具有三维蠕虫介孔结构, 比表面积可达145.5 m2• g-1. 测定了该薄膜在无水高氯酸锂/碳酸丙烯酯电解质溶液中的循环伏安和电致变色性能, 并与无模板薄膜进行了对比研究. 研究表明, 由于具有更大的电化学活性比表面, 纳米介孔氧化钨薄膜表现出增强的电色性能, 在633 nm波长处的透过率调制幅度可达60%以上, 着色效率为51.7 cm2•C-1. 相似文献

缺碳型介孔空心球状WC制备及其对甲醇氧化的电化学行为 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用喷雾干燥法制得空心球状结构偏钨酸铵, 通过固定床气固反应, 以CO/H2为还原碳化气氛在700~900 ℃下制备了介孔结构空心球状碳化钨(WC). 经XRD, SEM及EDS测试表明, WC粉末样品在保持了单相WC的前提下, 样品存在一个微量缺碳的原子比例, 其W/C>1, 且在高氢环境中WC球体表面有部分纳米颗粒依附于片状碳化钨基体上. 将制备得到的WC粉末样品制成微电极, 采用电化学测试技术研究了WC在硫酸介质中对甲醇的电催化氧化反应. 结果表明, 缺碳的介孔结构空心球状WC催化剂对甲醇氧化有着良好的电催化活性, 并对动力学参数进行了研究, 结果显示其反应的表观活化能为105.06 kJ/mol, 且其在微电极中的氧化行为受扩散控制. 相似文献

采用聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂(PEO)为模板剂,超临界乙醇为介质,在不同条件下(各种PEO,不同pH值和络合剂)合成了类似于MSU的介孔氧化锆.XRD,N2物理脱吸附曲线,TEM及选区电子衍射证明该介孔氧化锆骨架为四方晶型;改变表面活性剂类型、络合剂及pH可调变介孔氧化锆的BET表面积与孔分布. 相似文献

以廉价的γ-氧化铝为模板制备薄壁中孔碳材料,且可在制备过程中方便地对碳材料的孔结构、微孔率等参数进行调控.以原位聚合的酚醛树脂为碳源取代蔗糖,简化了制备流程.制得的碳材料不仅可以较好地复制氧化铝模板的孔结构,且比表面积比以蔗糖为碳源的样品显著提高.在此基础上,选用模板堆积孔径与模板自身直径差异较大的长棒状氧化铝为模板,成功地以一种模板、经过一次聚合-碳化过程制备出了具有双峰孔分布(PSD)结构的薄壁碳材料,两个峰分别位于4 nm附近的较小中孔区和13 nm附近的较大中孔区.此外,所得碳材料的比表面积(>1800 m2·g-1)和孔容(>4.5 cm3·g-1)均很高,而微孔率却较低,具有优异的中孔特性.将所得碳材料用作电化学电容器的电极,电容可达200 F·g-1,且当电流密度从0.1 A·g-1升至1.0 A·g-1时,比电容仅衰减10%,表现出良好的电容性能. 相似文献

The synthesis of carbon nitride films at low temperature has been investigated using pulsed arc discharge from methanol solution with nitrogen atmosphere. Raman spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis suggest that crystalline carbon nitride films may be prepared at low substrate temperature (220 ℃). At same time, the substrate temperature has a significantly effect on the nitrogen content and structure of the films. Increasing substrate temperature (300 ℃) would decrease the content of nitrogen in the films and result in a formation of carbon films. 相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, the superfine powders of cubic pyrochlore-type of tungsten oxide and hexagonal tungsten bronze were obtained by using Na2WO4·2H2O as the starting material. The products were characterized by XRD, TG, IR, UV and EPMA, respectively. The effects of the pH value, the acid concentration, reaction temperature and time on the structure and particle size of products were investigated in detail. The conditions for the preparation of superfine powders of tungsten oxide were optimized. The pH 2.5~4.5 of the reaction system led to the formation of a pyrochlore phase and pH 0.5~2.0 gave the hexagonal tungsten bronze structure. The photochromism property of the hexagonal tungsten bronze was studied. The results show that pyrochlore and bronze phases are decomposed at 300 ℃ and 450 ℃, respectively. With the increasing of temperature, the structure of the two oxides changes. The pyrochlore-type powder changes completely into triclinic Na2W4O13 around 500 ℃, while the bronze phase into a mixture of Na2W6O19 and triclinic WO3 at 550 ℃. The powder of the hexagonal tungsten bronze showed better photochromism property. 相似文献

三氧化钨(WO3)以其较窄的带隙,成为继二氧化钛(TiO2)之后颇具发展潜力的n型半导体光催化剂.本文采用水热合成法,通过调控反应参数,如原料组成、沉淀时间等,合成了不同形貌和晶型的WO3;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、氮气吸附-脱附(N2 adsorption-desorption)等表征了所合成的WO3产品,发现原料组成、沉淀时间等条件对WO3的晶型和形貌都有影响;研究了所合成的WO3产品去除水中亚甲基蓝染料污染物的性能,结果表明,所制备的WO3对水中亚甲基蓝具有较好的去除效果,去除率可达97%. 相似文献

利用γ-氧化铝为模板, 精细控制合成了一系列具有不同孔径的中孔碳材料. 在优化的条件下, 所得的碳材料具有孔径分布窄、比表面积高(>1000 m2·g-1)、孔容大(最高3.82 cm3·g-1)、中孔率高(>99%)的特点, 并且孔壁厚度仅有1-2个石墨层. 选用了三种不同来源的氧化铝为模板, 考察了模板与所得碳材料织构的相关性, 并提出用无序模板可控制备碳材料的机理. 即在碳包覆氧化铝的复合物前体中, 若碳层完整覆盖氧化铝表面并且足够强韧, 则所得碳材料可近似复制模板的孔结构, 并且碳材料的孔一部分由去除模板所生成, 另一部分来源于模板原有的孔. 据此模型对所得碳材料的孔容进行了理论计算, 其结果有力支持了上述机理. 相似文献

针对高空速下捕获痕量毒物分子的环境净化要求, 尝试调控介孔材料孔壁结构以提高其吸附小分子环境污染物的效率. 通过调节合成体系的 pH 值、加入无机盐以及控制表面活性剂浓度等方法, 改变硅物种与模板剂胶束的组装速度或无机-有机液晶相的存在形态, 研制含有孔壁缺陷位的介孔分子筛新材料. 通过 X 射线衍射和低温氮气吸附研究了样品的结构特性, 并采用高分辨透射电镜和固体核磁技术证实了介孔材料孔壁缺陷位的形成. 以挥发性吡咯烷亚硝胺为靶标分子, 考察了所得材料的吸附性能. 结果表明, 大量缺陷空位的存在成倍地提高了介孔分子筛吸附挥发性亚硝胺的效率, 为设计研制环保新材料提供了新思路. 相似文献

以六氯化钨、硫代乙酰胺、氧化石墨烯为原料,采用一步水热法合成了二维的二硫化钨/石墨烯(WS_2/RGO)复合材料。水热合成的WS_2/RGO具有薄层的二维结构,且由于石墨烯的存在,WS_2以较少的层数形成薄片状生长在石墨烯的表面。尝试将这种非Pt类材料用于电催化氧化原反应,测试结果表明,WS_2在碱性条件下氧还原活性非常低,但是复合RGO形成WS_2/RGO复合材料后,电催化氧化原性能有了极大的提高,其起始电位为-0.17 V(vs SCE),转移电子数为3.7,极限电流密度为2.5 m A·cm-2,同时其具有较好的抗甲醇性能和循环稳定性。这是因为WS_2/RGO复合材料的二维结构具有更高的电子传输速率,同时硫化钨和石墨烯可以发挥协同催化作用。这种新型的二硫化钨/石墨烯(WS_2/RGO)复合材料作为非贵金属催化剂表现出良好的氧还原性能,在燃料电池上具有较好的应用前景。 相似文献

A low-temperature spray deposition synthesis was developed to prepare locally hexagonally ordered mesoporous titania films with polycrystalline anatase pore walls in an evaporation-induced self-assembly process. The titania film preparation procedure is conducted completely at temperatures below 50 °C. The effects of spray time, film thickness, synthesis time prior to spray deposition, and aging time at high relative humidity after deposition on the atomic arrangement and the mesoorder of the mesoporous titania were studied. We find the crystallite size to depend on both the synthesis time and aging time of the films, where longer times result in larger crystallites. Using the photocatalytic activity of titania, the structure-directing agent is removed with UV radiation at 43–46 °C. The capability of the prepared films to remove the polymer template increased with longer synthesis and aging times due to the increased crystallinity, which increases the photocatalytic efficiency of the titania films. However, with increasingly longer times, the crystallites grow too large for the mesoorder of the pores to be maintained. This work shows that a scalable spray coating method can be used to prepare locally ordered mesoporous polycrystalline titania films by judiciously tuning the synthesis parameters. 相似文献
