Structured fluids such as emulsions and liquid crystalline mesophases can be used to control aroma release

This study shows that the use of a gas sensor array coupled with pattern recognition analysis can be particularly useful in studying volatile profiles

A mixture of 8 carefully selected volatile, hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds was entrapped in 4 different matrices: water, lipids (sunflower oil, unsaturated monoglycerides), emulsion (20% wt water) and cubic phases (20 and 3% wt water)

A clear discrimination between the release pattern of the different matrices has been measured by the sensor array system. It has been shown that the cubic phase release patterns is not only controlled by its composition but also depended strongly on ihe lipid/water interfacial area

本文利用折射定律、菲涅耳公式和流体力学原理研究不同浓度乙醇溶液为试剂或载流的单流路体系中,正向流动注射与反向流动注射的信号峰形,对每个正、负峰高度和位置进行解释。给出不同相界面曲面方程,计算不同条件下反射率,反射光和折射光被流通池壁吸收时的径向半径及发生全反射时的径向半径,从理论上计算各种条件下的吸光度。  相似文献

This work deals with the luminous chemical vapour deposition (plasma polymerization) of hydrocarbon polymeric thin films in a magnetic field enhanced discharge of methane. The films were deposited on 4″ <111> single crystal silicon substrates. We investigated the influence of the different glow discharge parameters (e.g. pressure, flow rate, power input, etc.) on the deposition rate of methane and the refractive index of the resulting polymeric films, as well as the distribution of these parameters across the wafer. We used a Shinko Seiki Plasma Polymerization equipment with a bell jar reactor comprising two electrodes connected to a symmetric AC power supply of 15 kHz. Two magnetrons were formed by placing two circular shaped concentric magnetic poles behind each electrode. The substrates were attached on both sides of a rotating wheel held at a floating potential in the middle of the two electrodes. This equipment allowed us to vary a single parameter and keep the other parameters constant over the whole process. We measured the thickness and the refractive index and their distribution over the wafer. The effect of the system pressure, decoupled from the effect of flow rate, is explained by the characteristic nature of luminous gas phase and by the polymerization/deposition mechanism of luminous chemical vapour deposition.  相似文献

利用悬挂滴方法研究了疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺(HMPAM)对胜利采油厂高温高盐油藏采出原油中酸性活性组分和沥青质界面膜扩张流变性质的影响,考察了不同活性组分浓度条件下的界面扩张流变行为.实验结果表明:1750mg·L-1HMPAM能够在界面上形成网络结构,界面扩张模量数值高达100mN·m-1左右;油相中的酸性组分随着老化时间增加吸附到界面上,与HMPAM分子的疏水改性部分形成聚集结构,一方面通过快速的扩散交换过程大大降低扩张模量,另一方面通过与疏水改性部分的相互作用加强HMPAM分子间的缔合强度,增强网络结构的弹性.沥青质分子尺寸相对较大,分子间存在氢键等较强的相互作用,造成沥青质界面聚集体和HMPAM形成的网络结构共同决定界面膜性质,混合膜的扩张模量较单独HMPAM体系仅略有降低.  相似文献

"Radio frequency magnetron sputtering technique is used to deposit Ba0:65Sr0:35TiO3 (BST) thin films on fused quartz substrates. In order to prepare the high quality BST thin films, the crystallization and microstructure of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and atom force microstructure. The more intense characteristic diffraction peaks and better crystallization can be observed in BST thin films deposited at 600 oC and subsequently annealed at 700 oC. The refractive index of the films is determined from the measured transmission spectra. The dependences of the refractive index on the deposition parameters of BST thin films are different. The refractive index of the films increases with the substrate temperature. At lower sputtering pressure, the refractive index increases from 1.797 to 2.179 with the pressure increase. However, when the pressure increases up to 3.9 Pa, the refractive index instead reduces to 1.860. The oxygen to argon ratio also plays an important effect on the refractive index of the films. It has been found that the refractive index increases with the ratio of oxygen to argon increasing. The refractive index of BST thin films is strongly dependent on the annealing temperature, which also increases as the annealing temperature ascends. In one word, the refractive index of BST thin films is finally affected by the films microstructure and texture."  相似文献

以四异丙醇钛为原料,采用低压化学气相沉积法研究TiO2薄膜的沉积条件。采用紫外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等测试手段对TiO2膜的光学性质及结构形貌进行了表征。实验表明:TiO2膜在可见光和近红外范围内的折光率为3.15,比用常压法制备的TiO2膜的折光率高出36.5%。因而,低压化学气相沉积法是制备高折射率的TiO2膜更有效的一种方法。  相似文献

The Schlieren effect is a consequence of light inflexions altering the spectrophotometric measurements that are due to the formation of optical artefacts such as mirror and lenses inside the flowing sample. It may influence signal-to-noise ratio, sample throughput and measurement repeatability in spectrophotometric flow-based procedures. It was critically examined, in order to provide guidelines for system design. Results demonstrate that the magnitude of the Schlieren effect is governed by the combined influence of two components. The first is related to loss of light by reflection at sharp liquid interfaces and prevails under poor mixing conditions. In this situation the transmitted light becomes more intense and somewhat erratic. The second is related to light refraction in regions with pronounced refractive index gradients, and prevails under good mixing conditions. It can lead to positive or negative modifications of the transmitted light, the direction being dependent on the relevance of these components. The importance of the solubility of the chemical species involved, the possibility of interactions with the inner wall of the tubing, and the feasibility of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry for compensating purposes are discussed.  相似文献

A novel method was established to investigate the gelation process of polymers. The change of refractive index ofa polymer system during gelation was determined in situ in a prismatic cell. 用甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)作为基质 ,采用界面 凝胶聚合技术成功地制备了渐变型塑料光纤预制棒 ,并探讨了掺杂剂浓度及其分子体积以及聚合温度对折射率分布的影响 .观察到聚合温度对折射率分布的影响以及掺杂剂分子的分子体积在极端情况下 (如溴苯与MMA分子的分子体积相似 ,联苯分子体积比MMA则要大的多 )对折射率分布的影响 ,清楚地显示出分子体积在界面 凝胶聚合过程中所起的重要作用 .实验结果表明了高温聚合有利于轴心Δn值的升高 ,可得数值孔径NA较大的预制棒 .低温聚合使得折射率分布趋于平缓化 .  相似文献

研究了两类醋酸乙烯酯(VA)含量不同的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)流动改进剂的分子量(Mn:10300~2580N和分子量分布(d:1.45~3.9)对大庆高蜡原油低温流动行为的影响。实验结果表明,在80克原油中含有200PPm分子量或分子量分布不同的各种EVA流动改进剂都不同程度改善了大庆原油的低温流变性。当改进剂分子量分布相近时,改进剂的改进效果存在某一最佳分子量;当改进剂分子量相近并处于最佳分子量范围内时,则窄分布改进剂的效果比宽分布的改进剂为佳。反之,以宽分布改进剂为宜。  相似文献

Precipitation and deposition of asphaltene during different stages of petroleum production is recognized as problematic in oil industry because of the increase in production cost and the inhibition of a consistent flow of crude oil in different medium. Numerous correlations have been developed to determine asphaltene stability in crude oil. In this study, a novel ONN method was used to estimate difference index from SARA fraction data for rapid, accurate, and cost-effective determination of asphaltene stability. Neural networks are highly in danger of trapping in local minima. To eliminate this flaw, a hybrid genetic algorithm-pattern search technique was used instead of common back-propagation algorithm for training the employed neural network. A comparison between neural network and optimized neural network indicated superiority of optimized neural network.   相似文献

以 5Br PADAP为显色剂 ,用阳离子交换柱分离干扰离子 ,在波长 6 30nm采用一阶导数光度法测定原油中钒 ,方法灵敏度高 ,摩尔吸光系数为 3.0× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,较其它光度法测定钒的摩尔吸光系数提高 1~ 2个数量级。对实际样品进行分析并做加标回收试验 ,钒的回收率在97.5 %~ 10 4 .0 %。与ICP AES方法进行对照试验 ,结果相吻合。  相似文献

The kinetics of asphaltene flocculation are studied on two types of Iranian crude oil. Kinetic studies are conducted by applying near infrared spectrophotometry. The presence of inhibitors in the sample reduces the amount of light absorption of crude oil sample. The effect of these inhibitors according to the initial changes in the light absorption of crude oil samples is studied. The obtained results indicate that the asphaltenes are the highest stabilized in presence of the vegetable oil types (hazelnut and walnut) and chemical compound (4-dodecylresorcinol).  相似文献

A homogeneous longtime stabilized transparent nanometer TiO2 organic solution was obtained by means of the simultaneous hydrolysis and co-polycodensation of tetrabutyltitanate (TBT) and methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MAPTMS) by the sol-gel process. The particle size of nanometer titanium dioxide was controlled by use of bifunctional silanes, such as diphenyldimethoxysilane (DPDMS), diphenyldiethoxysilane (DPDES) and dimethyldiethoxysilane (DMDES). The effect of TiO2 content in the solution on the refractive index of system was discussed in detail. The result shows that the refractive index of solution increases linearly with TiO2 content. The refractive index of the three hybrid nanometer materials attained 1.6053, 1.5846 and 1.5346, respectively. The size of nanometer particles was characterized by TEM and the particle diameter thus obtained is in the range of 20-90 nm. FT-IR spectra of the materials show that the TiO-Si bond is formed.  相似文献

Experimental refractive indices and molar refractions for the binary mixtures of each of the isomers of chlorobutane with each of the isomers of butanol are given at 298.15?K. From these data the refractive index deviations were calculated. We have developed a fiber optic Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor capable of continuous in situ and real-time monitoring of physical or chemical properties in and around deep-sea hydrothermal vents. The spectroscopic sensor system was deployed on three Alvin cruises to hydrothermal fields in the eastern Pacific: cruise AT11-20 to the East Pacific Rise (EPR) and cruises AT11-31 and AT15-09 to the Juan de Fuca Ridge. The SPR-based sensor was integrated with a thermocouple employed to measure the densities of hydrothermal vent fluid and seawater surrounding the vent. The system was battery powered and placed in a pressure vessel capable of operating six kilometers below the ocean surface in and around hydrothermal vents. Results show the potential of in situ SPR analysis for monitoring in and around hydrothermal vents, including the ability to characterize spatial gradients of the dissolved hydrocarbons and mixing of vent fluid.  相似文献

The asphaltenes flocculation proceeds with changes of oil composition and causes significant losses in petroleum industry operations. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the reliability of the densitometry technique in studying experimentally the mechanism of aggregation and flocculation of asphaltenes occurring in crude oils. As asphaltene flocculation threshold in crude oils or mixture can be achieved by addition of n-heptane, various n-heptane concentrations were added to crude oil, and their effects have been investigated trough density measurements. Thereby, measurements were based on mixture of crude oil + toluene and cyclohexane + n-heptane, respectively. While asphaltene aggregates form clusters and flocculate, the mixture volumetric mass change and the reduced density of non-Newtonian fluids under investigation have been pointed out as one of appropriate measures of flocculation process. In particular, the curve representing the reduced density as function of the ratio between n-heptane concentration and concentration of crude oil under study featured a break point that well characterizes the flocculation threshold. Besides the quantity needed to initiate and to aggregate asphaltenes within crude oils, the amount required to completely achieve deposition of asphaltenes has also been identified. A quantity of 4 and 20 g of n-heptane per gram of crude oil was found necessary.  相似文献

Adsorption of crude oil on anhydrous and hydrophobized vermiculite   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This publication reports the adsorption of crude oil on vermiculite samples, expanded and hydrophobized with carnauba (Copernícia Cerífera) wax. The adsorption studies were performed by using columns filled with the vermiculite matrices and by dispersion of the vermiculite samples in an oil-water (50 ppm of oil) emulsion. The hydrate vermiculite exhibits a very low adsorption capacity against crude oil. On the other hand, anhydrous (expanded) and hydrophobized matrices show a high adsorption capacity. The 10% hydrophobized matrix show a 50% increased adsorption capacity, in comparison with the expanded one. For adsorption performed in the water-oil emulsion, saturation of the solid hydrophobized matrix is achieved after 60 min. The hydrophobized samples exhibit adsorption factors in the 0.7-1.0 range.  相似文献
