以四丁基溴化铵作支持电解质电化学还原煤及其含氧基团模拟物,用甲醇萃取电化学还原前后的煤.还原产物和萃取物由气相色谱-质谱联用仪定性分析,煤含氧基团模拟物的电还原产物用气相色谱定量分析.结果表明,经电化学还原后,煤表面含氧基团减少,需进一步提高煤含氧基团模拟物的转化率.电化学测试同时给出还原过程中各相关电极反应的动力学方程.  相似文献

煤中砷是环境危害敏感有害微量元素之一,美国在1990年通过的清洁空气法修正案,对包含砷在内的11种微量元素表示关切。Swaine也把煤中砷列为对人类明显有害的元素之一。由于燃煤,砷曾经引起过诸多环境问题,在这些问题中尤以捷克和我国因燃用高砷煤所引发的环境问题最为突出。在捷克某使用高砷煤的发电厂下行风向的蜜蜂大量死亡,而我国则在贵州西南出现了大批的砷中毒患。  相似文献

Thirty elements are determined in coal and fly ash by instrumental neutron-activation analysis using both thermal and epithermal irradiation. Gamma-ray spectra were recorded 7 and 20 days after the irradiations. The procedure is applicable to the routine analysis of coals and fly ash. Epithermal irradiation was found preferable for the determination of Ni, Zn, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Mo, Sb, Cs, Ba, Sm, Tb, Hf, Ta, W, Th and U, whereas thermal irradiation was best for Sc, Cr, Fe, Co, La, Ce, Nd, Eu, Yb and Lu. Results for SRM 1632 (coal) and SRM 1633 (fly ash) agree with those of other investigators.  相似文献

TA/MS (thermal analysis coupled with mass spectrometry) was applied to the pyrolysis of Chinese coals with different ranks. A total of 13 Chinese coals were investigated. The samples were deliberately chosen to represent the 13 types of Chinese coals according to the Chinese coal classification system. The experiments were carried out in an argon atmosphere with a flow rate of 150 ml min-1. The samples were heated from 40 up to 1200°C with a constant heating rate of 10 k min-1. The main evolved pyrolysis products were identified through the on-line recorded mass spectra. The thermal and evolution behavior was compared between the coals. The results showed a strong thermal and evaluation behavior dependence on the coal rank. Different aliphatic fragments and also some aromatic substances, which are of environmental concern (BTX, PAHs), were found to be released depending on the different types of coal. Thermolysis of Berezovka coals with varied extent of oxidation and combustion of nonvolatile thermolysis products were studied by complex thermal analysis. The dynamics of thermochemical transforma- tion of the fuel in an inert medium was evaluated, with simultaneous determination of the kinetic parameters of evaporation of various kinds of moisture. The burn-out of nonvolatile thermolysis residues obtained from Berezovka coals at various pretreatment temperatures was studied, and a correlation was revealed between the kinetic parameters of combustion of nonvolatile residues and the extent of oxidation of the initial fuel.  相似文献

利用高温滴管炉在1000℃~1400℃考察了彬县烟煤在高温快速热解过程中失重的变化,同时比较了埃塞俄比亚褐煤和晋城无烟煤的热解规律。结果表明,热解失重率随温度的升高而增加,而且各种煤种的最大失重率在高温下大于工业分析的失重率。对于不同变质程度的煤种其热解特性也不相同,较低的热解温度对高阶煤的影响较小。彬县原煤经过热解后比表面积增加,且随着热解温度的提高而增大,当热解温度超过灰熔点时,总比表面积降低。通过数据回归,得到了三种煤的失重率和热解温度的关联式。  相似文献

Understanding the ignition behaviour of coal is of utmost importance for the design of boilers and control of the combustion process. In recent years there has been an increasing utilisation of coal blends for combustion, but information on the possible interactive effects during ignition of the individual components is scarce. In this work the ignition behaviour of a series of coal blends, made up from three coals of different rank, sub-bituminous, high volatile and low volatile bituminous, was studied. To this end a thermogravimetric analyser linked to a mass spectrometer for evolved gas analysis was used. Different ignition behaviour was observed for the coals studied; the sub-bituminous and low volatile bituminous coals ignited heterogeneously, while homogeneous ignition occurred for the high volatile bituminous coal. In the case of blends of the low and high volatile bituminous coals, different mechanisms of ignition were observed depending on the blends composition. Summary A method for the rapid characterization of brown coals based on the application of a powerful method of principal component analysis, the Partial Least Squares method (PLS), is described. A data catalogue of 44 brown coals from different deposits of East European and Asian countries was used, which lists analyses of several coal parameters. Infrared spectra of brown coals were recorded and different coal properties were predicted with the help of PLS. The results show that, with the PLS-method used, several coal properties can be predicted and it is possible to describe the classification of a coal for several technological processes. The developed method is useful because of the multiplicity of information obtained within a short time and because it is possible to replace lengthy classical methods.  相似文献

水热污泥与煤在混燃过程中的协同效应特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以城市污泥衍生的水热污泥(SS-derived hydrochar)为对象,结合傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等对比研究了水热污泥与三种不同品阶煤(褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤)在有机/无机结构与燃料特性上的异同;同时,通过热重(TG)与偏差分析(Deviation)考察水热污泥与各阶煤在不同混合比例条件下的协同燃烧行为及其作用机制。结果表明,污泥经过水热处理后其有机结构和燃烧行为均提升至与煤相似的水平,该过程不仅改善污泥的燃烧特性,并增强其与煤之间的协同燃烧效应。水热污泥中适量的轻质组分与(碱)碱土金属能在混合燃烧过程中加速煤的失重速率,其对三种煤的促进作用可达4.4%-16.1%(褐煤)、1.9%-9.4%(烟煤)和4.8%-12.1%(无烟煤)。总体而言,水热污泥与褐煤混合而成的燃料在燃料性能上具有较大的优势,并且其混合比例以30%(水热污泥):70%(褐煤)与50%(水热污泥):50%(褐煤)为宜。  相似文献

以120种煤样为数据基础,采用布谷鸟算法(CS)优化BP(Back Propagation)神经网络,建立了CSBP模型对单煤、煤掺添加剂和配煤等3类样本的煤灰变形温度(DT)样本进行预测。模型以煤灰化学成分及其组合参数等13个变量作为输入量,以变形温度(DT)作为输出量。CSBP模型预测结果与BP神经网络模型预测结果进行对比发现,无论是单煤、煤掺添加剂还是配煤,CSBP模型较BP模型对煤灰变形温度(DT)的预测都更加精准,平均相对误差分别达到了3.11%、4.08%和4.22%。另外,对比3类样本预测结果发现,无论是CSBP模型还是BP模型,相比单煤预测而言,煤掺添加剂及配煤的预测误差都有明显的增加。  相似文献

Summary Perhydrous coals are characterized by a high hydrogen content and exhibit a modified composition and physico-chemical properties in comparison with normal coals. These modifications affect the behaviour of perhydrous coals during pyrolysis and, therefore, may have an influence on the subsequent combustion process. In this work the combustibility behaviour of a series of perhydrous coals was evaluated in order to study the effect of hydrogen enrichment during the thermal treatment of the coals in an oxidant atmosphere. To this end temperature programmed combustion tests for the coals, and air isothermal (500°C) reactivity tests for their chars, were carried out in a thermogravimetric analyser. A clear relationship between the combustion behaviour of the perhydrous coals, and the aromatic to aliphatic hydrogen ratio was found.  相似文献

Mesoporous activated carbons and silica gel (Kieselgel 100, Merck) were modified as follows: (i) treatment with vinyltrimethoxysilane; or (ii)chlorination with CCl4 followed by the reaction with a Grignard reagent. Modification of silica gel was proved by methods FTIR, NMR-13C and element analysis on carbon. The chemical modification of coals by alkans and olefins was supported by comparison of results of thermogravimetry for modified coals and modified silica gels. Polymerization of vinyl groups on carbon surface is shown by methods thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. 根据对中国不同矿区1018个煤层煤样和生产煤样铍含量数据的统计结果,分析了中国不同成煤时代、不同聚煤区煤中铍的分布特征。同时,根据对10个不同煤田煤样的实验室浮沉试验、煤岩分析等试验研究,运用Solari方法,计算了煤中各组分中铍的理论含量,讨论了中国煤中铍的赋存特征,尤其是铍在各种煤岩组分中的分布。研究表明,铍在煤中富集程度较高,但相对于世界煤中平均水平来说,中国煤中铍含量总体水平较低。煤中铍主要赋存于惰质组及伊利石粘土矿物中,在镜质组及其它矿物中含量较低。同时,中国大多数煤中铍的有机亲和性指数较高,不利于选煤过程中铍的脱除。  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared micro-scale analysis of organic matter has been applied to characterise individual petrographic components of coal. The use of an infrared microscope made it possible to study and compare different parts of a single individual grain of vitrinite. This method enables analysis of particular macerals without the need for previous separation from coals. For this purpose the polished grainy micro-sections of coal have been prepared. The results obtained indicated the progression of aromatisation in the vitrinite structure with an increase of coalification degree of the parent coals.  相似文献

对四种不同变质程度的烟煤进行了热处理和水热处理,采用二硫化碳N甲基吡咯烷酮(CS2 NMP,1∶1 volume ratio)混合溶剂在室温下对原煤及处理后的煤进行了抽提。结果发现,适当条件的热处理和水热处理均可以提高其在混合溶剂中抽提率,水热处理较热处理更能有效增加煤的抽提率。红外光谱分析表明,水热处理的煤样在波数为3410cm-1左右的吸收峰变小,由于水热解处理后氧的脱除而使—OH减少,使得由羟基形成的H键被削弱,因而抽提率增加。水热处理具有脱除矿物质的作用,对高变质程度的煤还可以脱除原煤中的π阳离子缔合,从而可以明显提高其抽提率。此外,对煤的水热解机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

Sequestration of CO2 in deep and unmineable coal seams is one of the attractive alternatives to reduce its atmospheric concentration. Injection of CO2 in coal seams may help in enhancing the recovery of coalbed methane. An experimental study has been carried out using coal samples from three different coal seams, to evaluate the enhanced gas recovery and sequestration potential of these coals. The coals were first saturated with methane and then by depressurization some of the adsorbed methane was desorbed. After partial desorption, CO2 was injected into the coals and subsequently they were depressurized again. Desorption of methane after the injections was studied, to investigate the ability of CO2 to displace and enhance the recovery of methane from the coals. The coals exhibited varying behavior of adsorption of CO2 and release of methane. For one coal, the release of methane was enhanced by injection of CO2, suggesting preferential adsorption of CO2 and desorption of methane. For the other two coals, CO2 injection did not produce incremental methane initially, as there was initial resistance to methane release. However with continued CO2 injection, most of the remaining methane was produced. The study suggested that preferential sorption behavior of coal and enhanced gas recovery pattern could not be generalized for all coals.  相似文献

Organic geochemical characteristics of 3 Chinese spontaneous combustion coals have been carried out by means of GC and GC-MS analysis. Performed tests showed that at 298?K hard coals sorb relatively small amounts of hydrogen. Those amounts depend on carbon and oxygen content in tested coals. The most considerable amounts of hydrogen are sorbed by coals characterized by strong surface hydrophobicity and high content of aliphatic hydrocarbons. The hydrophilic nature of coal surface does not lead to higher sorption of hydrogen. It was found that the change in amount of sorbed hydrogen is closely related to the moisture. For high moisture coal a significant decrease in hydrogen sorption is observed. Also tests on hydrogen desorption on hard coals were carried out using method of lowering hydrogen pressure above the sorbent. Obtained results showed that tested coals desorb various amounts of hydrogen. Process of sorption is reversible only for some coals, while for the others the desorption isotherm partially lies beneath the sorption isotherm, which indicates that in addition to hydrogen some other chemical substances are emitted from coal.  相似文献
