5-(2-Phthalimidyl-3-methyl butanoylamino)isophthalic acid (5), as a novel diacid monomer containing phthalimide and flexible chiral groups, was prepared by the reaction of 2-phthalimidyl-3-methyl butyric acid chloride (4) with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (5AIPA) in dry N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). A series of novel polyesters (PE)s containing phthalimide group was prepared by the reaction of diacid monomer 5 with several aromatic diols via direct polyesterification with the tosyl chloride/pyridine/dimethylformamide (DMF) system as a condensing agent. The resulting new polymers were obtained in good yields with inherent viscosities ranging between 0.37 and 0.61 dL g−1 and were characterized with FT-IR, 1H NMR, elemental and thermogravimetric analysis techniques. These polymers are readily soluble in amide type solvents such as DMAc, DMF, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, hexamethyl triaminophosphine, dimethyl sulfoxide and protic solvents such as sulfuric acid. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the 10% weight loss temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere was more than 345 °C, which indicates that the resulting PEs have a good thermal stability as well as excellent solubility.  相似文献

The PtCl2-catalyzed cyclization reaction of ortho-alkynylphenyl acetals 1 in the presence of COD (1,5-cyclooctadiene) produces 3-(α-alkoxyalkyl)benzofurans 2 in good to high yields. For example, the reaction of acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(1-octynyl)phenyl acetal (1a), acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(cyclohexylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1c), and acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1f) in the presence of 2 mol % of platinum(II) chloride and 8 mol % of 1,5-cycloocatadiene in toluene at 30 °C gave the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted benzofurans 2a, 2c, and 2f in 91, 94, and 88% yields, respectively. Moreover, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-alkynylanilines 3 was catalyzed by PdBr2, affording the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted indoles 4 in moderate yields. For example, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-(1-pentynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3a) and N-methoxymethyl-2-(phenylethynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3b) in the presence of 10 mol % of PdBr2 in toluene at 80 °C gave 3-methoxymethyl-2-propyl-1-tosylindole (4a) and 3-methoxymethyl-2-phenyl-1-tosylindole (4b) in 33 and 33% yields, respectively.  相似文献

CuBr-catalyzed homologation of alk-1-ynes 1 with paraformaldehyde and N,N-diisopropylamine (or N,N-dicyclohexylamine) was accelerated by microwave irradiation at 150 °C to afford the corresponding allenes 2 in good to high yields in 1-10 min. Bisalkynes 5 and 7 were also converted to the corresponding bisallenes 6 and 8 in 63% and 61% yields, respectively, under the current condition.  相似文献

The hydrolytic degradation of a series of aregic carbohydrate-based polyamides derived from l-arabinose and d-xylose is described. These polyamides are those that are fully sugar-based (PA-SuSu), those derived from aldaric acids and polyalkylene diamines (PA-mSu), and those derived from diamine sugars and polyalkylene dicarboxylic acids (PA-Sun). Their physical properties and crystal structures depend on their constitution and the configuration of the carbohydrate-based moiety. The feasibility of the hydrolysis of these polyamides was, in general, related with such structural properties. Thus, the fully sugar-based PA-SuSu were amorphous, water-soluble materials, and were hydrolysed in water at 70 °C. PA-mSu were crystalline and more resistant to hydrolysis — they were degraded at pH 2 and 70 °C [Tg(s) 60-90 °C]. PA-Sun were amorphous and highly hygroscopic materials — they were hydrolysed in water at 37 °C [Tg(s) 25-40 °C].  相似文献

A new-type of sulfide containing diacid (1,1′-thiobis(2-naphthoxy acetic acid)) was synthesized from 2-naphthol in three steps. Reaction of 2-naphthol with sulfur dichloride afforded 1,1′-thiobis(2-naphthol) (TBN). 1,1′-Thiobis(2-naphthoxy acetic ester) (TBNAE) was successfully synthesized by refluxing the TBN with methylcholoroacetate in the presence of potassium carbonate. The related diacid was synthesized by basic solution reduction of TBNAE. The obtained diacid was fully characterized and used to prepare novel thermally stable poly(sulfide ether amide)s via polyphosphorylation reaction with different aromatic diamines. The properties of these new polyamides were investigated and compared with similar polyamides. These polyamides showed inherent viscosities in the range of 0.39-0.87 dL g−1 in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) at 30 °C and at a concentration of 0.5 g dL−1. All the polyamides were readily soluble in a variety of polar solvents such as DMAc and tetrahydrofuran (THF). These polyamides showed glass transition temperature (Tg) between 241-268 °C. Thermogravimetric analysis measurement revealed the decomposition temperature at 10% weight loss (T10) ranging from 441- 479 °C in argon atmosphere.  相似文献

A new tetraimide-dicarboxylic acid (TIDA) I was synthesized starting from 3-aminobenzoic acid (m-ABA), 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), and 1,4-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene (BAFPB) at a 2:2:1 molar ratio in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). A series of organosoluble, light-colored poly(amide-imide-imide)s (PAII, IIIa-j) was prepared by triphenyl phosphite-activated polycondensation from the tetraimide-diacid I with various aromatic diamines (IIa-j). All the polymers were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide, and even in less polar m-cresol and pyridine. Polymer films cast from DMAc had the cutoff wavelengths between 374 and 384 nm and had the b values in the range of 14.8-30.2. Polymers IIIa-j afforded tough, transparent, and flexible films, which had tensile strengths ranging from 87 to 103 MPa, elongations at break from 11% to 37%, and initial moduli from 1.9 to 2.3 GPa. The glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 242-274 °C. They had 10% weight loss temperature above 526 °C and showed the char yield more than 55% residue at 800 °C in nitrogen.  相似文献

1,5-Disubstituted 3-trifluoromethylpyrazoles were reacted with N-bromosuccinimide in DMF at room temperature or 70-80 °C for 1-2 h to afford the corresponding 4-bromo-substituted pyrazoles 2 in 95-99% yields. The microwave-assisted Stille coupling reactions of 2 with arylstannanes having a substituent on the benzene ring and allylstannane in refluxing CH3CN in the presence of Pd(PPh3)4 provided the corresponding 1,4,5-trisubstituted 3-trifluoromethylpyrazoles 3 in 75-98% yields.  相似文献

4-Phosphoranylidene-5(4H)-oxazolones 1 undergo hydrolysis in THF in the presence of HBF4 at room temperature to give N-acyl-α-triphenylphosphonioglycines 3 (R2 = H) in very good yields. 4-Alkyl-4-triphenylphosphonio-5(4H)-oxazolones 2 react with water in CH2Cl2/THF solution without any acidic catalyst at 0-5 °C in a few days yielding N-acyl-α-triphenylphosphonio-α-amino acids 3 (R2 = Me) or α-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium salt 4 (R2 = CH2OMe). α-Triphenylphosphonio-α-amino acids 3, on heating up to 105-115 °C under reduced pressure (5 mmHg) or on treatment with diisopropylethylamine in CH2Cl2 at 20 °C undergo decarboxylation to give the corresponding α-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium salts 4, usually in very good yields.  相似文献

Two series of new polyamides containing flexible ether linkages and laterally attached side rods (3a-i and 4a-i) were synthesized from 2,5-bis(4-aminophenoxy)-[1,1;4,1]terphenyl (1a) and 2,5-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)-[1,1;4,1]terphenyl (1b), respectively, with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids by the direct phosphorylation polycondensation. The polymers were produced with high yields and moderate to high inherent viscosities (0.41-0.97 dl/g) that corresponded to weight-average molecular weights (by size exclusion chromatography) of 47,000-65,000. Except for some polyamides that derived from rigid diacids, the obtained polyamides were readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and could afford flexible and tough films via solvent casting. The polymer films cast from DMAc solutions possessed tensile strengths of 85-106 MPa and initial moduli of 1.82-2.96 GPa. These polyamides showed glass-transition temperatures (Tg) in the range of 206-263 °C (by DSC) and softening temperatures (Ts) in the range of 211-253 °C (by TMA). Decomposition temperatures (Td) for 10% weight loss all occurred above 400 °C (by TGA) in both nitrogen and air atmospheres. The polyamides 4a-i derived from trifluoromethyl-substituted diamine 1b generally showed a higher solubility, Tg and Ts but lower thermal stability as compared to the analogous polyamides 3a-i based on diamine 1a.  相似文献

N,N,N′,N′-Tetramethylmethanediamine (1a), N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethanediamine (1b), N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine (1c), and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,6-hexanediamine (1d) were reacted at 25 °C with 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedione (2a), 2,2-dimethyl-6,6,7,7,8,8,8-heptafluoro-3,5-octanedione (2b), 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone (2c), and 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-(2-furyl)-1,3-butanedione (2d) to form the ionic adducts 3-18. 1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane (1e) reacted at 25 °C with β-diketones (2a-d) and 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentanedione (2e) to give ionic solids 19-23 in good yields. Some of the products are liquid at 25 °C and are thermally stable over long liquid ranges as determined by thermal gravimetric analyses. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations show that compounds 9 and 21 crystallize in the monoclinic space groups P2(1)/c and P2(1)/n, respectively. All the new compounds were characterized by 1H, 19F and 13C NMR, electrospray MS and/or elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of novel fluorinated polynaphthalimides (PNIs) (2a-g) were synthesized from 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTDA) and trifluoromethyl (CF3)-substituted aromatic bis(ether amine)s (1a-g) by high-temperature solution polycondensation in m-cresol using isoquinoline as catalyst. Almost all the PNIs were readily soluble in polar solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and could be solution-cast to transparent and tough films with high tensile strengths. The PNIs exhibited high thermal stability, with glass-transition temperatures of 262-383 °C, 10% weight loss temperatures above 528 °C in nitrogen or air, and char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen higher than 50%. In comparison with analogous PNIs without the -CF3 substituents, these fluorinated PNIs revealed an enhanced solubility and better film-forming capability.  相似文献

Two series of novel fluorinated aromatic polyamides were prepared from 2,2-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)biphenyl (2) and 2,2-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)-1,1-binaphthyl (4) with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids using the phosphorylation polycondensation technique. The polyamides had inherent viscosities ranging from 0.43 to 0.62 dl/g and 0.36 to 0.74 dl/g, respectively. All the fluorinated polyamides were soluble in many polar organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, and afforded transparent, light-colored, and flexible films upon casting from DMAc solvent. These polyamides showed glass-transition temperatures in the ranges of 190-240 °C (for the 6 series from diamine 2) and 247-255 °C (for the 7 series from diamine 4) by differential scanning calorimetry, softening temperatures in the ranges of 196-230 °C (6 series) and 241-291 °C (7 series) by thermomechanical analysis, and decomposition temperatures for 10% weight loss above 420 °C in both nitrogen and air atmospheres.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes [Cu(ph-tpy)(B)](ClO4) (13), where ph-tpy is (4′-phenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and B is N,N-donor phenanthroline base, viz. 1,10-phenanthroline (phen, 1), dipyridoquinoxaline (dpq, 2), and dipyridophenazine (dppz, 3), were prepared and characterized from analytical and spectral data. Complex 1, characterized by X-ray crystallography, shows a distorted square-pyramidal (4 + 1) CuN5 coordination geometry having the tridentate ph-tpy ligand at the basal plane and bidentate phen bound to the axial-equatorial sites. The complexes display a dd band near 650 nm in aqueous DMF. The complexes are avid binders to calf thymus DNA giving the binding order: 3 (dppz) > 2 (dpq) > 1 (phen). The dpq and dppz complexes show photo-induced DNA cleavage activity in red light via photo-redox pathway forming hydroxyl radicals. The cytotoxicity of the dppz complex 3 was studied by MTT assay in HeLa cancer cells. The IC50 values are 3.7 and 12.4 μM in visible light of 400–700 nm and dark, respectively.  相似文献

Treatment of various types of aromatic δ-ketoesters 2, 7, and 9 with Mg-turnings for Grignard reaction at −5 to 0 °C in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) containing trimethylsilyl chloride (TMSCl) brought about selective and reductive intramolecular cyclization to give the corresponding α-aryl-α-hydroxycyclopentanones 5, 8, and 10, respectively, in moderate to good yields. Similar reductive intramolecular cyclization of aromatic δ-ketodiesters 14, followed by acidic hydrolysis and decarboxylation easily gave the corresponding 2-aryl-2-cyclopenten-1-ones 15. The present facile coupling may be initiated through electron transfer from Mg metal to the aromatic carbonyl groups of 2, 7, 9, and 14 to generate the corresponding radical anions, followed by their intramolecular nucleophilic attack to the ester groups to give the corresponding five-membered ring compounds 5, 8, 10, and 15, respectively.  相似文献

A series of novel fluorinated poly(ether imide)s (IV) having inherent viscosities of 0.70-1.08 dL/g were prepared from 1,1-bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane dianhydride (I) and various trifluoromethyl (CF3)-substituted aromatic bis(ether amine)s IIa-g by a standard two-step process with thermal and chemical imidization of poly(amic acid) precursors. These poly(ether imide)s showed excellent solubility in many organic solvents and could be solution-cast into transparent, flexible, and tough films. These films were essentially colorless, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption edge of 375-380 nm and a very low b value (a yellowness index) of 5.5-7.3. They also showed good thermal stability with glass-transition temperatures of 207-269 °C, 10% weight loss temperatures in excess of 474 °C, and char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen more than 62%. In comparison with analogous V series poly(ether imide)s without the -CF3 substituents, the IV series polymers showed better solubility, lower color intensity, and lower dielectric constants.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cyclization–allylation reaction of ortho-azido propynylbenzenes 1 and allyl methyl carbonate 2d gives the corresponding allylated quinolines in moderate to good yields. The reaction of 1-azido-2-(2-propynyl)benzene 1a proceeds smoothly with 10 mol % Pd(PPh3)4 and 5 equiv K3PO4 or NaOAc in DMF at 100 °C to afford 3,4-diallylquinoline 3a in 69% yield in the case of R2 = H and 3-allylquinoline 4 in 67% yield in the case of R2 ≠ H.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl4(L1)(DMSO)2·2DMSO (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 1; {[Cu(L2)1.5(DMF)2][ClO4]2·3DMF} (L2 = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 2; {[Cd(NO3)2(L3)]·2DMF} (L3 = N,N′-bis-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 3; {[HgBr2(L3)]·H2O}, 4, and {[Na(L3)2][Hg2X5]·2DMF} (X = Br, 5; I, 6) are reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is dinuclear and the molecules are interlinked through S?S interactions. In 2, the Cu(II) ions are linked through the L2 ligands to form 1-D ladder-like chains with 60-membered metallocycles, whereas complexes 3 and 4 form 1-D zigzag chains. In complexes 5 and 6, the Na(I) ions are linked by the L3 ligands to form 2-D layer structures in which the [Hg2X5] anions are in the cavities. The L2 ligand acts only as a bridging ligand, while L1 and L3 show both chelating and bridging bonding modes. The L1 ligand in 1 adopts a trans-anti conformation and the L2 ligand in 2 adopts both the cis-syn and trans-anti conformations, whereas the L3 ligands in 36 adopt the trans conformation.  相似文献

Two novel amphiphilic BAB-type block copolymers, ADN-PEG3400-ADN and Py-PEG3400-Py containing deep blue and bluish-green fluorescent moieties were prepared using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) (where, ADN = poly(9,10-di(1-naphthalenyl)-2-vinylanthracene), Py = poly(1-vinyl pyrene) and PEG3400 = poly(ethylene glycol) with Mn = 3400 g/mol). The GPC number averaged molecular weights (MW) of the block copolymers were Mn = 9600 and 13,800 g/mol, respectively, based on polystyrene MW standards. The PEG3400 segment has a melting temperature (Tm peak) at 64–65 °C, whereas the glass transition temperatures (Tg midpoint) of the ADN and Py segments were found to be 230 °C and 193 °C, respectively, and are similar to their respective homopolymers indicating complete microphase segregration. The photoluminescence (PL) emission of the copolymers ADN-PEG3400-ADN exhibited two maxima at 423.5 nm and 441.5 nm while Py-PEG3400-Py has a maximum at 488.5 nm. Both copolymers form individual spherical micelles with diameter from 30 to 90 nm for Py-PEG3400-Py and 40–160 nm for ADN-PEG3400-ADN. The micelles, however, transform into cross-linked pearl-necklace-like aggregates at polymer concentrations above 1000 ppm, which may be attributed to the physical cross-linking between adjacent spherical micelles caused by the PEG3400 segments.  相似文献

After finding in a previous study that naphthalene and quinoline can react via electrophilic aromatic addition reaction (AdEAr), we applied this to anthracene. When anthracene was reacted with bromine in methanol in the presence of NaHCO3 and pyridine, 9,10-dihydro-9,10-dimethoxyanthracene (2) was obtained in 82% yield in the absence of substitution products or oxidative demethylation products like anthraquinone. The same reaction in ethanol produced 9,10-diethoxy-9,10-dihydroanthracene (9) in much lower yield (45%). In addition, we investigated the reactivity of addition product 2. Treatment of 2 with DDQ in benzene at 65 °C for 12 h produced 9,10-dimethoxyanthracene (3) in 62% yield, and 2 was rapidly transformed to 9-methoxyanthracene (4) in methanolic NaOH in 10 min. Moreover, the acid-catalyzed aromatization of 2 in 1-propanol at 75 °C for 10 min gave 9-n-propoxyanthracene (8) in 65% yield.  相似文献

Novel optically active aromatic poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) were prepared from newly synthesized N,N′-(4,4′-diphthaloyl)-bis-l-isoleucine diacid (3) via polycondensation with various diamines. The diacid was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (1) with l-isoleucine (2) in a mixture of acetic acid and pyridine (3:2 v/v). All the polymers were obtained in quantitative yields with inherent viscosities of 0.20-0.43 dL g−1. All the polymers were highly organosoluble in solvents like N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), tetrahydrofuran, γ-butyrolactone, cyclohexanone and chloroform at room temperature or upon heating. These poly(amide-imide)s had glass transition temperatures between 198 and 231 °C, and their 10% weight-loss temperatures were ranging from 368 to 398 °C and 353 to 375 °C under nitrogen and air, respectively. The polyimide films had tensile strengths in the range of 63-88 MPa and tensile moduli in the range of 0.8-1.4 GPa. These poly(amide-imide)s possessed chiral properties and the specific rotations were in the range of −3.10° to −72.92°.  相似文献
