We presented a Lewis acid-catalyzed nucleophilic ring opening of methylenecyclopropane (MCP) 1,1-diesters with propargyl alcohols. Unlike the proximal-bond cleavage mode observed in cases of unactivated MCPs, the intrinsic characteristic of MCP 1,1-diesters gave a regiospecific distal-bond cleavage under attack of propargyl alcohols as nucleophiles. By combining a subsequent intramolecular Conia-ene reaction, 3,5-dimethylenetetrahydropyrans could be obtained in either a stepwise or a one-pot strategy.  相似文献

A new zinc- and indium-promoted conjugate addition-cyclization reaction to afford nitrogen- and oxygen-containing five-membered heterocycles has been developed. Reaction of ethenetricarboxylates with propargylamines (1 equiv) in the presence of ZnBr2 or InBr3 afforded methylenepyrrolidines in high yields. The stoichiometric use of ZnBr2 or InBr3 at room temperature and the catalytic use of InBr3-Et3N at 80 degrees C were effective. Reaction of ethenetricarboxylates with propargyl alcohol in the presence of ZnBr2 or InBr3 afforded methylenetetrahydrofurans.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A metal-catalyzed tandem 1,4-addition/cyclization between propargyl alcohol and a Michael acceptor, such as alkylidene malonate, has been developed. In the presence of catalytic amounts of zinc triflate [Zn(OTf)(2)] and triethylamine (Et(3)N), various 2-alkylidene-1,3-dicarbonyl compounds reacted with propargyl alcohol to give 3- or 4-methylene tetrahydrofurans in excellent yields.  相似文献

Mono-aryl group substituted methylenecyclopropanes (MCPs) 1 react with diethyl ketomalonate 2a, an activated ketone, to give the corresponding 7-hydroxy-5-oxa-spiro[2,4]heptan-6-one derivatives 6 with syn-configuration in moderate yields in the presence of water under the catalysis of Lewis acids such as Sc(OTf)3, Yb(OTf)3 or In(OTf)3 at room temperature. Reduction of secondary and tertiary o-nitrophenyl propargyl alcohols followed by acid-catalyzed Meyer-Schuster rearrangement gave 2-substituted and 2,4-disubstituted quinolines, respectively. Tertiary propargyl alcohols gave excellent yields of the quinoline derivative, while the yields of quinolines were slightly reduced when secondary propargyl alcohol derivatives were utilized.  相似文献

Enaminones are used as the key intermediates to construct heterocyclic compounds with various bioactivities. In this study, a simple and efficient approach for the synthesis of enaminones via amination of propargyl alcohols was developed. Under the catalysis of Ag2CO3, the reaction proceeded smoothly to afford the desired products in good yields. Preliminary mechanism experiments showed that Ag2CO3 played an essential role in the procedure of the reaction.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A high-yielding method is described for the rapid synthesis of very hindered cyclohexenes by the Diels-Alder reaction of hindered silyloxy dienes and dienophiles using the mixed Lewis acid catalyst system (AlBr(3)/AlMe(3)). Thus, reaction of the hindered diene 4 with various substituted enones gave good yields of the expected cycloadducts even though both partners are quite sterically hindered.  相似文献

This paper reports results obtained in a study on the palladium-catalyzed hydrostannation of substituted propargyl alcohols with the bulky trineophyltin hydride (1). The reaction of 1 with 10 propargyl alcohols containing one up to three substituents, was carried out in THF at room temperature leading to the corresponding allylstannanes following in all cases a syn addition stereochemistry. These additions took place in good to excellent yields and, mostly, with a high degree of stereoselectivity. The results obtained suggest that the observed α/β regioselectivity might be ascribed to the steric bulk of the proximal substituents rather than to electronic effects. Full 1H-, 13C-, and 119Sn NMR characteristics are included.  相似文献

A one-pot synthesis of the substituted furans 3 could be achieved in good yields by reacting but-2-ene-1,4-diones 1 with acetoacetates 2 in the presence of a catalytic amount of InCl3 (20 mol %) using i-PrOH as solvent at 80-90 °C for 4-8 h. Lewis acid-catalyzed reactions of dialkyl 2-arylcyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylates with 2,5-dimethylfuran were found to give products of [3+2]-cycloaddition to C(2)-C(3) bond, which contain reactive vinyl ether moiety. These adducts can be further transformed into various products depending on the Lewis acid, the nucleophilicity of aryl group in starting cyclopropane and the ratio of reagents. The vinyl ether moiety can attack the appropriate nucleophilic center in intramolecular or intermolecular mode or can undergo cycloaddition to the second equivalent of donor-acceptor cyclopropane. Alternatively, 2,5-diphenylfuran formed Friedel-Crafts products only when reacted with donor-acceptor cyclopropanes.  相似文献

This paper describes a mechanistic study of the acid-catalyzed reactions of various alcohols with 2,2,2-trifluorodiazoethane (TFD). Both specific and competitive reaction rates are reported for various oxygen nucleophiles (e.g., alcohols).
