5-Perfluorophenyl 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles were synthesized from 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of perfluorobenyl 2,4,6-triisopropylbenzenesulfonylhydrazone and α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds or acrylonitrile in THF or water. It was worthy to note that better results were obtained when water was employed as the solvent, which was considered as an effective, economic and environmentally friendly method to synthesize these pyrazole derivatives.  相似文献

Reactions of vinyl 2,3-epoxypropyl ether and 2-(vinyloxy)ethyl 2,3-epoxypropyl ether with 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles give, respectively, 3-vinyloxy-1-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propan-2-ols and 3-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)-1-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propan-2-ols in 70–91% yield.  相似文献

An efficient protocol for the assembly of a new series of 1,3-disubstituted 4,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazoles – through a concise sequential iodination-trifluoromethylation reaction at the C-4 position of an initial series of 1-aryl-3-(alkyl/aryl)-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazoles (electronically deactivated heterocycles), using NIS and MFSDA, at good conversion yields and in short reaction times – is reported.  相似文献

In this paper, it is reported that the efficient iodolactonization of 4,5-allenoic acid with I2 in cyclohexane in the presence or absence of K2CO3 afforded 5-(1'-iodo-1'(Z)-alkenyl)-4,5-dihydro-2(3H)-furanones highly stereoselectively. However, the reaction of axially optically active 4,5-allenoic acids (R)-(-)-5 a and (R)-(-)-5 b with I2 afforded the corresponding products with a serious loss of chirality. This problem was solved by conducting the iodolactonization with N-iodosuccinimide in CH2Cl2 in the presence of Cs2CO3; however, the Z/E selectivity is somewhat lower. The pure optically active Z products were prepared by subsequent kinetic resolution with Sonogashira coupling. The reaction of the substrates with a substituent at the 3-position of the starting 4,5-allenoic acids afforded the trans-4,5-disubstituted gamma-butyrolactones as the only products. The reaction of the 4,5-allenoic acids (S)-(+)-1 l, (R)-(-)-1 l, and (S)-(+)-1 m with a center chirality at the 3-position afforded the trans products with very high enantiopurity and up to 98:2 Z/E selectivity regardless of the axial chirality of the allene moiety.  相似文献

A series of 5-alkoxy- and 5-acetoxy-4,4-dimethyl-3,3,5-trisubstituted-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrazoles 2a-f (hexasubstituted pyrazolines) was synthesized by oxidation of the corresponding 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazoles with lead tetraacetate in the appropriate solvents. The 5-acetoxy compounds were produced when the oxidations were carried out in methylene chloride. Oxidation with lead tetraacetate in dry alcoholic solvents resulted in the formation of the 5-alkoxy derivatives as the major products. Thermolysis of the hexasubstituted-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrazoles 2a-f in cyclohexane or as the melt at high temperature yielded the 1-alkoxy- and 1-acetoxy-1,2,2,3,3-pentasubstituted cyclopropanes 3a-f in good yields. Trace amounts of alkene products were formed in several reactions. No products attributable to cycloreversion pathways were detected. The product distributions were consistent with extrusion of nitrogen gas from 2a-f to yield the singlet 1,3-diradical, closure of which resulted in cyclopropane formation with partial retention of stereochemistry.  相似文献

The title compound (C19H17BrN2O4) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from 4-bromobenzaldehyde, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) and phenylhydrazine with pyridine as the catalyst. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.115(3), b = 8.090(2), c = 20.211(5) , β = 97.032(5)°, V = 1803.7(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 417.25, Dc = 1.536 g/cm3, μ = 2.306 mm-1, F(000) = 852, the final R = 0.0403 and wR = 0.0895 for 2215 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).  相似文献

A number of new functionally substituted 1-acyl-5-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles have been prepared in moderate to excellent yields from the corresponding 2-alkyn-1-ones. The resulting dihydropyrazoles undergo dehydration and iodination in the presence of ICl and Li2CO3 at room temperature to provide 1-acyl-4-iodo-1H-pyrazoles.  相似文献

The nitro group in 1-(pentafluorophenyl)-2-nitroalkanols is reduced selectively to a hydroxylamino or amino group by controlled potential electrochemical reduction. The pentafluoro-phenylaminoalkanols cyclize readily on heating in dimethylformamide to give homologs of 4,5,6,7-tetrafluoroindole. It is shown that the intermediate in the cyclization of 1-pentafluorophenyl-2-aminoethanol is 3-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrafluoroindoline. The solid-phase synthesis of novel imidazolines and dihydroimidazolylbenzimidazoles is described. Resin-bound diamines, derived from resin-bound N-acylated amino acid amides, were cyclized using Vilsmeier reagent to yield imidazolines following cleavage. Similarly, cyclization of resin-bound tetraamines having two secondary amines and an o-dianiline yielded dihydroimidazolylbenzimidazoles following cleavage.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,3-diazido-2-cyanoacrylate 5 with four moles of ammonia gives tetrazolyl-bisammonium salt 7 . The key-intermediate is the amino-vinyl azide 6 which spontaneously undergoes a 1,5′ ring-closure reaction followed by double deprotonation. Treatment of 7 with hydrochloric acid yields the parent of 2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-tetrazol-5-ylidene)-2-cyanoacetate 9 (R = Me, Et) as the only tautomer. Regiospecific monoalkylation of bisammonium salt 7a with dimethyl sulfate and reaction of ammonium salt 12 with hydrochloric acid gives (E)2-(1-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-tetrazol-5-ylidene)-2-cyanoacetate ( 13 ) (X-ray structure of derivative 14 ). Compound 13 can also be obtained from vinyl azide 10 and methylamine. This experiment as well as AM1 calculations of 9a, 23 and 24 strongly favour tautomer 9a .  相似文献
