The metal-organic compound [Cu(MOPIP)2(OH)2] 1(MOPIP = 2-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline) was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis,single-crystal X-ray diffraction and theoretical calculations in Gaussian 03.In the crystal structure, the copper(Cu) atoms are tetra-coordinated with four different nitrogen atoms from two different MOPIP ligands, and the Cu atom is one of the five vertexes of the tetrahedron.Presumably due to the steric bulk of the phenyl ligands, compound 1 adopts a slightly distorted tetrahedral configuration. Moreover,it exhibits a zero-dimensional structure with Cu-MOPIP as the building units.Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by using the NBO method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results showed a covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Cu(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) polymer [Cd(tdc)(Phen)]n 1 (H2tdc = thiophene-3,4-dicar-boxylic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P , with a = 7.3150(10), b = 10.3598(14), c = 10.8784(15) , α = 82.2740(10), β = 72.9730(10), γ = 80.236(2)°, V = 773.68(18) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 462.74, Dc = 1.986 Mg/m3, μ = 1.58 mm-1, F(000) = 456, the final R = 0.0218 and wR = 0.0465 for 3361 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The compound presents a one-dimensional (1-D) double-stranded structure and exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature. Furthermore, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction properties of the compound are also investigated.  相似文献

A dinuclear cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(α-furacrylato)4(Phen)2(H2O)]·C2H5OH has been synthesized with α-furacrylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline as the ligands, and its crystal structure was determined. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=1.07388(8), b=2.4300(2), c=1.86708(14)nm, β=104.3830(10)o, V=4.719.4(7) nm3 , Dc=1.503 g/cm3 , Z=2, F(000)=2196, GOOF=1.053, the final R=0.0343 and wR=0.0883. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(Ⅱ) ions are linked by the bridging coordination of two α-furacrylic acid anions and one water molecule, and their end positions are respectively coordinated with two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two α-furacrylic acid anions, forming a dinuclear structure. Both cobalt(Ⅱ) ions adopt hexa-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry. The electrochemical and fluorescence properties of the title complex are also discussed.  相似文献

One complex [Co1.5(C6H5CHCHCOO)3(Medpq)]·H2O(C6H5CHCHCOO = cinnamic acid, Medpq = 2-methyldipyrido[3,2-f:2,3-h]quinoxaline) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 10.224(5), b = 14.572(5), c = 15.139(5)A, α = 112.704(5), β = 97.168(5), γ = 109.749(5), V = 1871.8(13) 3 and Z = 2(at 293(2) K). In the crystal structure, the Co(1) ion is hexa-coordinated with six atoms from three different cinnamic acid ligands and the symmetric three different cinnamic acid ligands; the Co(2) center adopts a coordination environment with two nitrogen atoms from Medpq ligand and four oxygen atoms from two different cinnamic ligands, assuming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, respectively. The negative value of the Weiss constant indicates antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the Co ions.  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION Inorganic-organic hybrid materials constructed by self-assembly processes have been developed at a tre- mendous rate recently because of their expansion by potential magnetic, optical, electronic and catalytic applications[1~6]. The apparent structural diversity observed for these topologies is due to selecting proper metal ions and polydentate ligands. Organic polydentate ligands containing N- or O-donors in the framework offer great potential for chemical and structural d…  相似文献

One binuclear sodium(Ⅰ) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)4(Phen)2(H2O)2]·H2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P , a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm3, Dc = 1.421 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(Ⅰ) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(Ⅰ) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed.  相似文献
