利用新研制的紧凑型汤姆生离子能谱仪(ThomsonIonEnergyAnalyzer),对喷气式Z-箍缩等离子体装置中离子能谱进行了测量,在CR-39上得到了清晰的Ar+,Ar2+,Ar3+离子抛物线轨迹,通过分析计算结果表明:离子的最大能量在1MeV左右,离子能谱分布曲线都随其能量增加而单调下降。  相似文献

Experiments have been done with 1 keV Ne+ ions bombarding a Cu (110) single crystal in a (111) plane. From the measured energy spectra of the scattered ions the minimum and maximum scattering angles for multiple scattering on the surface are determined. These minimum and maximum scattering angles were also calculated using a computer model. The parameters for an interatomic potential function between ion and metal atom are determined by comparison of the experimental and calculated scattering angles. A neutralization model for an energetic ion at an atomic surface is given. The reliability of this model is tested by comparison of the results of computer calculations and the measured peak intensity distributions as a function of the scattering angle.  相似文献

The centrality dependence of thermal parameters describing hadron multiplicities and intermediate-mass dilepton spectra in heavy ion collisions at SPS and RHIC is analyzed. From experimental hadron multiplicities we deduce evidence for strangeness saturation at high energy and maximum centrality. The observed dilepton spectra can be parameterized by a centrality independent temperature.  相似文献

The effect of neodymium ions on laser-induced glass destruction and the formation of the spectra of laser plasma ions is studied by the mass-spectrometric and optical-microscopy methods. As the Nd ion concentration increases, the degree of laser-induced damage in silicate glass increases, the threshold intensity for the glass destruction decreases, the maximum ion charge number Zmax and the maximum ion energy Emax decrease, and the energy spectra of target ions change. All this is related to both the coincidence between the lasing lines and the absorption bands of Nd ions and the intensifi cation of recombination processes in the multicomponent laser plasma.  相似文献

合成了以稀土离子Sm3+、Eu3+、Tb3+、Dy3+及Tb3+为发光中心,以苯氧乙酸(HPOA)和邻菲罗啉(phen)为配体,掺杂La3+、Gd3+、 Y3+的7种稀土配合物, 对配合物进行了C、H、N元素分析、稀土络合滴定、红外光谱、紫外光谱和发光光谱的研究。结果表明配合物的组成分别为SmL3L'·1/2H2O,EuL3L'·1/2H2O,TbL3L'· 1/2H2O,DyL3L'·1/2H2O,掺杂配合物组成分别为Tb0.5Gd0.5L3L'·1/2H2O,Tb0.5Y0.5L3L'·1/2H2O,Tb0.5La0.5L3L'·1/2H2O(L=C6H5OCH2COO-, L'=phen)。配合物中的稀土离子与苯氧乙酸中羧基的一个氧原子和苯氧基的氧原子配位,与邻菲罗啉中的两个氮原子配位成键;荧光光谱表明,铽三元配合物的发射强度要远大于其它三元配合物的发光强度,掺杂发光惰性稀土离子La3+、Gd3+、Y3+的铽配合物中,Y3+掺杂配合物的发光强度有所增强。  相似文献

The results of a comprehensive study of the energy distributions of ions sputtered from 31 pure elements and two compounds by a 5.5 keV O+2 beam are presented. The spectra were determined under three different ambient conditions: residual vacuum or low argon pressure backfill, oxygen backfill, and nitrogen backfill. The energy spectra of polyatomic ions are narrower and peaked at lower energies than the atomic ion spectra and decrease in width and average energy with greater ion complexity. The statistical model of polyatomic ion formation does not correctly describe the shape of the energy distributions. The atomic ion energy spectra reveal that more than one ionization mechanism is responsible for the formation of ions from the various elements and that the dominant mechanism is frequently different in the presence of a reactive gas than in a vacuum. Periodic trends of the parameters describing the energy distributions are dependent on the electronic structure of the ions. The average energies of the distributions correlate with the sublimation energies of the pure elements, but the most probable energies do not. Apparent surface binding energies calculated from the energy distributions are presented.  相似文献

本文报道了对YVO4晶体及其掺Nd的喇曼光谱的测量结果,用这些结果可以了解到这种材料的声子能谱情况,在与其它基质材料比较中可以看出它的特点是:分立的低声子在500-800cm^-1之间有一个间隙,主要部分分布在800-900cm^-1附近,根据群论分析可以得出各喇曼谱线相应的对称性,而且可看出这些喇曼谱线主要来源于VO4^3-的振动,对这种不均匀分布的声子能变对于其光谱性能可能产生的影响也作了分析讨论,测量结果还发现掺杂能抑制原有的高能声子。  相似文献

Old absorption technique is revived for measuring the energy spectra of ions arising from laser generated plasma. The technique suggested relies on implantation of produced ions into a light element target situated close to the ion production site. Then the ion energy spectra are reconstructed from the depth profile of the implanted ions measured by some of the common depth profiling techniques such as RBS or SIMS. Theoretical range vs. ion energy relations are used for this purpose. In this study the principles of the method are explained and its capabilities are assessed. The feasibility of the method is demonstrated on the energy spectra of Ta ions arising from the laser generated plasma.  相似文献

A theory for ion acceleration by ultrashort laser pulses is presented to evaluate the maximum ion energy in the interaction of ultrahigh contrast (UHC) intense laser pulses with a nanometer-scale foil. In this regime, the ion energy may be directly related to the laser intensity and subsequent electron dynamics. This leads to a simple analytical expression for the ion energy gain under the laser irradiation of thin targets. Significantly higher energies for thin targets than for thicker targets are predicted. The theory is concretized with a view to compare with the results and their details of recent experiments.  相似文献

A theory of the transient sheath spanning the entire range of ion collisionality and treating finite rise-time voltage pulses is developed. This theory predicts the maximum ion impact energy, and the temporal dependence of the sheath width, the ion impact energy, and the ion flux. It is found that the ion impact energy is greatly reduced by even small amounts of collisionality, whereas the sheath width and ion flux at the target (i.e., ion current density) are relatively insensitive to collisionality. In the collisional sheath, the maximum ion impact energy is found to decrease with increasing rise time and collisionality. Good agreement is found between the theory and fluid simulations. In particular, the collisional dependence of the ion impact energy is well described by the theory  相似文献

The ion sputtering of metals and frozen inert gases in the nonlinear collision cascade regime, where the density of the energy released in the bulk of the thermal peak exceeds the critical medium temperature, initiates the emission of quasi-thermal atoms. The energy spectrum of such atoms is substantially shifted toward low energies and is not described by a Maxwellian distribution. A simple emission model is proposed on the assumption of collisional motion of sputtered atoms in their flight from a target, and this model is used to derive an analytical formula for the calculation of the energy spectra of quasi-thermal atoms. A comparison of the calculated energy spectra of indium, krypton, and xenon atoms and the spectra measured during ion sputtering of indium and frozen inert gases in the nonlinear collision cascade regime shows their agreement at reasonable values of fitting parameters.  相似文献

A procedure is developed for determining the stoichiometry of a sample as function of depth from ion-beam analysis energy spectra. The approach is in principle equally applicable to back scattering experiments, experiments involving nuclear reactions with known cross sections and experiments combining these techniques. The procedure is especially suitable for routine computer evaluation of energy spectra. It is more straightforward and/or involves less rigid assumptions and approximations than alternative approaches. If all elemental signals are measured, an accurate beam dose is not needed. The limitations are basically those inherent to ion beam analysis in general.  相似文献

The energy spectra of electrons elastically scattered by plane-parallel solid layers are presented. The solid surface is analyzed by a method based on the identification of similar spectra and is called electron Rutherford scattering in analogy with the well-known ion spectroscopy method. The effect of multiple scattering processes on peak intensities in the energy spectra of elastically scattered particles is analyzed. The applicability range of the strong single scattering approximation for the interpretation of the energy spectra of elastically scattered electrons is established.  相似文献

A femtosecond photo-electron experiment is described which provides excellent conditions for measuring time-resolved photo-electron spectra of free, monodispersed cluster anions using repetition rates up to 100 Hz. Cluster anions are synthesized in an electric arc and subsequently cooled in a helium carrier gas. A time-of-flight spectrometer is used for mass separation of the negatively charged clusters. The kinetic energy of the photo-electrons is analyzed by a magnetic-bottle time-of-flight spectrometer, which guarantees a maximum collection efficiency. Femtosecond laser pulses are generated by a seeded regenerative Ti:Sa amplifier, which is externally pumped with the second harmonic of a diode-pumped solid-state Nd:YAG laser. A retroreflector mounted on a computer-controlled translation stage serves as a reproducible time delay of the probe pulse. The high energy output of the laser pulses (∼3 mJ) in combination with the variable repetition rate and the high stability of the amplified pulses provide excellent conditions for recording pump-probe photo-electron spectra of mass-separated cluster anions even at the fairly low ion density of pulsed plasma cluster sources. First results on the electron dynamics of the Pt3 - cluster demonstrate the reliability of the whole system. Further experimental investigations will concentrate on electron-relaxation processes in transition- and noble-metal clusters as well as on the nuclear and transition-state dynamics of chemically reacted adsorbate clusters. A method for evaluating the energy spectra and temperature dependences of the yield of neutral and charged clusters that consist of N≥5 atoms and are produced by ion bombardment of metals is proposed. The results are presented in the form of simple formulas. Theoretical energy spectra of clusters emitted as a result of bombarding niobium, tantalum, and iron targets by atomic ions of gold or xenon and temperature dependences of the yield of silver clusters produced by bombarding the targets with xenon ions are compared with experimental data.

在平均离子模型的基础上,发展了一个计算离子组态概率分布的有效方法,称为统计方法.根据激光靶耦合程序模拟给出腔靶等离子体状态条件,研究1.06μm激光金等离子体的非平衡离子组态分布和X射线发射谱特性.得到与实验谱相同的能带范围,并得出在激光等离子体中多电子同时处于激发态的离子组态对X射线发射的贡献不能忽略的结论. 关键词:  相似文献

简要介绍了低能辐照离子源的设计及性能。采用热阴极磁约束PIG放电,并用两极多孔加减速系统引出离子束。调试结果:离子束能量在200-2000eV范围内可调,最大引出束流150mA,灯丝工作寿命160h。  相似文献
