The new anionic complexes [K(18-crown-6)][WH5(PMe2Ph)3], [K(1,10-diaza-18-crown-6)][WH5(PMe2Ph)3], [K(2,2,2-crypt)][ReH4(PMePh2)3], and [K(1,10-diaza-18-crown-6)][ReH4(PMePh2)3] were prepared by reaction of KH/crown or KH/crypt with the appropriate neutral polyhydride WH6(PMe2Ph)3 or ReH5(PMePh2)3. The rate of deprotonation of the rhenium hydride in THF is much greater for the reaction involving crypt compared with that of crown. The structure of [ReH4(PMePh2)3]- is distorted pentagonal bipyramidal as determined by an X-ray diffraction study of the crypt salt. No hydridic-protonic M-H...HN bonding is detected between the hydrides of the anionic hydrides and the amino hydrogens of the cations [K(1,10-diaza-18-crown-6)]+ suggesting that stronger M-H...K interactions are present. Acid dissociation constants Ka of polyhydride complexes in THF, approximately corrected for ion pairing, are determined by NMR in order to better understand the periodic trends of metal hydrides. The pKalphaTHF of (WH6(PMe2Ph)3/[WH5(PMe2Ph)3]-) is 42+/-4 according to the equilibrium set up by reacting WH6(PMe2Ph)3 with [K(2,2,2-crypt)][ReH6(PCy3)2]. The pKalphaTHF for ReH5(PMePh2)3 can be estimated as greater than the pKalphaTHF of 38 for HNPh2 and less than the pKalphaTHF of 41 for ReH7(PCy3)2. Reaction of the phosphazene base P4-tBu with ReH7(PCy3)2 gave an equilibrium with [HP4-tBu]+[ReH6(PCy3)2]- whereas reaction with WH6(PMe2Ph)3 gave an equilibrium with [HP4-tBu]+[WH5(PMe2Ph)3]-. From these and a related equilibrium, the pKalphaTHF of [HP4-tBu]+ is found to be 40+/-4. In general, neutral complexes MHx(PR3)n (M=W, Re, Ru, Os, Ir; n=3, 2) studied to date have pKalphaTHF values from 30 to 44 on going from phenyl-substituted to alkyl-substituted phosphine ligands whereas MHx(PR3)n+ (M=Re, Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ni, Pd, Pt; n=4, 3), including diphosphine ligands ((PR3)2=PR2-PR2), have values from 12 to 23. From the equilibrium established from the reaction of [HP2-tBu][BPh4] and [K(2,2,2-crypt)][OP(OEt)2NPh], [HP2-tBu]+ was calculated to have a pKalphaTHF of 30+/-4. The equilibrium constant for the similar deprotonation reaction with [K(18-crown-6)][{ReH2(PMePh2)2}2(mu-H)3] confirmed this value. 相似文献

Summary Treatment oftrans-[Mo(CNMe)2(PMe2Ph)4] andme-[W(CNMe)3(PMe2Ph)3] with sulphuric or hydrochloric acids in methanol or ethanol, or in methanol alone, under irradiation, gives methylamine, ammonia and hydrocarbons (mainly methane). The complex [W2(CNMe)4(-CNHMe)2(PMe2Ph)4]2+ cation has been obtained by the treatment ofmer-[W(CNMe)3(PMe2Ph3] with H2SO4 or [Et2OH][BF4] and gives methylamine, ammonia and methane on further acid treatment. 相似文献

The brown crystals of [PMePh3]2[Se2Br6] ( 1 ) and red crystals of [PMePh3]2[SeBr6(SeBr2)2] ( 2 ) were obtained when selenium and bromine reacted in the solution of acetonitrile in the presence of methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 has been determined by the X‐ray methods and refined to R = 0.0373 for 2397 reflections and 0.0397 for 3417 reflections, respectively. The salt 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with the cell dimensions a = 13.202(5) Å, b = 11.954(4) Å, c = 13.418(6) Å, β = 93.08(4)° (193(2)). The crystals of 2 are triclinic, space group with the cell dimensions a = 10.266(3) Å, b = 11.311(3) Å, c = 11.619(2) Å, α = 108.87(2)°, β = 105.72(2)°, γ = 99.40(2)° (193(2) K). In the solid state structure of 1 the dinuclear hexabromo‐diselenate(II) anion is centrosymmetric and consists of two distorted almost square planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two μ‐bridging Br atoms. The terminal SeII–Br bonds are 2.3984(11) and 2.4273(11) Å, whereas the bridging μBr–SeII bonds are 2.7817(11) and 2.9081(12) Å. In the solid state the trinuclear [SeBr6(SeBr2)2]2? anion of 2 is centrosymmetric too and contains a nearly regular [SeBr6] octahedron where the four equatorial bromo ligands each have developed bonds to the SeII atoms of the SeBr2 molecules. The contacts between the bridging bromo and the SeII atoms of the SeBr2 molecules are 3.0603(15) and 3.1043(12) Å, and can be interpreted as bonds of the donor‐acceptor type with the bridging bromo ligands as donors and the SeBr2 molecules as acceptors. The SeIV–Br distances are in the range 2.5570(9)–2.5773(11) Å and the SeII–Br bond lengths in coordinated SeBr2 molecules – 2.3411(12) and 2.3421(10) Å. 相似文献

The reactions of [MCl2(P∩P)] and [MCl2(PR3)2)] with 1-mercapto-2-phenyl-o-carborane/NaSeCboPh and 1,2-dimercapto-o-carborane yield mononuclear complexes of composition, [M(SCboPh)2(P∩P)], [M(SeCboPh)2(P∩P)] (M = Pd or Pt; P∩P = dppm (bis(diphenylphosphino)methane), dppe (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) or dppp (1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane)) and [M(SCboS)(PR3)2] (2PR3 = dppm, dppe, 2PEt3, 2PMe2Ph, 2PMePh2 or 2PPh3). These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and NMR (1H, 31P, 77Se and 195Pt) spectroscopy. The 1J(Pt–P) values and 195Pt NMR chemical shifts are influenced by the nature of phosphine as well as thiolate ligand. Molecular structures of [Pt(SCboPh)2(dppm)], [Pt(SeCboPh)2(dppm)], [Pt(SCboS)(PMe2Ph)2] and [Pt(SCboS)(PMePh2)2] have been established by single crystal X-ray structural analyses. The platinum atom in all these complexes acquires a distorted square planar configuration defined by two cis-bound phosphine ligands and two chalcogenolate groups. The carborane rings are mutually anti in [Pt(SCboPh)2(dppm)] and [Pt(SeCboPh)2(dppm)]. 相似文献

Summary The compoundtrans-[MoCl2(PMe2Ph)4] has been prepared by the reduction of MoCl5 (by Mg) or of [MoCl3(PMe2Ph)3] (by LiBun) in the presence of PMe2Ph in tetrahydrofuran (THF). It has eff=2.84 B.M. and crystallises in space group P1 witha=11.591(3),b=12.931(3),c=12.703(3) Å, = 95.28(2), =105.97(2), =103.54(2)°. Refinement of the structure gave R=0.036. The Mo-Cl and Mo-P distances average 2.443(6) and 2.534(8) Å, respectively.Low-valent phosphine complexes of the Group VI metals continue to attract much attention because of their involvement in studies of the catalytic activation of dinitrogen(1), dihydrogen(2, 3), alkenes and alkynes(4). As a by-product during our studies of dinitrogen(1) and hydride(2) complexes of molybdenum and tungsten, we obtainedtrans-[MoCl2- (PMe2Ph)4] as yellow, paramagnetic crystals (eff= 2.84 B.M.). We first obtained the compound during the attempted synthesis ofcis-[Mo(N2)2(PMe2Ph)4] by reduction of MoCl5 with Mg in the presence of PMe2Ph (see Experimental). Upon identification of the compound we found that it could be readily synthesised by treatment of [MoCl3(PMe2Ph)3](5) with LiBun in THF in the presence of PMe2Ph (experimental). The complex was shown to have thetrans structure by x-ray analysis (Figure). Analogues oftrans-[MoCl2(PMe2Ph)4] have been prepared, namely [CrCl2(Me2PCH2CH2PMe2)2](6),trans- [MoCl2(PMe3)4](7), [WCl2(PMe2Ph)4](8) and [WCl2(PMe3)4](4), of which onlytrans-[MoCl2(PMe3)4] has been examined by X-rays(7). Its principal structural parametersi.e. d(Mo-Cl)= 2.420(6), d(Mo-P)av=2.496(3) Å(6) are close to those found here fortrans-[MoCl2(PMe2Ph)4]. 相似文献

New ionic technetium complexes of the type trans-[Tc(PR3)4Cl2]+ are synthesized by various methods. The simplest method is the reaction of [TcO4]- with the phosphine in methanol in the presence of a chloride salt. Compounds containing PMe2Ph and PMe3 are synthesized and characterized by crystallographic methods. The complexes containing the less bulky phosphine can be prepared from complexes containing the bulker phosphine. The compounds are paramagnetic, with two unpaired electrons. The complexes studied by X-ray diffraction methods are the trans isomers. [Tc(PMe2Ph)4Cl2]PF6 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 11.511(2) A, b = 26.713(7) A, c = 12.688(3) A, beta = 92.79(1) degrees, Z = 4, and R1 = 0.0574. [Tc(PMe3)4Cl2]BPh4 (II) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn, with a = 18.213(5) A, b = 22.950(5) A, c = 19.428(6) A, Z = 8, and R1 = 0.0691. [Tc(PMe3)4Cl2]PF6 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 18.152(7) A, b = 16.838(9) A, c = 18.090(6) A, beta = 106.63(1) degrees, Z = 8, and R1 = 0.0670. The compounds all have octahedral coordination, but an important tetrahedral deformation of the plane containing the Tc and the four P atoms is observed in each case. In II, the two independent Tc atoms are both located on 2-fold axes. 相似文献

Synthesis and Structures of the Multinuclear Rhenium Nitrido Complexes [Re2N2Cl4(PMe2Ph)4(MeCN)] and [Re4N3Cl9(PMe2Ph)6] The binuclear rhenium complex [Re2N2Cl4(PMe2Ph)4(MeCN)] ( 1 ) is obtained as a byproduct of the synthesis of [(Me2PhP)3(MeCN)ClReNZrCl5] from [ReNCl2(PMe2Ph)3] and [ZrCl4(MeCN)2] in toluene. It crystallizes as 1 · 2 toluene in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 1517.0(3); b = 1847.7(2); c = 1952.4(6) pm; β = 106.44(1)° and Z = 4. The two Re atoms are connected by an asymmetric nitrido bridge Re≡N–Re with distances Re–N of 169.9(5) and 208.7(5) pm. In course of the reaction of [ReNCl2(PMe2Ph)3] with [ZrCl4(THF)2] in CH2Cl2 hydrochloric acid is formed by acting of the Lewis acid on the solvent. HCl protonates and eliminates phosphine ligands of the educt [ReNCl2(PMe2Ph)3] to form the phosphonium salt [PMe2PhH]2[ZrCl6] ( 2 ). It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 1536.9(3); b = 1148.8(1); c = 1402.2(3) pm, β = 100.70(2)° and Z = 4. The remaining fragments of the rhenium complex combine to yield the tetranuclear mixed valent complex [Re4N3Cl9(PMe2Ph)6] ( 3 ), crystallizing as 3 · CH2Cl2 in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 1312.9(19); b = 1661.4(2); 1897.1(2) pm; α = 78.62(1)°; β = 86.77(1)°; γ = 68.28(1)° and Z = 2. The four Re atoms occupy the corners of a tetrahedron. Its edges are formed by three nitrido and three chloro bridges. The asymmetric nitrido bridges Re≡N–Re are characterized by short distances in the range of 172(2) to 176(3) pm and long distances of 194(3) to 204(2) pm. The angles Re–N–Re are between 154(1) and 160(1)°. 相似文献

Structurally characterised 17-vertex [(PMe2Ph)2PtB16H17Me] 3 is obtained, albeit in low yield, by platination of 16-vertex B16H20 1 using [PtMe2(PMe2Ph)2] under mild conditions. Platination has occurred on the {B10} subcluster of 1, interesting in that B16H20 itself deprotonates on the {B8} subcluster: the reference 16-vertex [B16H19]- anion 1a, prepared by deprotonation of 1 with 1,8-bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene, is also structurally characterised. [PtMe2(PMe2Ph)2] with 14-vertex B14H18 2 similarly gives a low yield of 15-vertex [(PMe2Ph)2PtB14H16] 5, of formulation and structure substantiated by DFT calculations. 相似文献

The compounds [TeI3][MI4] (M = Ga, In) were obtained as air sensitive black crystals by the reactions of Te, I2 and Ga or In in vacuum sealed ampoules. The gallium compound crystallizes in the structural type of [SCl3][AlCl4]: monoclinic system, space group Pc (No. 7), a = 7.211(11), b = 7.2340(9), c = 15.67(2) Å and β = 102.51(6)°. The indium derivative crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna21 (No. 33), a = 14.752(2), b = 7.1915(6) and c = 23.391(5) Å, with two crystallographically independent formula units per asymmetric unit. The structures consist of tetrahedral GaI4– or InI4– and trigonal pyramidal TeI3+ units. Additionally, in both structures the tellurium atoms establish three weak interactions with iodine atoms of the MI4– units to form a distorted octahedral Te3 + 3 coordination sphere. 相似文献
