2-Phenyl-5-(2-furyl)- and 2-phenyl-5-(2-thienyl)imidazoles were synthesized by condensation of 2-furoylmethyl and 2-thenoylmethyl acetates with benzaldehyde under the conditions of Weidenhagen reaction. The products were converted to N-methyl derivatives in the KOH-acetone system. The electrophilic substitution reactions of the products (acylation, bromination, nitration, sulfonation, hydroxymethylation) were studied.  相似文献

利用阳极氧化反应, 将一系列N-芳基吡咯电氰化, 区域专一地得到吡咯氰化物2, 分离收率为76%~85%. 将其与叠氮化钠反应, 合成了一系列具有潜在血管紧张素Ⅱ受体(AT)拮抗活性的新型四唑化合物. 该合成路线的原料易得, 并以阳极氰化芳香氮杂环引入氰基为关键步骤, 可作为在芳香氮杂环上引入四唑基团的通用合成路线.  相似文献

5-(1-Adamantyloxy)-2H-pyrrole-2 one has been homopolymerized and copolymerized with a variety of comonomers. Polymerization was conducted in chloroform solutions with α,α′-azobisisobutyronitrile initiator. Evidence of polymerization was achieved through infrared and NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Moderate molecular weights were achieved as determined by inherent viscosity measurements and gel-permeation chromatography. Photolysis of the polymers with ultraviolet radiation induces a photochemical rearrangement resulting in the formation of isocyanate functions. A proposed mechanism suggests α-cleavage of the carbonyl to give a 1,5-diradical which rearranges to a 1,3-diradical with subsequent ring closure to give a polymer with cyclopropyl isocyanate moieties in the backbone. DSC data show all polymers to display intense exothermic activity at temperatures near 200°C on initial heating and glass transition temperatures between 194 and 245.5°C on subsequent heating. Thermolysis of the homopolymer causes rearrangement to poly[N-(1-adamantyl) maleimide]. Reactivity ratios were determined for the systems styrene (M1) and 5-(1-adamantyloxy)-2H-pyrrole-2-one (M2) (r1 = 0.06, r2 = 0.07) and methyl methacrylate (M1) and 5-(1-adamantyloxy)-2H-pyrrole-2-one(M2) (r1 = 0.35, r2 = 0.70). Q and e values for 5-(1-adamantyloxy)-2H-pyrrole-2-one are 3.40 and 1.59, respectively.  相似文献

A number of 5-aryl-2-acetylthiophenes and 1-(5-aryl-2-thienyl)-3-phenyl-1-propenones were synthesized, and it was shown by means of their IR spectra that the 1-propenones are trans isomers with respect to the orientation of the substituents attached to the double bond and have an s-cis conformation. According to the data from the IR spectra of the H complexes of the investigated compounds with phenol, 5-aryl-2-acetylthiophenes have higher proton-acceptor capacities than acetophenones, 2-acetylthiophenes, and 4-acetyldiphenyl; a similar picture is also noted in a number of 1-propenones and 3-propenones. The transmission factors () obtained by Hammett correlation of the Oh values for 1,4-phenylene, 2,5-thienylene, and vinylene groupings are identical and are equal to 0.8. It is shown on the basis of a correlation with respect to an equation of the Yukawa-Zuno type that the thiophene ring transmits polar conjugation better than the benzene ring.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 9, pp. 1196–1202, September, 1976.  相似文献

The reaction between cadmium and 2-(5-chloro-2-pyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminophenol (5-Cl DMPAP) in aqueous alcohol media at pH 8.8-10.7 results in an intense violet colour which is stable for at least 8 hr. The composition is 2:1 reagent:metal and the formation constant (5.29 +/- 0.01) x 10(18). Beer's law is obeyed up to 1.34 ppm of cadmium at 550 nm. The optimal concentration range (Ringbom) is between 0.16 and 0.72 ppm. The apparent molar absorptivity at 550 nm is (1.20 +/- 0.01) x 10(5) l.mole(-1). cm(-1), making the sensitivity one of the highest known. The interference due to copper(III), iron(III), cobalt(II), nickel(II), gold(III), zinc(II) and manganese(II) can be suppressed.  相似文献

A short and efficient synthesis of 1-(3-tert-butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(5-(2-morpholinoethoxy)-2H-chromen-8-yl) urea derivatives (1ac), a novel type of p38 MAPK inhibitors, is described. The Claisen thermal rearrangement of arylpropargyl ethers was employd as a key step to synthesize the chromene core. The solvent effect on the ratio of the resultant two isomers of Claisen thermal rearrangement, namely 2-methylbenzofuran and 2H-chromen, was also investigated.  相似文献

The reactivity of 5-methyl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-5H-furan-2-one with aldehydes and with acyl chlorides followed by reduction was studied. The aldol condensation gave predominantly the anti aldol product when the acylation-reduction sequence led exclusively to the syn product. The use of a chiral pyrrolidine, (S)-2-methoxymethylpyrrolidine (SMP), allowed the synthesis of enantio-enriched compounds, the acylation-reduction leading to the (R,R) addition product.  相似文献

Starting from readily available 1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide (1), 1-methyl-2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-5-nitroimidazole (4) and 1-methyl-2-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-5-nitroimidazole (10) were prepared. The reaction of 1 with formic acid gave 1-(1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole-2-carboxyl)-2-(formyl)hydrazine ( 8 ) in high yield. Refluxing of the latter with phosphorus pentasulfide in xylene yielded compound 4 in 50% yield. Reaction of compound 8 with phosphorus pentoxide afforded compound 10 in 60% yield.  相似文献
