A facile synthesis of trans isomers of 4‐aryl‐3‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro ‐ 2H ‐ pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitriles via three‐component condensation reaction of an aldehyde, 3‐amino‐5‐methylpyrazole and ethyl cyanoacetate in acetonitrile has been developed under microwave irradiation. This one‐pot reaction proceeds without any catalyst in short times and gives the product in high selectivities and high yields.  相似文献

The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization/addition reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

The 1‐{[(1H‐1,2,3‐Triazol‐4‐yl)methoxy]phenyl}‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐dione derivatives 5 were synthesized by a simple and efficient method, i.e., by the four‐component, one‐pot condensation reaction of phthalohydrazide 4 , a (propargyloxy)benzaldehyde 1 , an active methylene compound 3 (malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate), and an azide 2 in the presence of Cu(OAc)2/sodium L ‐ascorbate as catalyst and 1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazolium trifluoroacetate ([Hmim](CF3COO)) as an ionic‐liquid medium in good to excellent yields (Scheme 1).  相似文献

An efficient approach for one‐pot synthesis of biologically active new spiro[chroman‐3,2′‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]furan]‐2,4,4′‐(3′H )‐trione derivatives from tandem Knoevenagel–Michel addition–heterocyclization reaction between 4‐hydroxycumarin and various aldehydes in the presence of N,N,N ,N ′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide as an efficient catalyst at ambient temperature under solvent‐free conditions was reported. Simple procedure, high yields, easy work‐up, and reusability of the catalyst are the significant advantages of this process.  相似文献

A sulfonated magnetic cellulose‐based nanocomposite was applied as an efficient, inexpensive and green catalyst for the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of 7‐aryl‐8H ‐benzo[h ]indeno[1,2‐b ]quinoline‐8‐ones starting from 1,3‐indanedione, aromatic aldehydes and 1‐naphthylamine under solvent‐free conditions in high yields (79–98%) within short reaction times (2–5 min). The nanobiostructure catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused several times.  相似文献

(E)‐1,3‐Pentadiene (EP) and (E)‐2‐methyl‐1,3‐pentadiene (2MP) were polymerized to cis‐1,4 polymers with homogeneous and heterogeneous neodymium catalysts to examine the influence of the physical state of the catalyst on the polymerization stereoselectivity. Data on the polymerization of (E)‐1,3‐hexadiene (EH) are also reported. EP and EH gave cis‐1,4 isotactic polymers both with the homogeneous and with the heterogeneous system, whereas 2MP gave an isotactic cis‐1,4 polymer with the heterogeneous catalyst and a syndiotactic cis‐1,4 polymer, never reported earlier, with the homogeneous one. For comparison, the results obtained with the soluble CpTiCl3‐based catalyst (Cp = cyclopentadienyl), which gives cis‐1,4 isotactic poly(2MP), are examined. A tentative interpretation is given for the mechanism of the formation of the stereoregular polymers obtained and a complete NMR characterization of the cis‐1,4‐syndiotactic poly(2MP) is reported. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ttrans‐3,5‐dihydroperoxy‐3,5‐dimethyl‐1,2‐dioxalane has been used as new, effective, solid, inexpensive and nontoxic oxidant for in situ generation of Br+ from HBr. This system has been applied as catalyst for synthesis of 2‐aryl‐1H‐benzothiazoles and 2‐aryl‐1‐arylmethyl‐1H‐benzimidazoles at room temperature in excellent yields and high purity.  相似文献

A series of β‐hydroxynitriles were efficiently synthesized from the regioselective ring opening of oxiranes by cyanide anion in the presence of silica‐bound 3‐{2‐[poly(ethylene glycol)]ethyl}‐substituted 1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium bromide (SiO2? PEG? ImBr) as a novel recoverable phase‐transfer catalyst in H2O (Scheme 1 and Table 2). The workup procedure was straightforward, and the catalyst could be reused over four times with almost no loss of catalytic activity and selectivity.  相似文献

A novel and efficient isocyanide‐based multicomponent reaction between alkyl or aryl isocyanides 1 , 2,3‐diaminomaleonitrile ( 2 ), naphthalene‐2,3‐diamines ( 6 ) or benzene‐1,2‐diamine ( 9 ), and 3‐oxopentanedioic acid ( 3 ) or Meldrum's acid ( 4 ) or ketones 7 was developed for the ecologic synthesis, at room temperature under mild conditions, of 1,6‐dihydropyrazine‐2,3‐dicarbonitriles 5a – 5f in H2O without using any catalyst, and of 3,4‐dihydrobenzo[g]quinoxalin‐2‐amine and 3,4‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐quinoxalin‐2‐amine derivatives 8a – 8g and 10a – 10e , respectively, in the presence of a catalytic amount of p‐toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH) in EtOH, in good to excellent yields (Scheme 1).  相似文献

A convenient approach to 2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis[1‐acetyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐4H‐3,1‐benzoxazin‐4‐one] derivatives 4 was explored employing the one‐pot condensation of anthranilic acids (=2‐aminobenzoic acids) 1 with terephthalaldehyde (=benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxaldehyde; 2 ) under ultrasound‐irradiation conditions (Scheme 1). The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of excess Ac2O in the absence of any other catalyst and solvent to afford the respective products in high yields.  相似文献

Unprecedented organocatalyzed asymmetric cascade reactions have been developed for the facile synthesis of chiral spirooxindole‐based isotetronic acids and 5‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐ones.The asymmetric 1,2‐addition reactions of α‐ketoesters to isatins and imines by using an acid–base bifunctional 6′‐OH cinchona alkaloid catalyst, followed by cyclization and enolization of the resulting adducts, gave chiral spiroisotetronic acids and 5‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐ones, respectively, in excellent optical purities (up to 98 % ee). FT‐IR analysis supported the existence of hydrogen‐bonding interaction between the 6′‐OH group of the cinchona catalyst and an isatin carbonyl group, an interaction that might be crucial for catalyst activity and stereocontrol.  相似文献

A safe, efficient, and improved procedure for the regioselective synthesis of 1‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazole derivatives under ambient conditions is described. Terminal alkynes reacted with oxiranes and NaN3 in the presence of a copper(I) catalyst, which is prepared by in situ reduction of the copper(II) complex 4 with ascorbic acid, in H2O. The regioselective reactions exclusively gave the corresponding 1,4‐disubstituted 1H‐1,2,3‐triazoles in good to excellent yields. This procedure avoids the handling of organic azides as they are generated in situ, making this already powerful click process even more user‐friendly and safe. The remarkable features of this protocol are high yields, very short reaction times, a cleaner reaction profile in an environmentally benign solvent (H2O), its straightforwardness, and the use of nontoxic catalysts. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recovered and recycled by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for ten consecutive trials without significant loss of catalytic activity. No metal‐complex leaching was observed after the consecutive catalytic reactions.  相似文献

A successful aza‐Michael addition of arylamines to a conjugated enone, acryloylferrocene, has been achieved by ultrasonic irradiation of the mixture of these reactants and the catalyst, i.e., montmorillonite K‐10. This solvent‐free reaction, yielding ferrocene containing Mannich bases, 3‐(arylamino)‐1‐ferrocenylpropan‐1‐ones, considered as valuable precursors in organic synthesis, has been performed by using a simple ultrasonic cleaner. Among 17 synthesized β‐amino ketones, three were new ones, and these were fully characterized by spectroscopic means. X‐Ray crystallographic analysis of three of these crystalline products enabled the insight into the conformational details of these compounds. All compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against six Gram‐positive and five Gram‐negative strains in a microdilution assay. The observed promising antibacterial activity (with a MIC value of 25 μg/ml (ca. 0.07 μmol/ml) as the best result for almost all tested compounds against Micrococcus flavus) seems not only to be compound but also bacterial species‐specific.  相似文献

2,3‐Dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives were synthesized via a one‐pot, three component reaction of isatoic anhydride and an aromatic aldehyde with ammonium acetate or primary amine catalyzed by silica‐bonded S‐sulfonic acid in ethanol at 80°C. The reaction work‐up is simple and the catalyst is easily separated from the products by filtration. The heterogeneous catalyst was recycled for ten runs upon the condensation reaction of isatoic anhydride and 4‐chlorobenzaldehyde with ammonium acetate without losing its catalytic activity.  相似文献

This paper describes a method of preparation of new 3,5′‐dioxo‐2′‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydrospiro[indene‐2,4′‐[1,3]oxazol]‐1‐yl acetate and its 5‐chloro‐ and bromoderivatives as products of interaction of N‐benzoylglycine (hippuric acid) with corresponding ortho‐formylbenzoic acids. The reaction carried out in acetic anhydride media in the presence of piperidine as catalyst. The novel spirocompounds were purified by column chromatography from multicomponent reaction mixtures. The composition of the spiro‐products was confirmed by C, H, N element analysis. The structure was established by IR, MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR analysis including COSY 1H‐13C experiments.  相似文献
