3,4‐Dihydroxy‐2‐quinolin‐2‐ylpyrido[3,2,1‐jk]carbazol‐6‐ones 6 were obtained by cyclocondensation of carbazole 1 with malonates 2 in the presence of quinoline. The assignment of the structures of 6 was performed by NMR experiments such as 1D 1H, 13C and DEPT, as well as 2D COSY, HSQC, HMBC and 1,1‐ADEQUATE spectra.  相似文献

Reaction of 2‐(5‐substituted‐2‐hydroxybenzylamino)phenols ( 2 ) with formalin in ethanol under reflux has chemoselectively led to 2‐(6‐substituted‐2H—benzo[e][1,3]oxazin‐3(4H)‐yl)phenols ( 3 ) in good yield involving the ring closure of the hydroxyl group of the C‐aryl ring and not that of the N‐aryl ring.  相似文献

Methyl‐3‐(2‐chloroquinolin‐3‐yl)acrylates 5a‐i on reaction with methyl amine in acetonitrile yielded methyl‐3‐[2‐(methylamino)quinolin‐3‐yl]acrylates 6a‐i . When, these were followed by the reaction with the Vilsmeier reagent, they afforded methyl benzo[b][1,8]naphthyridin‐3‐carboxylate 7a‐i in good yields.  相似文献

A series of 2‐alkyl/aryl‐4H‐benzo[1,4]thiazine‐3‐ones have been synthesized by microwave irradiation of ethyl‐2‐bromo‐2‐alkyl/aryl acetate and 2‐amino thiophenol in the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo‐[5.4.0] undec‐7‐ene and N‐methylpiperidine. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analyses, and by X‐ray crystallography in the case of 2‐methyl‐4H‐benzo[1,4]thiazin‐3‐one.  相似文献

The one‐pot two‐step synthesis for acyliminothiazolines by treatment of N,N'‐substituted thioureas with α‐bromocarbonyl compounds under aqueous media was described. Novel microwave induced method for the synthesis of thiazolidine‐2,4‐dione motif under solvent phase conditions is developed. Further we report an efficient, microwave assisted method for the parallel syntheses of biologically important 5‐benzylidene‐thiazolidine‐2,4‐dione and 5‐benzylidene‐2‐thioxothiazolidine‐4‐one compounds under solid‐phase and solvent‐free conditions. A comparative study between the developed microwave methods and the conventional methods is described. We have also illustrated the possible mechanism behind to address the reason why piperidine, acetic acid and silica gel enhanced the Knoevenagel condensation reaction.  相似文献

N‐Acridin‐9‐yl methyl N′‐acridin‐9‐yl thiourea spontaneously spiro cyclises via nucleophilic attack of the methylene carbon onto the C‐9 of the other acridine moiety. The thiourea, upon reaction with bromoacetonitrile, provided a spiro fused‐bicyclic product displaying unusual dynamic behavior.  相似文献

A number of novel sulfonamide derivatives of 5‐substituted‐3‐methylisoxazole were synthesized and characterized, starting from 3,5‐dimethylisoxazole. Key steps include the generation of 3,5‐dimethylisoxazole‐4‐sulfonamides followed by their reactions with N‐(dimethoxymethyl)‐N,N‐dimethylamine or various aromatic and heteroaromatic aldehydes. As a result, a series of novel aryl/heteroaryl‐ and aminovinylsubstituted derivatives of the isoxazole heterocycle were obtained. The scope and limitations of the developed approach are discussed.  相似文献

The absorption spectra and emission spectra of 4‐substituted 2H‐1‐benzo/napthopyran‐2‐ones 3a‐1 have been determined in THF and DMSO. The substituent at the 4‐position of the 2H‐benzo/napthopyran‐2‐one, establishes a compact conjugation pathway in which the pyran‐2‐one nucleus can act as an acceptor ring.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel 2‐amino‐9‐alkoxyalkylpurine derivatives with both identical and different sulfur containing substituents at positions 6 and 8 of the purine cycle has been accomplished. The thionation and alkylation of the key intermediate ‐ 2‐[2‐(acetylamino)‐6,8‐dichloro‐9H‐purin‐9‐yl]methoxyethyl acetate or its reactions with thiolates were used. The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by spectroscopic data and X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

3,5‐Disubstituted Δ2‐isoxazolines can be prepared using the palladium‐mediated nucleometalation / methoxycarbonylation of β,γ‐unsaturated oximes. This novel route to this class of compounds is tolerant of a wide variety of functionality in the starting material, and provides a rapid route to highly functionalized isoxazolines.  相似文献

The reaction of 6‐aminopyrimidin‐4‐ones 1 with benzaldehydes 2 and β‐aminocrotononitrile 3 or benzoylacetonitrile 4 under microwave irradiation in dry media yields the 6‐cyano‐5,8‐dihydropyrido[2,3‐d]‐pyrimidinones 5a‐t . The structure of the synthesized compounds was determined on the basis of nmr measurements, especially by 1H,1H?, 1H,13C COSY, DEPT and NOESY experiments. In contrast with other pyrido‐[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives, these compounds did not show any antifungal in vitro activity up to 250 μg/mL.  相似文献

4‐Substituted thiosemicarbazides 4a‐c reacted with (2,4,7‐trinitro‐9H‐fluoren‐9‐ylidene)‐propanedinitrile ( 2 ) in pyridine with admission of air to form spiro[fluorene‐9,3′‐(1,2,4‐triazole)]derivatives 5a‐c and (4‐substituted thiosemicarbazono)propanedinitriles 6a‐c in modest yields. 2,4,7‐Trinitro‐9‐fluorenone ( 8 ) as well as one reduction product thereof and of 2 , namely compounds 9 and 10 , respectively are also found. Photoisomerization of 4‐anisyl‐4‐methyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐4H‐thiopyran‐1,1‐dioxide is described in the presence of a sensitizer and new mechanistic features are proposed. The relative molar ratios of the stereoselective photoproducts compared in the presence and the absence of sensitizer in different concentrations of the starting material using hplc. The results observed are discussed on the basis of a triplet excited state thiadi‐π‐methane rearrangement.  相似文献

Various 3‐[1‐phenyl‐4‐(2‐substituted‐5‐oxo‐oxazol‐4‐ylidenemethyl) pyrazol‐3‐yl] coumarins 4a‐f ; 3‐[1‐phenyl‐4‐(2,6‐dimethyl‐3,5‐disubstituted‐1,4‐dihydropyridin‐4‐yl) pyrazol‐3‐yl] coumarins 5a‐f and 3‐[1‐phenyl‐4‐(6‐methyl‐5‐substituted‐2‐oxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐4‐yl) pyrazol‐3‐yl] coumarins 6a‐f have been synthesized utilizing Erlenmyer‐Plochl reaction, Hantzsch reaction and Biginelli reaction respectively using 3‐(1‐phenyl‐4‐formyl‐pyrazol‐3‐yl) coumarins 3a‐c as a starting material.  相似文献
