Synthesis ofN1‐3‐{(4‐substitute daryl‐3‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐azetidine)‐iminocarbamyl}‐propyl‐6‐nitroindazole 4a – 4s was conducted by a conventional method. All the compounds were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB‐Mass techniques and chemical methods. All the final synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity and antitubercular activity with MIC values against some selected microorganisms.  相似文献

A simple and high yielding method for the integration of 1,5-benzodiazepines integrated with 5-methyl- 2-oxo-3-phenyl-△^4-1,3,4-oxadiazolines in 75%-90% yield by microwave irradiation is devised. Microwave-accelerated reaction was compared with thermal method. All the compounds were characterized by physical, analytical and spectral (IR, 1^H NMR, MS) data. Title compounds were screened for preliminary pharmacological activities.  相似文献

This paper describes a method of preparation of new 3,5′‐dioxo‐2′‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydrospiro[indene‐2,4′‐[1,3]oxazol]‐1‐yl acetate and its 5‐chloro‐ and bromoderivatives as products of interaction of N‐benzoylglycine (hippuric acid) with corresponding ortho‐formylbenzoic acids. The reaction carried out in acetic anhydride media in the presence of piperidine as catalyst. The novel spirocompounds were purified by column chromatography from multicomponent reaction mixtures. The composition of the spiro‐products was confirmed by C, H, N element analysis. The structure was established by IR, MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR analysis including COSY 1H‐13C experiments.  相似文献

The title molecule, N‐[4‐(3‐Methyl‐3‐phenyl‐cyclobutyl)‐thiazol‐2‐yl]‐N′‐pyridin‐3ylmethylene‐ hydrazine (C20 H20 N4 S1), was characterized by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR, UV‐visible, and X‐ray determination. In addition to the molecular geometry from X‐ray experiment, the molecular geometry, vibrational frequencies and gauge including atomic orbital 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated using the Hartree‐Fock and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6‐31G(d, p) basis set. The calculated results show that optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters. By using time‐dependent density functional theory method, electronic absorption spectrum of the title compound has been predicted. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The title molecule, 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methyl‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazole (C14H11ClN2), was prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular geometry, vibrational frequencies, and gauge including atomic orbital (GIAO) 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated by using the Hartree‐Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with 6‐31G(d) basis sets, and compared with the experimental data. The calculated results show that the optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters, and the theoretical vibrational frequencies and GIAO 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts show good agreement with experimental values. The energetic behavior of the title compound in solvent media has been examined using B3LYP method with the 6‐31G(d) basis set by applying the Onsager and the polarizable continuum model (PCM). Besides, molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), frontier molecular orbitals (FMO) analysis, and nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of the title compound were investigated by theoretical calculations. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An effective route to novel 4‐(alkylamino)‐1‐(arylsulfonyl)‐3‐benzoyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐5‐hydroxy‐5‐phenyl‐2H‐pyrrol‐2‐ones 10 is described (Scheme 2). This involves the reaction of an enamine, derived from the addition of a primary amine 5 to 1,4‐diphenylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione, with an arenesulfonyl isocyanate 7 . Some of these pyrrolones 10 exhibit a dynamic NMR behavior in solution because of restricted rotation around the C? N bond resulting from conjugation of the side‐chain N‐atom with the adjacent α,β‐unsaturated ketone group, and two rotamers are in equilibrium with each other in solution ( 10 ? 11 ; Scheme 3). The structures of the highly functionalized compounds 10 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS), by elemental analyses, and, in the case of 10a , by X‐ray crystallography. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is an extremely toxic colourless gas; it is corrosive and denser than air. It usually happens in oil and natural gas fields, refineries, coal mines, and in some industrial effluent treatment systems. This work presents an alternative method of monitoring and quantifying H2S trapping efficiency by using 1,3,5‐tris(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,5‐triazinane as a sequestering agent, and sodium sulfide as a source of sulfide ion, through 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results proved that the reaction occurs very quickly at 20 °C at pH 7 and 10. 3,5‐di(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,5‐thiodiazinane and 5‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,5‐dithiozinane were observed and quantified; it was evidenced that 1H NMR spectroscopy can be applied as a fast and effective method to quantify H2S trapping efficiency. Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

The reaction between secondary amines, benzoyl isothiocyanate, and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) in the presence of silica gel (SiO2) led to alkyl 2‐(dialkylamino)‐4‐phenylthiazole‐5‐carboxylates in fairly high yields. The structures of the products were confirmed by their IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and mass spectra, and by a single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination.  相似文献

A concise and efficient approach to the spiro‐tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives has been developed by 1,4‐dipolar cycloaddition of zwitterions resulting from isoquinoline and acetylene esters and (1,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐dioxo‐2H‐inden‐2‐ylidene)malononitrile in MeCN at room temperature. The significance of this method lies in good yields and ease of product purification, and no inert atmosphere is required. The structures of the products were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme).  相似文献

Some new and optically active 1,2,4‐triazolo thiadiazoles bearing N‐phthaloyl‐l ‐amino acids were synthesized by reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐(3‐ or 4‐)pyridyl‐3‐mercapto‐(4H)‐1,2,4‐triazoles with N‐phthaloyl‐l ‐amino acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. 2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. 研究了室温下间苯二酚和甲基乙烯基酮分别与β-环糊精( β-CD)形成包结物后的几种不同固相反应,结果表明包结物A(间苯二酚/β-CD)与包结物B(甲基乙烯基酮/β-CD)反应能够很好地得到目的产物,产率及ee值分别为82.8%和78.4%;间苯二酚与包结物B反应仅得到低光学活性产物(ee值为19.5%);包结物A与甲基乙烯基酮反应却没有得到手性目的产物。以熔点、X-粉末衍射、固相核磁碳谱及ROESY多种方法对所形成的包结物进行了表征,包结物中主客体的比例(1:1)通过1H NMR (400 MHz)得以确定,文章对固相环加成反应的机制也进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization/addition reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

4‐Methyl‐6,8‐dihydroxy‐7H‐benz[de]anthracen‐7‐one was isolated from the sap of Aloe by column chromatography. Its 1H and 13C NMR spectra were completely assigned by utilizing two‐dimensional 1H‐detected heteronuclear one‐bond (HMQC) and multiple‐bond (HMBC) chemical shift correlation experiments together with 1H–1H COSY and DEPT techniques. These techniques were also valuable in assigning the protons and carbons of those benzanthrone compounds which were previously incompletely reported because of the overlap of proton signals. The new N‐salicylideneheteroarenamines 1 – 4 were prepared by reacting the biologically relevant 3‐hydroxy‐4‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde ( 5 ) with 1H‐imidazol‐1‐amine ( 6 ), 1H‐pyrazol‐1‐amine ( 7 ), 1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐amine ( 8 ), and 1H‐1,3,4‐triazol‐1‐amine ( 9 ). Solution 1H‐, 13C‐, and 15N‐NMR were used to establish that the hydroxyimino form A is the predominant tautomer. A combination of 13C‐ and 15N‐CPMAS‐NMR with X‐ray crystallographic studies confirms that the same form is present in the solid state. The stabilities and H‐bond geometries of the different forms, tautomers and rotamers, are discussed by using B3LYP/6‐31G** calculations.  相似文献
