用钕玻璃染料锁模激光双光子同步泵浦GaAs晶体,与泵浦光垂直方向构成GaAs同步腔,其后反射镜在杜瓦瓶上为0.86微米宽带全反,输出片反射率为75%,输出锁模脉冲串中单个脉宽为10微微秒,我们使用4×5×10毫米的镓砷单晶作为样品,掺杂浓度为3.6×10~(17)硅原子/厘米~3,通过激光的面镀增透膜。单晶紧贴冷指,并用镍铬丝控温。我们适当加一绝缘层,使温度梯度集中在这一层,用液氮冷却时,晶体上下底之间的温差为10℃;用干冰则为150℃。当晶体温度达到热平衡,即其变化小于1℃时,用示波器8480、光栅单色仪7240及中性滤光片等进行量测。  相似文献

用低温生长GaAs红外晶体材料作为饱和吸收体兼输出镜,在二极管泵浦全固态激光器上实现了调Q锁模。激光器调Q运转阈值为2W。当注入泵浦功率为3.6W时,调Q锁模开始出现。当注入泵浦功率为8.4W时,平均输出功率达到837mW,调Q包络的重复频率为100kHz,锁模脉冲的重复频率为760MHz。  相似文献

报道了连续波运转的Cr:LiSAF激光器。该器件采用氩离子激光器的488nm谱线泵浦Φ6mm×20mm的Cr:LiSAF晶体,在吸收泵浦功率为900mW时,得到50mW的连续波输出。当在腔内放置色散元件后,其调谐范围是820nm到865nm。  相似文献

研究了可调频差范围0~1.5 GHz的LD泵浦可调频差的双频固体激光器.激光增益介质是2 mm厚的1 at%掺杂Nd:YAG波片,利用端面泵浦和F-P标准具的选模得到单频连续输出,在单频的基础上将λ/4波片加入谐振腔中,造成本征光频率分裂,实现频差连续可调的双频激光输出.采用琼斯矩阵分析光腔内的本征值及本征向量,证明了双频激光两个电矢量偏振态之间总是正交的.两个偏振激光频率间隔由改变λ/4波片快轴之间的交角实现调谐.实验中得到80 MHz-1.3 GHz范围可调频差的双频激光输出,最大输出功率85 mW.  相似文献

固体宽波段调谐激光器一个有前途的应用领域是差分吸收光雷达 ,它能以百分之几的精度测量气压、温度和湿度 [1 ] 。这种系统的特点是能够明确区分辐射通过介质的共振吸收决定的各种杂质在总吸收中的百分比。为此 ,使用两种波长进行探测 ,其中一个波长(信号波长 )对应杂质的共振吸收谱线 ,另一波长 (参考波长 )对应非共振谱线。在这种情况下辐射线宽应小于 0 .0 0 1 nm。辐射源是脉冲间隔约为数十微秒的双脉冲。本文讨论了脉冲间隔和光谱可调的宽谱调谐蓝宝石双脉冲激光辐射源。这种系统的基础是在一个谐振腔和两空间分离振荡区的激活元件 ,…  相似文献

利用啁啾脉冲增益饱和放大特性,搭建了一台基于泵浦分束结构的波长可调谐1μm全保偏光纤超短脉冲激光器。该激光器由超短脉冲激光振荡器和超短脉冲激光放大器组成,控制注入到放大器的啁啾脉冲能量,使放大器处于增益饱和或非饱和状态,从而实现激光中心波长的精确调节。实验中,激光器可产生1030.0~1034.5 nm波长可调谐的超短脉冲激光,光谱带宽大于13.1 nm。在整个波长调谐范围内,放大脉冲激光的信噪比均大于55 dB,时域脉宽为7.1~7.5 ps。此外,得益于全保偏光纤架构,该1μm超短脉冲光源表现出良好的长期稳定性,平均功率的相对抖动低至0.1%。该激光器产生的波长可调谐超短脉冲激光,能够精准匹配Yb∶YAG、Yb∶CaF2、Yb∶Lu2O3等晶体的发射峰,可为后续Yb∶YAG、Yb∶CaF2、Yb∶Lu2O3等大能量超短脉冲固体激光器提供紧凑、便捷、稳定的种子光源。  相似文献

以Ar^31泵浦的钛宝石激光器作为泵浦源,研究了Nd:GdVO4晶体微片的激光性能。晶片厚度为1mm,一端镀1.06μm高反膜与808nm增透膜,另一端镀1.06μm部分反射膜(T=1%),构成平-平谐振腔。该激光器的阈值泵浦功率低至18mW,斜效率达到50.7%,光-光转换效率为47.9%。测试了Nd:GdVO4晶体微片的吸收系数和荧光寿命,分别为32.7cm^-1(π向)和120μs。  相似文献

Recent developments in the optical pumping of high-pressure molecular lasers, particularly continuously tunable high- pressure molecular lasers, are described. Included are some experimental results on optically pumped pure CO2lasers, optically pumped ultrahigh-pressure CO2-He lasers, and optically pumped N2O/CO2transfer lasers. It is reported that by mixing the saturable absorber DODCI with the gain medium Rh6G, 30-ps pulses can be generated from a short-cavity dye laser pumped by a copper bromide laser with a 25-ns pulsewidth and a 10-kHz repetition rate. A theoretical analysis of pulse shortening by this method is shown to agree with experimental results. A dispersion-amplifier system was employed for synchronous amplification and frequency tuning of the dye laser. The single-pulse energy was up to 0.15 μJ with a linewidth-of 1.0 cm-1 in a one-stage amplifier, and the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) background noise was reduced to below 10%. By simply rotating the grating and occasionally adjusting the thickness of the dye cavity slightly, the laser can be tuned continuously from 570 to 590 nm with a nearly Fourier-transform-limited linewidth. We report experiments on oscillations of a new two-dimensional distributed-feedback (DFB) laser. A pair of distributed Bragg reflectors (DBR) and another perpendicular corrugation were formed on a GaAs crystal and the sample was optically pumped at 77 K. Fabrication and characteristics of epitaxial waveguide lasers with distributed Bragg reflectors are described. GaAs-(GaAl)As double-layered structures were grown by conventional liquid-phase-epitaxy (LPE) technique. Periodic corrugations were made by chemical etching through a photoresist grating mask. Laser action with clearly defined logitudinal modes was observed under optical pumping at liquid-nitrogen temperature.  相似文献

用微微秒Kerr光闸测定脉冲宽度的方法,研究了同步泵浦可调谐染料激光器的输出脉冲宽度以及输出能量和激光器的腔长匹配等因素的依赖关系。 被研究的是采用被动锁模Nd:YAG激光器TEM_(oo)模脉冲列倍频光同步泵浦若丹明6G染料激光器。锁模Nd:YAG激光器输出的脉冲列之单脉冲能量为1毫焦耳,脉宽为40微微秒(用微微秒Kerr光闸测定),经KDP倍频,倍频效率为40%。染料激光器由曲率半径3米的全反射镜、反射率为75~80%的平面输出镜、染料池和ZF_560°角棱镜组成。染料池厚5毫米,充以浓度为1×10~(-4)克分子的若丹明乙醇溶液,按布儒斯特角放置。转动全反射镜进行调谐。  相似文献

Wavelength tunable CW (continuous-wave) passive mode-locking of a two-section quantum-well laser coupled to an external cavity is demonstrated. A tuning range of 26 nm is achieved with typical autocorrelation full widths at half maximum of 4.5 ps. The pulses are not transform limited, having a typical time-bandwidth product of 2.5  相似文献
