In this article, we first decompose a cleft extension for X ? Y into two cleft extensions for X and Y respectively, where X and Y are Hopf algebras on a commutative ring R. Conversely, we introduce the concept of consistent cleft Hopf extensions and prove that one can construct a cleft extension for X ? The separability and the entanglement(that is, inseparability) of the composite quantum states play important roles in quantum information theory. Mathematically, a quantum state is a trace-class positive operator with trace one acting on a complex separable Hilbert space. In this paper,in more general frame, the notion of separability for quantum states is generalized to bounded positive operators acting on tensor product of Hilbert spaces. However, not like the quantum state case, there are different kinds of separability for positive operators with different operator topologies. Four types of such separability are discussed; several criteria such as the finite rank entanglement witness criterion,the positive elementary operator criterion and PPT criterion to detect the separability of the positive operators are established; some methods to construct separable positive operators by operator matrices are provided. These may also make us to understand the separability and entanglement of quantum states better, and may be applied to find new separable quantum states. 相似文献

We study strong tractability and tractability of multivariate integration in the worst case setting. This problem is considered in weighted tensor product reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces. We analyze three variants of the classical Sobolev space of non-periodic and periodic functions whose first mixed derivatives are square integrable. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions on strong tractability and tractability in terms of the weights of the spaces. For the three Sobolev spaces periodicity has no significant effect on strong tractability and tractability. In contrast, for general reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces anything can happen: we may have strong tractability or tractability for the non-periodic case and intractability for the periodic one, or vice versa. 相似文献

Given two rings R ? S, S is said to be a minimal ring extension of R, if R is a maximal subring of S. In this article, we study minimal extensions of an arbitrary ring R, with particular focus on those possessing nonzero ideals that intersect R trivially. We will also classify the minimal ring extensions of prime rings, generalizing results of Dobbs, Dobbs &; Shapiro, and Ferrand &; Olivier, on commutative minimal extensions. 相似文献

In this paper we introduce and develop the notion of minimal subspaces in the framework of algebraic and topological tensor product spaces. This mathematical structure arises in a natural way in the study of tensor representations. We use minimal subspaces to prove the existence of a best approximation, for any element in a Banach tensor space, by means of a tensor given in a typical representation format (Tucker, hierarchical, or tensor train). We show that this result holds in a tensor Banach space with a norm stronger than the injective norm and in an intersection of finitely many Banach tensor spaces satisfying some additional conditions. We show that minimal interval extensions having this property bijectively correspond to the maximal chains of a sublattice of the lattice of maximal antichains of the given order.
