Der Nachweis organischer Farbstoffe durch Mikrosublimation. I. Allgemeiner Teil

Zusammenfassung Organische Pigmentfarbstoffe können in vielen Fällen durch kurzes Erhitzen auf 210–300° in einer Sublimationskammer (Objektträger mit flacher Höhlung und Deckgläschen, Aluminiumblock) und mikroskopische Beobachtung des entstehenden Sublimats identifiziert werden. Farbstoffe, die Sulfogruppen enthalten, die mit Metallverbindungen verlackt sind oder an Tannin, Katanol, Tamol oder Phosphorwolframat gebunden sind, sublimieren im allgemeinen nicht.

Summary Organic pigment dyestuffs can be identified, in many cases, by short heating to 210–300°, in a sublimation chamber, and microscopic observation of the sublimate formed. The chamber consists of an object glass with a shallow groove, covered by a cover slip and resting on an aluminium block. Such dyestuffs as contain sulpho groups, or have formed a laquer with metal compounds, or are linked with tannine, katanol, tamol, or phosphotungstate, do not sublimate, in general.

Résumé On peut souvent identifier des pigments organiques, en les chauffant brèvement jusqu'à 210–300° dans un sublimatoire (lame porte-object à cavité plate, lamelle couvre-objet, block d'aluminium) et en examinant avec le microscope le sublimé, qui se forme. Les pigments, possédant des sulfogroupes, formant des laques avec des combinaisons de métal et des pigments liés à l'acide tannique, au catanole, au tamole ou au phosphotungstate, ne subliment d'habitude pas.
