In this paper, we focus on the existence of symmetric λ-configurations with λ = 2, 3, and 4. Three new spatial configurations (v 8)2 for v = 30, 31, and 32 are constructed. The existence of a spatial configuration (v k )2 are updated for k ⩽ 10. The existence tables for symmetric λ-configurations for λ = 3, 4, and small k are also given.  相似文献

A directed triple system of order v with index λ, briefly by DTS(v,λ), is a pair (X, B) where X is a v-set and B is a collection of transitive triples (blocks) on X such that every ordered pair of X belongs to λ blocks of B. A simple DTS(v, λ) is a DTS(v, λ) without repeated blocks. A simple DTS(v, ),) is called pure and denoted by PDTS(v, λ) if (x, y, z) ∈ B implies (z, y, x), (z, x, y), (y, x, z), (y, z, x), (x, z, y) B. A large set of disjoint PDTS(v, λ), denoted by LPDTS(v, λ), is a collection of 3(v - 2)/λ disjoint pure directed triple systems on X. In this paper, some results about the existence for LPDTS(v, λ) are presented. Especially, we determine the spectrum of LPDTS(v, 2).  相似文献

Using the duality theory of sequence spaces, we study in this paper λ-compact operators defined on Banach spaces, corresponding to a sequence space λ. We show that these operators form a quasi-normed operator ideal under suitable restrictions on λ. We also study the relationships of these operators with λ-summing, λ-nuclear and quasi-λ-nuclear operators. The results of this paper generalize the earlier results proved by Sinha and Karn; and also Delgado, Piñeiro and Serrano.  相似文献

Is it possible to arrange a seating of mn people present at s round tables T 1, T 2, . . . , T s (where each T i can accommodate \( t_i\geq3 \) people and \( \sum t_i = mn \)) for k different meals so that each person has every other person not in the same delegation for a neighbor exactly λ times?” For λ= 1, Liu has obtained the complete solution to the problem when all tables accommodate the same number t of people. Let f be a continuous self-mapping of a compact metric space X, an ω-limit set of f is said to be totally periodic if it is composed of periodic points. We prove that a totally periodic ω-limit set of one-to-one continuous self mapping of regular continuum is finite. In the other hand, we built a continuous self-mapping (not one-to-one) of a dendrite having a totally periodic ω-limit set with unbounded periods.  相似文献
