A new computation method is proposed to study the coupled dynamics of a partially liquid-filled flexible multibody system, where the liquid is modeled by using the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method and the flexible bodies are described by using the Absolute Nodal Coordinate Formulation (ANCF). Extra virtual particles are introduced and embedded in the liquid neighboring the rigid or flexible boundaries in order to prevent field particles from penetrating the boundary and force them to follow the deformation of flexible boundary. The interaction forces between the liquid and the flexible multibody system are transmitted by the virtual particles. The domain decomposition is used to improve the efficiency of interaction detection in SPH computation. A predictor-corrector scheme is used to solve the governing equations of liquid discretized by SPH particles. The generalized-alpha method based on sparse matrix storage skill is used to solve a huge set of dynamic equations of the multibody system. The OpenMP+OpenACC based parallel computation skills are embedded in the iteration processes to speed up the computation efficiency. Finally, three numerical examples are given to validate the proposed computation method.  相似文献

Multibody systems are called underactuated if they have less control inputs than degrees of freedom, e.g. due to passive joints or body flexibility. For trajectory tracking of underactuated multibody systems often advanced modern nonlinear control techniques are necessary. The analysis of underactuated multibody systems might show that they possess internal dynamics. Feedback linearization is only possible if the internal dynamics remain bounded, i.e. the system is minimum phase. Also feed-forward control design for minimum phase systems is much easier to realize than for non-minimum phase systems. However, often the initial design of an underactuated multibody system is non-minimum phase. Therefore, in this paper a procedure for integrated mechanical and control design is proposed such that minimum phase underactuated multibody systems are obtained. Thereby an optimization-based design process is used, whereby the geometric dimensions and mass distribution of the multibody systems are altered.  相似文献

The automatic derivation of motion equations is an important problem of multibody system dynamics. Firstly, an overview of the matrix calculus related to Kronecker product of two matrices is presented. A new matrix form of Lagrangian equations with multipliers for constrained multibody systems is then developed to demonstrate the usefulness of Kronecker product of two matrices in the study of dynamics of multibody systems. Finally, the equations of motion of mechanisms are derived using the proposed matrix form of Lagrangian equations as application examples.  相似文献

将离散零空间理论应用于多体系统动力学方程的数值计算,可降低多体系统动力学方程的维数。通过给出离散零空间理论与IRK法相结合的一般数学框架,提出了多体系统动力学的基于离散零空间理论的IRK法。数值算例表明:该算法可获得较满意的数值结果,约束违约程度很小,三种积分算法算例的范数均在10^-16之内。  相似文献

Modeling of clearance joints plays an important role in the analysis and design of multibody mechanical systems. Based on the absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF), a new computational methodology for modeling and analysis of planar flexible multibody systems with clearance and lubricated revolute joints is presented. A planar absolute nodal coordinate formulation based on the locking-free shear deformable beam element is implemented to discretize the flexible bodies. A continuous contact-impact model is used to evaluate the contact force, in which energy dissipation in the form of hysteresis damping is considered. A force transition model from hydrodynamic lubrication forces to dry contact forces is introduced to ensure continuity in the joint reaction force. A comprehensive study with different lubrication force models has also been carried out. The generalized-α method is used to solve the equations of motion and several efficient methods are incorporated in the proposed model. 轻质、高精度的柔性多体系统被广泛应用于实际工程领域中.由于实际设计公差、制造误差及环境温度等多种不确定因素的存在,使得柔性多体系统的结构参数(物理参数和几何参数)表现出随机性.具有随机结构参数的动力学模型能够客观地反映出真实系统的动力学行为,且结构参数的不确定性对空间柔性多体系统动力学响应的影响是不容忽视的.针对具有多个随机参数的空间柔性多体系统,提出了一种基于广义alpha算法的非侵入式随机柔性多体系统动力学计算方法.采用绝对节点坐标公式(absolute node coordinate formulation, ANCF)来描述柔性体, 推导建立多体系统动力学模型.利用混沌多项式展开(polynomial chaos expansion, PCE)法构建系统随机动力学方程的代理模型,然后将随机响应面法(stochastic response surface method, SRSM)嵌入广义-alpha方法中,分别采用改进抽样的回归方法(regression method of improved sampling, RMIS)和单项求容积法则(Monte Carlo simulation, MCR)来确定样本点.将数值计算结果与蒙特卡洛模拟(Monte Carlo simulation, MCS)结果进行对比, 验证了所提算法的有效性.在相同的定积分精度的条件下,根据单项求容积法则确定的样本点的计算结果稳定性更强, 且其计算效率更高.   相似文献

From the analytical dynamics point of view, this paper develops an optimal control framework to synchronize networked multibody systems using the fundamental equation of mechanics. A novel robust control law derived from the framework is then used to achieve complete synchronization of networked identical or non-identical multibody systems formulated with Lagrangian dynamics. A distinctive feature of the developed control strategy is the introduction of network structures into the control requirement. The control law consists of two components, the first describing the architecture of the network and the second denoting an active feedback control strategy. A corresponding stability analysis is performed by the algebraic graph theory. A representative network composed of ten identical or non-identical gyroscopes is used as an illustrative example. Numerical simulation of the systems with three kinds of network structures, including global coupling, nearest-neighbour, and small-world networks, is given to demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

The quasi-three-dimensional equations controlling the groundwater flow in heterogeneous and interconnected aquifer systems are discretized by finite elements, considering also the aquifer branching. A new method for fluid mass balance evaluation based on the equivalent nodal source (E.N.S.) concept allows one to express the balance in conservative terms, and interpret finite element equations as nodal balance equations. The solution of the system is based on the frontal method. Use of substructures limits the frontal increase in correspondence to the aquifer branching. In the steady state, the frontal method is integrated with an iterative solution technique to eliminate the frontal increase caused by the presence of aquitards. It converges very rapidly, using a forcing technique with an automatic parameter definition. In the unsteady case the same scope is achieved using a predictor-corrector procedure which employs the Crank-Nicolson method in the corrector phase. This very stable procedure permits use of fairly long time-steps and concerns the case of source terms depending on piezometry (problem of interaction between water table and river). This method has been tested with several fairly complex cases.  相似文献

The previous low-order approximate nonlinear formulations succeeded in capturing the stiffening terms, but failed in simulation of mechanical systems with large deformation due to the neglect of the high-order deformation terms. In this paper, a new hybrid-coordinate formulation is proposed, which is suitable for flexible multibody systems with large deformation. On the basis of exact strain–displacement relation, equations of motion for flexible multibody system are derived by using virtual work principle. A matrix separation method is put forward to improve the efficiency of the calculation. Agreement of the present results with those obtained by absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF) verifies the correctness of the proposed formulation. Furthermore, the present results are compared with those obtained by use of the linear model and the low-order approximate nonlinear model to show the suitability of the proposed models. 非光滑多体系统动力学数值计算方法是多体系统动力学研究的重要内容之一. 本文介绍了近年来含摩擦与碰撞的非光滑多体系统动力学数值算法方面的研究进展. 首先, 讨论了库仑摩擦模型和修正的库仑摩擦模型, 以及具有单边和双边约束的多体系统中法向约束力的特点. 其次, 回顾了基于连续模型和非连续模型的多体系统动力学方程的数值计算方法, 详细介绍了基于互补概念的非光滑多体系统动力学的事件驱动法和时间步进法, 分析比较了相关的数值算法. 最后, 指出了一些需要进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

提出了充液系统的液体-多体耦合力学模型,基于ALE有限元法和多体系统动力学理论,发展了液体-多体耦合动力响应分析的一种有效方法. 对于液体子系统,将其运动分解为随同贮箱的大位移运动和相对贮箱的大幅晃动,引入贮箱固连参考系中的任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)运动学描述,建立了贮箱固连非惯性参考系中液体的ALE有限元方程,对液体有限元方程的缩聚大大减少了液体子系统的计算规模. 为了计及液体阻尼的影响,引入了液体修正的Rayleigh阻尼,避免了伪阻尼力的出现. 对于多体子系统,应用多体系统动力学理论建立动力学方程. 在此基础上详细导出了液体-多体耦合动力学方程,并采用预估-多重校正算法(PMA)和时间步长控制算法进行迭代求解,既保证了迭代收敛,又提高了计算效率. 所给算例成功求解了液体运输车辆系统的液体-多体耦合动力响应,深入分析了有关参数对系统动力响应的影响,获得了一些结论.  相似文献

多柔体系统的动力学方程通常是一组刚性微分方程, 目前普遍采用的刚性微分方程数值解法主要通过数值阻尼滤除系统响应中的高频分量, 其求解效率难以令人满意. 为了降低多柔体系统动力学方程的刚性, 从而可采用ODE45等常规微分方程求解器进行求解, 研究了在建模过程中滤除高频振荡分量的方法. 在以当前时刻为起点的短时间内对柔性体的应力进行均匀化, 用均匀化后的应力计算柔性体的变形虚功率, 由此得到的系统动力学方程的解中不含过高频率的弹性振动, 并且可以通过调节均匀化时间区间的长度参数控制滤波的范围. 数值算例表明: 这种模型降噪方法的计算效率和精度均不低于刚性微分方程求解器, 并且在刚性微分方程求解器失效的情况下模型降噪方法仍有良好的精度和效率. 本文所提的模型降噪方法可成为求解多柔体系统动力学方程的新途径.   相似文献

The modelling of flexible elements in mechanical systems has been widely investigated through several methods issuing from both the area of structural mechanics and the field of multibody dynamics. As regards the latter discipline, beside the problem of the generation of the multibody equations of motion, the choice of a spatial discretization method for modelling flexible elements has always been considered as a critical phase of the modelling. Although this subject is abundantly tackled in the open-literature, the latter probably lacks an objective comparison between the most commonly used approaches.This contribution presents an extensive investigation of several discretization techniques of flexible beams, in a pure multibody context. In particular, it is shown that shape functions based on power series monomials are very suitable and versatile to model beams being part of a multibody system and thus constitutes an interesting alternative to finite element analysis. For this purpose, a symbolic multibody program, in which various discretization techniques were implemented, was generalized to compute the equations of motion of a general multibody system containing flexible beams.  相似文献

本文提出了具有结构,机构耦合形式的自动武器系统的最优化设计问题,建立了这种武器系统在射击载荷作用下的NLP模型。针对武器系统的非线性耦合特性,提出了状态和设计敏度分析的混合预测校正方法。建立的NLP问题用改进的SLP方法求解。通过对-简单的后退式武器后座力的最小化设计说明本文方法是有效的。  相似文献
