Based on the entangled Fresnel operator (EFO) proposed in [Commun. Theor. Phys. 46 (2006) 559], the optical operator method studied by the IWOP technique (Ma et al., Commun. Theor. Phys. 49 (2008) 1295) is extended to the two-mode case, which gives the decomposition of the entangled Fresnel operator, corresponding to the decomposition of ray transfer matrix [A, B, C, D]. The EFO can unify those optical operators in two-mode case. Various decompositions of EFO into the exponential canonical operators are obtained. The entangled state representation is useful in the research.  相似文献

We prove that W ± are bounded operators on L p for all 1 < p < ∞, provided , or else and 0 is not a resonance. For p = ∞ we obtain an estimate in terms of the Hilbert transform. The spectral problem for the Dirac operator on the Podle sphere is discussed and solved in one of its possible formulations. The standard constructions for the Dirac operator on classical symmetric spaces and the spectrum of the Dirac operator on the classical two-dimensional sphere are recalled. The problem of defining a spinor structure on a quantum space is discussed and the definitions of a classical spinor structure and Dirac operator according to Ðurdevich are sketched. The Dirac operator for the Podles´ quantum sphere treated as a quotient space of SU(2) is constructed using the Woronowicz left-covariant calculus over this quantum group. The spectrum of the operator is obtained. Disagreement of its asymptotic behavior with Connes' axiom of noncommutative spectral geometry is stressed.  相似文献

It is well known that a measured groupoid G defines a von Neumann algebra W *(G), and that a Lie groupoid G canonically defines both a C *-algebra C *(G) and a Poisson manifold A *(G). We construct suitable categories of measured groupoids, Lie groupoids, von Neumann algebras, C *-algebras, and Poisson manifolds, with the feature that in each case Morita equivalence comes down to isomorphism of objects. Subsequently, we show that the maps GW *(G), GC *(G), and GA *(G) are functorial between the categories in question. It follows that these maps preserve Morita equivalence. It is well known that the Lie algebra structure on quantum algebras gives rise to a Poisson algebra structure on classical algebras as the Planck constant goes to 0. We show that this correspondence still holds in the generalization of superalgebra introduced by Scheunert, called -algebra. We illustrate this with the example of Number Operator Algebras, a new kind of object that we have defined and classified under some assumptions.  相似文献

We study the one-dimensional random dimer model, with Hamiltonian H ω =Δ+V ω , where for all x $\mathbb{Z}$ , V ω(2x)=V ω(2x+1) and where the V ω(2x) are i.i.d. Bernoulli random variables taking the values ±V, V>0. We show that, for all values of Vand with probability one in ω, the spectrum of His pure point. If V≤1 and V≠1/ $\sqrt 2$ , the Lyapunov exponent vanishes only at the two critical energies given by EV. For the particular value V=1/ $\sqrt 2$ , respectively, V= $\sqrt 2$ , we show the existence of new additional critical energies at E=±3/ $\sqrt 2$ , respectively, E=0. On any compact interval Inot containing the critical energies, the eigenfunctions are then shown to be semi-uniformly exponentially localized, and this implies dynamical localization: for all q>0 and for all ψ $\ell$ 2( $\mathbb{Z}$ ) with sufficiently rapid decrease $${\mathop {\sup }\limits_t} r_{\psi ,I}^{\left( q \right)} {\kern 1pt} \left( t \right): = {\mathop {\sup }\limits_t} \left\langle {P_I \left( {H\omega } \right)\psi _t ,\left| X \right|^q P_I \left( {H\omega } \right)\psi _t } \right\rangle < \infty $$ Here $\psi _t = e^{- iH_{\omega ^t}} \psi$ , and P I(H ω) is the spectral projector of H ωonto the interval I. We derive exact analytical expressions of time-evolving bare-state operators of level occupation numbers and the photon numbers for a composite system consisting of a three-level atom interacting with two modes ofa quantized electromagnetic field in A configuration. These results demonstrate the oscillations with three-family frequencies for a nonzero detuning, which dramatically differ from the previous results showing only single-family Rabi oscillations.  相似文献

We discover a realisation of the affine Lie superalgebra and of the exceptional affine superalgebra as vertex operator extensions of two algebras with “dual” levels (and an auxiliary level-1 algebra). The duality relation between the levels is . We construct the representation of on a sum of tensor products of , , and modules and decompose it into a direct sum over the spectral flow orbit. This decomposition gives rise to character identities, which we also derive. The extension of the construction to is traced to the properties of embeddings into and their relation with the dual pairs. This paper is a continuation of the work on the spectral problem of the Harper operator using algebraic geometry. We continue to discuss the local monodromy of algebraic Fermi curves based on Picard–Lefschetz formula. The density of states over approximating components of Fermi curves satisfies a Picard–Fuchs equation. By the property of Landen transformation, the density of states has a Lambert series as the quarter period. A q-expansion of the energy is derived from a mirror map as in the B-model.  相似文献
