本文总结了常用亲核试剂对非对称环氧乙烷的亲核开环反应及其区域选择性。强亲核性的亲核试剂通常只受空间效应影响,进攻非对称环氧乙烷位阻小的碳原子,对于烯基取代环氧乙烷还可以进攻烯基的β-碳原子发生SN2'开环反应,其他亲核试剂同时受空间效应和电子效应的影响,对于烷基环氧乙烷通常进攻其取代少的碳原子, 空间效应起主导作用,而对芳基和烯基取代环氧乙烷开环反应通常发生在环氧乙烷芳甲位和烯丙位的碳原子上, 电子效应起主导作用。在质子酸或强Lewis酸存在下,虽然单烷基环氧乙烷的开环仍然发生在其取代少的碳原子上,但对于芳基、烯基和同碳双取代环氧乙烷,亲核开环反应将主要受电子效应控制,一般亲核试剂倾向于进攻环氧乙烷的芳甲位、烯丙位或多取代的碳原子。分子内的亲核开环反应主要受成环时环大小的控制, 成环时的倾向是五元环> 六元环> 七元环。环氧乙烷亲核开环的区域选择性是环氧乙烷和亲核试剂空间效应和电子效应平衡的结果。  相似文献

采用催化合成法制备三苯甲酸纤维素酯(CTB)、三(4-甲基苯甲酸)纤维素酯(CTMB)和三(4-氯苯甲酸)纤维素酯(CTCB),将其分别负载于Gas Chrom Q载体上,用不同类型的探针分子及气相色谱法表征其吸附性能,研究取代基团的电子效应和空间效应对其吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:在三苯甲酸纤维素酯类吸附剂和苯衍生物吸附质的苯环上的取代基效应(电子效应和立体效应)对吸附质在吸附剂上的吸附热(-Δha)的影响显著,但两者的影响各不相同。  相似文献

Summary The disproportionations and synproportionations of t-butylferrocenes and the ligand exchanges between the ferrocenes and benzene have been studied. The steric effects of the t-butyl groups were found to significantly affect the ratio of the products obtained. In these reactions, aluminium chloride attacks and abstracts the cyclopentadienyl ring. As a result, the ferrocene molecule decomposes into two fragments. The aluminium chloride selectively attacks the least sterically hindered cyclopentadienyl ring. The steric effect for a cyclopentadienyl ring bearing two t-butyl groups is substantial and inhibits attack by aluminium chloride. The product therefore contains the cyclopentadienyl ring which has the higher steric hindrance (i.e. the 1,3-di-substituted cyclopentadienyl ring). T. Hayashi, Y. Okada and T. 环硫乙烷与它的氧类似物环氧乙烷和氮类似物氮杂环丙烷一样,是一类重要的有机合成中间体,在医药和农用化学品工业领域也得到广泛应用。通过开环和异构化反应,还广泛用于制备硫醇和硫醚等含硫化合物。本文总结了常用亲核试剂对非对称环硫乙烷的亲核开环反应及其区域选择性。环硫乙烷的亲核开环反应通常只受空间效应影响,亲核试剂进攻非对称环硫乙烷位阻小的碳原子,对于烯基取代的环硫乙烷有时可以进攻烯基的β碳原子发生SN2’开环反应。强亲核性的亲核试剂容易致使环硫乙烷脱硫生成烯烃,而亲核性相对较弱的亲核试剂容易发生多聚反应生成多硫醚。在Lewis酸存在下,电子效应会对开环反应的区域选择性产生影响,甚至起主导作用。虽然烷基取代环硫乙烷在Lewis酸存在下的开环仍然主要发生在其取代基少的碳原子上(位阻控制),但受电子效应影响,芳基和烯基取代环硫乙烷的亲核开环,其亲核试剂一般倾向于进攻环硫乙烷的芳甲位和烯丙位碳原子(电子效应控制)。  相似文献

本文系统地总结了各类亲核试剂对非对称氮杂环丙烷(吖丙啶)的亲核开环反应及开环的区域选择性.氮杂环丙烷亲核开环的区域选择性是一种空间效应和电子效应平衡的结果,非芳基和非烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷取代少的碳原子上,空间效应起主导作用;而芳基和烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷芳甲位和烯丙位的碳原子上,电子效应起主导作用,烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环还可以发生在烯基的β-碳原子上;分子内的亲核开环反应主要受成环时环大小的控制,成环时的倾向是五元环>六元环>七元环.对于亲核试剂,一般的亲核试剂也同时受电子效应和空间效应的影响; 而亲核性强的亲核试剂通常只受空间效应的影响.容易生成稳定自由基的亲核试剂容易发生单电子转移机理的开环反应,生成相当于亲核试剂进攻氮杂环丙烷中取代多的碳原子得到的开环产物.  相似文献

The effect of ortho substituents in nitrobenzence radical cation decompositions are discussed for non-interacting halogen substituents. These effects are distinct from those of the same substituents in the meta and para positions, and support previous indications that ring position identity is retained in nitrobenzene molecular ions. More importantly, the steric effect of the halo substituents may be gauged from these data; it indicates that several previously suggested mechanisms for the loss of NO must be reconsidered. The existence of steric effect in very well defined systems may be used as a structural tool in organic mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Stereochemical studies on [2 + 2] photoaddition of cis-/trans-4-propenylanisole (cis-1 and trans-1) and cis-1-(p-methoxyphenyl)ethylene-2-d(1) (cis-3-d(1)) to C(60) exhibit stereospecificity in favor of the trans-2 cycloadduct in the former case and nonstereoselectivity in the latter. The observed stereoselectivity in favor of the cis-6-d(3) [2 + 2] diastereomer by 12% in the case of the photochemical addition of (E)-1-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-methyl-prop-1-ene-3,3,3-d(3) (trans-5-d(3)) to C(60) is attributed to a steric kinetic isotope effect (k(H)/k(D) = 0.78). The loss of stereochemistry in the cyclobutane ring excludes a concerted addition and is consistent with a stepwise mechanism. Intermolecular secondary kinetic isotope effects of the [2 + 2] photocycloaddition of 3-d(0) vs 3-d(1), and 3-d(6) as well as 5-d(0) vs 5-d(1), and 5-d(6) to C(60) were also measured. The intermolecular competition due to deuterium substitution of both vinylic hydrogens at the beta-carbon of 3 exhibits a substantial inverse alpha-secondary isotope effect k(H)/k(D) = 0.83 (per deuterium). Substitution with deuterium at both vinylic methyl groups of 5 yields a small inverse k(H)/k(D) = 0. 94. These results are consistent with the formation of an open intermediate in the rate-determining step.  相似文献

The proton NMR spectra of tetraphenylporphyrin, octaethylporphyrin and the analogous chlorins (7,8-dihydroporphyrins) are presented, and the chemical shift changes on chlorin formation are interpreted using a ring current model. In these compounds a general 10% reduction in the ring current occurs upon chlorin formation. Similar comparison of the chemical shifts of the corresponding dications and also of the protonated form of 2-vinylphylloerythrin methyl ester with the corresponding chlorin, methyl pyropheophorbide-a, shows that chlorin formation now has a much larger effect on the ring current, this reflecting the increased steric effects within the macrocycle which occur upon protonation. Variable temperature studies on the porphyrins and chlorins examined show clearly the effect of NH exchange processes and, in particular, novel intermolecular exchange processes with trifluoroacetic acid in the protonated species are recorded.  相似文献

Ligand exchange reactions of alkylferrocenes with substituted benzenes were carried out. The steric effects of substituents on the reaction were almost equal irrespective of the site of the substituents, either on the cyclopentadienyl – or the benzene ring. For benzene ring substituents, the effect on the symmetrically substituted benzenes was greater than that on the unsymmetrically substituted benzenes.  相似文献

These compounds (1) feature three imidazolyl moieties and one carboxylic acid residue at the FeB site, which represent the closest available synthetic model ligands of NOR active center. Steric and the electronic effects caused by the substituents in the 1-, 4-, and 5-positions of substituted 2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidines were investigated using density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) level. Results of this study show that the heterocyclic ring adopts a pseudo-boat conformation, in which the C4 and N1 atoms are deviated from ring planarity. The C4-substituent occupies a pseudo-axial position and the space orientation of the substituent depends on the type and position of the additional substituent in this aryl group. The heights of the C4 and N1 atoms from the boat plane and the orientation of 5-CO moiety toward the heterocyclic ring depend on the electronic and steric effects of the substituents in the various positions. Ring flip calculations for 4-phenyl substituent explain the extreme steric effect caused by the substituent in the 1-position. These calculations indicate the more favored pseudo-axial orientation of the phenyl group over the equatorial orientation.  相似文献

A theoretical study for the water-assisted scavenging mechanism of pyridoxamine with 1,4-dicarbonyls was investigated by density functional theory (DFT) method at B3LYP/6-31G(d) basis set. Two scavenging pathways were examined: imine formation vs. pyrrole ring formation. In addition, solvent effect was performed using the Onsager model. Our calculations indicated that the pyrrole ring formation was the preferred pathway for the reaction, which results were consistent with experimental data. The participation of one water molecule in the reaction would reduce the active energy considerably and the energy barriers of all the transition states in the water-assisted reaction were much lower than those of the non-assisted reaction. The presence of a solvent in the continuum model disfavors the reaction. Hydrogen-bonding interactions and steric hindrance effect play an important role in the scavenging reaction.  相似文献

The 1H, 13C, and 15N NMR chemical shifts of ten 4-nitropyridine N-oxide derivatives are assigned. The shielding of the pyridine ring nitrogen is sensitive to ring substitution through inductive effects, steric effects by ortho-substituents, and the possibility for electron delocalisation (resonance energy). In solution, 3-ethylnitrosoamino-4-nitropyridine N-oxide has two tautomers. The proposed reason is the steric crowding between vicinal 4-nitro and 3-ethylnitrosoamino groups, causing a disturbance to amino nitrogen that can delocalize its lone pair to the oxygen atom of the nitroso group.  相似文献

29Si solution NMR has been used to study the acid-catalyzed polymerization of methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) in ethanol. The complex reaction pathways have been analyzed, and the general trends described. New interpretations are given to the rate constants of condensation reactions. The steric effects and inductive effects are found to work in coordination to reduce the reactivity of the silicon sites with the increasing connectivity. The extensive cyclization is attributed to the low steric effects of a tetramer ring closure compared to other end/end species condensations.  相似文献

In previous work, we demonstrated that 4-fluoroproline residues can contribute greatly to the conformational stability of the collagen triple helix, and that this stability arises from stereoelectronic effects that fix the pucker of the pyrrolidine ring and thereby preorganize the backbone properly for triple-helix formation. Here, we take a reciprocal approach, demonstrating that the steric effect of a 4-methyl group confers stability similar to that from a 4-fluoro group in the opposite configuration. Such fundamental interplay between steric and stereoelectronic effects is heretofore unknown in proteins-natural or synthetic-and provides a new means to modulate conformational stability.  相似文献

1,3-Dihydro-1-isobenzofuranol,(1-hydroxyphtha1an) and 2-(hydroxymethyl)-benzaldehyde exist in a tautomeric equilibrium. The effects of molecular structure on this equilibrium was examined using various derivatives of dihydroisobenzofuranol. Two effects of this molecular modification were identified: (i) 1-arylmethyl substituents favored the ring-opened tautomer if steric effects arose in the ring closed form and (ii) extending the conjugated system of the dihydroisobenzofuran ring (i.e. dihydronaphtho[2,3-c] furan also favored the ring-opened form. The steric course of attack on a trigonal atom in a six-membered ring is attributed to electronic effects due to the interaction of the p-orbital of the trigonal atom with the symmetric σ orbital of the β CC bonds. This interaction leads to a different electron density on the two faces of the plane containing the trigonal atom. Nucleophilic attack involves preferential axial approach, but electrophilic attack involves preferential equatorial approach to the ring, in the absence of steric effects. Polarization by the reagent makes the σ-p interaction stronger. These principles are used to explain addition to trigonal carbon, sulfur, and pyramidal nitrogen.  相似文献

Linear free energy relationships (LFER) were applied to the kinetic data for the reaction of 5‐substituted orotic acids, series 1 , with diazodiphenylmethane (DDM) in N,N–dimethylformamide and compared with results obtained for 2‐substituted benzoic acids, series 2 . The correlation analysis of the kinetic data with σ substituent parameters was carried out using SSP (single substituent parameter) methods. From the sign and value of proportinality constant ρ, lower sensitivity to the substituent effect was obtained in series 1 , 0.876, than in the series 2 , 1.877. Evaluation of substituent “ortho‐effect” was performed using the Charton model, which includes the steric substituent parameter, and Fujita and Nishioka's model, which describes the total orthoeffect as contribution of ordinary polar effect, the orthosteric and orthopolar effects. Results of correlations, obtained by using the Charton model, showed highest contribution of the polar effect, 0.861 vs. 2.101, whereas the steric effect is of lowest significance, 0.117 vs. 0.055, for series 1 and 2 , respectively. Also, a low negative value of coefficient with the steric effect, –0.08, obtained from the Fujita–Nishioka model indicated low steric effect, influencing a decrease of the reaction rate in series 1 . The structural and substituent effects were also studied by using the density functional theory method, and together with kinetic data, it gave a better insight into the influence of the effect of both geometry and substituent on the π?electron density shift induced reactivity of investigated acids.  相似文献
