用等离子体技术处理了聚丙烯纤维表面.用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了聚合物表面的元素组成、相对含量的变化、表面官能团的类型.采用曲线拟合分峰技术对谱图进行数学处理,结果表明:尽管处理气氛不同,聚丙烯纤维表面除含有C—H和C=C键外,还引入了O、N元素.形成活性基团:-OH、>C=O、-COOH、-NH2和-CONH2等,提高了聚合物表面活性。 相似文献

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)was used to study two different oxidation treatments on the GaAs(100)surface———the thermal oxidation in the air,and the ultraviolet-light oxidation in the UV-ozone. A series of properties including the oxide composition,chemical states,the surface Ga/As atomic ratio and the thickness of the oxide layer grown on GaAs surface were compared. The results indicate that the oxide composition,the surface Ga / As atomic ratio and the thickness of the oxide layer oxide on GaAs surface are different for different oxidation methods. The oxides on GaAs surface grown by thermal oxidation in the air are composed of Ga2O3,As2O5,As2O3 and elemental As;and the Ga/As atomic ratio is drifted off the stoichiometry far away. The Ga/As atomic ratio of oxide layer on GaAs surface is increases with the thickness of oxide. However,the oxides on GaAs surface grown by UV-ozone are made up of only Ga2O3 and As2O3,As2O5 and elemental As are not detected,the Ga/As atomic ratio is close to unity. The thickness of oxide layer on GaAs can be controlled by the UV exposing time. The mechanism of oxidation of GaAs is also discussed. The UV-light radiation not only causes the oxygen molecular excited forming atomic oxygen,but also induces the valence electrons of the GaAs excited from the valence band,and then the reactivity of Ga and As atom increase,and they can easily react with the excited atomic oxygen at the same reactive velocity. 相似文献

用红外及紫外光谱法研究了三氯化铁(FeCl3)对聚丙烯(PP)光氧化降解的影响。实验结果表明,FeCl3对聚丙烯光氧化有显著的促进作用,但促进作用与FcCl3含量之间不成线性关系,存在一促进作用的极大值(在本实验条件下,FeCl3含量为0.5%时,促进作用最大)。实验还表明,FeCl3的作用可能包含了通过光解产生自由基引发PP光氧化反应、催化分解氢过氧化物以及光屏蔽等几种作用。根据FeCl3的作用机理,解释了FeCl3对PP光氧化降解的促进作用与其含量的依赖关系中存在的极位现象。 相似文献

Summary: Nanocomposites containing multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) were prepared by melt compounding with polypropylene and polyethylene. The samples were UV-light irradiated in artificial accelerated conditions representative of solar irradiation (λ > 300 nm) at 60 °C in air. The chemical modifications resulting from photooxidation were followed by FT-IR spectroscopy.The behaviour of nanocomposites containing MWNT depends from the type of polymer and presence or absence of antioxidant. The presence of MWNT affect photooxidation of the two polymers working as an UV-screener on the other hand the increase of thermal oxidation provoked by conversion of photon energy into thermal partially balance the decrease of positive effects on oxidation rate. The negative effects can be minimized by the presence of antioxidants that show interesting synergistic effects with MWNT. 相似文献

用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究铝板/聚丙烯层状复合材料的粘接界面相,提出了粘接界面的化学反应机制.研究发现,聚丙烯(PP)中加入马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)时,铝板面上Al 2p、O 1s谱线明显向高结合能端移动,表明PP-g-MAH与铝板表面发生了化学反应,形成Al-O-C配位键.配位键的形成使界面粘接强度明显提高. PP中不含PP-g-MAH时,铝板面上Al 2p、O 1s谱线处于低结合能端,聚丙烯未与铝板表面形成化学配位作用. 相似文献

应用XPS和UPS研究了不同烧结温度下制备的RuO_2电极表面组成和价带结构。实验表明,电极表面的O/Ru原子比、I(σ+π)/1(π~*)强度比和π~*结合能随烧结温度升高而增大,意味着费米能级边d电子密度减少和RuO_2更难氧化为活性中间体RuO_4。我们认为RuO_2电极析氧活性中心是缺氧结构而不是RuO_3。解释了电极的电催化活性随烧结温度升高而降低的原因。 相似文献

A series of three Ru(II) polypyridine complexes was investigated for the selective photocatalytic oxidation of NAD(P)H to NAD(P)+ in water. A combination of (time-resolved) spectroscopic studies and photocatalysis experiments revealed that ligand design can be used to control the mechanism of the photooxidation: For prototypical Ru(II) complexes a 1O2 pathway was found. Rudppz ([(tbbpy)2Ru(dppz)]Cl2, tbbpy=4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine, dppz=dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine), instead, initiated the cofactor oxidation by electron transfer from NAD(P)H enabled by supramolecular binding between substrate and catalyst. Expulsion of the photoproduct NAD(P)+ from the supramolecular binding site in Rudppz allowed very efficient turnover. Therefore, Rudppz permits repetitive selective assembly and oxidative conversion of reduced naturally occurring nicotinamides by recognizing the redox state of the cofactor under formation of H2O2 as additional product. This photocatalytic process can fuel discontinuous photobiocatalysis. 相似文献
