ZSM-5分子筛吸附分离对二乙苯的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文用动态法就对二乙苯在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附进行了研究,考察了温度、脉冲进料量、解吸剂的流速、解吸剂的性质等对分离效果的影响,确定了最佳操作条件:温度为200℃~230℃,常压,以甲苯为解吸剂,解吸剂流量 250~350Kg/m2·h,对二乙苯的单程收率为 60%,纯度>95%。  相似文献

Effect of different alkali metal salts on the crystal size and the crystallization rate of ZSM-5 zeolite was de-tailedly investigated in this paper. The samples prepared by adding the different alkali metal salts were character-ized by using XRD, TEM, TG-DSC, BET and IR techniques. The XRD results showed that, for the nanosized ZSM-5 zeolite, the characteristic peaks broadened on the XRD patterns in comparison with the microsized ZSM-5 zeolite. The SEM results verified that the crystal size of zeolites prepared by adding different alkali metal salts had different results, and adding NaCl, NaC2H3O2 and KCl showed the better effect of reducing crystal size, which are about of 40~60nm size. The crystallization curve of adding the different alkali metal salts suggested that the crystallization rate was significantly affected by the anions in the alkali metal salt besides the cations. Moreover, the crystal size likewise depended on the anion in the alkali metal salt. In addition, the BET results suggested that the nanosized ZSM-5 zeolite possessed a larger outer surface area in comparison with the microsized ZSM-5 zeolite. The thermostability of the samples was determined by TG-DSC technique, indicating that the nanosized ZSM-5 zeolite had a poor thermostability as compared with the microsized ZSM-5 zeolite. The possible difference of the samples with different crystal sizes on IR spectra was also given.  相似文献

在80℃下研究了ZSM5、13X、Y、MOR、5A、SAPO34等多种分子筛和常见载体上乙炔和丙烯的吸附和脱附性能。结果表明,乙炔和丙烯在SiO2、γ-Al2O3上不吸附,而与分子筛存在较强的相互作用。对于同类型的分子筛,两者的饱和吸附量均随分子筛硅铝比的增大而减小。在同一种分子筛上,以摩尔计的丙烯吸附量均明显高于乙炔。在80℃改性β分子筛上乙炔和丙烯饱和吸附量可分别达到0.11mmol/g和4.89mmol/g,该结果明显高于文献报道的结果。  相似文献

Cordierite honeycombs are widely used as mono lith reactors in high gas flux circumstances due to their high thermal stability and low-pressure drop,such as catalytic converters in automotive emission control. In recent years, some attempts have been made to support zeolites onto cordierite honey combs[1-4]. In view of the relative complex config uration of the cordierite honeycombs, there have been some difficulties to obtain a zeolite layer with an even and enough thickness on every channel wall by the traditional hydrothermal technique. In the present paper, we for the first time apply vapor phase transport (VPT) technique to the synthesis of ZSM-5 onto cordierite honeycombs. And, to verify the feasibility of this technique, we prepared the Cu/ZSM-5 monolith catalyst by ion exchange, and tested its catalytic performance for NO reduction with C3H8.  相似文献

含锆ZSM-5分子筛上丙烯齐聚反应的研究   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3  
以正丁胺(NBA)为模板剂,通过水热法直接合成了Zr/ZSM-5分子筛。XRD分析表明Zr/ZSM-5分子筛结晶度良好,但衍射峰的强度稍有差别。SEM显示样品分子筛表面规整,为3 μm~5 μm的棒状晶体。采用NH3-TPD法对分子筛进行了酸性测试,结果表明,在锆质量分数0.2%~1.2%,分子筛的中强酸和强酸量随锆质量分数的增加而增大,并向高温方向偏移。丙烯齐聚催化反应的活性评价结果显示,中强酸和强酸的量对Zr/HZSM-5催化性能有显著影响,在反应过程中对链的增长起促进作用。  相似文献

研究了反应温度、反应物浓度及空速对乙二胺在HZSM5和KZSM5分子筛催化剂上转化为哌嗪反应的影响.在反应温度为340℃,乙二胺浓度为50%和空速为23h-1条件下,乙二胺在26%KZSM5催化剂上的转化率为95%,哌嗪的选择性为96%.与此同时,用NH3TPD和吡啶IRTPD确定反应是在弱酸部位L酸中心上进行的,并依此推测了反应机理.  相似文献

以硅溶胶为硅源,偏铝酸钠为铝源,用晶种法制备ZSM-5分子筛.考察了物料混合方式、陈化时间、晶化时间、晶化温度、碱度和水量等对ZSM-5分子筛相对结晶度和晶粒大小的影响.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和激光粒度分析等对所合成样品进行了表征.结果表明:在一定的高碱度条件下形成高浓度的硅铝酸盐凝胶,才能合成出晶化良好的样品,ZSM-5分子筛是按固相机理形成的;合成ZSM-5分子筛的相对结晶度和平均颗粒度均随晶化温度的升高及硅铝酸盐凝胶浓度的增加而增大,在室温陈化24 h、180℃晶化12~24 h时相对结晶度最高,平均颗粒度基本上与陈化时间无关.  相似文献

The framework and thickness of synthesized ZSM-5 membranes were characterized using static and dynamic adsorption methods. It is shown that the adsorptive properties of the membranes are the same as ZSM-5 zeolite, the average thickness of the membranes was 13 μm calculated from the adsorptive ability, which matched very well with the result measured by scanning electron micrograph. The results also shown that zeolite membranes have greated adsorptive ability than zeolite powders. The high Si/Al rate zeolite membranes have selective ability on ethanol/water, and this interpreted the separation of ethanol-water mixtures with the membranes.  相似文献

Mono- and bimetallic Ni-, Ru- and Pt-modified hierarchical ZSM-5 materials were prepared by impregnation technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 physisorption, temperature-programmed reduction (TPR–TGA), ATR–FTIR and solid state NMR spectroscopy. Formation of finely dispersed nickel, ruthenium and platinum species was observed on the bimetallic catalysts. It was found that the peculiarity of the used zeolite structure and the modification procedure determine the type of formed metal oxides and their dispersion and reducibility. The samples’ acidity was studied via FTIR spectroscopy of adsorbed pyridine. The changes in the zeolite structure were studied via solid-state NMR spectroscopy. The catalysts were investigated in a gas-phase hydrodeoxygenation, transalkylation and dealkylation reaction of model lignin derivative molecules for phenol production.  相似文献

Temperature-programmed desorption coupled with mass spectrometer as a detector (TPD), IR and 13C NMR measurements are used to study the adsorption of n-hexane on hydrated HZSM-5 and NH4ZSM-5 zeolites. The 13C NMR measurements show that n-hexane can access the pore structure of ZSM-5 zeolites previously saturated with water. TPD spectra of n-hexane are monitored in the temperature region 50–300°C, in the case of fully or partially hydrated samples; two-stage desorption of n-hexane is found. Simultaneous desorption of water and n-hexane in the same temperature region are found, in all investigated samples.  相似文献

Herein, we propose a novel approach to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil by functional hierarchical CTMS-ZSM-5-PTMS zeolites. CTMS-ZSM-5-PTMS zeolites synthesized by asymmetric modification and selective alkali etching can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil through adsorbing asphaltenes. This method can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil from hundreds of thousands mPa·s to about ten thousand mPa·s. The work provides an economical and environmentally friendly candidate for heavy oil viscosity reduction under low-temperature conditions.  相似文献

采用红外光谱、程序升温脱附、原子吸收光谱、等离子光谱、Hammett指示剂非水滴定和催化活性测试等方法研究了经不同浓度的KOH溶液交换得到的(K,Na)ZSM-5的酸碱性质。结果表明,(K,Na)ZSM-5具有中等强度的L酸位(K~+,Na~+)及弱碱位(AlO_4~-或骨架O~(2-))和强碱位(OH~-).KOH浓度增大.酸性减弱,碱性增强.所得(K,Na)ZSM-5具有较高的异丙醇脱氢、脱水活性.催化性能与酸碱性密切相关.  相似文献

对比了水热处理后微米ZSM-5和纳米ZSM-5分子筛的物化性质和催化甲醇制汽油(MTG)的反应性能,发现采用纳米ZSM-5分子筛催化剂能得到较高的汽油收率和较长的寿命,但汽油中均四甲苯含量较高.对纳米ZSM-5分子筛进行硅烷化处理,利用低温N_2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)对改性前后的样品进行表征.在温度380℃、压力2.0 MPa、空速3.0 h~(-1)的反应条件下进行MTG反应,对硅烷化改性后的催化剂进行评价.结果表明,负载SiO_2后催化剂的强酸中心降低,比表面积和孔容降低.纳米ZSM-5分子筛合适的SiO_2负载量为2%,硅改性后用于MTG反应,催化剂的寿命和汽油收率分别由改性前的144 h和33.6%显著增加到180 h和34.4%.当SiO_2负载量继续增加时,催化剂寿命和汽油收率逐渐降低.另外,随SiO_2负载量的增加,其催化MTG所得汽油产品中的异构烷烃和芳烃含量降低,烯烃和正构烷烃含量增加,均四甲苯含量显著降低,改善了油品质量.  相似文献
