Reactions of trisodium heptaphosphide with half-sandwich cyclopropenyl complexes of nickel gave sodium 1,2-diphosphacyclopentadienide. An air-stable and easy-to-handle nickel precatalyst, (9-phenanthrenyl)Ni(II)(PPh3)2Cl, was examined for the cross-coupling reactions of aryl tosylates with arylboronic acids. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the catalytic system tolerates a wide range of activated, neutral and deactivated substrates. The selectivity of this cross-coupling reaction towards aryl tosylates and arylboronic acids has been investigated. It is proposed that ligand 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) plays a key role in the coupling by enforcing a cis geometry in key intermediates and the active Ni(0) species.  相似文献

A novel and efficient procedure for the synthesis of alkyl phosphonates through one pot condensation of alkyl halide and trialkyl /aryl phosphite in the presence of Amberlyst-15 as catalyst under solvent free conditions was applied.It demonstrated several advantages such as good yields of products,simple operation,convenient separation and inexpensive catalyst.  相似文献

A simple one-pot synthesis of aryl alkyl sulfides from various bromobenzenes containing a hydroxy, hydroxymethyl, hydroxyethyl, and carboxylic acid group at -o, -m, and -p positions is reported here. The reaction proceeds through, in sequence, in situ protection of the hydroxy or carboxylic acid group by reaction with a Grignard reagent, lithium-halogen exchange, the formation of lithium thiolates, and the nucleophilic attack of lithium thiolates on various electrophiles without isolation of the thiolates, in one vessel. This procedure required a very short reaction time (1-1.5 h) and gave the corresponding sulfides in 75-97% yields.  相似文献

The first palladium-catalyzed coupling of vinyl tosylates with arylsulfinate salts is described. A variety of cyclic and acyclic vinyl tosylates were coupled with aryl sulfinate salts using 2.5 mol % Pd2(dba)3/5.0 mol % XantPhos to give vinyl aryl sulfone products in good yields. The coupling was extended to the preparation of a cyclopropyl vinyl sulfone.  相似文献

Aryl(alkyl) halides and silver salts were studied as environmentally benign initiating systems for cationic polymerization of isobutyl vinyl ether (IBVE). The reactivity of the benzyl cations could be effectively controlled by using dimethyl sulfide (Me2S) as an additive, which was shown to be an effective Lewis base (LB), and diethyl ether as a reaction solvent. Detailed study of various benzyl cations and the order of addition of the reagents revealed that the reaction was controlled by the electronic and steric features of aryl(alkyl) halides, LBs, and IBVE, and a plausible reaction mechanism was presented. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new procedure was developed for the synthesis of nitriles of vic-[alkyl(aryl)sulfonyl] derivatives of benzoic, anthraquinonecarboxylic, and 4-isothiazolecarboxylic acids by the reactions of the corresponding vic-[alkyl(aryl)thio]-substituted aromatic (heteroaromatic) carboxamides with chlorine in organic solvents containing 20—65% of water. Oxidative dehydration of 1-(butylthio)anthraquinone-2-carboxamide afforded 1-butyl-6,11-dihydro-3H-14-anthra[2,1-d]isothiazole-3,6,11-trione 1-oxide as a by-product. The structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The reaction scheme involving the formation of S-chlorosulfonium chlorides followed by their hydrolysis was proposed.  相似文献

We report a general method for selective cross‐coupling of α,β‐unsaturated carboxylic acids with aryl tosylates enabled by versatile Pd(II) complexes. This method features the general cross‐coupling of ubiquitous α,β‐unsaturated carboxylic acids by decarboxylation. The transformation is characterized by its operational simplicity, the use of inexpensive, air‐stable Pd(II) catalysts, scalability and wide substrate scope. The reaction proceeds with high trans selectivity to furnish valuable (E)‐1,2‐diarylethenes.  相似文献

Treatment of secondary or tertiary alkyl bromides with alkyl Grignard reagents in the presence of catalytic amounts of silver bromide and potassium fluoride in CH2Cl2 afforded the corresponding cross-coupling products in reasonable yields. An Fe(III)‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of N‐heteroaromatic tosylates with aryl and alkyl Grignard reagents is presented. The reaction proceeds at ?20°C to room temperature with short reaction time (15–30 min.), and the corresponding products are obtained with moderate to high yields. In particular, low‐cost and abundantly available FeCl3 or Fe(acetylacetonate)3 catalyze the reaction without other special ligands. All tested N‐heteroaromatic tosylates that are available including pyridine and pyrimidine derivatives were subject to the reaction, resulting in the expected products. Despite the problems inherent to metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with alkyl halides, these reactions have become increasingly important during the last few years. Detailed mechanistic investigations have led to a variety of novel procedures for the selective cross-coupling of non-activated alkyl halides bearing beta hydrogen atoms with a variety of organometallic nucleophiles under mild reaction conditions. This Minireview highlights selected examples of metal-catalyzed coupling methods and is intended to encourage chemists to exploit the potential of these approaches in organic synthesis.  相似文献

In this study, first direct access to aryl alkyl sulfides employing 2‐phenylpropanal as coupling partner is reported. Diaryl disulfides react with this aldehyde in the presence of morpholine and produce the corresponding sulfide products in high yields. In another part, disulfides are in situ generated in the reaction mixture from aryl halides/CuI/Cyanodithioformate and coupled with 2‐phenylpropanal to access aryl alkyl sulfides.  相似文献
