球面凸区域第一特征值的估计

在[1]中,Brooks和Waksman用估计区域的Cheeger等周常数下界的方法,给出了平面上凸多边形关于Dirichilet边界的Laplace算子第一特征值的下界.在本文中,我们估计了球面上凸区域关于Dirichilet边界的第一特征值,这个估计当区域是多边形并且球面蜕化到平面的极限情形得出了[1]的结果.

In this paper, we determine the infimum and the supremum of the Dirich-let eigenvalues λn(p) (n = 1,2,…)of the problem t∈ ?[0,T], where 1 < p < ∞, and the weights p are nonnegative and are subject to conditions p(t)dt = M and max(e[0,T] p(t) = H. It is also explained for whatweights p the infimum and the supremum will be attained.

设D为n维Euclid空间Rn的一个有界区域,且0＜λ1≤λ2≤…≤λk≤…是l阶Laplace算子的Dirichlet问题{(-△)lu=λu, 在D中,u=(e)u/(e)n=…=(e)l-1u/(e)nl-1=0,在(e)D上的特征值.得到了该问题用其前k个特征值来估计第(k+1)个特征值λk+1的不等式k∑i=1(λk+1-λi)≤1/n(4l(n+2l-2)]1/2{k∑i=1(λk+1-λi)1/2λil-1/lk∑i=1(λk+1-λi)1/2λi1/l}1/2,此不等式不依赖于区域D.对l≥3,上述不等式比所有已知的结果都要好.陈庆民与杨洪苍考虑了l=2的情形.我们的结果是他们结果的自然推广.当l=1时,我们的不等式蕴含杨洪苍不等式的弱形式.文中还给出了陈和杨的一个断言的直接证明.

ESTIMATES ON EIGENVALUES FOR THE BIHARMONIC OPERATOR ON A BOUNDED DOMAIN IN H~n(-1)

NUMERICAL SOLUTIONS OF AN EIGENVALUE PROBLEM IN UNBOUNDED DOMAINS

A coupling method of finite element and infinite large element is proposed for the numerical solution of an eigenvalue problem in unbounded domains in this paper. With some conditions satisfied, the considered problem is proved to have discrete spectra. Several numerical experiments are presented. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

本文研究解析依赖于多参数的二次特征值问题重特征值的灵敏度分析,得到了重特征值的方向导数,证明了相应的特征向量矩阵和特征值平均值的解析性,给出了其一阶偏导数的表达式．然后以这些结论为基础,定义了二次特征值问题重特征值及其不变子空间的灵敏度,并给出了确定二次特征值问题所含矩阵中敏感元素的方法．     

关于Schrodinger算子的任意相邻两特征值之差的上界估计

设Ω是Ｒ＾ｎ中有界光滑区域，用γ记Ω上Ｓｃｈｒｏｄｉｎｇｅｒ算子的具Ｄｉｒｉｃｈｅｔ边界条件的特征值问题的第ｉ个特征值。本文利用极大极小原理研究任意相邻两特征值之差λｋ＋１－λＫ的上界，推广了Ｐａｙｎｅ和Ｓ．Ｔ．Ｙａｕ等人的有关结果。
