In genetic regulatory networks, gene mutations are one of natural phenomena, which attract much attention by biological researchers. In modeling gene networks using switched Boolean networks (SBNs), gene mutations can be described by function perturbations, which is a meaningful issue in analyzing function perturbation of SBNs. This paper studies robust stability of SBNs with function perturbation. With the help of semi-tensor product (STP) of matrices, one equivalent algebraic form of SBNs is established. By constructing two state sets, a criterion for global stability of SBNs under arbitrary switching signals is proposed. In order to relax the conditions of global stability, pointwise stabilizability and consistent stabilizability of SBNs are further considered. Based on state reachable sets, several criteria are established for the proposed kinds of stability. Finally, the obtained results are verified by two examples and lac operon in the Escherichia coli, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, stabilizability property for a switched system under arbitrary switching is considered from an algebraic point of view by means of the existence of a set of block‐diagonal Lyapunov solutions with common Schur complement of certain order—or, equivalently, with common block (1,1)—for the matrix bank. It is shown that the existence of that set is equivalent to the existence of solutions for some Riccati inequalities done in terms of the blocks of matrices of the bank. In addition, we conclude that a particular class of systems with matrix bank constituted by Metzler matrices—Positive Switched Systems—are stabilizable by partial state reset.  相似文献

This paper investigates the periodic switching point controllability and stabilization of periodic switched Boolean control networks (PSBCNs), and applies the obtained results to the stabilization of deterministic asynchronous Boolean control networks (DABCNs). Firstly, using the algebraic state space representation of PSBCNs, a kind of periodic switching point controllability matrix is constructed, based on which, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the periodic switching point reachability and controllability of PSBCNs. Secondly, using the reachable set of PSBCNs, a constructive procedure is proposed to design time-variant state feedback controllers for the periodic switching point stabilization of PSBCNs. Finally, by converting the dynamics of DABCNs into the form of PSBCNs, the time-variant state feedback stabilization problem of DABCNs is solved.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the quadratic stabilizability via state feedback for a particular class of switched systems that evolve on a non-uniform time domain by introducing time scales theory. The system considered switches between a continuous-time subsystem with variable lengths and a discrete-time subsystem with variable discrete step sizes. Necessary and sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the quadratic stability of this class of switched systems via a switching state feedback law based on the existence of a common positive definite matrix satisfying the quadratic stabilizability condition by considering that the two subsystems are unstable. By state feedback, we mean that the switching among subsystems depends on the system states. Current results for this kind of state switching feedback control are derived only for switched systems evolving on a continuous time domain or a discrete time domain with fixed step’s size. These results are not applicable for the particular class of switched systems where there is a mixing between the continuous and discrete dynamics. This motivates the derivation of a new and more general state feedback control law for switched systems in this work. A numerical example illustrating the results is presented.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the problem of stabilization via state feedback and/or state-based switching for switched linear systems with mode-dependent time-varying delays. By using the multiple Lyapunov functional method, we establish sufficient conditions that guarantee the switched system is stabilizable via state feedback and/or switching under time-varying delays with appropriate upper bounds. The main results are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which generalize some known results and can be easily tested by using the Matlab’s LMI Tool-box.  相似文献

The stabilization problem of systems that switch among a finite set of slowly varying linear systems with arbitrary switching frequency is discussed.It is shown that if the entries of the pointwise stabilizing feedback gain matrix are continuously differentiable functions of the entries of the system coefficient matrices,then the closed-loop system is uniformly asymptotically stable if the rate of time variation of the system coefficient matrices is sufficiently small.  相似文献

In this paper, the stabilization problem of switched control systems with time delay is investigated for both linear and nonlinear cases. First, a new global stabilizability concept with respect to state feedback and switching law is given. Then, based on multiple Lyapunov functions and delay inequalities, the state feedback controller and the switching law are devised to make sure that the resulting closed-loop switched control systems with time delay are globally asymptotically stable and exponentially stable.  相似文献

This paper addresses the output tracking problem of switched Boolean networks (SBNs) via the semi-tensor product method, and presents a number of new results. Firstly, the concept of switching-output-reachability is proposed for SBNs, based on which, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the output tracking of SBNs under arbitrary open-loop switching signal. Secondly, a constructive procedure is proposed for the design of closed-loop switching signals for SBNs to track a constant reference signal. In this article, a novel method is proposed for investigating the set controllability of Markov jump switching Boolean control networks (MJSBCNs). Specifically, the switching signal is described as a discrete-time homogeneous Markov chain. By resorting to the expectation and switching indicator function, an expectation system is constructed. Based on the expectation system, a novel verifiable condition is established for solving the set reachability of MJSBCNs. With the newly obtained results on set reachability, a necessary and sufficient condition is further derived for the set controllability of MJSBCNs. The obtained results are applied to Boolean control networks with Markov jump time delays. Examples are demonstrated to justify the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this article, we study the controllability of continuous-time probabilistic logic control networks (CT-PLCNs) under sampled-data feedback controls (SDFCs). First, we demonstrate that the concept of finite-time controllability with probability one for discrete-time probabilistic logic control networks cannot be generalized to CT-PLCNs. Then, we propose the concepts of asymptotical feedback reachability and asymptotical feedback controllability for CT-PLCNs. Based on the invariant subsets, we prove that a target state is asymptotically feedback reachable if and only if the target state is a control equilibrium point and any initial state has an admissible path to the target state. Moreover, we introduce the concept of reachability matrix and propose an easily verifiable criterion for asymptotical feedback reachability expressed in terms of the reachability matrix. Based on these, we prove that a CT-PLCN is asymptotically feedback controllable if and only if every state is a control equilibrium point and there is an admissible path between any pair of initial and target states. The relation between controllability and stabilizability is also discussed. We prove that a CT-PLCN is asymptotically feedback controllable if and only if every state is asymptotically feedback stabilizable. For a controllable CT-PLCN, we propose an algorithm of designing a stabilizing SDFC for any given target state. Additionally, we discuss the asymptotical feedback controllability of CT-PLCNs under time-varying nonuniform SDFCs. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to explain the proposed methods and verify the controllability criteria.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of stabilizing an uncertain linear system using state feedback control. The uncertain systems under consideration are described by state equations containing unknown but bounded uncertain parameters. The uncertain parameters are classified into two types: either constant or time-varying. Indeed, the main feature of this paper is that it allows one to exploit the fact that some of the uncertain parameters are constant. In order to investigate the question of stabilizability, quadratic Lyapunov functions are used. Hence, the paper deals with the notion of quadratic stabilizability. The main result of the paper is a necessary and sufficient condition for the quadratic stabilizability of the uncertain systems under consideration.  相似文献

A complete characterization of stabilizability for linear switching systems is not available in the literature. In this paper, we show that the asymptotic stabilizability of linear switching systems is equivalent to the existence of a hybrid Lyapunov function for the controlled system, for a suitable control strategy. Further, we prove that asymptotic stabilizability of a switching system with minimum dwell time, is equivalent to Input to State Stability (ISS) of the controlled switching system, with a stabilizing control law. We then derive some structural reductions of the hybrid state space, which allow a decomposition of the original problem into simpler subproblems. The relationships between this approach and the well-known Kalman decomposition of linear dynamic control systems are explored.  相似文献

In the paper, commuting and stable feedback design for switched linear systems is investigated. This problem is formulated as to build up suitable state feedback controller for each subsystem such that the closed-loop systems are not only asymptotically stable but also commuting each other. A new concept, common admissible eigenvector set (CAES), is introduced to establish necessary/sufficient conditions for commuting and stable feedback controllers. For second-order systems, a necessary and sufficient condition is established. Moreover, a parametrization of the CAES is also obtained. The motivation comes from stabilization of switched linear systems which consist of a family of LTI systems and a switching law specifying the switching between them, where if all the subsystems are stable and commuting each other, then the total system is stable under arbitrary switching.  相似文献

Periodical stabilization problems for switched linear systems are investigated in this paper. For autonomous switched systems, if there exists a stable convex combination of the subsystems, then a periodically switching signal can be constructed such that the overall system is asymptotically stable. Based on this fact, for switched control systems, corresponding sufficient conditions are presented under which constant/switching direct/observer-based state feedback controller can be designed such that the corresponding closed-loop systems are asymptotically stable under some periodically switching signal.
