It has recently been shown that almost global stability of nonlinear switched systems can be characterized using multiple Lyapunov densities. This has been accomplished for switched systems subject to a minimum dwell time or an average dwell time constraint. In this paper, as an extension of the aforementioned results, we provide a sufficient condition on mode-dependent and edge-dependent average dwell time to ensure almost global stability of a nonlinear switched system. The relations between average dwell time, mode-dependent, and edge-dependent average dwell time have been discussed. The obtained results for nonlinear switched systems imply the existing results for linear switched systems.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of practical finite-time stability (PFTS) for switched nonlinear time-varying (SNTV) systems. Starting with nonlinear time-varying (NTV) systems, a new sufficient condition is proposed to verify the PFTS of systems by using an improved Lyapunov function. Then, the results obtained are extended to study the PFTS of SNTV systems. Two stability conditions are proposed for SNTV systems under arbitrary switching, moreover, the time and region of convergence are also given. Furthermore, an initial state-dependent dwell time method is introduced to study the PFTS of SNTV systems. Three stability conditions are proposed by using the methods of initial state-dependent minimum dwell time (ISD-MDT) and initial state-dependent average dwell time (ISD-ADT), respectively. The comparisons between the obtained results and the existing results are also given, and the obtained results are extended to impulsive switched nonlinear time-varying (ISNTV) systems. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust reliable control for a class of switched nonlinear systems with time delay and actuator failures under asynchronous switching. When the switching instants of the controller experience delays with respect to those of the system, a kind of reliable controller design method is proposed, and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the reliable controller are formulated in terms of a set of LMIs. Then the proposed approach is extended to take into account switched delay systems with Lipschitz nonlinearities and structured uncertainties. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This study considers the problem of finite-time filtering for switched linear systems with a mode-dependent average dwell time. By introducing a newly augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and considering the relationship between time-varying delays and their upper delay bounds, sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities such that the filtering error system is finite-time bounded and a prescribed noise attenuation level is guaranteed for all non-zero noises. Thus, a finite-time filter is designed for switched linear systems with a mode-dependent average dwell time. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-triggered control of switched linear systems. The coupling of system switching and event-triggered communication raises two phenomena: (1) the update of controller cannot always catch up with the active subsystem; (2) the switching may lead to additional triggers. The first phenomenon is called the asynchronous switching induced by network communication and the second one brings great difficulty to avoid the Zeno behavior of event-triggered mechanism (ETM). To address the above problem, we propose a new ETM which contains the switching signal of models and controllers and the discontinuity of triggering error at switching time instants. A relative threshold strategy, combined with a jump function, is designed as a new threshold function. By introducing a compensation term, the linear feedback control law is extended to avoid the Zeno behavior of ETM and improve the solvability of control algorithm. Based on the proposed event-triggered control scheme, the exponential stabilization of switched systems is achieved with relaxed constraints on the triggering and switching conditions. The obtained results are validated by a numerical example.  相似文献

This paper focus on the event-triggered sliding mode controller design for discrete-time switched genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with persistent dwell time (PDT) switching. Firstly, the observation error dynamics of switched GRNs with PDT is constructed in the light of event-triggered sliding mode control (SMC) scheme. Next, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the exponential stability of the augmented plant. Moreover, an event-triggered SMC law is synthesized to impel the system trajectories onto the sliding surface in a finite time. Finally, a verification example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of the proposed method.  相似文献

The robust exponential stabilization for a class of the uncertain switched neutral nonlinear systems with time-varying delays based on the sampled-data control is investigated in this paper. The closed-loop system with sampled-data control is modeled as a continuous time system with a time-varying piecewise continuous control input delay. Considering the relationship between the sampling period and the dwell time of two switching instants, sampling interval with no switching and sampling interval with one switching are discussed, respectively. By Wirtinger-based inequality, Wirtinger-based double integral inequality, and free-weighting matrix technique, some delay-dependent sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the exponential stability of uncertain switched neutral nonlinear systems under asynchronous switching. In addition, sampled-data controllers can also be designed by special operations of matrices. Finally, two numerical examples are used to show the effectiveness of the approach proposed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust reliable control for a class of uncertain stochastic switched nonlinear systems under asynchronous switching, where the switching instants of the controller experience delays with respect to those of the system. A design scheme for the reliable controller is proposed to guarantee almost surely exponential stability for stochastic switched systems with actuator failures, and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis. Then the approach is extended to take into account stochastic switched system with Lipschitz nonlinearities and structured uncertainties. Finally, a numerical example is employed to verify the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stability properties of a class of impulsive stochastic differential systems with Markovian switching. Employing the generalized average dwell time (gADT) approach, some criteria on the global asymptotic stability in probability and the stochastic input-to-state stability of the systems under consideration are established. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results, as well as the effects of the impulses and the Markovian switching on the systems stability.  相似文献

We present a receding horizon algorithm that converges to the exact solution in polynomial time for a class of optimal impulse control problems with uniformly distributed impulse instants and governed by so-called reverse dwell time conditions. The cost has two separate terms, one depending on time and the second monotonically decreasing on the state norm. The obtained results have both theoretical and practical relevance. From a theoretical perspective we prove certain geometrical properties of the discrete set of feasible solutions. From a practical standpoint, such properties reduce the computational burden and speed up the search for the optimum thus making the algorithm suitable for the on-line implementation in real-time problems. Our approach consists in approximating the optimal impulse control problem via a binary linear programming problem with a totally unimodular constraint matrix. Hence, solving the binary linear programming problem is equivalent to solving its linear relaxation. Then, given the feasible solution from the linear relaxation, we find the optimal solution via receding horizon and local search. Numerical illustrations of a queueing system are performed.  相似文献

This article investigates the issues of dissipativity analysis and synthesis of discrete-time switched positive systems, in the presence of asynchronous switching. A switching retard, between activation of positive subsystems and activation of candidate controllers, is taken into account. The dwell-time dependent linear copositive storage functions and linear supply rates are adopted to capture the property of dissipativity, where the state of each subsystem is required to stay in positive orthant. Sufficient conditions are also attained such that the closed-loop system with time-varying asynchronous state-feedback controllers maintains positivity and meets strict (q,r)-α-dissipative performance. Furthermore, all derived criteria are presented in the form of linear vector inequalities. Finally, two examples including the compartmental model are offered to illustrate the validity of derived results.  相似文献

In this paper, the singular positive system with uncertain parameters and switched structure is analyzed. First of all, a nonfragile dynamic output-feedback controller with Round-Robin protocol is constructed so as to decrease the occupancy of the communication channels and overcome the phenomenon of controller gain fluctuations. Then, the regularity, causality, positivity, and robustly exponential stability of the resultant closed-loop system are discussed respectively by utilizing the method of mode dependent minimum dwell time, mode dependent ranged dwell time, and mode dependent constant dwell time. The explicit design mechanisms of the related controller parameters are simultaneously presented. Finally, two simulation examples are provided to show feasibility of the theoretical results obtained.  相似文献

This article focuses on the robust sampled‐data control for a class of uncertain switched neutral systems based on the average dwell‐time approach. In particular, the system is considered with probabilistic input delay using sampled state vectors, which are described by the stochastic variables with a Bernoulli distributed white sequence and time‐varying norm‐bounded uncertainties. By constructing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional which involves the lower and upper bounds of the delay, a new set of sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for ensuring the robust exponential stability of the uncertain switched neutral system about its equilibrium point. Moreover, based on the stability criteria, a state feedback sampled‐data control law is designed for the considered system. Finally, a numerical example based on the water‐quality dynamic model for the Nile River is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design technique. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, a new method for the control of input-affine nonlinear switched systems is introduced. The system switching conditions are assumed to be state-dependent, rather than the simpler input-dependent case. The main contribution of this research is that the effects of switched dynamics are interpreted as a model uncertainty bounded within a polynomial of states norms, with unknown coefficients. In order to prevent extra conservativeness, coefficients are tuned adaptively, so that a minimal state-varying bound could be achieved. This is unlike the conventional sliding mode control (SMC) scheme, where the existence of a constant and usually large upper bound must be presumed. To address the challenge of coping with such a new concept of uncertainty, an extended form of the original adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control scheme is proposed. Adaptation laws are used to tune a fuzzy controller and also real-time estimation of the instantaneous bound of uncertainties. Closed-loop stability is guaranteed by proposing a group of multiple Lyapunov functions (MLF) with tunable parameters. Except for the mild condition that the largest difference between the magnitudes of the sub-manifolds of the switched system is bounded by a polynomial of states with uncertain coefficients, the proposed method has the distinct advantage that no information about the dynamic equations or switching conditions is required in the control design stage. The proposed method is applied to the two challenging case studies, depicting the outstanding effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

In this article, an adaptive fuzzy output tracking control approach is proposed for a class of multiple‐input and multiple‐output uncertain switched nonlinear systems with unknown control directions and under arbitrary switchings. In the control design, fuzzy logic systems are used to identify the unknown switched nonlinear systems. A Nussbaum gain function is introduced into the control design and the unknown control direction problem is solved. Under the framework of the backstepping control design, fuzzy adaptive control and common Lyapunov function stability theory, a new adaptive fuzzy output tracking control method is developed. It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals in the closed‐loop system are bounded and the tracking error remains an adjustable neighborhood of the origin. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 155–166, 2016  相似文献
