Summary The alcoholic portion of avetiver oil (Bourbon), the gas chromatogram of which shows more than 100 components, was analyzed by combined GC-MS with different ionization methods. This enabled us to identify major components. The essential oils of Ziziphora clinopodioide Lam. from four different production areas (Banfang ditch; Altay mountains; Tuoli; Terks) were investigated. The oils were extracted by hydro-distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Seventeen constituents were identified in the essential oil from Banfang ditch, 20 in that from the Altay mountains, 12 in the Tuoli essential oil, and 9 in the Terks sample. The major components of the oils were pulegone (67.6%, 32.5%, 86.4%, and 82.1%) and p-menthanone (14.8%, 43.7%, 3.2%, and 8.2% from the Banfang ditch, Tuoli, Altay mountains, and Terks samples, respectively). 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法对香叶蒿挥发油化学成分进行了分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的质量分数。结果鉴定出72个化合物,主要成分为樟脑(33.136%),桉树脑(23.419%),6-甲基-2-乙烯基-1,3-庚二烯醛(8.414%),孟烯醇(3.819%),桥环萜烯酮(3.276%),莰烯(2.454%),1R-α-蒎烯(1.917%),去甲基丁香酚(1.550%),α-松油醇(1.449%),冰片(1.674%),β-香叶烯(1.165%),百里香酚(0.329%)等。研究表明紫花冷蒿挥发油主要为单萜及其氧化衍生物。其挥发油成分的研究为挖掘其药用及食品香料工业的应用价值提供了科学依据。 相似文献

The analysis of odour components in East Indian Sandalwood Oil (Santalum album L.) and in Patchouli Oil (Pogostemon cablin Benth.) based on GC-, GC-FTIR- and GC-MS-data resulted in the identification of-santalene,-santalal,-santalal, epi--santalal,-santalol,-santalol, (E)--santalol,-bergamotol and spirosantalol in Sandalwood Oil and of (–)-patchoulol,-guaiene,-patchoulene, seychellene,-bulnesene, norpatchoulenol and pogostol in Patchouli Oil as the most intense aroma compounds of these oils. 相似文献

The essential oils from aerial parts and fruits of Anisosciadium orientale DC. growing wild in Iran were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Seventy-one compounds were identified in the fruit oil and fifteen in the oil from the aerial parts. The main oil components of the fruits and aerial parts were myristicin (33.5%-33.7%), alpha-terpinolene (22%-25.8%) and limonene (19.5%-19.7%). In order to identify natural products for plant disease control, the essential oil of star anise (Illicium verum Hook. f.) fruit was investigated for its antifungal activity on plant pathogenic fungi. The fruit essential oil obtained by hydro-distillation was analyzed for its chemical composition by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). trans-Anethole (89.5%), 2-(1-cyclopentenyl)-furan (0.9%) and cis-anethole (0.7%) were found to be the main components among 22 identified compounds, which accounted for 94.6% of the total oil. The antifungal activity of the oil and its main component trans-anethole against plant pathogenic fungi were determined. Both the essential oil and trans-anethole exhibited strong inhibitory effect against all test fungi indicating that most of the observed antifungal properties was due to the presence of trans-anethole in the oil, which could be developed as natural fungicides for plant disease control in fruit and vegetable preservation. 相似文献

The essential oil (EO) of M. aquatica L. growing wild in Corsica was isolated by dry vapor distillation and submitted to combined analysis by column chromatography over silica gel, GC(RI), GC-MS and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The composition was dominated byoxygenated monoterpenes and characterized by the occurrence of menthofuran (50.7%) as the major component. In parallel, seven laboratory-distilled oil samples isolated from individual plants collected in Corsica were analyzed by GC(RI) and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Onlyquantitative differences were observed between the samples. Beside the usual terpenes, various p-menthane lactones (mintlactone, isomintlactone, hydroxymintlactone, menthofurolactone and epimenthofurolactone) have been identified in all the oil samples. 相似文献
