The alkali dicyanamides M[N(CN)2] (M=K, Rb) were synthesized through ion exchange, and the corresponding tricyanomelaminates M3[C6N9] were obtained by heating the respective dicyanamides. The thermal behavior of the dicyanamides and their reaction to form the tricyanomelaminates were investigated by temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffractometry and thermoanalytical measurements. Potassium dicyanamide K[N(CN)2] was found to undergo four phase transitions: At 136 degrees C the low-temperature modification alpha-K[N(CN)2] transforms to beta-K[N(CN)2], and at 187degrees C the latter transforms to the high-temperature modification gamma-K[N(CN)2], which melts at 232 degrees C. Above 310 degrees C the dicyanamide ions [N(CN)2]- trimerize and the resulting tricyanomelaminate K3[C6N9] solidifies. Two modifications of rubidium dicyanamide have been identified: Even at -25 degrees C, the a form slowly transforms to beta-Rb[N(CN)2] within weeks. Rb[N(CN)2] has a melting point of 190 degrees C. Above 260 degrees C the dicyanamide ions [N(CN)2]- of the rubidium salt trimerize in the melt and the tricyanomelaminate Rb3[C6N9] solidifies. The crystal structures of all phases were determined by powder diffraction methods and were refined by the Rietveld method. alpha-K[N(CN)2] (Pbcm, a = 836.52(1), b = 46.90(1), c =7 21.27(1) pm, Z = 4), gamma-K[N(CN)2] (Pnma, a = 855.40(3), b = 387.80(1), 1252.73(4) pm, Z = 4), and Rb[N(CN)2] (C2/c, a = 1381.56(2), b = 1000.02(1), c = 1443.28(2) pm, 116.8963(6) degrees, Z = 16) represent new structure types. The crystal structure of beta-K[N(CN)2] (P2(1/n), a = -726.92(1), b 1596.34(2), c = 387.037(5) pm, 111.8782(6) degrees, Z = 4) is similar but not isotypic to the structure of alpha Na[N(CN)2]. alpha-Rb[N(CN)2] (Pbcm, a = 856.09(1), b = 661.711(7), c = 765.067(9) pm, Z = 4) is isotypic with alpha-K[N(CN)2]. The alkali dicyanamides contain the bent planar anion [N(CN)2]- of approximate symmetry C2, (average bond lengths: C-N(bridge) 133, C-N(term) 113 pm; average angles N-C-N 170 degrees, C-N-C 120 degrees). K3[C6N9] (P2(1/c), a = 373.82(1), b = 1192.48(5), c = 2500.4(1) pm, beta = 101.406(3) degrees, Z = 4) and Rb,[C6N9] (P2(1/c), a = 389.93(2), b = 1226.06(6), c = 2547.5(1) pm, 98.741(5) degrees, Z=4) are isotypic and they contain the planar cyclic anion [C6N9]3-. Although structurally related, Na3[C6N9] is not isotypic with the tricyanomelaminates M3[C6N9] (M = K, Rb).  相似文献

The first imidazole-type carbene complex of platinum(II), cis-(C2H4)(1-ethyl-3-methylimidazol-2-ylidene)PtCl2, has been obtained by reacting PtCl2 and PtCl4 with ethylene in the basic [EMIM]Cl/AlCl3 (1.3:1) ionic liquid (where [EMIM]+ = 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium) at 200 degrees C and structurally characterized (monoclinic P21/c space group, a = 10.416(2) A, b = 7.3421(9) A, c = 15.613(2) A, beta = 101.53(2) degrees, Z = 4). This complex can be regarded as a stable analogue of the pi-alkene-Pd(II)-carbene intermediate in the Heck reaction. In addition, a series of new N,N'-dialkylimidazolium salts of platinum group metals of the type [RMIM]2[MCln], where [RMIM+] = 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium and M = Pt(II), Pt(IV), or Ir(IV), have been prepared and characterized. The salts [EMIM]2[PtCl6] (1) and [EMIM]2[PtCl4] (2) were prepared in the ionic liquid [EMIM]Cl/AlCl3 and the salts [BMIM]2[PtCl4] (3) and [BMIM]2[PtCl6] (4) (where [BMIM]+ = 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium) and [EMIM]2-[IrCl6] (5) in aqueous or acetonitrile media. From TGA measurements, salts 1-5 decompose in air in several steps eventually to form the corresponding metal, the onset of decomposition being observed at (degree C) 260 (1), 220 (2), 200 (3), 215 (4), and 210 (5). The structures of 1, 2, and 5 were determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The three salts crystallize in the monoclinic P21/n space group (1, a = 7.6433(9) A, b = 16.353(2) A, c = 9.213(1) A, beta = 113.56(1) degrees, Z = 2; 2, a = 8.601(1) A, b = 8.095(2) A, c = 13.977(2) A, beta = 91.75(2) degrees, Z = 2; 5, a = 10.353(2) A, b = 9.759(2) A, c = 10.371(2) A, beta = 92.98(3) degrees, Z = 2).  相似文献

A series of diradical containing salts CxF2x(CNSSS)2(**2+0(AsF6-)2 {x = 2, 1[AsF6]2; x = 3, 3[AsF6]2; x = 4, 2[AsF6]2} have been prepared. 1[AsF6]2 and 2[AsF6]2 were fully characterized by X-ray, variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility, and solid-state EPR measurements, further allowing us to extend the number of examples of the family of rare 7pi RCNSSS(*+) radical cations. 1[AsF6]2: a = 6.5314(7) A, b = 7.5658(9) A, c = 9.6048(11) A, alpha = 100.962(2) degrees , beta = 96.885(2) degrees , gamma = 107.436(2) degrees , triclinic, space group P, Z = 1, T = 173 K. 2[AsF6]2: a = 10.6398(16) A, b = 7.9680(11) A, c = 12.7468(19) A, beta = 99.758(2) degrees , monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 2, T = 173 K. In the solid-state, CxF2x(CNSSS)2(**2+) (x = 2, 4) formed one-dimensional polymeric chains of dications containing discrete centrosymmetric radical pairs in which radicals were linked by four centered two-electron pi*-pi* bonds [12+, d(S...S) = 3.455(1) A; 22+, d(S...S) = 3.306(2) A]. The exchange interactions in these bonds were determined to be -500 +/- 30 and -900 +/- 90 cm-1, by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements, respectively, providing rare experimental data on the singlet-triplet gaps in the field of thiazyl radicals. For 2[AsF6]2, the thermally excited triplet state was unambiguously characterized by EPR techniques [/D/ = 0.0254(8) cm(-1), /E/ = 0.0013(8) cm(-1)]. These experimental data implied a weakly associated nature of the radical moieties contained in the solids 1[AsF6]2 and 2[AsF6]2. Computational analysis of the dimerization process is presented, and we show that the 2c 4 electron pi*-pi* bonds in 1[AsF6]2 and 2[AsF6]2 have ca. 50% and 40% diradical character, respectively. In contrast, 3[AsF6]2.SO2, containing diradical C3F6(CNSSS)2(**2+) with an odd number of CF2 spacers, showed magnetic behavior that was consistent with the presence of monomeric radical centers in the solid state.  相似文献

The molecular structures of trans-1,2-dichloro-1,2-disilylethene and 1-bromo-1-silylethene have been determined by gas-phase electron diffraction (GED) and ab initio molecular orbital calculations (MP2/6-311G). Both compounds were found to have highly asymmetric coordination around the carbon atoms with [ab initio (r(e))/GED (r(a))] C=C-Cl [117.0/117.0(2) degrees] and C=C-Si [126.2/128.1(1) degrees] in the C(2)(h) structure of trans-1,2-dichloro-1,2-disilylethene and C=C-Br [119.2/120.7(4) degrees] and C=C-Si [125.0/125.0(4) degrees] in the C(s) structure of 1-bromo-1-silylethene. Other important structural parameters for trans-1,2-dichloro-1,2-disilylethene are C=C [135.2/134.5(3) pm], C-Si [189.4/187.9(2) pm], and C-Cl [175.1/174.9(1) pm], and C=C [134.2/133.4(2) pm], C-Si [187.8/187.2(3) pm], and C-Br [191.3/191.0(3) pm] for 1-bromo-1-silylethene. Further ab initio calculations were carried out on CH(2)CRX and trans-(CRX)(2) (R = SiH(3), CH(3), or H; X = H, F, Cl, or Br) to gauge the effects of electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups on the structures. They reveal some even more distorted structures. The asymmetric appearance of these molecules can largely be accounted for by valence shell electron pair repulsion theory.  相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers built of octahedral niobium cyanochloride clusters [Nb6Cl12(CN)6] and alkaline earth metal complexes have been prepared by reaction of aqueous solutions of (Me4N)4Nb6Cl18 and KCN with solutions of alkaline earth metal salts and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (1:2 molar ratio) in H2O/EtOH. The structures of [Ca(phen)2(H2O)3]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] x (phen)(EtOH)1.6 (1), [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] x (phen)2 x 4H2O (2), and [Ba(phen)2(H2O)]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] (3) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The three compounds were found to crystallize in the monoclinic system (space group Pn) with a = 11.5499(6) A, b = 17.5305(8) A, c = 21.784(1) A, beta = 100.877(1) degrees for 1; triclinic system (P1) with a = 12.609(4) A, b = 13.262(4) A, c = 16.645(5) A, alpha = 69.933(6) degrees, beta = 68.607(6) degrees, gamma = 63.522(5) degrees for 2; and a = 16.057(1) A, b = 16.063(1) A, c = 16.061(1) A, alpha = 86.830(1) degrees, beta = 64.380(1) degrees, gamma = 67.803(1) degrees for 3. Compounds 1 and 2 are built of cluster anions [Nb6Cl12(CN)6]4- trans-coordinated by two Ca2+ complexes via CN ligands to form neutral macromolecular units [Ca(phen)2(H2O)3]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] in 1 and [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] in 2. Water of coordination and cyanide ligands form hydrogen bonded 3D and 2D frameworks for 1 and 2, respectively. The structure of 3 consists of [Nb6Cl12(CN)6]4- cluster anions and [Ba(phen)2(H2O)]2+ complexes linked through bridging cyanide ligands to form a neutral three-dimensional framework in which each barium complex is bound to three neighboring Nb6 clusters and each Nb6 cluster is linked to six Ba complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the first [1.1]chromarenophanes and the first [1.1]molybdarenophanes are described. A salt-metathesis reaction of [2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 4]AlCl 2 with freshly prepared [Cr(LiC 6H 5) 2].TMEDA (TMEDA = N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) resulted in the dialumina[1.1]chromarenophane [{2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 4}Al(eta (6)-C 6H 5) 2Cr] 2 ( 2a). The poor solubility of 2a in organic solvents prompted us to synthesize the new intramolecularly coordinated aluminum- and gallium dichlorides [5- tBu-2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 3]ECl 2 [E = Al ( 3a), Ga ( 3b)] in which the phenyl group was equipped with a tert-butyl group. Salt-metathesis reactions of 3a and 3b, respectively, with freshly prepared [M(LiC 6H 5) 2].TMEDA (M = Cr, Mo) resulted in four new [1.1]metallarenophanes of the general type [{5- tBu-2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 3}E(eta (6)-C 6H 5) 2M] 2 [E = Al, M = Cr ( 4a); E = Ga, M = Cr ( 4b); E = Al, M = Mo ( 5a); E = Ga, M = Mo ( 5b)]. 2a, 4a, b, and 5a, b have been structurally characterized by single-crystal analysis [ 2a.1/2C 6H 12: C 48H 56Al 2Cr 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 9.9117(9) A, b = 19.9361(16) A, c = 10.638(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 112.322(5) degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 4a.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Al 2Cr 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 10.9626(9) A, b = 19.3350(18) A, c = 12.4626(9) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 100.756(5) degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 4b.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Cr 2Ga 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 10.8428(2) A, b = 19.4844(4) A, c = 12.4958(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 100.6187 degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 5a.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Al 2Mo 2N 2, triclinic, P1, a = 10.4377(4) A, b = 11.6510(4) A, c = 11.6514(4) A, alpha = 73.545(3) degrees , beta = 89.318(2) degrees , gamma = 76.120(2) degrees , Z = 1; 5b.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Ga 2Mo 2N 2, triclinic, P1, a = 10.3451(5) A, b = 11.6752(6) A, c = 11.6900(5) A, alpha = 73.917(3) degrees , beta = 89.550(3) degrees , gamma = 76.774(2) degrees , Z = 1]. All five [1.1]metallarenophanes 2a, 4a, b, and 5a, b crystallize as anti isomers with both Me 2N donor groups in exo positions ( C i point group symmetry). The new [1.1]metallarenophanes show NMR spectra that can be interpreted as being caused by time-averaged C 2 h symmetrical species, which is consistent with the findings of their molecular structures in the solid state. Variable-temperature (1)H NMR measurements for 4a, b and 5a, b (500 MHz; -90 to 90 degrees C) revealed only peak broadening in the lower temperature range of -70 to -90 degrees C. (1)H NMR saturation transfer difference experiments did not show an expected anti-to-anti isomerization, rendering the new [1.1]metallacyclophanes rigid on the NMR time scale. Electrochemical measurements were performed for 4a, b and 5a, b. However, reproducible cyclic voltammograms could only be obtained for the two gallium species 4b and 5b, revealing the expected weak communication between the two transition-metal atoms in both compounds (class II).  相似文献

The reaction of alkylpyridinium (CnH2n + 1NC5H5, hereafter Cn-Py) iodide salts in aqueous acetonitrile with a preformed palladium iodide precursor afforded two different types of organic-inorganic phases depending on the molar ratio. A 2:1 ratio yielded the phase [Cn-Py]2[PdI4] (3, n = 14, 16), which crystallized in the triclinic crystal system. The X-ray crystal structure of 3, (n = 14), refined in the space group P1 (a = 8.918(3) A, b = 9.894(3) A, c = 29.062(12) A, alpha = 93.51(3) degrees, beta = 94.17(3) degrees, gamma = 115.60(3) degrees, and Z = 2), consists of interdigitated bilayers with a basal spacing of 29.0 A. The aliphatic chains of the cations, which run almost parallel to the stacking direction, are fully stretched between polar planes built on isolated [PdI4]2- anions and cation headgroups. Changing the organic cation to palladium ratio to 1:1 led to a new phase [Cn-Py]2[Pd2I6] (4, n = 14, 16), which crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group (a = 9.399(4) A, b = 14.264(6) A, c = 29.415(13) A, alpha = 92.11(4) degrees, beta = 90.07(4) degrees, gamma = 104.53(3) degrees, Z = 3 for 4(n = 14); a = 9.417(2) A, b = 14.215(3) A, c = 31.552(6) A, alpha = 87.96(3) degrees, beta = 87.63(3) degrees, gamma = 75.67(3) degrees, Z = 3 for 4(n = 16)). The layered structure is basically of a continuously interdigitated single-layer type, with a bilayer sublattice superimposed. Isolated [Pd2I6]2- anions contribute to the inorganic planes. A high degree of interdigitation and tilting of the aliphatic chains lead to basal spacings of 29.4 and 31.5 A for 4(n = 14) and 4(n = 16), respectively. The [Cn-Py]2[PdI4] and [Cn-Py]2[Pd2I6] phases were characterized by thermal analysis. Mesomorphic behavior was observed only for 3(n = 16), which was confirmed by variable-temperature powder XRD and optical microscopy.  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structure, and physical characterization of the coordination compounds [Ni(en)2]4[Fe(CN)5NO]2[Fe(CN)6]x5H2O (1), [Ni(en)2][Fe(CN)5NO]x3H2O (2), [Mn(3-MeOsalen)(H2O)]2[Fe(CN)5NO] (3), and [Mn(5-Brsalen)]2[Fe(CN)5NO] (4) are presented. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n (a = 7.407(4) A, b = 28.963(6) A, c = 14.744(5) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 103.26(4) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, Z = 2). Its structure consists of branched linear chains formed by cis-[Ni(en)2]2+ cations and ferrocyanide and nitroprusside anions. The presence of two kinds of iron(II) sites has been demonstrated by M?ssbauer spectroscopy. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c (a = 11.076(3) A, b = 10.983(2) A, c = 17.018(5) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 107.25(2) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, Z = 4). Its structure consists of zigzag chains formed by an alternated array of cis-[Ni(en)2]2+ cations and nitroprusside anions. 3 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (a = 8.896(5) A, b = 10.430(5) A, c = 12.699(5) A, alpha = 71.110(5) degrees, beta = 79.990(5) degrees, gamma = 89.470(5) degrees, Z = 1). Its structure comprises neutral trinuclear bimetallic complexes in which a central [Fe(CN)5NO]2- anion is linked to two [Mn(3-MeOsalen)]+ cations. 4 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4/ncc (a = 13.630(5) A, c = 21.420(8) A, Z = 4). Its structure shows an extended 2D neutral network formed by cyclic octameric [-Mn-NC-Fe-CN-]4 units. The magnetic properties of these compounds indicate the presence of quasi-isolated paramagnetic Ni2+ and Mn3+. Irradiated samples of the four compounds have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry to detect the existence of the long-lived metastable states of nitroprusside.  相似文献

A series of protonated and methylated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates as well as the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- have been synthesized and structurally characterized as tetra-n-butylammonium salts: [(n-C4H9)4N]5[IMo6O24] [monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 33.6101(3) A, b = 15.2575(1) A, c = 24.0294(2) A, beta = 126.9569(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OH)] [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 9.5587(1) A, b = 24.1364(2) A, c = 18.2788(2) A, beta = 90.1562(5) degrees , Z = 2], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OH)2].2DMF [monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 17.6105(4) A, b = 15.5432(5) A, c = 29.3316(9) A, beta = 91.475(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OMe)].3H2O [orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 17.0679(4) A, b = 25.6998(6) A, c = 20.7428(4) A, Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OMe)2] [monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 10.4009(1) A, b = 14.6658(3) A, c = 23.5395(4) A, beta = 100.324(1) degrees , Z = 2]. In all of these compounds, the [IMo6O24]5- anion is protonated or methylated selectively at O atoms shared by two Mo atoms. The results have also revealed that the protonated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates readily react with methanol in a very selective manner, while the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- anion does not react with methanol under similar conditions.  相似文献

The reactions of Na+ R[O]CS- (R = Me, Ph) with mixtures of CuCl and PPh3 in stoichiometric ratios yielded the compounds [Cu4(SC[O]Me)4(PPh3)4] (1), [Cu4(SC[O]Ph)4(PPh3)3] (2), [Cu2(SC[O]Me)2(PPh3)4] (3), [Cu(SC[O]Ph)(PPh3)2] (4), and [Cu2(SC[O]Ph)2(PPh3)3] (5) quantitatively. Compound 2 was also obtained from mixtures of CuCl, PPh3, and NaSC[O]Ph in the ratio 1:1:1. The analogous thioacetate compound similar to 2 and the thiobenzoate analogue of 1 could not be obtained. Attempts to prepare the unsymmetrical dimer of a thioacetate compound similar to 5 gave a mixture of 1 and 3. The structures of 1-4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Compound 1, [mu 3-SC[O]Me-S)2(mu-SC[O]Me-S)2(CuPPh3)4], is a tetramer with a distorted stepladder structure in which two copper atoms are trigonally coordinated and the other two are tetrahedrally coordinated. Two bonding modes, namely, mu 3-S and mu 2-S, were observed for the Me[O]CS- anion. The structure of 2 may be described as a highly distorted cubanoid structure and formulated as [(mu 3-SC[O]Ph-S3)(mu 3-SC[O]Ph-S2,O)3(Cu)(CuPPh3)3]. In 2, three copper atoms have tetrahedral coordination geometry and one copper atom is trigonally coordinated. Unprecedented bonding modes, namely, mu 3-S, have been observed for the R[O]CS- anions, in 1 and 2 and mu 3-S2,O in 2. Compound 3, [(mu-SC[O]MeS)(mu-SC[O]Me-S,O)[Cu(PPh3)2]2] is a dimer with mu 2-S and mu 2-S,O bonding modes of Me[O]CS- ligands. Monomeric structure was found in 4 in which the copper atom has trigonal planar geometry with a very weak intramolecular interaction with O. Variable temperature 31P NMR studies in solution show the presence of various species in equilibria.  相似文献

The ligated benzonitriles in the platinum(II) complex [PtCl2(PhCN)2] undergo metal-mediated [2 + 3] cycloaddition with nitrones -ON+(R3)=C(R1)(R2) [R1/R2/R3 = H/Ph/Me, H/p-MeC6H4/Me, H/Ph/CH2Ph] to give delta 4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline complexes, [PtCl2(N=C(Ph)O-N(R3)-C(R1)(R2))2] (2a, 4a, 6a), as a 1:1 mixture of two diastereoisomers, in 60-75% yields, while [PtCl2(MeCN)2] is inactive toward the addition. However, a strong activation of acetonitrile was reached by application of the platinum(IV) complex [PtCl4(MeCN)2] and both [PtCl4(RCN)2] (R = Me, Ph) react smoothly with various nitrones to give [PtCl4(N=C(R)O-N(R3)-C(R1)(R2))2] (1b-6b). The latter were reduced to the corresponding platinum(II) complexes [PtCl2(N=C(R)O-N(R3)-C(R1)(R2))2] (1a-6a) by treatment with PhCH2NHOH, while the reverse reaction, i.e. conversion of 1a-6a to 1b-6b, was achieved by chlorination with Cl2. The diastereoisomers of [PtCl2(N=C(R)O-N(R3)-C(R1)(R2))2] (1a-6a) exhibit different kinetic labilities, and liberation of the delta 4-1,2,4-oxadiazolines by substitution with 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) in CDCl3 proceeds at different reaction rates to give free N=C(R)O-N(R3)-C(R1)(R2) and [PtCl2(dppe)] in almost quantitative NMR yield. All prepared compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, FAB mass spectrometry, and IR and 1H, 13C(1H), and 195Pt (metal complexes) NMR spectroscopies; X-ray structure determination of the first (delta 4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline)Pt(II) complexes was performed for (S,S)/(R,R)-rac-[PtCl2(N=C(Me)O-N(Me)-C(H)Ph)2] (1a) (a = 9.3562(4), b = 9.8046(3), c = 13.1146(5) A; alpha = 76.155(2), beta = 83.421(2), gamma = 73.285(2) degrees; V = 1117.39(7) A3; triclinic, P1, Z = 2), (R,S)-meso-[PtCl2(N=C(Ph)O-N(Me)-C(H)Ph)2] (2a) (a = 8.9689(9), b = 9.1365(5), c = 10.1846(10) A; alpha = 64.328(6), beta = 72.532(4), gamma = 67.744(6) degrees; V = 686.82(11) A3; triclinic, P1, Z = 1), (S,S)/(R,R)-rac-[PtCl2(N=C(Me)O-N(Me)-C(H)(p-C6H4Me))2] (3a) (a = 11.6378(2), b = 19.0767(7), c = 11.5782(4) A; beta = 111.062(2) degrees; V = 2398.76(13) A3; monoclinic, P2(1)/c, Z = 4), and (S,S)/(R,R)-rac-[PtCl2(N=C(Me)O-N(CH2Ph)-C(H)Ph2] (5a) (a = 10.664(2), b = 10.879(2), c = 14.388(3) A; alpha = 73.11(3), beta = 78.30(3), gamma = 88.88(3) degrees; V = 1562.6(6) A3; triclinic, P1, Z = 2).  相似文献

The synthesis and the spectroscopic and structural characterization of lower-rim-silylated and rare-earth-metalated calix[4]arenes are presented. Hexamethyldisilazane, HN(SiMe3)2, reacted in a selective manner with [p-tert-buttylcalix[4]arene]H4 (1) in refluxing mesitylene to give the 1,3-silylated product [p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene(SiMe3)2]H2 (2) in high yield. The molecular structure of compound 2, as revealed by X-ray crystallography, shows the pinched cone conformation of the calixarene bowl, featuring hydrogen bonding between the phenylsilyl ether and phenolic oxygen atoms (O...O, 2.838 A). From the reaction of the sterically more crowded tetraphenyldimethyldisilazane, HN(SiMePh2)2, only starting material could be recovered. In contrast, tetramethyldisilazane, HN(SiHMe2)2, afforded the tetrakis-silylated product [p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene(SiHMe2)4] (3) in hexane solution at ambient temperature. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of compound 3 established the 1,2-alternate conformation, which is also present in solution, as indicated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The yttrium complex Y[N(SiHMe2)2]3(THF)2 (4) exchanged all of its silylamide ligands when treated with an equimolar amount of 1 in toluene at ambient temperature to yield compound 5, as indicated by IR and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of 5 revealed a centrosymmetric dimer of composition [Y(p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene(SiHMe2)(THF)]2. Three of the deprotonated phenolic oxygen atoms of the calixarene bowl bind to the metal center, two as terminal ligands and one in a bridging mode, while the fourth undergoes in situ silylation (nu(SiH) 2127 cm-1). The distorted-trigonal-bipyramidal coordination geometry is completed by a THF molecule. Bis-silylated 2 reacted with 4 to form the heteroleptic complex (Y[p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene(SiMe3)2][N(SiHMe2)2]) (6). A simultaneous reduction of copper(II) to copper(I) by pyridinecarboxylate and the substitution of carboxylato groups by iodo nucleophiles in a self-assembly process under hydrothermal conditions afforded a new iodine-inclusion coordination polymer [CuI(C5H3NI2)*1/2I2] 1. The synthetic studies of the substitution process produced a new supramolecular compound [IC5H3NCOOH] 2 and revealed that the catalytic properties of copper ions in redox and substitution reactions under hydrothermal conditions are attractive. Treatment of the complex [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2Me)]] (2) with [Pd(PPh3)4] (1) affords binuclear complexes such as anti-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (3), syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]W(CO)5] (4), and trans-[W(CO)4(PPh3)2] (5). In 3 and 4, respectively, the W and Pd atoms are in anti and syn configurations with respect to the P-CS2 bond of the diphenyl(dithiomethoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand, PPh2(CS2Me). Complex 3 undergoes extensive rearrangement in CHCl3 at room temperature by transfer of a PPh3 ligand from Pd to W, eliminating [W(CO)5(PPh3)] (7), while the PPh2CS2Me ligand transfers from W to Pd to give [[(Ph3P)Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2Me)PPh2]]2] (6). In complex 6, the [Pd(PPh3)] fragments are held together by two bridging PPh2(CS2Me) ligands. Each PPh2(CS2Me) ligand is pi-bonded to one Pd atom through the C=S linkage and sigma-bonded to the other Pd through the phosphorus atom, resulting in a six-membered ring. Treatment of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2[CS2(CH2)nCN]]] (n = 1, 8a; n = 2, 8b) in CH2Cl2 affords syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-[CS2(CH2)nCN]PPh2]W(CO)5] (n = 1, 9a; n = 2, 9b). Similar configurational products syn-[(Ph3P)2Pd[mu-eta 1,eta 2-(CS2R)PPh2]W(CO)5] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 11a-d) are synthesized by the reaction of Pd(PPh3)4 with [W(CO)5[PPh2(CS2R)]] (R = C2H5, C3H5, C2H4OH, C3H6CN, 10a-d). Although complexes 11a-d have the same configuration as 9a,b, the SR group is oriented away from Pd in the former and near Pd in the latter. In these complexes, the diphenyl(dithioalkoxycarbonyl)phosphine ligand is bound to the two metals through the C=S pi-bonding and to phosphorus through the sigma-bonding. All of the complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods, and the structures of complexes 3, 6, 9a, and 11d are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 3, 9, and 11d crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with Z = 2, whereas 6 belongs to the monoclinic space group P2/c with Z = 4. The cell dimensions are as follows: for 3, a = 10.920(3) A, b = 14.707(5) A, c = 16.654(5) A, alpha = 99.98(3) degrees, beta = 93.75(3) degrees, gamma = 99.44(3) degrees; for 6, a = 15.106(3) A, b = 9.848(3) A, c = 20.528(4) A, beta = 104.85(2) degrees; for 9a, a = 11.125(3) A, b = 14.089(4) A, c = 17.947(7) A, alpha = 80.13(3) degrees, beta = 80.39(3) degrees, gamma = 89.76(2) degrees; for 11d, a = 11.692(3) A, b = 13.602(9) A, c = 18.471(10) A, alpha = 81.29(5) degrees, beta = 80.88(3) degrees, gamma = 88.82(1) degrees.  相似文献

X-ray crystallographic analysis showed that N-thiobenzoyl-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane displays marked nonplanarity of the thioamide (1a, alpha = 167.1 degrees and |tau| = 11.2 degrees) as compared with the corresponding monocyclic pyrrolidine thioamide (2a, alpha = 174.7 degrees and |tau| = 3.9 degrees). In a series of para-substituted or unsubstituted thioaroyl-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes (1a-1h), the planarity of the thioamide depended significantly on the electronic nature of the substituent; for example, in the p-nitro-substituted compound, planarity was substantially restored (1h, alpha = 175.2 degrees and |tau| = 0.1 degrees). In solution, increasing electron-withdrawing character of the aromatic substituent was associated with a larger rotational barrier of the bicyclic thioamides, as determined by means of variable-temperature (1)H NMR spectroscopy and line shape analysis. The reduced rotational barrier, that is, reduced enthalpy of activation (DeltaH(double dagger)) for thioamide rotation, of 1a as compared with that of 2a in nitrobenzene-d5 is consistent with the postulate that 1a assumes a nonplanar thioamide structure in solution. These results indicate that the planarity of thioamides based on 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane is controlled by electronic factors in the solid phase and in solution.  相似文献

Isolation of a soluble [NHex4]+ salt has allowed a detailed electrochemical study of the anion alpha-[SMo12O40]2- to be undertaken. Four reversible one-electron-reduction processes are observed in CH2Cl2 solution. Controlled potential electrolysis led to isolation of tetraalkylammonium salts of the one-electron-reduced anion alpha-[SMo12O40]3- and the two-electron-reduced anion alpha-[SMo12O40].4- [SMo12O40]3- is stable to disproportionation in dry solvents (Kdis = 10(-7.4). EPR and magnetic susceptibility data indicate that [SMo12O40]3- is a simple paramagnet (S = 1/2) while [SMo12O40]4- is paramagnetic with the mu eff values decreasing at low temperatures. Solutions of the two-electron-reduced species are EPR silent, but microcrystalline powders show very weak signals. The crystal structure of alpha-[NBu4]3[SMo12O40] has been determined (triclinic P1; a = 13.840(3) A; b = 15.587(4) A; c = 19.370(3) A; alpha = 94.82(2) degrees; beta = 93.10(1) degrees; gamma = 91.05(2) degrees; Z = 2). There is disorder around the C2 axis of the central SO4(2-) tetrahedron. In the presence of aqueous HClO4 (0.045 M) in thf/H2O or MeCN/H2O (98/2 v/v), [SMo12O40]2- exhibits five two-electron-reduction processes. Under these conditions, [SMo12O40]3- protonates and disproportionates into [SMo12O40]2- and the (2e-, 2H+)-reduced anion [H2SMo12O40]2-.  相似文献

Four new quaternary alkali neodymium thiophosphates K 9Nd[PS 4] 4 ( 1), K 3Nd[PS 4] 2 ( 2), Cs 3Nd[PS 4] 2 ( 3), and K 3Nd 3[PS 4] 4 ( 4) were synthesized by reacting Nd with in situ formed fluxes of K 2S 3 or Cs 2S 3, P 2S 5 and S in appropriate molar ratios at 973 K. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: 1: space group C2/ c, a = 20.1894(16), b = 9.7679(5), c = 17.4930(15) A, beta = 115.66(1) degrees , and Z = 4; 2: space group P2 1/ c, a = 9.1799(7), b = 16.8797(12), c = 9.4828(7) A, beta = 90.20(1) degrees , and Z = 4; 3: space group P2 1/ n, a = 15.3641(13), b = 6.8865(4), c = 15.3902(13) A, beta = 99.19(1) degrees , and Z = 4; 4: space group C2/ c, a = 16.1496(14), b = 11.6357(7), c = 14.6784(11) A, beta = 90.40(1) degrees , and Z = 4. The structure of 1 is composed of one-dimensional (1) infinity{Nd[PS 4] 4} (9-) chains and charge balancing K (+) ions. Within the chains, eight-coordinated Nd (3+) ions, which are mixed with K (+) ions, are connected by [PS 4] (3-) tetrahedra. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 are characterized by anionic chains (1) infinity{Nd[PS 4] 2} (3-) being separated by K (+) or Cs (+) ions. Along each chain the Nd (3+) ions are bridged by [PS 4] (3-) anions. The difference between the structures of 2 and 3 is that in 2 the Nd (3+) ions are coordinated by four edge-sharing [PS 4] (3-) tetrahedra while in 3 each Nd (3+) ion is surrounded by one corner-sharing, one face-sharing, and two edge-sharing [PS 4] (3-) tetrahedra. The structure of 4 is a three-dimensional network with K (+) cations residing in tunnels running along [110] and [110]. The {Nd(1)S 8} polyhedra share common edges with four [PS 4] tetrahedra forming one-dimensional chains (1) infinity{Nd[PS 4] 2} (3-) running along [110] and [110]. The chains are linked by {Nd(2)S 8} polyhedra yielding the final three-dimensional network (3) infinity{Nd[PS 4] 2} (3-). The internal vibrations of both crystallographically independent [PS 4] (3-) anions of 2- 4 have been assigned in the range 200-650 cm (-1) by comparison of their corresponding far/mid infrared and Raman spectra (lambda exc = 488 nm) on account of locally imposed C 1 symmetry. In the Fourier-transform-Raman spectrum (lambda exc = 1064 nm) of 2- 4, very similar well-resolved electronic Raman (ER) transitions from the electronic Nd (3+) ground-state to two levels of the (4)I 9/2 ground manifold and to the six levels of the (4)I 11/2 manifold have been determined. Resonant Raman excitation via a B-term mechanism involving the (4)I 15/2 and (4)F 3/2 intermediate states may account for the significant intensity enhancement of the ER transitions with respect to the symmetric P-S stretching vibration nu 1. Broad absorptions in the UV/vis/NIR diffuse reflectance spectrum at 293 K in the range 5000-25000 cm (-1) of 2- 4 are attributed to spin-allowed excited quartet states [ (4)(I < F < S < G < D)] and spin-forbidden doublet states [ (2)(H < G < K < D < P)] of Nd (3+). A luminescense spectrum of 3 obtained at 15 K by excitation with 454.5 nm shows multiplets of narrow lines that reproduce the Nd (3+) absorptions. Sharp and intense luminescence lines are produced instead by excitation with 514.5 nm. Lines at 18681 ( (4)G 7/2), 16692 ( (4)G 5/2), 14489 ( (4)F 9/2), and 13186 cm (-1) ( (4)F 7/2) coincide with the corresponding absorptions. Hypersensitive (4)G 5/2 is split by 42 cm (-1). The most intense multiplet at about 16500 cm (-1) is assigned to the transition from (4)G 5/2 to the Stark levels of the ground manifold (4)I 9/2.  相似文献
