New pyrano[2′,3′: 5,6]chromeno[4,3‐b]quinolin‐4‐ones have been synthesized by intramolecular aza‐Diels? Alder reaction of the azadienes generated in situ from aryl amines and 8‐formyl‐7‐(prop‐2‐ynyl)2,3‐disubstituted chromones using CuFe2O4 nanoparticles as a catalyst in DMSO at 80–90° in good‐to‐excellent yields. Particularly valuable features of this methodology include simple implementation, inexpensive and reusable catalyst, and good yields. The structures were established by spectroscopic data and further confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis of one of the products.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and eco‐friendly procedure has been developed using ZrOCl2·8H2O as catalyst for the synthesis of novel [1,3]oxazino[5,6‐c]quinolin‐5‐one derivatives in aqueous ethanol at room temperature. The present methodology offers several advantages such as operational simplicity, use of ZrOCl2·8H2O as a green, non‐toxic, inexpensive and reusable catalyst, reusability of reaction media, high yields, mild and environmentally benign reaction conditions.  相似文献

An efficient four‐component approach for the synthesis poly‐substituted pyrano[3,2‐c]pyridones and spiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrano[3,2‐c]pyridine]‐2,5′(6′H)‐diones in water has been established. During the reaction, the products were readily achieved through one‐pot two‐step reaction using solid acid as catalyst. The advantages of atom and step economy, the recyclability of heterogeneous solid acid catalyst, easy workup procedure, and the wide scope of substrates make the reaction a powerful tool for assembling pyrano[3,2‐c]pyridone skeletons of chemical and medical interest.  相似文献

1H‐imidazol[1,2‐a]indeno[2,1‐e]pyridine‐6(5H)‐ones derivatives were synthesized in a one‐pot four‐component condensation of corresponding aldehydes, 1,3‐indandione, diamine, and nitro ketene dithioacetal using KAl(SO4)2·12H2O (alum) as nontoxic, reusable, inexpensive and easily available catalyst in good to excellent yields. This green protocol provides a powerful entry into fused polycyclic structures related to bioactive heterocycles.  相似文献

A series of novel 7,9‐dihydrothieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐4,6(3H,5H)‐dione derivatives were synthesized efficiently via the catalyst‐free reaction of aldehyde, ethyl 2,4‐dioxotetrahydrothiophene‐3‐carboxylate, and 2,6‐diaminopyrimidine‐4(3H)‐one through the sequence of deethoxycarbonylation and three‐component condensation in aqueous media. This protocol featured mild reaction conditions, high yields, easy work‐up, and environmentally friendly procedure.  相似文献

One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献

An efficient approach for one‐pot synthesis of biologically active new spiro[chroman‐3,2′‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]furan]‐2,4,4′‐(3′H )‐trione derivatives from tandem Knoevenagel–Michel addition–heterocyclization reaction between 4‐hydroxycumarin and various aldehydes in the presence of N,N,N ,N ′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide as an efficient catalyst at ambient temperature under solvent‐free conditions was reported. Simple procedure, high yields, easy work‐up, and reusability of the catalyst are the significant advantages of this process.  相似文献

This paper describes a method of preparation of new 3,5′‐dioxo‐2′‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydrospiro[indene‐2,4′‐[1,3]oxazol]‐1‐yl acetate and its 5‐chloro‐ and bromoderivatives as products of interaction of N‐benzoylglycine (hippuric acid) with corresponding ortho‐formylbenzoic acids. The reaction carried out in acetic anhydride media in the presence of piperidine as catalyst. The novel spirocompounds were purified by column chromatography from multicomponent reaction mixtures. The composition of the spiro‐products was confirmed by C, H, N element analysis. The structure was established by IR, MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR analysis including COSY 1H‐13C experiments.  相似文献

Using ionic liquids as green media, a series of 6‐arylbenzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐c]quinazoline derivatives is synthesized via a reaction of 2‐(1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐2‐yl)aniline and benzaldehydes in the air. While the intermediate products of 6‐aryl‐5,6‐dihydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐c]quinazolines were obtained in high yields at the same conditions under nitrogen protection.  相似文献

A novel magnetic hybrid system containing nano‐magnetic Fe2O3 hollow spheres, silica shell, [pmim]Cl ionic liquid and silver nanoparticles was synthesized and characterized. The silver nanoparticles were prepared via biosynthesis using Achillea millefolium flower as reducing and stabilizing agent. The hybrid system was successfully used as an efficient and reusable catalyst for promoting green ultrasonic‐assisted A3 and KA2 coupling reactions as well as benzo[b]furan synthesis. It was found that decoration of the magnetic core with non‐magnetic moieties decreased the maximum saturation magnetization. However, the catalyst was still superparamagnetic and could be simply separated from the reaction mixture using an external magnet. The heterogeneous nature of the catalyst was also confirmed by studying its reusability and stability and the leaching of silver. Use of aqueous media, high yields, short reaction times, broad substrate tolerance and low required amount of catalyst are the merits of this protocol.  相似文献

Superparamagnetic nanoparticles of modified thioglycolic acid (γ‐Fe2O3@SiO2‐SCH2CO2H) represent a new, efficient and green catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazine] derivatives via domino Knoevenagel–Michael–cyclization reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, benzene‐1,2‐diamines, ninhydrin and isatin. This novel magnetic organocatalyst was easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation using an external magnet and reused at least six times without significant loss in its activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques. This procedure was also applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazines.  相似文献

A domino three‐component strategy with high efficiency for the synthesis of spiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b ]pyridines] from easily available isatins, pyrazol‐5‐amines and β‐ketonitriles under microwave heating. During reaction process, HOAc plays dual roles as reaction media as well as a Brønsted acid‐promoter. Flexible structural modification, broad functional group compatibility and mild reaction conditions make this strategy a useful and attractive process of library generation for drug discovery.  相似文献

An efficient and green reactions of isatins, 3‐amine‐1H‐pyrazole (5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐amine) and 1,3‐diketone in aqueous medium for the synthesis of novel 1′,7′,8′,9′‐tetrahydrospiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinoline]‐2,5′(6′H)‐dione derivatives were reported in this research. The advantages of this reaction are simple operation, mild‐reaction conditions, wide scope substrate, high yields, and friendly environment. A sequential one‐pot four‐component reaction for the efficient synthesis of novel 2′‐aminospiro[11H‐indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline‐11,4′‐[4H]pyran] derivatives 5 in the presence of AcONH4 as a neutral, inexpensive, and dually activating catalyst is described (Scheme 1). The syntheses are achieved by reacting ninhydrin ( 1 ) with benzene‐1,2‐diamines 2 to give indenoquinoxalines, which are trapped in situ by malono derivatives 2 and various α‐methylenecarbonyl compounds 4 through cyclization, providing the multifunctionalized 2′‐aminospiro[11H‐indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline‐11,4′‐[4H]pyran] analogs 5 . This chemistry provides an efficient and promising synthetic way of proceeding for the diversity‐oriented construction of the spiro[indenoquinoxalino‐pyran] skeleton.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of thiazole (benzothiazole), dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate, and isatinylidene malononitriles in toluene at 110–120°C in a sealed tube afforded a mixture of cis/trans‐isomers of functionalized diastereoisomeric spiro[indoline‐3,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridines] and spiro[benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐3,3′‐indolines] in good yields. Both cis‐isomers and trans‐isomers were successfully separated out and fully characterized with spectroscopy and single crystal determination. Under similar conditions, the three‐component reaction containing 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2(3H)‐ylidene)malononitrile resulted in spiro[indene‐2,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine] derivatives.  相似文献

Efficient method for direct preparation of 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes through condensation of β‐naphthol with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of the catalytic amount of [H—NMP]+[HSO4]? under microwave irradiation was described. This method has the advantages such as; very easy reaction workup, absolute separation of catalyst from the reaction mixture and smooth recyclability of catalyst. In this reaction 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes were obtained as desired products in excellent yields and short reaction times via green and one‐pot procedure.  相似文献

A nano‐magnetic core‐shell composite fabricated of a unique zwitterionic chitosan‐derived coating and cobalt ferrite core was found to be a green and reusable heterogeneous catalyst for efficient synthesis of pyrano[3,2‐c ]quinoline and spiro‐oxindole derivatives in high to excellent yields. Due to having negative charges at its outermost layer and a high magnetization, the catalyst is finely dispersed in ethanol and can be easily separated from reaction mixtures by using a simple external magnet. It is reasonably stable as can be reused several times without appreciable loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献
