A new kind of UV stabilizers, 1‐(3′‐(benzotriazol‐2″‐yl)‐4′‐hydroxy‐benzoyl)‐3‐methyl‐5‐pyrazolones (1a‐d), was synthesized with the aim to bind them chemically to certain polymers. The reaction of 1d with substituted benzaldehydes 4 in the molten state at 150°C and in the solid state at room temperature produced the condensation products l‐(3′‐(5″‐chlorobenzotriazol‐2″‐yl)‐4′‐hydroxyl‐5′‐chlorobenzoyl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐arylmethylene‐5‐pyrazolones (2) and 4,4′‐arylmethylene‐bis [1‐(3′‐(5″‐chloro‐benzotriazol‐2″‐yl)‐4′‐hydroxy‐5′‐chloro‐benzoyl)‐3‐methyl‐5‐pyrazolone] s (3), respectively, as the major product. On the other hand, the reaction of 1d with 4 at 50°C in chloroform solution proceeded non‐selectively to give a mixture of 2 and 3.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrazolyl‐substituted 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives ( 4a‐4o ) were prepared by cyclization of the intermediate N′‐((3‐aryl‐l‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)methylene)arylhydrazide with acetic anhydride. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Furthermore, preliminary bioassay of some of the title compounds indicated that they exhibited moderate inhibition against HIV‐1 PR.  相似文献

The synthesis of the 7‐halogenated derivatives 1b (7‐bromo) and 1c (7‐iodo) of 7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyxanthosine ( 1a ) is described. A partial Br→I exchange was observed when the demethylation of 6‐methoxy precursor compound 4b was performed with Me3SiCl/NaI. This reaction is circumvented by the nucleophilic displacement of the MeO group under strong alkaline conditions. The halogenated 7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyxanthosine derivatives 1b , c show a decreased S‐conformer population of the sugar moiety compared to the nonhalogenated 1a . They are expected to form stronger triplexes when they replace 1a in the 1 ?dA?dT base triplet.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrazolyl‐substituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives ( 6a‐6d, 7a‐7d, 8a‐8d ) were prepared by cyclization of the intermediate 3‐aryl‐l‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐ylformaldehyde 4′‐phenylthiosemicarbazones with 0.5 M ferric chloride solution. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Simultaneously, the compounds were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer and had preferable fluorescence activity.  相似文献

A series of unsymmetrical (D‐A‐D1, D1‐π‐D‐A‐D1, and D1‐A1‐D‐A2‐D1; A=acceptor, D=donor) and symmetrical (D1‐A‐D‐A‐D1) phenothiazines ( 4 b , 4 c , 4 c′ , 5 b , 5 c , 5 d , 5 d′ , 5 e , 5 e′ , 5 f , and 5 f′ ) were designed and synthesized by a [2+2] cycloaddition–electrocyclic ring‐opening reaction of ferrocenyl‐substituted phenothiazines with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) and 7,7,8,8‐tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ). The photophysical, electrochemical, and computational studies show a strong charge‐transfer (CT) interaction in the phenothiazine derivatives that can be tuned by varying the number of TCNE/TCNQ acceptors. Phenothiazines 4 b , 4 c , 4 c′ , 5 b , 5 c , 5 d , 5 d′ , 5 e , 5 e′ , 5 f and 5 f′ show redshifted absorption in the λ =400 to 900 nm region, as a result of a low HOMO–LUMO gap, which is supported by TD‐DFT calculations. The electrochemical study exhibits reduction waves at low potential due to strong 1,1,4,4‐tetracyanobuta‐1,3‐diene (TCBD) and cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene‐1,4‐ylidene‐expanded TCBD acceptors. The incorporation of cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene‐1,4‐ylidene‐expanded TCBD stabilized the LUMO energy level to a greater extent than TCBD.  相似文献

A series of compounds, viz. 2‐(3‐(4‐aryl)‐1‐isonicotinoyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐3‐phenylthiazolidin‐4‐one 4 ( a – n ), have been synthesized by reaction of 3 ( a – n ) with thioglycolic acid in the presence of zinc chloride. Compounds 3 ( a – n ) have been synthesized by amination of formylated pyrazoles 2 ( A – B ), which were synthesized by formylation of 1 ( A – B ) by Vilsmeier–Haack reagent (POCl3/DMF). Compounds 1 ( A – B ) were synthesized by condensation of hydrazide and substituted acetophenones under conventional method and microwave irradiation method. These compounds were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, infrared, 1H NMR, and mass spectral analysis. These compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity, and their minimum inhibitory concentration was determined. Among them, compound 4b and compound 4l possess appreciable antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Antibacterial activity results showed that compounds containing electron‐withdrawing groups were more active than compounds containing electron‐releasing groups.  相似文献

The copolymers of 2‐methoxy‐5‐2′‐ethyl‐hexyloxy‐1,4‐phenylenevinylene (MEH‐PV) and 2,3‐diphenyl‐5‐octyl‐1,4‐phenylenevinylene were prepared via the Gilch route with their chain compositions and the reactivity ratios of the monomers estimated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results indicated that the copolymers tended to form an alternative copolymer as the feed ratio of the monomers closed to one‐half. When an individual copolymer solution in tetrahydrofuran was spun‐cast to form a film, the MEH‐PV units were able to attract the like units from the adjacent chains. As a result, the ultraviolet–visible absorption spectrum of the alternative copolymer in film form was broader than the spectra of those with different compositions. The photoluminescence spectra of the copolymers in film form exhibited the characteristic shoulder of poly(2‐methoxy‐5‐2′‐ethyl‐hexyloxy‐1,4‐phenylenevinylene), even though the content of MEH‐PV units was not great enough for the formation of repeat units in sequence. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new calix­[4]‐­crowned aza­crown ether, C51H59NO11S, consisting of four phenyl rings in a 1,3‐alternate conformation was synthesized from the reaction of 25,27‐bis(5‐chloro‐3‐oxa­pentyl­oxy)­calix­[4]­crown‐5 and p‐toluene­sulfon­amide in the presence of Cs2CO3. A crown‐5 loop was attached on the two facing lower rims of the calix­[4]­arene and the N‐tosyl aza­crown group was attached on the other set of lower rims of the calix­[4]­arene backbone. This mol­ecule seems to offer an inside cavity for the formation of a host–guest complex.  相似文献

We report a practical and one‐pot synthesis of novel series of ω‐(oxathiolan‐2‐thione‐5‐yl)‐α‐ oxazolidin‐2‐ones ( 3a‐h ). The obtained compounds have been designed, synthesized via reaction of oligoethylene glycols diglycidyl ethers, isocyanate and carbon disulfide in the presence of catalytic amount of lithium bromide. A variety of important oxazolidinone derivatives can be obtained from simple starting materials in good yields and the biological activity of these new products will be investigated in complementary study.  相似文献

A simple and straightforward synthesis of 5,5′‐diamino‐4,4′‐dinitramino‐3,3′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole by the selective nitration of 4,4′,5,5′‐tetraamino‐3,3′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole is presented. The interaction of the amino and nitramino groups improves the energetic properties of this functionalized bitriazole. For a deeper investigation of these properties, various nitrogen‐rich derivatives were synthesized. The new compounds were investigated and characterized by spectroscopy (1H and 13C NMR, IR, Raman), elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, differential thermal analysis (DTA), X‐ray analysis, and impact and friction sensitivities (IS, FS). X‐ray analyses were performed and deliver insight into structural characteristics with which the stability of the compounds can be explained. The standard enthalpies of formation were calculated for all compounds at the CBS‐4M level of theory, revealing highly positive heats of formation. The energetic performance of the new molecules was predicted with the EXPLO5 V6.02 computer. A small‐scale shock reactivity test (SSRT) and a toxicity test gave a first impression of the performance and toxicity of selective compounds.  相似文献

A series of poly[9‐(heptadecan‐9‐yl)‐9H‐carbazole‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐(5,6‐bis‐(octyloxy)‐4,7‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)benzo‐[1,2,5]‐thia‐diazole)‐5,5‐diyl] compositions containing various ratios of 3,6‐carbazole was synthesized for testing in a polymer solar cell. An appropriate amount of 3,6‐carbazole units incorporated into the copolymer improved intermolecular charge transport, whereas excess amount of 3,6‐carbazole units temporarily seized on the partial negative charge generated in the conjugation breaks. We extensively studied the effects of the incorporated 3,6‐carbazole units on the intermolecular interactions, which can affect nongeminated recombination in bulk heterojunction‐polymer solar cells. These properties were investigated using photocurrent‐ and light intensity‐dependent measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 研究了室温下间苯二酚和甲基乙烯基酮分别与β-环糊精( β-CD)形成包结物后的几种不同固相反应,结果表明包结物A(间苯二酚/β-CD)与包结物B(甲基乙烯基酮/β-CD)反应能够很好地得到目的产物,产率及ee值分别为82.8%和78.4%;间苯二酚与包结物B反应仅得到低光学活性产物(ee值为19.5%);包结物A与甲基乙烯基酮反应却没有得到手性目的产物。以熔点、X-粉末衍射、固相核磁碳谱及ROESY多种方法对所形成的包结物进行了表征,包结物中主客体的比例(1:1)通过1H NMR (400 MHz)得以确定,文章对固相环加成反应的机制也进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

A structurally novel compound was isolated as the main product of tandem Pechmann–dehydration between diethyl 4‐hydroxy‐4‐methyl‐2‐(4′‐nitrophenyl)‐6‐oxocyclohexane‐1,3‐dicarboxylate ( 1 ) and resorcinol in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid. The structure of the product was determined as a racemate of (7R,8R)‐ and (7S,8S)‐ethyl 7,8‐dihydro‐3‐hydroxy‐9‐methyl‐7‐(4′‐nitrophenyl)‐6H‐dibenzo[c]‐pyran‐6‐one‐8‐carboxylate ( 3a ) enantiomers by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The X‐ray crystal structure revealed that 3a possesses an extended and more stable conjugated aromatic system as a consequence of the stereoselectivity of intramolecular dehydration behavior of Pechmann condensation product 2 . In the crystal superstructure, the (7R,8R)‐ and (7S,8S)‐isomers of 3a respectively self‐assembled into left‐ and right‐handed supramolecular helical chains with a channel size of 3.70 Å × 10.20 Å in virtue of intermolecular hydrogen bonding together with dramatic twisting between carboxylate group at C8 and tricyclic ring framework of 3a , which are then arranged alternatively along the b‐axis direction with a pitch length of 7.894 Å.  相似文献

A series of 2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐(5′‐R‐hetarylidene)‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐diones has been synthesized for examing a structure–activity relationship. Furyl and thienyl derivatives of Meldrum's acid possess neurotropic activity comprising both depriming and activating components. Comparison of acute toxicity of carbon, silicon and germanium analogues in the furan series of the compounds has demonstrated that the germanium derivative is 11.5 times less toxic than the carbon analogue and four times less toxic than the silicon derivative. 2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐(5′‐triethylsilyl‐2′‐thenylidene)‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione has moderate toxicity with the highest neurotropic and cytotoxic activity Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A convenient procedure for the preparation of carbamate derivatives of 5‐oxo‐2,5‐dihydrofuran ( 3 ) was described. The method is based on the Michael type addition of three alkyl carbamates ( 2 ) with 4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐2,3‐furandione ( 1 ). According to 1H nmr spectra of compounds show tautomeric forms ( 3,4,5 ) in CDC13. In the solid state the synthesized compounds are enol forms ( 3 ). The products were characterized with molecular spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Novel 2‐alkyl/arylcarbamato‐6‐(1,1‐dimethylethyl)‐3‐cyclohexyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,3,2‐benzoxaza‐phosphorine‐2‐oxides ( IV ) have been synthesized from reactions of 2‐cyclohexylaminomethyl‐4‐t‐butylphenol I [8c] with various dichlorophosphinyl carbamates ( III ) [8a‐b] in dry toluene in the presence of triethylamine at 40‐50 °C. All the title compounds ( IVa‐j ) at reflux temperature are degraded to 2‐amino‐6‐(1,1‐dimethylethyl)‐3‐cyclohexyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,3,2‐benzoxazaphosphorine‐2‐oxide ( IVk ) exclusively. The structures are determined by ir, nmr and mass spectral studies. They were screened for antifungal activity against Penicillium notatum, Aspergillus niger and Helminthosporium sps, and antibacterial activity on Escherchia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A simple synthesis of N2‐alkyl‐N3‐[2‐(1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)aryl]benzofuran‐2,3‐diamines 5 via a one‐pot four‐component reaction is described (Scheme 1). A mixture of N‐(isocyanoimino)triphenylphosphorane ( 1 ), a 2‐aminobenzoic acid 2 , a 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde 3 , and an isocyanide 4 in absolute EtOH at room temperature undergoes a smooth reaction to afford 5 in excellent yields (Table).  相似文献

15‐Cyano‐12‐oxopentadecano‐15‐lactone was synthesized in 59% total yield starting from 2‐nitrocyclododecanone by Michael addition to acrylaldehyde, followed by reaction with trimethylsilylcyanide, hydrolysis, ring‐expansion, and Nef reaction. A two‐step, one‐pot synthesis of intermediate 2‐hydroxy‐4‐(1‐nitro‐2‐oxycyclododecyl)butanenitrile from 3‐(1‐nitro‐2‐oxocyclododecyl)propanal was developed and the conditions for the Nef reaction were studied. 15‐Cyano‐12‐oxopentadecano‐15‐lactam was synthesized in 40% total yield starting from 2‐nitrocyclododecanone by Michael addition to acrylaldehyde, followed by Strecker reaction, ring‐expansion, and Nef reaction. The conditions for the Strecker and Nef reactions were studied. The structures of the target compounds, intermediates, and by‐product were characterized by IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and elemental analysis or MS.  相似文献

Methyl 2‐benzamido‐4‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐5‐methylbenzoate, C24H23NO5, (Ia), and N‐{5‐benzoyl‐2‐[(Z)‐2‐methoxyethenyl]‐4‐methylphenyl}benzamide, C24H21NO3, (IIa), were formed via a Diels–Alder reaction of appropriately substituted 2H‐pyran‐2‐ones and methyl propiolate or (Z)‐1‐methoxybut‐1‐en‐3‐yne, respectively. Each of these cycloadditions might yield two different regioisomers, but just one was obtained in each case. In (Ia), an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond closes a six‐membered ring. A chain is formed due to aromatic π–π interactions, and a three‐dimensional framework structure is formed by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. Compound (IIa) was formed not only regioselectively but also chemoselectively, with just the triple bond reacting and the double bond remaining unchanged. Compound (IIa) crystallizes as N—H...O hydrogen‐bonded dimers stabilized by aromatic π–π interactions. Dimers of (IIa) are connected into a chain by weak C—H...π(arene) interactions.  相似文献

The dipharmacophore compound 3‐cyclopropyl‐5‐(2‐hydrazinylpyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,2,4‐oxadiazole, C10H11N5O, was studied on the assumption of its potential biological activity. Two concomitant polymorphs were obtained on crystallization from isopropanol solution and these were thoroughly studied. Identical conformations of the molecules are found in both structures despite the low difference in energy between the four possible conformers. The two polymorphs differ crucially with respect to their crystal structures. A centrosymmetric dimer formed due to both stacking interactions of the `head‐to‐tail' type and N—H…N(π) hydrogen bonds is the building unit in the triclinic structure. The dimeric building units form an isotropic packing. In the orthorhombic polymorphic structure, the molecules form stacking interactions of the `head‐to‐head' type, which results in their organization in a column as the primary basic structural motif. The formation of N—H…N(lone pair) hydrogen bonds between two neighbouring columns allows the formation of a double column as the main structural motif. The correct packing motifs in the two polymorphs could not be identified without calculations of the pairwise interaction energies. The triclinic structure has a higher density and a lower (by 0.60 kcal mol?1) lattice energy according to periodic calculations compared to the orthorhombic structure. This allows us to presume that the triclinic form of 3‐cyclopropyl‐5‐(2‐hydrazinylpyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,2,4‐oxadiazole is the more stable.  相似文献
