本文提出了一种可用于研究压剪复合加载下,材料动态力学性能的实验装置;该装置主要是基于 Hopkinson 压杆,通过添加一个带倾斜端面的垫块,实现压剪复合加载。本文分析了该实验装置的基本数据处理方法,并利用有限元分析验证了此分析方法的可行性;然后利用该装置对常规金属材料进行了相同冲击速度,不同倾斜角度(分别为 0、30、45 度)下的一系列实验。实验结果表明,该装置能实现压剪复合加载,并且能得到材料的动态屈服面,为研究材料在复杂应力状态下的动态力学性能提供了新的实验方法。  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于Hopkinson杆实验技术的在102~103s-1高应变率下实现压剪复合加载的实验装置,并给出了相应的理论分析和数值模拟。为了获取材料在复杂应力下的本构关系,借助斜飞片冲击实验的思想,对Hopkinson杆进行改造,将入射杆的末端改进为截锥形,以便在试样中同时产生压缩和剪切应力。利用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对试样中的应力波传播进行模拟计算,并利用改进装置进行了初步实验。计算和分析结果表明,利用所设计的装置可以实现对试样的动态压剪复合加载,获得材料在高应变率复杂应力加载下的本构响应,进而建立材料在复杂应力状态下本构行为的描述。  相似文献

为研究高地应力下再受动力扰动的岩石力学特性,利用改进的岩石动静组合加载SHPB试验装置,对红砂岩进行一维预应力状态下岩石的冲击力学特性试验。选取4个轴压水平,进行不同应变率下的动加载试验。研究结果表明:不同应变率下,岩样在破坏阶段出现"峰后塑性"、"应力跌落"、"应变回弹"三种类型,岩样的割线模量随轴压的增大先增大后减小;相同轴压下,岩样的动态抗压强度和单位体积吸收能随着应变率的增大而增大,分别呈现出指数函数关系和线性关系;相同应变率下,岩样的动态抗压强度和单位体积吸收能随着轴压的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势;无轴压条件下,岩样为拉伸破坏模式,有轴压条件下,岩样为剪切破坏模式。  相似文献

介绍了利用Φ74mm SHPB试验装置进行花岗岩的动态压缩试验和动态劈裂拉伸试验的结果。通过试验获得了花岗岩在100s-1~102s-1应变率加载时的动态力学参数。同时,对试件内的动态应力分布进行了数值模拟,验证了动态试验的有效性。试验结果表明,花岗岩的动态压缩和动态劈裂拉伸的力学性能表现出显著的应变率效应。随着应变率的增加,其冲击压缩破坏应力、冲击压缩破坏应变、弹性模量、冲击压缩应变能密度和动态劈裂拉伸破坏强度均有一定程度的增加。  相似文献

运用一维应力波理论,分析了弹性应力波在分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)实验中的传播过程,推导出试件和压杆中应力分布相关计算公式。探讨了有关因素对试件应力平衡时间的影响规律,发现试件应力平衡时间受试件/压杆广义波阻抗比和入射加载升时的影响显著,而不受试件/压杆截面积比和入射加载应力幅值的影响。结合岩石SHPB实验,计算分析了不同入射加载应力幅值在不同入射加载升时情况下,试件达到应力平衡时的应变变化特征,并提出了降低试件在应力平衡时的应变控制方法,使试件在未达到断裂应变之前达到应力平衡,以保证实验的有效性。得出的结论对岩石类脆性材料SHPB实验方案设计具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

自20世纪70年代末发明压剪炮以来, 压剪复合冲击加载实验技术和诊断技术有了长足进展, 应用也日益广泛.由于压剪联合加载波直接反映了材料的动态剪切特性, 对于认识材料的屈服、损伤演化、失效、相变、界面滑移等动态行为和机理, 构筑更全面的本构模型能够提供必要的附加信息.本文主要讨论气炮实验中压剪复合应力波的产生方式, 诊断技术, 以及在压剪复合塑性波和动高压本构模型、聚合物压剪冲击行为、剪切波跟踪法(SWT)和水泥基复合材料的损伤和失效、界面动摩擦行为、冲击相变、动态损伤和断裂等方面的研究与应用进展.   相似文献

基于分离式Hopkinson压杆系统提出一套Hopkinson束杆装置,研究水泥砂浆节理面在压剪复合加载下的动态界面滑移特性。应用三根小杆作为接收杆,分别采用单杆和三杆两种入射方式,对含有节理面的水泥砂浆试件进行冲击加载。在节理面发生滑动时,由三根接收杆测试得到水泥砂浆试件不同位置滑移状态,进而得出节理面的整体滑移速度。此研究初步揭示了节理面在发生滑移时的局部滑移状态以及整体滑移状态,为节理面的动摩擦特性研究提供了较可靠的实验技术。  相似文献

本文提出一种基于高速摄像和数字图像相关方法(DIC)的分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)测量技术,从而实现试件应变和两端应力的同步测量。即在与试件接触的输入输出杆两端制作散斑,通过高速摄像获取SHPB实验过程中的散斑变形图像,由DIC测得各时刻试件的应变、输入输出杆端的应变(可直接换算为试件两端的应力)。由于试件和杆端的应变都是从同一张高速摄影的图像上分析得到的,因此它们是同步的。应用该方法对钢纤维混凝土试件的SHPB试验进行了测量,测量结果与传统应变片测量结果吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。该技术不仅实现了SHPB实验中试件应变和应力的同步测量,还将有助于直接检验各材料在SHPB实验中试件两端的力在实验过程中是否平衡。  相似文献

利用加装了自行研制的半导体高低温调控装置的特别加长的分离式Hopkinson杆,对三元乙丙橡胶在变温度(233K~323K)、变应变率(1.8×103/s~3×103/s)条件下进行力学性能实验.为贴近军事装备相关的自然环境要求,分别测定和拟合了三元乙丙橡胶在各个相同温度条件下不同应变率以及各个相同应变率条件下不同温度的应力-应变曲线.结果表明:三元乙丙橡胶的力学性能受温度和应变率影响明显,其刚度随着应变率的增加而增加,其柔性随着温度的增加而增强.温度和应变率对其力学性能的影响有一定的等效性.文中给出了三元乙丙橡胶材料高应变率条件下由橡胶态向玻璃态转变的温度值.  相似文献

压剪复合冲击下氧化铝陶瓷的剪切响应实验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过对92.93%氧化铝陶瓷进行倾斜板碰撞实验,研究了多晶陶瓷材料在压剪复合冲击下的非弹性变形响应和剪切波传播规律。压剪复合冲击实验由57 mm开槽气体炮驱动铜飞片对陶瓷靶板加载,通过试件内埋植的电磁速度计来测量内部质点速度历程。将纵向粒子速度从感应电动势曲线中分离后得到横向粒子速度历程,发现在压剪复合冲击下由于材料剪切刚度的降低而引起的剪切波衰减。冲击软回收试件的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察表明,冲击载荷低于屈服强度时,多晶氧化铝陶瓷中存在沿晶界、气孔的微裂纹成核与扩展,在高于屈服强度的冲击加载下进一步产生了穿晶微裂纹,微裂纹系统导致了材料在卸载后的显著的体积膨胀。  相似文献

Due to large sidewall and bead thicknesses, multi-piece rims are necessary for use with large off-the-road (OTR) tyres. This paper presents the testing protocol and observed load/deflection and vertical/sidewall deflection characteristics of three Goodyear OTR tyre assemblies, namely, (1) a radial 29.5R29 (2) a bias-ply 29.5-29, and (3) a bias-ply 26.5-26. Localized tyre deformations and rim displacements were measured using optical displacement transducers and post-processing high-speed camera images using digital image analysis software. A validation analysis illustrated a maximum difference of 4.05% of vertical wheel displacements between the aforementioned methods. Quasi-static tests show the maximum values of vertical rim displacement and lateral tyre deflection are in the range of 72.2–78.9 mm and 23.3–27.1 mm, respectively, for a severe excitation condition. Differences ranging from 0.2% to 21.5% for maximum vertical and lateral tyre deflections were found between static load tests and engineering data provided by the tyre manufacturer. Linear relationships were observed for both vertical wheel displacement and lateral tyre deflection versus load for all tests. This study demonstrates a thorough methodology to study deflection characteristics of heavy duty OTR tyres and the collected data could be very useful in the development of numerical models of wheel and tyre assemblies for mining vehicles.  相似文献

为了研究不同应力状态和应变率条件下镁合金MB2的拉伸破坏行为,利用材料试验机和分离式Hopkinson拉杆(SHTB),对镁合金MB2的光滑及缺口圆柱试件进行了动静态拉伸加载;拟合得到了镁合金MB2的动静态拉伸本构关系,建立了其修正的Johnson-Cook失效破坏准则,并对不同试件的拉伸破坏行为进行了数值模拟;利用SEM对宏观破坏模式对应的微观损伤机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着应力三轴度的增加,镁合金MB2的等效破坏应变先增大后减小,宏观破坏模式由剪切转为正拉断,微观损伤机制由混合断裂转变为韧窝断裂;而随着应变率的增加,等效破坏应变不断减小,破坏模式不发生改变。Johnson-Cook本构关系和修正后的Johnson-Cook失效破坏准则能较好地拟合动态静态拉伸实验结果并预测不同试件的杯锥形破坏特征。

Consider an initially straight rod of circular cross section bent into a circular ring so that the cross sections of the two ends meet face to face. In this paper we study, theoretically and experimentally, the behavior of the ring as the relative rotation between the two end cross sections increases quasi-statically. The variables of interest are the relative rotation angle and the corresponding twisting moment. In theoretical aspect the ring is modeled as an elastica and its deformation is calculated by shooting method. It is found that a ring with dimensionless rod radius 0.001 jumps to a two-point self-contact deformation when the relative rotation angle reaches a critical value. As the rotation angle continues to increase, the deformation evolves smoothly to three-point contact and finally to point-line-point contact. In the experiment we build a simple device to control the relative rotation angle between the two end cross sections. Measurements of twisting moment and relative rotation angle are recorded and compared with theoretical prediction. Reasonable agreement between experiment and theory is observed. Especially the jump phenomenon is confirmed. Installation misalignment and plastic deformation of the rod are the main causes of discrepancy between theory and experiment.  相似文献

The experimentally observed nonlinear response and path-dependent failure are discussed in terms of material nonlinearities at the ply level and first-ply failure loads with the help of an analytical model. 在水平激励作用下,钢管螺旋锚基础-土的动力相互作用具有明显的非线性特性。基于自制的锚土动力相互作用模型试验系统,对砂土中不同锚体几何结构的钢管螺旋锚的水平振动响应特性进行了研究,具体分析了螺旋锚长径比(L/D)、叶片距宽比(S/D0)、叶片外伸比(D0/D)、不同荷载幅值(F0)和振动频率(f)等对螺旋锚水平动力响应特性的影响,并与直桩进行了对比分析。通过研究螺旋锚周围土体的应力扩散,讨论了水平动力荷载作用下螺旋锚-土的相互作用规律。研究结果表明:长径比(L/D)是影响直桩和螺旋锚水平动力响应特性的重要因素;在锚径相同的条件下,锚土系统的共振频率随锚体长径比的增加而减小,随叶片外伸比的增加而增加,但对叶片距宽比相对不敏感;在锚体几何结构相同的前提下,激振荷载幅值越大,直桩土系统的共振频率越小,但激振荷载幅值对螺旋锚土系统共振频率的影响相对较小。  相似文献

The behaviour of a self-piercing riveted connection was investigated experimentally and numerically. An extensive experimental programme was conducted on elementary riveted joints in aluminium alloy AA6060 in two different tempers, T4 and T6. The experimental programme was focused on the influence of important model parameters such as thickness of the plates, geometry of the specimens, material properties of the plates and loading conditions. An accurate 3D numerical model of different types of riveted connections subjected to various loading conditions was generated based on the results of the numerical simulation of the riveting process. A new algorithm was generated in order to transfer all the information from the 2D numerical model of the riveting process to the 3D numerical model of the connection. Thus, the 3D model was initialized with the proper deformed shape and the current post-riveting stress–strain state. The residual stresses and the local changes in material properties due to the riveting process were an important factor in order to get the correct structural behaviour of the model. The simulations have been carried out using the explicit finite element code LS-DYNA. The model was validated against the experimental results in order to get the correct deformation modes and the force–displacement characteristics. The numerical force–displacement curves fitted the experimental ones with reasonable accuracy. Furthermore, the model seemed to be able to describe the correct structural behaviour and thus the failure mechanisms of the self-piercing riveted connections.  相似文献
