肝豆状核变性病人24小时尿铜含量的测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用原子吸光法测定了肝豆状核变性病人组的健康人和对照组24小时尿铜的含量。统计结果表明,肝豆状核变性病人组与健康人对照组24小时尿铜含量有极显著差异(P〈0.01),由此可探讨铜在体内的浓度与疾病的关系,为临床上诊断肝豆状核变性病提供重要的诊断指标。  相似文献

为了解肝豆状核变性患者头发微量元素的含量,以及微量元素与肝豆状核变性病的关系,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计分别测定了患者和健康者头发的铜、锌、钙、铁的含量。结果表明,患病组头发与健康头发铜、锌、铁含量均在正常范围,无显著性差异(P〉0.05),而患者头发钙含量明显低于健康组头发含量,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。可见患者发铜、锌、铁含量测定对肝豆状核变性病临床诊断没有意义,而发钙与肝豆状核变性病有密切关系,能反映患者体内钙代谢情况,提示患者排铜治疗的同时应及时补钙。  相似文献

为了解广州市中草药中铜、锌的含量 ,指导肝豆状核变性病患者合理服用中草药 ,在广州市主要中草药市场采样 ,应用火焰原子吸收法测定其铜、锌的含量。结果表明 ,所测中草药中铜的含量范围为 0 5 2~ 1 0 45mg/kg,锌的含量范围为 0 0 0~ 3 5 77mg/kg。提示广州地区川芎、北芪铜含量最高 ,肝豆状核变性病患者应减量服用 ;建议服用锌高铜低的半夏、玉竹、生地、杜仲  相似文献

1 引言 研究资料表明,恶性肿瘤会导致人体血清铜升高.铜离子具有促氧化作用,造成细胞DNA损伤,进而使细胞癌变.肝豆状核变性患者由于体内血清铜蓝蛋白结合铜离子能力差,从而导致血中游离Cu增多,以致引起体内器官蓄积浓度增加,对脏器造成损害,导致神经系统或精神的异常.所以,了解非蛋白结合铜水平可以帮助人们获得不同疾病患者不同形态铜在体内更多的信息,加深对铜代谢异常机制的了解.  相似文献

检测了30例慢性活动性肝炎患者、30例肝硬化患者、30例亚临床肝性脑病患者血清中的铜、锌含量,并与正常对照组进行比较分析,探讨了微量元素铜、锌的血清含量改变及其影响因素,分析其临床意义。结果表明体内的铜锌含量与肝脏功能有密切的关系。在慢性活动性肝炎时,虽然肝脏功能有一定的损害,但由于肝脏的代偿能力强,铜,锌含量仍可保持在正常水平,而在肝硬化、亚临床肝性脑病时,铜锌明显降低,而铜锌含量的降低又导致机  相似文献

对临床、病理、放射线或CT检查确诊的82名癌肿患者,在放疗前后和对42名健康人进行了微量元素铁、锌、铜、锰、硒,铬、钴、镍的分析。研究结果显示:1.癌肿患者血清铜、镍、锰、铬、钴的含量比健康人高,而血清锌、铁、硒的含量却比健康人低;2.血清Cu/Zn、Cr/Zn、Co/Zn、Ni/Zn的比值癌肿患者均比健康人高,而Fe、Zn、Se/Zn的比值却相反。因此,可根据血清铜升高、血清锌降低,血清铜/锌比值升高的特点。用于癌肿的早期诊断;3.癌肿患者放疔后血清铁、锌含量进一步下降,铜、锰、铬的含量也出现降低,唯有硒的含量有所上升。因此,放疗时应注意补充铁、锌、铜元素。  相似文献

报道了以235名健康小儿的血清锌、铜正常参考值及铜/锌比值作依据,对538名本地区集体儿童进行了调查.对240例不同病种患儿的血清锌、铜含量测定,并进行了分析;对G6PD、GSH-PX、AKP醇活性与微量元素含量的关系进行了相关性比较;对微量元素锌缺乏症的患儿进行了临床治疗观察;对微量元素缺乏症的防治进行了讨论.  相似文献

报告1986年12月~1989年3月间,用极谱法检测了胃癌患者54例血清中锌、铜、钼、铬和硒等5种微量元素的含量,同时与83名正常人和18例胃良性疾病患者进行比较。结果分析发现,胃癌患者血清锌和硒的含量较正常人明显降低(P<0,01及P<0.05);而血清铜及铜/锌比值较正常人非常显著升高(P<0.01);血清钼和铬的变化与正常人差别不大(P>0.05),结合文献对上述变化的原因、因果关系及意义进行了初步讨论。另总结观察了15例已行根治性胃大部切除后一年的患者血清锌、铜和硒的变化。发现其含量有较大变化并已接近于正常人的水平,就此提出了用术后各元素值的动态变化作为判断预后的设想。  相似文献

通过对117例糖尿病人血清及尿液分析:发现血清中铜、铁、锌、镁四元素明显低于正常人对照组,差异极为显著(P<0.001);尿中24小时排出总量除铁元素无差异外,其他三元素都明显高于正常人对照组(P<0.001)。铜、锌的排出总量是正常人2倍以上,伴随糖尿病增加重随之进一步增加,而血清中铜、锌的含量却随之进一步减少,呈负相关趋势.进而又加重了体内微量元素的缺乏.铜、锌是人体多种酶数的辅基成份或激活因子,对丘脑至靶器官等各级内分泌组组分泌激素有着重要的作用.在常规治疗中补充铜、锌营养对促进糖尿病患者的康复有重要的作用.  相似文献

除血浆之外,尿液是另一种寻找潜在生物标志物的重要生物材料。本研究以200000×g超速离心法分离正常人和非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者尿液中的Exosomes,运用1DSDS-PAGE对Exosomes蛋白质组进行分组,从电泳胶上切取正常组和疾病组的20~31kDa条带,胰蛋白酶酶解后,进行HPLC-CHIP-MS/MS分析,并通过UniProtKB/SWISS-PORT数据库搜索鉴定了24种蛋白质,其中在NSCLC患者尿液Exosomes蛋白质组中发现了8种差异表达蛋白,包括免疫球蛋白κ的3个片段、2种Ras相关蛋白、谷胱甘肽S转移酶A2、血清淀粉样P成分前体和磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白1。  相似文献

The knowledge of copper (Cu) distribution in blood contributes to a better understanding of copper metabolism and to a better approach and follow up of related diseases such as Wilson’s disease (WD). Many tests can be used to investigate patients who may have WD but they show many drawbacks and do not allow real patient monitoring. Knowing that the Cu overload can result from the free and easily exchangeable form of copper in plasma, a two-step method (ultrafiltration–determination by ETAAS) was carried out to determine these two fractions. The ultrafiltration procedure and the instrumental determination showed good repeatability, and a very low limit of detection was obtained (0.7 nmol/L). In vitro stability of both ultrafiltrable copper (CuUF) and exchangeable copper (CuEXC) was studied. Plasma was ultrafiltered in 44 presumably healthy subjects to determine CuUF and CuEXC and to set reference values ranges. The method was applied on a few patients showing good correlation between both parameters and the clinical and biological features of the patients. An endemic peripheral vascular disorder resulting in gangrene of the lower extremities, especially of the feet, is called 'Blackfoot disease (BFD)'. Clinically, the symptoms and signs of Blackfoot disease are similar to those of Buerger's disease. In this study, the objective is to examine the amount of arsenic, mercury, zinc, lead, and selenium in urine samples from BFD patients. After pre-treatment with acids, the samples were digested by means of a microwave oven. The determination of arsenic mercury, zinc, lead and selenium were by hydride atomic absorption spectrometry (HAAS), cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CVAAS), flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), graphite furnace absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), respectively. The results indicated that urinary arsenic, mercury and lead of the BFD patients were significantly higher than those of the normal controls, while urinary zinc and selenium were significantly lower than those of the normal controls. The possibility that these elements are involved in the etiology of diseases is discussed.  相似文献

Capillary gas chromatography of amino acid derivatives obtained from biological material shows a large number of previously unknown constituents. The profiles of amino acids obtained from urine of healthy individuals and haemofiltrate of uraemic patients indicate that haemofiltration removes some amino acids to a considerably higher extent from uraemic patients than the kidney does from healthy persons. For instance, if haemofiltration is required three times a week, an approximately ten-fold amount of the essential amino acid methionine and a forty-fold amount of the essential amino acid leucine is lost compared to their excretion in urine by a healthy individual over the same period.  相似文献

自从1972年Babb等提出中分子假说以来,人们做了很多努力去分离鉴定尿毒症中分子毒性物质.Chu等通过凝胶色谱和离子交换色谱发现来自尿毒症患者血清和正常人尿液的A-3亚峰物质均含有6种成分,分子量分别为839.69,873.69,1007.94,1106.67,1680.28和2015.16.该组分在病人尿液中明显缺失,说明A-3亚峰物质可能是正常人通过尿液排出,肾衰病人难以通过尿液排出,导致在体内积累的物质;  相似文献

测定了健康正常分娩的产妇49例的母血,脐带血和正常未孕妇女50例的血清铜,锌含量,结果表明,分娩期母血清中铜,锌,铜/锌比值低于未际妇女,有显著差别,铜未见差别,母血清中铜与铜/锌比值均高于脐血清中值,有显著差别,母血清中锌明显低于及早血清中值并有显著差别,分娩期血清中铜,锌值与胎儿体重关系无显著差异;胎膜早破与非胎膜早破无妊娠合并症者血清中铜,锌未发现差别,提示妊娠母亲血清中微量元素锌,铜与胎儿的生长发育有关。  相似文献

Urine is a human biofluid that is widely used for metabolomics research on disease biomarker discovery.Ideally,the metabolome profiles generated from comparative groups of individuals should mainly consist of the endogenous human metabolites that reflect the healthy states of the individuals.However,external factors,such as diet,may alter the urine metabolome profile by either introducing a significant amount or variety of exogenous metabolites to urine or inducing changes of the metabolome profile.Thus,strict control of the external factors during the sample collection process is critical for urine metabolomics aimed at discovery of disease biomarkers.In this work,we describe a study to determine the effect of drinking Goji tea,which is considered a nutritional supplement drink in some regions of the world,on urine metabolome profile.The purpose of this work is not to determine the nutritional values of Goji tea,but to investigate whether drinking a moderate amount of Goji tea 1-3 h(short-term effect)or 12 h(longer-term effect)before urine collection can cause significant variations of urine metabolome profiles.A highly sensitive dansylation isotope labeling liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method was used to determine the urine metabolomes before and after drinking Goji tea.From the studies of the short term(<3 h)and longer term(12 h)effects of drinking Goji tea,it is clear that the consumption of a moderate amount of Goji tea does not affect the urine metabolome significantly.Fasting for 12 h should be sufficient to remove any potential interference of Goji metabolites from the human urine metabolome profile.  相似文献
