通过求解D2分子在飞秒激光场中的含时薛定谔方程,研究了室温下D2分子在超快飞秒激光驱动下的的转动波包动力学. 选择用第一束超短飞秒脉冲与温度为300 K的D2分子系综相互作用产生一个相干转动波包,用第二束超短飞秒脉冲在波包的1/4和3/4恢复周期选择操纵D2分子取向. 研究结果表明,通过选择两束超短飞秒脉冲的延迟时间,可以有效控制D2分子转动波包中奇偶态的相对布居,从而选择性的控制D2分子取向. 相似文献

应用不对称性参量对周期量级强激光脉冲下原子电离分布的反演不对称性进行了定量分析.采用非微扰的散射理论解析方法和三个激光模式模拟超短脉冲,研究不对称性参量随激光强度、包络位相和脉冲宽度的变化.计算表明,这种不对称性是随着波包的绝对位相以正弦形式变化而变化,其最大不对称程度依赖于脉冲强度和脉冲宽度.随着激光强度的提高,不对称性参量是先降低到最小值然后增加.对脉冲宽度相对长、有几个周期量级的高强度激光,其不对称性具有显著的特点.因此,提高脉冲强度有助于对包络绝对位相变化的观察. 相似文献

用数值求解含时薛定谔方程的方法研究了线偏振周期量级激光场中氢负离子光解离的不对称性.通过计算随载波-包络(CE)相位变化的光电子不对称参数,证实光电子分布的不对称性存在于氢负离子光解离过程中.在相同条件下,氢负离子最大不对称参数与氢原子的相等,而与之相应的CE相位却不相同,从而呈现出CE相位的移动.通过比较氢原子和无外场电子发现这种相位的移动敏锐受到库仑场的影响.进一步计算了在这些特殊CE相位上的瞬时电离率直观地呈现出周期量级脉冲光解离的不对称性. 相似文献

Enhancement spectra of the collision-induced absorption (CIA) in the first overtone region 5000-7000 cm−1 of D2 in D2-N2 were studied at 298 K for a base density of D2 of 73 amagat and for partial densities of N2 in the range 150-370 amagat. The observed spectra were modeled with a total of 1176 components of double vibrational transitions. Binary and ternary absorption coefficients were determined from the integrated absorption of the band. Profile analysis of the spectra was carried out using the Birnbaum-Cohen line-shape function for the individual components of the band, and characteristic line-shape parameters were determined from the analysis. Good agreement was obtained between the experimental and calculated spectral profiles. 相似文献

The erosion/sputtering of D2 films on an Au-substrate by 2 keV electrons is roughly inversely proportional to film thicknesses below ≈650 Å. The erosion yield decreases from 200 atoms/electron at 25 Å to 7.8 ± 0.5 for “bulk” targets. The thickness dependent region is apparently unrelated to the penetration depth of the electrons. 相似文献

A pulsed Nd:YAG laser at 355nm is used to pump Raman cell filled with D_2, D_2/Ar and D_2/He. With adequately adjusted parameters, the maximum photon conversion efficiency of the first-order Stokes light (S_1, 396.796nm) reaches 33.33% in D_2/Ar and the stability of S_1 in pure D_2 is fairly high, the energy drift being less than 10% when the pump energy drifts in the range of 5%. The conversion efficiency and stability, which are functions of the composition and pressure of the Raman medium and the energy of pump laser, are investigated. The result has been used to optimize the laser transmitter system for a differential absorption lidar system to measure NO_2 concentration profiles. 相似文献

Constructing two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals heterostructures (vdWHs) can expand the electronic and optoelectronic applications of 2D semiconductors. However, the work on the 2D vdWHs with robust band alignment is still scarce. Here, we employ a global structure search approach to construct the vdWHs with monolayer MoSi2N4 and wide-bandgap GeO2. The studies show that the GeO2/MoSi2N4 vdWHs have the characteristics of direct structures with the band gap of 0.946 eV and type-II band alignment with GeO2 and MoSi2N4 layers as the conduction band minimum (CBM) and valence band maximum (VBM), respectively. Also, the direct-to-indirect band gap transition can be achieved by applying biaxial strain. In particular, the 2D GeO2/MoSi2N4 vdWHs show a robust type-II band alignment under the effects of biaxial strain, interlayer distance and external electric field. The results provide a route to realize the robust type-II band alignment vdWHs, which is helpful for the implementation of optoelectronic nanodevices with stable characteristics. 相似文献

Composite coating of Ni-Co/Al2O3 was deposited in Ce2(SO4)3 containing electrolyte by pulse reverse current (PRC) method. The effect of Ce2(SO4)3 in electrolyte on morphology, microstructure, composition, micro-hardness and residual macrostress of composite coating was investigated. The results indicates that with addition of Ce2(SO4)3 in electrolyte, the composite coating becomes uniform, compact and possesses finer grains, the composite content of Al2O3 is enhanced, the micro-hardness of composite coating is improved, while the residual macrostress is decreased. 相似文献

The infrared spectrum of ν2 of D2S was recorded from 740 to 1100 cm?1 on the University of Denver 50-cm FTIR spectrometer system. We have assigned 655 transitions from D232S and 129 from D234S, and have analyzed them using Watson's A-reduced Hamiltonian evaluated in the Ir representation. We used the recently published D232S and D234S ground state Hamiltonian constants [C. Camy-Peyret, J. M. Flaud, L. Lechuga-Fossat and J. W. C. Johns, J. Mol. Spectrosc.109, 300–333 (1985)]. Upper state Hamiltonian constants were obtained from a fit of the ν2 transitions, keeping the ground state constants fixed while varying the upper state constants. The standard deviation of the D232S ν2 fit is 0.0025 cm?1. The standard deviation of the D234S ν2 fit is 0.0041 cm?1. 相似文献

Simultaneous frequency up and down conversion using a biharmonically pumped parametric Raman laser (PRL) based on a KGd(WO4)2 (KGW) crystal has been demonstrated experimentally. Collimated beams have been generated for both the 1st anti-Stokes (1AS) at 511 nm and 2nd Stokes (2S) at 579 nm by four-wave parametric Raman interaction. To excite PRL biharmonically, we pumped the KGW crystal with 20 ps pulses at the fundamental 530 nm and its 1st Stokes component at 555 nm. The 1st Stokes pump beam was generated using stimulated Raman scattering in a separate KGW Raman oscillator. The energy conversion efficiencies reached experimentally were 10% for the 2S and 4% for the 1AS. 相似文献

Biological cells stick together via transmembrane proteins, which are linked to receptor molecules of the extracellular matrix (ECM). This specific biochemical adhesion plays a leading role in many cellular processes, among them cell differentiation, morphogenesis, and wound healing. Various medical applications require endogen cells to bind to an exogene substrate as in the case of an implant. Coatings with proteins that naturally belong to the ECM are known to enhance the cell adhesion. However, the choice of inorganic materials, which promote cell adhesion, is limited. Here, we report on a new engineered surface composed of Al/Al2O3 bi-phasic nanowires (NWs), which promotes the adhesion of fibroblast cells. Fibroblasts grow well on this inorganic layer and keep proliferating. Using the cell monolayer rheology (CMR) technique, we show that the adhesion of fibroblasts on Al/Al2O3 NWs is comparable to fibronectin coated surfaces. To our knowledge, this is one of the strongest cell adhesions on an inorganic surface, which has been reported on so far, since it compares to bio-organic layers such as fibronectin. 相似文献

The effects of isotopic variants on stereodynamic properties for the title reactions have been investigated using a quasi-classical trajectory method based on the first excited state NH2(I^2A') potential energy surface [Li Y Q and Varandas A J C 2010 J. Phys. Chem. A 114 9644]. The forward–backward symmetry scattering of the differential cross section can be observed, which demonstrates that all these reactions follow the insertion mechanism. Three angle distribution functions P(θr), P(φr), and P(θr, φr) with different collision energies and target molecules H2/D2/T2 are calculated. It is shown that the product rotational angular momentum is not only aligned, but also oriented along the direction perpendicular to the scattering plane. The title reaction is mainly governed by the "in-plane" mechanism through the calculated distribution function P(θr, φr). The observable influences on the rotational polarization of the product by the isotopic substitution of H/D/T can be demonstrated. 相似文献
