STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF BIDENS BIPINNATA A NEW POLYACETYLENE GLYCOSIDE

A new naturally occurring compound 1-polyacetylene glycoside has been isolated form the n- butanol soluble fraction of the leaves of Bidens bipinnata. The chemical structure of 1 was shown to be 3E, 11E—Diethenylene 5. 7. 9—triacetylene, 1, 13—tridecanglycol-2-O-β-D-glycoside named bipinnatpolyacetyloside according to spectral analyses of UV. IR. FDMS, ~1H-NMR, ~H-~H COSY, ~(13)C-NMR and DEPT.     

STRUCTURE OF A Cu (Ⅱ) COMPLEX WITH MIXED LIGANDS, DIETHYLENETRIAMINE ETH YLENEDIAMINE COPPER (Ⅱ) DIPERCHLORATE

<正> CuC6H21N5O8Cl2, Mr = 425. 5, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 8. 418 (2), b = 14.450(4), c= 12. 940(3)A, β=98. 13(2)% V = 1572. 9A3,Z = 4, Dx= 1. 797g. cm-3,μ(MoKa) = 18. 3cm-1. The crystal structure consists of discrete complex cations and perchlorate anions. The coordination geometry around Cu(Ⅱ) atom is a distorted square pyramid. The complex cations are disordered in the crystal,the ethylenediamine ligand chelates to the Cu(Ⅱ ) atom in δ arid λ conformation in different cells. The average Cu-N distance is 2. 03 A in the equatorial plane while the Cu -N distance is 2. 25 A in the axial direction.     

KINETIC STUDY OF THE REACTIONS OF TRIARYLPHOSPHINES WITH α-HALO SULFONES

Reaction of a series of triarylphosphines with α-halo-m-cyanobenzyl phenyl sulfones gives the following Hammett ρ values: (CI) ρ = ?1.84; (Br) ρ = ?3.03; (I) ρ = ?3.36.     

STUDY ON THE KINETICS OF POLYMERIZATION OF MMA BY COPPER（Ⅱ） CHELATING RESINS

The polymerization of MMA initiated by copper(Ⅱ） chelating resins/CCl4 system was studied.From the kinetic data,the kinetic equation of polymerization can be expressed as Rp=Ke^-56400/RT[MMA]^1.57[CCl4]^m[RESIN-Cu]^0.18 where m:3-4.5,when[CCl4] 0.1-6.93M.The free radical polymerization mechanism is proposed.The primary radicals are formed by the process of complexation-chlorine transformation among the copper(Ⅱ) chelating resin,CCl4 and methacrylate.     

SPECTRAL STUDY ON A NEW 3d_z~2 TYPE COPPER(Ⅱ)COMPLEX OF PHENOLIC POLYMERIC CROWN ETHER

ESR and IR measurements have been carried out for a copper(Ⅱ)complex ofphenolic polymeric crown ether,As a result,the triplet ESR spectrum(S=1)of 3d_z2ground state copper(Ⅱ)ions was first observed for the powder sample.It indicatedthat there existed intramolecular spin-spin interaction betweeen 3d_Z2 groundstate copper(Ⅱ)and copper(Ⅱ)ions.In this binuclear triplet cluster,the axialligntion of one water molecule in a sandwich position to two adjacent copper(Ⅱ)ions was also confirmed by IR spectra,All things considered,a possible structurefor the complex was proposed.     

PREPARATION AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF A HETEROBINUC- LEAR COPPER (Ⅱ)-ZINC(Ⅱ) COMPLEX WITH μ-OXAMIDO LIGAND

<正> The complex [Cu(oxap)Zn(phen)2](ClO4)2·H2O·CH3CH2OCH2-CH3(Mr = 980. 61) (oxap = N,N'-bis(2-aminopropyl) oxamido C2O2 (NCH2CH(CH3) NH2)2, phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a=13. 076(4),b=23. 039(7) ,c= 14. 375(3) A,β=98. 11(2)°,V = 4287. 2A3, Z = 4,DX = 1. 541g/cm3,μ=12. 80cm-1 and F(000) = 2020. The final refinement converged with R=0. 067 for 3173 observed independent reflections. The copper(Ⅱ) ion is in an almost planar tetragonal environment while the zinc(Ⅱ) ion is in a distorted octahedron. The Cu....Zn distance is 5. 265A.

THE STUDY ON TRE KINETICS AND MECHANISM OF THE REACTIONS OF METAL IONS WITH PnAO

The kinetics and the mechanism of the formation reactions ofM(PnAO)~(2+)(M=Ni,Co,Cu)were studied with UV Spectrophotometer and StoppedFlow Spectrophotometer and a three steps mechanism was suggested.     

TETRAHYDROPROTOBERBERINE—A NEW CHEMICAL TYPE OF ANTAGONIST OF DOPAMINE RECEPTORS

In rats lesioned by unilateral micro-injection of 6-OHDA into substantia nigra, the apomorphine-induced contralateral rotation and the amphetamine-induced ipsilateral rotation were antagonized by THB, l-THP and haloperidol. Scopolamine reversed the antagonistic effect of THB against amphetamine. Thus, THB and 1-THP exhibited the DA-receptor antagonistic property which was similar to that of haloperidol.l-SPD (10mg/kg), however, only antagonized the amphetamine-challenged rotational response, while it could not antagonize, but potentiate, the apomorphine-challenged rotational response. So, l-SPD might be a partial agonistie antagonist of DA-receptors, and its effect was more potent than that of THB and l-THP. l-SPD would be ascertained further in clinic trial.From these results and others, the authors suggest that THPB is a new chemical type of antagonist of brain DA-receptors.
