Given a partition \(\lambda \) of n, the Schur functor \({\mathbb {S}}_\lambda \) associates to any complex vector space V, a subspace \({\mathbb {S}}_\lambda (V)\) of \(V^{\otimes n}\). Hermite’s reciprocity law, in terms of the Schur functor, states that \({\mathbb {S}}_{(p)}\left( {\mathbb {S}}_{(q)}({\mathbb {C}}^2)\right) \simeq {\mathbb {S}}_{(q)}\left( {\mathbb {S}}_{(p)}({\mathbb {C}}^2)\right) . \) We extend this identity to many other identities of the type \({\mathbb {S}}_{\lambda }\left( {\mathbb {S}}_{\delta }({\mathbb {C}}^2)\right) \simeq {\mathbb {S}}_{\mu }\left( {\mathbb {S}}_{\epsilon }({\mathbb {C}}^2)\right) \).  相似文献

Let\(B_{2}^{n}\) denote the Euclidean ball in\({\mathbb R}^n\), and, given closed star-shaped body\(K \subset {\mathbb R}^{n}, M_{K}\) denote the average of the gauge of K on the Euclidean sphere. Let\(p \in (0,1)\) and let\(K \subset {\mathbb R}^{n}\) be a p-convex body. In [17] we proved that for every\(\lambda \in (0,1)\) there exists an orthogonal projection P of rank\((1 - \lambda)n\) such that
$\frac{f(\lambda)}{M_K} PB^{n}_{2} \subset PK,$
where\(f(\lambda)=c_p\lambda^{1+1/p}\) for some positive constant c p depending on p only. In this note we prove that\(f(\lambda)\) can be taken equal to\(C_p\lambda^{1/p-1/2}\). In terms of Kolmogorov numbers it means that for every\(k \leq n\)
$d_k (\hbox{Id}:\ell^{n}_{2} \to ({\mathbb R}^{n},\|\cdot\|_{K})) \leq C_p \frac{n^{1/p-1}}{k^{1/p-1/2}} \ell(\hbox{ID}: \ell^{n}_{2} \to ({\mathbb R}^{n}, \|\cdot\|_{K})),$
where\(\ell(\hbox{Id})={\bf E}\|\sum\limits^{n}_{i=1}g_i e_i\|_K\) for the independent standard Gaussian random variables\(\{g_i\}\) and the canonical basis\(\{e_i\}\) of\({\mathbb R}^n\). All results do not require the symmetry of K.

Let M Ω be the maximal operator with homogeneous kernel Ω. In the present paper, we show that if Ω satisfies the L 1-Dini condition on ?? n?1, then the following weak type (1,1) behaviors
$$\lim\limits _{\lambda \rightarrow 0_{+}}\lambda m(\{x\in \mathbb {R}^{n}:M_{\Omega } f(x)>\lambda \})=\frac {1}{n} \|\Omega \|_{1} \|f\|_{1},$$
$$\sup\limits_{\lambda >0}\lambda m(\{x\in \mathbb {R}^{n}:M_{\Omega } f(x)>\lambda \})\lesssim {\bigg ((\log n)\|\Omega \|_{1}+{\int }_{0}^{1/n}\frac {\tilde {\omega }_{1}(\delta )}{\delta }d\delta \bigg )}\|f\|_{1}$$
hold for the maximal operator M Ω and \(f\in L^{1}(\mathbb {R}^{n})\), here \(\tilde {\omega }_{1}\) denotes the L 1 integral modulus of continuity of Ω defined by translation in \(\mathbb {R}^{n}\).  相似文献

We consider the existence of single and multi-peak solutions of the following nonlinear elliptic Neumann problem
$$\begin{aligned} \left\{ \begin{aligned} -\Delta u+\lambda ^{2} u&=Q(x)|u|^{p-2}u \qquad&\text {in} ~~~~\mathbb {R}^{N}_{+}, \\ \frac{\partial u }{\partial n}&=f(x,u) \qquad&\text {on}~~\partial \mathbb {R}^{N}_{+}, \end{aligned}\right. \end{aligned}$$
where \(\lambda \) is a large number, \(p\in (2,\frac{2N}{N-2})\) for \(N\ge 3\), f(xu) is subcritical about u and Q is positive and has some non-degenerate critical points in \(\mathbb {R}^{N}_{+}\). For \(\lambda \) large, we can get solutions which have peaks near the non-degenerate critical points of Q.

We prove the stability of the affirmative part of the solution to the complex Busemann–Petty problem. Namely, if K and L are origin-symmetric convex bodies in \({{\mathbb C}^n}\), n = 2 or n = 3, \({\varepsilon >0 }\) and \({{\rm Vol}_{2n-2}(K\cap H) \le {\rm Vol}_{2n-2}(L \cap H) + \varepsilon}\) for any complex hyperplane H in \({{\mathbb C}^n}\) , then \({({\rm Vol}_{2n}(K))^{\frac{n-1}n}\le({\rm Vol}_{2n}(L))^{\frac{n-1}n} + \varepsilon}\) , where Vol2n is the volume in \({{\mathbb C}^n}\) , which is identified with \({{\mathbb R}^{2n}}\) in the natural way.  相似文献

Optical orthogonal signature pattern codes (OOSPCs) play an important role in a novel type of optical code-division multiple-access network for 2-dimensional image transmission. There is a one-to-one correspondence between an \((m, n, w, \lambda )\)-OOSPC and a \((\lambda +1)\)-(mnw, 1) packing design admitting an automorphism group isomorphic to \(\mathbb {Z}_m\times \mathbb {Z}_n\). In 2010, Sawa gave a construction of an (mn, 4, 2)-OOSPC from a one-factor of Köhler graph of \(\mathbb {Z}_m\times \mathbb {Z}_n\) which contains a unique element of order 2. In this paper, we study the existence of one-factor of Köhler graph of \(\mathbb {Z}_m\times \mathbb {Z}_n\) having three elements of order 2. It is proved that there is a one-factor in the Köhler graph of \(\mathbb {Z}_{2^{\epsilon }p}\times \mathbb {Z}_{2^{\epsilon '}}\) relative to the Sylow 2-subgroup if there is an S-cyclic Steiner quadruple system of order 2p, where \(p\equiv 5\pmod {12}\) is a prime and \(1\le \epsilon ,\epsilon '\le 2\). Using this one-factor, we construct a strictly \(\mathbb {Z}_{2^{\epsilon }p}\times \mathbb {Z}_{2^{\epsilon '}}\)-invariant regular \(G^*(p,2^{\epsilon +\epsilon '},4,3)\) relative to the Sylow 2-subgroup. By using the known S-cyclic SQS(2p) and a recursive construction for strictly \(\mathbb {Z}_{m}\times \mathbb {Z}_{n}\)-invariant regular G-designs, we construct more strictly \(\mathbb {Z}_{m}\times \mathbb {Z}_{n}\)-invariant 3-(mn, 4, 1) packing designs. Consequently, there is an optimal \((2^{\epsilon }m,2^{\epsilon '}n,4,2)\)-OOSPC for any \(\epsilon ,\epsilon '\in \{0,1,2\}\) with \(\epsilon +\epsilon '>0\) and an optimal (6m, 6n, 4, 2)-OOSPC where mn are odd integers whose all prime divisors from the set \(\{p\equiv 5\pmod {12}:p\) is a prime, \(p<\)1,500,000}.  相似文献

For a hyperbolic α-stable process in the hyperbolic space \(\mathbb {H}^{d}, d\ge 2\), we prove that the mean exit time from a halfspace \(H(a)=\{x_{d}>a\}\subset \mathbb {H}^{d} \) is equal to \(\mathbb {E}^{x} \tau _{H(a)} = c(\alpha , d) \delta ^{\alpha /2}_{H(a)} (x),\) where δD(x) is the (hyperbolic) distance of x to Dc. Based on this exact result we provide a sharp estimate of the mean exit time from a hyperbolic ball B(x0,R) of radius R and center x0: \(\mathbb {E}^{x}\tau _{B(x_{0},R)}\approx (\delta _{B(x_{0},R)}(x) \tanh R)^{\alpha /2}, x\in \mathbb {H}^{d}\). By usual isomorphism argument the same estimate holds in any other model of real hyperbolic space.  相似文献

Let \(\mathcal {F}_{0}=\{f_{i}\}_{i\in \mathbb {I}_{n_{0}}}\) be a finite sequence of vectors in \(\mathbb {C}^{d}\) and let \(\mathbf {a}=(a_{i})_{i\in \mathbb {I}_{k}}\) be a finite sequence of positive numbers, where \(\mathbb {I}_{n}=\{1,\ldots , n\}\) for \(n\in \mathbb {N}\). We consider the completions of \(\mathcal {F}_{0}\) of the form \(\mathcal {F}=(\mathcal {F}_{0},\mathcal {G})\) obtained by appending a sequence \(\mathcal {G}=\{g_{i}\}_{i\in \mathbb {I}_{k}}\) of vectors in \(\mathbb {C}^{d}\) such that ∥g i 2 = a i for \(i\in \mathbb {I}_{k}\), and endow the set of completions with the metric \(d(\mathcal {F},\tilde {\mathcal {F}}) =\max \{ \,\|g_{i}-\tilde {g}_{i}\|: \ i\in \mathbb {I}_{k}\}\) where \(\tilde {\mathcal {F}}=(\mathcal {F}_{0},\,\tilde {\mathcal {G}})\). In this context we show that local minimizers on the set of completions of a convex potential P φ , induced by a strictly convex function φ, are also global minimizers. In case that φ(x) = x 2 then P φ is the so-called frame potential introduced by Benedetto and Fickus, and our work generalizes several well known results for this potential. We show that there is an intimate connection between frame completion problems with prescribed norms and frame operator distance (FOD) problems. We use this connection and our results to settle in the affirmative a generalized version of Strawn’s conjecture on the FOD.  相似文献

Let \(\mathrm{SM}_{2n}(S^1,\mathbb {R})\) be a set of stable Morse functions of an oriented circle such that the number of singular points is \(2n\in \mathbb {N}\) and the order of singular values satisfies the particular condition. For an orthogonal projection \(\pi :\mathbb {R}^2\rightarrow \mathbb {R}\), let \({\tilde{f}}_0\) and \({\tilde{f}}_1:S^1\rightarrow \mathbb {R}^2\) be embedding lifts of f. If there is an ambient isotopy \(\tilde{\varphi }_t:\mathbb {R}^2\rightarrow \mathbb {R}^2\) \((t\in [0,1])\) such that \({\pi \circ \tilde{\varphi }}_t(y_1,y_2)=y_1\) and \(\tilde{\varphi }_1\circ {\tilde{f}}_0={\tilde{f}}_1\), we say that \({\tilde{f}}_0\) and \({\tilde{f}}_1\) are height isotopic. We define a function \(I:\mathrm{SM}_{2n}(S^1,\mathbb {R})\rightarrow \mathbb {N}\) as follows: I(f) is the number of height isotopy classes of embeddings such that each rotation number is one. In this paper, we determine the maximal value of the function I equals the n-th Baxter number and the minimal value equals \(2^{n-1}\).  相似文献

In this paper, we study \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over the ring \(R=\mathbb {Z}_4+u\mathbb {Z}_4\) where \(u^{2}=1\), for \(\lambda =3+2u\) and \(2+3u\). Two new Gray maps from R to \(\mathbb {Z}_4^{3}\) are defined with the goal of obtaining new linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\). The Gray images of \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R are determined. We then conducted a computer search and obtained many \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R whose \(\mathbb {Z}_4\)-images have better parameters than currently best-known linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\).  相似文献

Let \(p\in (1,\infty )\) and \(q\in [1,\infty )\). In this article, the authors characterize the Triebel-Lizorkin space \({F}^{\alpha }_{p,q}(\mathbb {R}^{n})\) with smoothness order α ∈ (0, 2) via the Lusin-area function and the \(g_{\lambda }^{*}\)-function in terms of difference between f(x) and its ball average \(B_{t}f(x):=\frac 1{|B(x,t)|}{\int }_{B(x,t)}f(y)\,dy\) over the ball B(x, t) centered at \(x\in \mathbb {R}^{n}\) with radius t ∈ (0, 1). As an application, the authors obtain a series of characterizations of \(F^{\alpha }_{p,\infty }(\mathbb {R}^{n})\) via pointwise inequalities, involving ball averages, in spirit close to Haj?asz gradients, here some interesting phenomena naturally appear that, in the end-point case when α = 2, some of these pointwise inequalities characterize the Triebel-Lizorkin spaces \(F^{2}_{p,2}(\mathbb {R}^{n})\), while not \(F^{2}_{p,\infty }(\mathbb {R}^{n})\), and that some of other obtained pointwise characterizations are only known to hold true for \(F^{\alpha }_{p,\infty }(\mathbb {R}^{n})\) with \(p\in (1,\infty )\), α ∈ (0, 2) or α ∈ (n/p, 2). In particular, some new pointwise characterizations of Haj?asz-Sobolev spaces via ball averages are obtained. Since these new characterizations only use ball averages, they can be used as starting points for developing a theory of Triebel-Lizorkin spaces with smoothness orders not less than 1 on spaces of homogeneous type.  相似文献

The main purpose of this paper is to establish the Hormander-Mihlin type theorem for Fourier multipliers with optimal smoothness on k-parameter Hardy spaces for k≥ 3 using the multiparameter Littlewood-Paley theory. For the sake of convenience and simplicity, we only consider the case k = 3, and the method works for all the cases k≥ 3:■where x =(x_1,x_2,x_3)∈R~(n_1)×R~(n_2)×R~(n_3) and ξ =(ξ_1,ξ_2,ξ_3)∈R~(n_1)×R~(n_2)×R~(n_3). One of our main results is the following:Assume that m(ξ) is a function on R~(n_1+n_2+n_3) satisfying ■ with s_i n_i(1/p-1/2) for 1≤i≤3. Then T_m is bounded from H~p(R~(n_1)×R~(n_2)×R~(n_3) to H~p(R~(n_1)×R~(n_2)×R~(n_3)for all 0 p≤1 and ■ Moreover, the smoothness assumption on s_i for 1≤i≤3 is optimal. Here we have used the notations m_(j,k,l)(ξ)=m(2~jξ_1,2~kξ_2,2~lξ_3)Ψ(ξ_1)Ψ(ξ_2)Ψ(ξ_3) and Ψ(ξ_i) is a suitable cut-off function on R~(n_i) for1≤i≤3, and W~(s_1,s_2,s_3) is a three-parameter Sobolev space on R~(n_1)×R~(n_2)× R~(n_3).Because the Fefferman criterion breaks down in three parameters or more, we consider the L~p boundedness of the Littlewood-Paley square function of T_mf to establish its boundedness on the multi-parameter Hardy spaces.  相似文献

We give explicit analytic criteria for two problems associated with the Schrödinger operator H=-Δ+Q on L2(? n ) where QD’(? n ) is an arbitrary real- or complex-valued potential.
First, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions on Q so that the quadratic form \(\langle{Q}\cdot,\ \cdot\rangle\) has zero relative bound with respect to the Laplacian. For QL1loc(? n ), this property can be expressed in the form of the integral inequality:
$\left\vert\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} |u(x)|^2 Q(x) dx \right\vert\leq\epsilon\| \nabla u \|^2_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)} + C(\epsilon) \|u \|^2_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)}, \quad\forall u \in C^{\infty}_0(\mathbb{R}^n),$
for an arbitrarily small ε>0 and some C(ε)>0. One of the major steps here is the reduction to a similar inequality with nonnegative function \(|\nabla(1-\Delta)^{-1} Q|^2 + |(1-\Delta)^{-1} Q|\) in place of Q. This provides a complete solution to the infinitesimal form boundedness problem for the Schrödinger operator, and leads to new broad classes of admissible distributional potentials Q, which extend the usual L p and Kato classes, as well as those based on the well-known conditions of Fefferman–Phong and Chang–Wilson–Wolff.
Secondly, we characterize Trudinger’s subordination property where C(ε) in the above inequality is subject to the condition C(ε)≤cε(β>0) as ε→+0. Such quadratic form inequalities can be understood entirely in the framework of Morrey–Campanato spaces, using mean oscillations of \(\nabla(1-\Delta)^{-1}Q\) and \((1-\Delta)^{-1}Q\) on balls or cubes. A version of this condition where ε∈(0,+∞) is equivalent to the multiplicative inequality:
$\left\vert\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} |u(x)|^2Q(x)dx\right\vert\leq{C}\|\nabla{u}\|^{2p}_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|u\|^{2(1-p)}_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)},\quad\forall{u}\in{C}^\infty_0(\mathbb{R}^n),$
with \(p=\frac\beta{1 + \beta}\in(0,1)\). We show that this inequality holds if and only if \(\nabla\Delta^{-1} Q \in{BMO}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) if \(p=\frac{1}{2}\). For \(0 < p < \frac{1}{2}\), it is valid whenever \(\nabla\Delta^{-1}Q\) is Hölder-continuous of order 1-2p, or respectively lies in the Morrey space \(\mathcal{L}^{2,\lambda}\) with λ=n+2-4p if \(\frac{1}{2} < p < 1\). As a consequence, we characterize completely the class of those Q which satisfy an analogous multiplicative inequality of Nash’s type, with \(\|u\|_{L^1(\mathbb{R}^n)}\) in placeof \(\|u\|_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)}\).
These results are intimately connected with spectral theory and dynamics of the Schrödinger operator, and elliptic PDE theory.  相似文献

For a family of interpolation norms \({\| \cdot \|_{1,2,s}}\) on \({\mathbb{R}^{n}}\), we provide a distribution over random matrices \({\Phi_s \in \mathbb{R}^{m \times n}}\) parametrized by sparsity level s such that for a fixed set X of K points in \({\mathbb{R}^{n}}\), if \({m \geq C s \log(K)}\) then with high probability, \({\frac{1}{2}\| \varvec{x} \|_{1,2,s} \leq \| \Phi_s (\varvec{x}) \|_1 \leq 2 \| \varvec{x} \|_{1,2,s}}\) for all \({\varvec{x} \in X}\). Several existing results in the literature roughly reduce to special cases of this result at different values of s: For s = n, \({\| \varvec{x} \|_{1,2,n}\equiv \| \varvec{x} \|_{1}}\) and we recover that dimension reducing linear maps can preserve the ?1-norm up to a distortion proportional to the dimension reduction factor, which is known to be the best possible such result. For s = 1, \({\| \varvec{x} \|_{1,2,1}\equiv \| \varvec{x} \|_{2}}\), and we recover an ?2/?1 variant of the Johnson–Lindenstrauss Lemma for Gaussian random matrices. Finally, if \({\varvec{x}}\) is s- sparse, then \({\| \varvec{x} \|_{1,2,s} = \| \varvec{x} \|_1}\) and we recover that s-sparse vectors in \({\ell_1^n}\) embed into \({\ell_1^{\mathcal{O}(s \log(n))}}\) via sparse random matrix constructions.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the “twisting technique” we obtain a class of new modules A b over the Witt algebras \(\mathcal {W}_{n}\) from modules A over the Weyl algebras \(\mathcal {K}_{n}\) (of Laurent polynomials) for any \(b\in \mathbb {C}\). We give necessary and sufficient conditions for A b to be irreducible, and determine necessary and sufficient conditions for two such irreducible \(\mathcal {W}_{n}\)-modules to be isomorphic. Since \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\) is a subalgebra of \(\mathcal {W}_{n}\), all the above irreducible \(\mathcal {W}_{n}\)-modules A b can be considered as \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-modules. For a class of such \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-modules, denoted by Ω1?a (λ 1, λ 2, ? ,λ n ) where \(a\in \mathbb {C}, \lambda _{1},\lambda _{2},\cdots ,\lambda _{n} \in \mathbb {C}^{*}\), we determine necessary and sufficient conditions for these \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-modules to be irreducible. If the \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-module Ω1?a (λ 1, λ 2,? ,λ n ) is reducible, we prove that it has a unique nontrivial submodule W 1?a (λ 1, λ 2,...λ n ) and the quotient module is the finite dimensional \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-module with highest weight mΛ n for some non-negative integer \(m\in \mathbb {Z}_{+}\). We also determine necessary and sufficient conditions for two \(\mathfrak {sl}_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})\)-modules of the form Ω1?a (λ 1, λ 2,? ,λ n ) or of the form W 1?a (λ 1, λ 2,...λ n ) to be isomorphic.  相似文献

In this article, we consider the following fractional Hamiltonian systems:
$$\begin{aligned} {_{t}}D_{\infty }^{\alpha }({_{-\infty }}D_{t}^{\alpha }u) + \lambda L(t)u = \nabla W(t, u), \;\;t\in \mathbb {R}, \end{aligned}$$
where \(\alpha \in (1/2, 1)\), \(\lambda >0\) is a parameter, \(L\in C(\mathbb {R}, \mathbb {R}^{n\times n})\) and \(W \in C^{1}(\mathbb {R} \times \mathbb {R}^n, \mathbb {R})\). Unlike most other papers on this problem, we require that L(t) is a positive semi-definite symmetric matrix for all \(t\in \mathbb {R}\), that is, \(L(t) \equiv 0\) is allowed to occur in some finite interval \(\mathbb {I}\) of \(\mathbb {R}\). Under some mild assumptions on W, we establish the existence of nontrivial weak solution, which vanish on \(\mathbb {R} \setminus \mathbb {I}\) as \(\lambda \rightarrow \infty ,\) and converge to \(\tilde{u}\) in \(H^{\alpha }(\mathbb {R})\); here \(\tilde{u} \in E_{0}^{\alpha }\) is nontrivial weak solution of the Dirichlet BVP for fractional Hamiltonian systems on the finite interval \(\mathbb {I}\). Furthermore, we give the multiplicity results for the above fractional Hamiltonian systems.

We prove that a deformation of a hypersurface in an (n + 1)-dimensional real space form \({{\mathbb S}^{n+1}_{p,1}}\) induces a Hamiltonian variation of the normal congruence in the space \({{\mathbb L}({\mathbb S}^{n+1}_{p,1})}\) of oriented geodesics. As an application, we show that every Hamiltonian minimal submanifold in \({{\mathbb L}({\mathbb S}^{n+1})}\) (resp. \({{\mathbb L}({\mathbb H}^{n+1})}\)) with respect to the (para-)Kähler Einstein structure is locally the normal congruence of a hypersurface \({\Sigma}\) in \({{\mathbb S}^{n+1}}\) (resp. \({{\mathbb H}^{n+1}}\)) that is a critical point of the functional \({{\mathcal W}(\Sigma) = \int_\Sigma\left(\Pi_{i=1}^n|\epsilon+k_i^2|\right)^{1/2}}\), where ki denote the principal curvatures of \({\Sigma}\) and \({\epsilon \in \{-1, 1\}}\). In addition, for \({n = 2}\), we prove that every Hamiltonian minimal surface in \({{\mathbb L}({\mathbb S}^{3})}\) (resp. \({{\mathbb L}({\mathbb H}^{3})}\)), with respect to the (para-)Kähler conformally flat structure, is the normal congruence of a surface in \({{\mathbb S}^{3}}\) (resp. \({{\mathbb H}^{3}}\)) that is a critical point of the functional \({{\mathcal W}\prime(\Sigma) = \int_\Sigma\sqrt{H^2-K+1}}\) (resp. \({{\mathcal W}\prime(\Sigma) = \int_\Sigma\sqrt{H^2-K-1}}\)), where H and K denote, respectively, the mean and Gaussian curvature of \({\Sigma}\).  相似文献

The Berezin symbol à of an operator A acting on the reproducing kernel Hilbert space H = H(Ω) over some (nonempty) set is defined by \(\tilde A(\lambda ) = \left\langle {A\hat k_\lambda ,\hat k_\lambda } \right\rangle \), λ ∈ Ω, where \(\hat k_\lambda = k_\lambda /\left\| {k_\lambda } \right\|\) is the normalized reproducing kernel of H. The Berezin number of the operator A is defined by \(ber(A) = \mathop {\sup }\limits_{\lambda \in \Omega } \left| {\tilde A(\lambda )} \right| = \mathop {\sup }\limits_{\lambda \in \Omega } \left| {\left\langle {A\hat k_\lambda ,\hat k_\lambda } \right\rangle } \right|\). Moreover, ber(A) ? w(A) (numerical radius). We present some Berezin number inequalities. Among other inequalities, it is shown that if \(T = \left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}c} A & B \\ C & D \\ \end{array} } \right] \in \mathbb{B}(\mathcal{H}(\Omega _1 ) \oplus \mathcal{H}(\Omega _2 ))\), then
$$ber(T) \leqslant \frac{1}{2}(ber(A) + ber(D)) + \frac{1}{2}\sqrt {(ber(A) - ber(D))^2 + \left( {\left\| B \right\| + \left\| C \right\|} \right)^2 } .$$

In this paper we consider the following problem of phase retrieval: given a collection of real-valued band-limited functions \(\{\psi _{\lambda }\}_{\lambda \in \Lambda }\subset L^2(\mathbb {R}^d)\) that constitutes a semi-discrete frame, we ask whether any real-valued function \(f \in L^2(\mathbb {R}^d)\) can be uniquely recovered from its unsigned convolutions \({\{|f *\psi _\lambda |\}_{\lambda \in \Lambda }}\). We find that under some mild assumptions on the semi-discrete frame and if f has exponential decay at \(\infty \), it suffices to know \(|f *\psi _\lambda |\) on suitably fine lattices to uniquely determine f (up to a global sign factor). We further establish a local stability property of our reconstruction problem. Finally, for two concrete examples of a (discrete) frame of \(L^2(\mathbb {R}^d)\), \(d=1,2\), we show that through sufficient oversampling one obtains a frame such that any real-valued function with exponential decay can be uniquely recovered from its unsigned frame coefficients.  相似文献
