C2M服务制造是基于以顾客为中心的C2M(Customer to Manufacture)商业模式,是在服务型制造及生产性服务业为基础上而形成的一种新型产业模式。C2M服务制造要求构建合理的物流体系,而构建物流体系结构已经成为该研究的关键基础。本文基于体系工程和物流均衡理论,通过建立物流体系以解决C(客户)端与M(制造)端的短链式互联问题,在分析C2M服务制造物流体系特征和资源要素的基础上,给出了C2M服务制造物流体系的概念模型和结构模型,并运用价值函数分析体系状态是否优化,从而达到C端与M端快速互联的目标,进而解决了物流体系结构模型在C2M服务制造物流体系构建中的应用问题。  相似文献

We propose a new globalization strategy that can be used in unconstrained optimization algorithms to support rapid convergence from remote starting points. Our approach is based on using multiple points at each iteration to build a sequence of representative models of the objective function. Using the new information gathered from those multiple points, a local step is gradually improved by updating its direction as well as its length. We give a global convergence result and also provide the parallel implementation details accompanied with a numerical study. Our numerical study shows that the proposed algorithm is a promising alternative as a globalization strategy.  相似文献

In this paper, a trust-region procedure is proposed for the solution of nonlinear equations. The proposed approach takes advantages of an effective adaptive trust-region radius and a nonmonotone strategy by combining both of them appropriately. It is believed that selecting an appropriate adaptive radius based on a suitable nonmonotone strategy can improve the efficiency and robustness of the trust-region frameworks as well as decrease the computational cost of the algorithm by decreasing the required number subproblems that must be solved. The global convergence and the local Q-quadratic convergence rate of the proposed approach are proved. Preliminary numerical results of the proposed algorithm are also reported which indicate the promising behavior of the new procedure for solving the nonlinear system.  相似文献

优化企业成品出入库协同服务水平、平衡工作负荷,从而提高企业仓储服务效率、降低物流成本,是现代制造企业亟待解决的一个重要的管理细节问题。针对这个问题,本研究以仓储入库和出库两个排队过程为研究对象,建立出入库等待时间溢出情景下的两级排队协同服务模型,分析了在排队等待时间控制目标下,出入库员工优化配置方案。该模型引入溢出和串联两个协同服务机制,分三种情景即前方与后方服务台都有空闲,前方繁忙与后方空闲,前方空闲(或繁忙)与后方繁忙,建立了各情景下的系统状态转移方程,求解系统状态的概率,并进而推算出反映系统表现的各项指标,如员工使用率,队列长度,等待时间,以及等待时间超过溢出界值的概率。用制造企业成品出入库管理案例进行验证分析,对企业目前采用的M/M/S出入库排队系统与两级排队协同服务系统进行了数值计算对比。结果表明后者能有效提升出入库服务效率,减少出入库排队系统平均等待时间,降低由于入库和出库两个服务过程效率不均衡而产生的企业内部物流成本,是提升企业内部物流协同管理水平的一个重要方法。其应用可以服务于仓储出入库协同管理的信息化与自动化水平的提高。  相似文献

This paper addresses an integrated inventory and routing problem in a three-echelon logistics system, which consists of a supplier, a central warehouse and a group of retailers. The inventory decision of each member and the routing decision among members of the system are made simultaneously, with the objective of minimizing the overall average cost of the system. A strategy named fixed partition and power-of-two (FP–POT) is proposed for the considered problem and a variable large neighborhood search (VLNS) algorithm, which is a special case of variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm, is developed. The efficiency of the strategy as well as the algorithm is illustrated by comparing computational results with a lower bound. The advantage of the proposed VLNS algorithm is further shown by getting better results for the problems in a two-echelon logistics system, which have been solved by a Tabu Search algorithm recently.  相似文献

近年来环境问题已经成为人们迫切需要解决的重要问题,促使制造商采取绿色制造模式也是各国政府正在面临的一大难题。因此文章结合三角模糊数与博弈理论建立了政府与绿色制造商的模糊博弈模型,将博弈结果分为纯策略和混合策略两类,并讨论了各种情形下政府与绿色制造商的不同策略以及影响因素,分析了最优博弈结果以及相应的管理策略,为绿色制造模式的顺利实施提供了相关建议。研究结果表明,政府的补贴和惩罚等策略在绿色制造模式的采取方面起着举足轻重的作用。最后利用三角结构元法对算例分纯策略和混合策略两种情况进行分析求解,从而验证了结论的正确性和可行性。  相似文献

由于政府对新能源汽车的补贴政策和市区对燃油车限行政策的实时,越来越多的物流公司在城市配送中广泛采用电动汽车。然而,电动车续航里程受限,需要在途充电或者换电,同时客户需求的动态性以及充/换电设施的排队等现实因素也应该被考虑。为此,提出了分阶段策略求解动态电动车辆路径优化问题,并建立了两阶段的EVRP模型。其中第一阶段针对静态客户建立了静态EVRP模型,第二阶段在设计了换电站及动态客户插入策略的基础上,建立了动态EVRP模型以路径更新策略。最后,设计改进的CW-TS混合启发式算法来求解静态模型,设计贪婪算法求解动态模型。实验结果表明,模型与算法具有较好的适用性和有效性。  相似文献

电动汽车参与的物流配送服务需要统筹协调车辆路径、配送对象与换电策略。本文提出了考虑货物分类需求的电动汽车路径优化与换电策略问题,并建立了该问题的整数规划数学模型。其次,提出了基于禁忌搜索-改进节约算法的两阶段混合启发式算法MCWTS和一种四阶段启发式算法IGALNS。通过多组小规模算例验证了算法的有效性。随后,分别从运营成本、路径距离、换电策略以及混合运输线路等方面比较并分析了货物分类对运营策略的影响。实验结果表明,该模型可以在配送距离略有增加的情况下避免将不适宜混合运输的货物指派给同一车辆,达到降低货物运输损失提高顾客满意度的目的。最后,通过多组较大规模算例对两种启发式算法的有效性进行了比较。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the development of a mathematical model for solving the problem of equipment selection in just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing systems. Equipment selection issues are important, particularly during the initial stages of implementing JIT. In this paper a mathematical model is proposed for capacity planning and for selecting equipment in a multi-stage JIT production system. In recent years, sustainable development and social responsibility have become important issues around the globe. Investors are interested in the so-called ‘socially responsible investment’ (SRI), an investment strategy that employs criteria other than financial risk and return when selecting firms in which to invest. The practice of SRI shows that there are growing numbers of investors who want to take account of more criteria. Given this worldwide trend, the question arises how these issues can be incorporated into the investment decision process. This paper proposes a novel integrated model for selecting SRI stocks and illustrates the practical application of such a model through a case study. This model first applied the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach to deal with the interdependencies existing among the criteria of organization requires, and then integrated the DEMATEL, the analytic network process, and the zero-one goal programming method to select an optimal portfolio of SRI. Additionally, we used the sustainability balanced scorecard as a multi-criteria framework for SRI evaluation. This integrated model enables the management to obtain the fitting SRI portfolio and achieves the desired spiritual value.  相似文献

The issue of avoiding deadlocks in unmanned automated manufacturing systems with automated guided vehicle systems is addressed in this paper. In the automated guided vehicle systems, multi-load vehicles are used. A simple and easily adoptable deadlock-free real-time vehicle control strategy is developed for this type of vehicle, by using an intelligent rule-based method. The proposed strategy uses the global information and current states of the system to control the resource allocation. Based on the proposed strategy, the system resource can be appropriately allocated and utilized efficiently. A hypothetical system is built to investigate the performance of the proposed vehicle control strategy and to discuss the interactions between the fleet size, queuing capacity, and vehicle loading capacity by computer simulation tool.  相似文献

The fierce competition and the globalization of the market economy urge manufacturing organizations to adopt advanced manufacturing paradigms for sustaining in the global markets. Supply chain management is an essential ingredient of advanced manufacturing systems and finding those partners with the best fit to the existing supply chain is a vital issue concerned in the process of managing supply chains. Due to the decision maker’s knowledge field and the nature of evaluated attributes, assessments are always with different formats, which were first unified into the linguistic terms in the standard linguistic set. Two additive fuzzy measures were used to model criteria interactions by pairs and to derive the special expressions of Marichal entropy and Choquet integral, which is more convenient to use in practice. Fuzzy measures were identified based on the maximum of Marichal entropy. The decision making procedure was illustrated taking an automobile manufacturing industry as an example, compared with the other methods, and showed the feasibilities and advantages. The market for a particular product consists of many customers having different needs and wants. A local design strategy attempts to increase market share and sales revenue by designing many variants of the product to exploit these differences. Such a strategy involves increased requirements for design, manufacturing, and marketing resources. A global design strategy offers a single product concept to all customers. Thus, the choice between a local design strategy and a global design strategy poses a fundamental tradeoff to the managers in many markets. Making such a decision is a complex process as it involves many design, manufacturing and marketing factors. We present a model based on optimal control theory representing major tradeoffs that exist between a local design strategy and a global design strategy. We demonstrate, through extensive computational experiments, how the model helps to gain strategic insight into the complex tradeoffs that exist between global design strategy and local design strategy alternatives under various scenarios over the life of a product.  相似文献

A strategy is proposed which reduces the storage requirements for cloud amount information by up to 50%. Archiving only the mean cloud amount, μ, is recommended. Retrieval of most of the original data is possible if observations are made at high resolution ( 1 km) and the processing system gives rise to predominantly binary (i.e. cloud or no-cloud) information. The strategy is applicable to cloud amount at any level and to total cloud cover. One year's global cloud data can be stored on 2.5 computer magnetic tapes in contrast to the 13 tapes suggested by GARP/JOC (1980) and ISCCP (1982). The resultant new cloud archive will have the advantage of being equally useful for all scientific users (e.g. remote sensing and climate modelling groups) and each group's post-processing time will be greatly reduced.  相似文献

This paper presents a multi-layer demand-responsive logistics control strategy for alleviating, effectively and efficiently, the bullwhip effect of a supply chain. Utilizing stochastic optimal control methodology, the proposed method estimates the time-varying demand-oriented logistics system states, which originate directly and indirectly downstream to the targeted member of a supply chain, and associate these estimated demands with estimates of different time-varying weights under the goal of systematically optimizing the logistical performance of chain members. In addition, an experimental design is conducted where the proposed method is evaluated with the two specified criteria. Numerical results indicate that the proposed method permits alleviating, to a great extent, the bullwhip effect in comparison with the existing logistics management strategies. Furthermore, the methodology presented in this study is expected to help address issues regarding the uncertainty and complexity of the distortion of demand-related information existing broadly among supply chain members for an efficient supply chain coordination.  相似文献

From the general trend towards global markets and a growing customer orientation, new concepts and forms of organisation are emerging, such as distributed or networked enterprises. One key requirement of these new paradigms is the availability of models and tools to support order negotiation with the optimisation of manufacturing routes and logistics and ensuring the co-ordination of all participating entities. We address the problem of planning an incoming customer order to be produced in a distributed (multi-site) and multi-stage production system. In particular, we have used as a case study the industry of semiconductors (in the business area of application specific integrated circuits). The problem is tackled in a hierarchical model, in two levels: there is a global network planning procedure, and a set of local capacity models associated to the different production units reflecting their particular features. An approach based on simulated annealing is presented, as well as a specially designed constructive heuristic, that takes into account many of the real world constraints and complexities. The general performance of the simulated annealing algorithm is assessed through some preliminary computational experiments. Finally, some concluding remarks and current directions of research are presented.  相似文献

The subject matter is the sustainability of naval forces in combat and the intimate relationships between tactics and logistics. The observation is made that it has been a long time since the United States Navy has worried about logistics in combat and that to some extent combat logistics have become ‘somebody else's’ responsibility. It is argued that combat logistics is inescapably the force commander's responsibility and its dimensions are sketched. Necessarily, the amount of data and calculation is extensive if an accurate picture of the combat logistics states of the force are to be maintained and predictions of future states are to be made. It is in the predictions of future states that the interactions between tactics and logistics become most apparent. The data storage and retrieval and computational aspects suggest a microprocessor-based support system. BGLCSS (battle group logistics co-ordinator support system) is a program of combat logistics data, event routines, and algorithms designed to allow the logistics co-ordinator to track and predict force combat logistics states and provide timely and meaningful insight to the force commander.  相似文献

中小型企业的快速发展使得如何有效利用其物流资源、降低其物流成本成为一个亟需解决的问题。本文基于运输联盟的角度,建立了以最小化总成本为优化目标,综合考虑各运输需求时间窗、运输量等因素的车货调度模型。而后,提出了3种时间窗处理策略,设计了粒子群算法对上述模型进行求解,并通过算例对模型和算法的有效性进行了分析。算例结果表明,该模型一方面能够显著降低物流总成本,另一方面可有效节约使用车辆数。因此,本文研究对降低社会物流成本、整合社会物流资源具有一定的理论意义。  相似文献

This paper presents a hybrid neuro-fuzzy methodology to identify appropriate global logistics (GL) operational modes used for global supply chain management. The proposed methodological framework includes three main developmental phases: (1) establishment of a GL strategic hierarchy, (2) formulation of GL-mode identification rules, and (3) development of a GL-mode choice model. By integrating advanced multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques including fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP), Fuzzy-MCDM, and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS), six types of global logistics and operational modes coupled with corresponding fuzzy-based multi-criteria decision-making rules are specified in the second phase. Using the specified fuzzy decision-making rules as the input database, an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is then developed in the third phase to identify proper GL modes for the implementation of global supply chain management. A numerical study with a questionnaire survey database aimed at the information technology (IT) industries of Taiwan is conducted to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献
