在非水三元体系(卵磷脂,乙二醇,甲醇)中能得到溶致液晶,其中溶剂必须经过严格的脱水处理,本文使用偏振光显微镜确定溶致液晶的相图,获得一些典型照片,用低角度X射线衍射仪测定其几何参数,结果表明所得液晶为层状液晶,并对在该体系中,由于甲醇浓度的改变而引起了卵磷脂分子的平均截面积、液晶层间距和其渗透率变化规律作了理论探讨和分析。 相似文献

首先研究Brij35(十二烷基聚氧乙烯(23)醚)/油酸钠/油酸/水体系的拟三元相图, 发现该体系最大的特点是溶致液晶占相图总面积的2/3. 对O/W型微乳液进行流动曲线研究, 属于牛顿流体. 对溶致液晶体系开展了偏光显微镜, SAXS, 2H-NMR等方法的研究. 当体系组成沿着相图中AA¢线改变时, 其液晶结构变化的顺序是, 立方状液晶→立方状与层状液晶共存→层状液晶→层状液晶与六角状液晶共存→六角状液晶. 并且对上述体系系统地开展了流变性质的研究. 其结果再一次证实液晶结构随着体系中某组分的改变而发生变化. 同时还得到立方液晶和六角状液晶的晶格参数, 分别为10.53和5.68 nm. 相似文献

利用拟三元相图法研究了N,N-二甲基正十二烷基胺(DMDA)多元体系的相态结构,并用电导、偏光显微镜以及红外、紫外可见光谱等手段进行了表征.发现N,N-二甲基正十二烷基胺体系随水相含量的增加,铵盐发生不同形式的有序缔合,分别形成了W/O型微乳液、“节-结”型链状缔合体、层状液晶和O/W型微乳液;在层状液晶中,SO42-主要以桥式双齿配位形式存在,中性胺分子有利于体系中液晶的形成;层状液晶于500nm波长处有一吸收峰,在430nm附近发生“光短路”现象,该现象可能对测定层状液晶的层间距有重要意义. 相似文献

测定了十二烷基磺酸钠/正戊醇/水体系的相平衡,在相图中的液晶区选取样品点,采用2H NMR和差示扫描量热方法,并结合其液晶纹理,研究了该体系液晶相的结构特点。结果表明,在一定温度下,整个液晶区均为层状液晶,其相结构不随水含量和醇含量的变化而变化。在组成固定的情况下,该体系液晶的相结构随温度的升高而发生变化。 相似文献

采用耗散粒子动力学方法建立了以侧链长度和温度为变量的相图,计算了相关结构参数及每个液晶相对应侧链的有效体积分数,重现了实验上观察到的五边形、六边形柱状相及刚棒在层内位置的有序堆垛层状结构.研究发现,长棒状T形三组分双亲分子相图中的相序列和相结构符合相关报道,并且侧链有效体积分数f L与实验值一致.表明粗粒化模型反映了真实T形分子的主要特性,如分子的拓扑结构、排除体积效应及分相趋势、刚棒液晶基元的长径比和侧链的空间效应.证实了侧链尺寸对主/侧链非线性连接体系的自组装结构及各组成单元的位置分布的重要作用. 相似文献

以全氟辛酸钠-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/正丁醇/水体系为研究对象,通过其相图的测定确立了液晶区.其液晶区域面积大于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/正丁醇/水体系的液晶区.摄制了该体系液晶区系列样品的纹理照片,用小角X光衍射法测定了液晶各种组分变化时的层间距,并结合2HNMR谱图和纹理照片的对照和分析,从分子水平上研究了液晶的微观结构. 相似文献

Phase diagram of a water/sucrose monododecanoate (SE)/hexanol system was determined at 30°C. Aqueous micellar, reverse micellar, normal hexagonal liquid crystalline, and lamellar liquid crystalline phases appear in the phase diagram. The change in interlayer spacing and interfacial section area of surfactant in the liquid crystalline phases was investigated by small-angle x-ray scattering. Upon addition of water, the section area and the radius of cylindrical aggregates are almost constant in a hexagonal liquid crystal, whereas the distance between each cylinder is separated on the water-SE axis. The interlayer spacing slightly decreases or is almost unchanged on the surfactant-hexanol axis, because alcohol molecules penetrate into the palisade of bilayers. Although the average section area decreases with increasing alcohol content, each section area of SE and alcohol molecules are kept constant. Since the interfacial section area of alcohol is less than the section area of hydrocarbon chain, the phase transition from lamellar liquid crystal to reverse micelle occurs in an alcohol-rich region. 相似文献

随直键醇CnH2n 1OH的链长增加,IgepalCO520/CnH2n 1OH/H2O体系三组分相图中层状液晶区域增加,使得W/O区域上移,W/O区域中最大水增溶量处所需摩尔比CnH2n 1OH/IgepalCO520降低,W/O区域中水的最大增溶量(摩尔分数)却不变.层状液晶中CnH2n 1OH的最佳链长为n>8,W/O区域中CnH2n 1OH的最佳键长为n>10,即能获得比较好的与IgepalCO520的配伍性. 相似文献

Order character and lamellar structure of TritonX 100/n C10H21OH/H2O lamellar liquid crystal were investigated. Partial phase diagram of TritonX 100/C10H21OH/H2O was measured at 25℃ by the polarizing microscope, and lamellar structure of the lamellar liquid crystal was verified by the 2H NMR spectra. The ESR spin probe method was used to detect the changes in the lamellar liquid crystal. A stearic acid, 5 doxylstearic acid, was used as the spin probe. The values of hyperfine coupling constant and order parameter of lamellar liquid crystal in the phase diagram were calculated. The values of the hyperfine coupling constant with different composition were almost unchanged. It indicates that the micropolarity of the lamellar liquid crystal is very similar. The order parameter decreases with the increasing water content in lamellar liquid crystal. It can be explained by considering that: First, though the penetration is determined at the given weight ratio of C10H21OH to TritonX 100, the absolute water content penetrated into the amphiphile bilayer increases with the increasing of the water content. Second, the thickness of the solvent also increases, which makes the force between layers weaker. The results also showed that order parameter of lamellar liquid crystal increased with TritonX 100 content, which may be explained from the fact that the water content penetrated into the amphiphile bilayer decreases relatively and the molecules in the amphiphile bilayer are made tighten. The interlayer spacing of lamellar liquid crystal was determined by small angle X ray diffraction. The penetration ratio of water in the lamellar liquid crystal was calculated. It was about 50%. 相似文献

Cephanone is found to show the hydrotrope and hydrotrope-solubilization action in CTAB/n-C5H11OH/H2O system. Cephanone can increase the solubilities of cationic surfactant CTAB or
n-C5H11OH in water and water in
n-C5H11OH. It can also increase the solubilization amount of
n-C5H11OH in O/W microemulsion and that of water in W/O microemulsion, which makes the two regions of O/W and W/O microemulsion larger, and even linked together. The mechanism of the hydrotrope-solubilization action of cephanone is related to the location of cephanone in the palisade of microemulsion which causes the stability of O/W and W/O microemulsion to be enhanced and that of lamellar liquid crystal to be reduced. Therefore, the mechanism of hydrotrope-solubilization is the structural transition from lamellar liquid crystal to the bicontinuous structure. 相似文献

The lamellar liquid crystalline phase in the system consisting of sodium oleate (NaOL), oleic acid (OLA), and water was determined. The interlayer spacing (d) of the lamellar liquid crystal was measured through small angle X-ray diffraction, which indicated that oleic acid molecules were solubilized between the end methyl groups at low concentrations, and then were located within the hydrocarbon chain layer with further increase of its concentration. Cross-linking agents were added to the system, which were found being located partly in between the end methyl groups and partly within the hydrocarbon chain layers. The liquid crystal phase of NaOL/OLA/H2O system with the cross-linking agent was polymerized at 60 °C, which turned out to be a mixture of liquid crystals and solids. Interlayer spacing decreased by about 10 Å, indicating a disruption of the ordered structure by the polymerization. The polymerization took place not only within the hydrocarbon layer, but also in between the layers separated by the end methyl groups. The resulting polymer lowered the surface tension of water to below 30 mN/m, with a critical micellization concentration of about O.25g/L. 相似文献
