In this paper, we study the planar Hamiltonian system  = J (A(θ)x + ▽f(x, θ)), θ = ω, x ∈ R2 , θ∈ Td , where f is real analytic in x and θ, A(θ) is a 2 × 2 real analytic symmetric matrix, J = (1-1 ) and ω is a Diophantine vector. Under the assumption that the unperturbed system  = JA(θ)x, θ = ω is reducible and stable, we obtain a series of criteria for the stability and instability of the equilibrium of the perturbed system.  相似文献

In this paper, a new approach to analyze synchronization of linearly coupled map lattices (LCMLs) is presented. A reference vector x(t) is introduced as the projection of the trajectory of the coupled system on the synchronization manifold. The stability analysis of the synchronization manifold can be regarded as investigating the difference between the trajectory and the projection. By this method, some criteria are given for both local and global synchronization. These criteria indicate that the left and right eigenvectors corresponding to the eigenvalue "0" of the coupling matrix play key roles in the stability of synchronization manifold for the coupled system. Moreover, it is revealed that the stability of synchronization manifold for the coupled system is different from the stability for dynamical system in usual sense. That is, the solution of the coupled system does not converge to a certain knowable s(t) satisfying s(t 1) = f(s(t)) but to the reference vector on the synchronization manifold, which in fact is a certain weighted average of each xi(t) for i = 1, ... ,m, but not a solution s(t) satisfying s(t 1) = f(s(t)).  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the following autonomous system of differential equations: x = Ax f(x,θ), θ = ω, where θ∈Rm, ω = (ω1,…,ωm) ∈ Rm, x ∈ Rn, A ∈ Rn×n is a constant matrix and is hyperbolic, f is a C∞ function in both variables and 2π-periodic in each component of the vector e which satisfies f = O(||x||2) as x → 0. We study the normal form of this system and prove that under some proper conditions this system can be transformed to an autonomous system: x = Ax g(x), θ = ω. Additionally, the proof of this paper naturally implies the extension of Chen's theory in the quasi-periodic case.  相似文献

Using the method of characteristic lines this paper considers the global C~1 solution of the Cauchy problem for two-dimensional gas dynamics system. When the initial data degenerate to the special case φ_0(x, y)=const, the global C~1 solution is obtained. For the case of isentropic exponent γ=1, a transformation about variables is introduced, which changes the system to a first order linear hyperbolic system with constant coefficients and the global C~1 solution is also obtained in this case when the initial data of the forms (φ_0(x, y), u_0(x, y), u_0(x, y))=(exp(w_(01) (c_1x d_1y) w_(02)(c_2x d_2y)), u_(01)(c_1x d_1y) u_(02)(c_2x d_2y), u_(01)(c_1x d_1y) u_(02)(c_2x d_2y)), where c_i and d_i(i=1, 2) are constants.  相似文献

Lipschitz continuous, s ∈(0, 1), 1 p ≤ q ∞, sq N, while(-?)s pu is the fractional p-Laplacian operator of u and, similarly,(-?)s qv is the fractional q-Laplacian operator of v. Since possibly p = q, the classical definitions of the Nehari manifold for systems and of the Fibering mapping are not suitable. In this paper, the authors modify these definitions to solve the Dirichlet problem above. Then, by virtue of the properties of the first eigenvalueλ_1 for a related system, they prove that there exists a positive solution for the problem when λ λ_1 by the modified definitions. Moreover, the authors obtain the bifurcation property when λ→λ_1~-. Finally, thanks to the Picone identity, a nonexistence result is also obtained when λ≥λ_1.  相似文献

In this paper we prove existence of isentropic gas dynamic equations with a source term (1.2). To this end we construct a sequence of regular hyperbolic systems (1.1) to approximate the inhomogeneous system of isentropic gas dynamics (1.2). First,for each fixed approximation parameter δ and very general condition on P (ρ),we establish the existence of entropy solutions for the Cauchy problem (1.1) with bounded initial date (1.4). Second,letting=o(δ),we obtain a complete proof of the H-1loc compactness of weak entropy pairs of system (1.2) in the form η(ρ,u) =ρH(ρ,u) given in Chen-LeFloch (2003). Finally,for the conditions of P(ρ) given in Chen-LeFloch (2003),applied to the results in Theorems 1 and 2,we obtain the global existence of entropy solutions for the Cauchy problem (1.2) with bounded initial date (1.4).  相似文献

The existent, uniqueness and regularities of the generalized global solution and classical global solution of the problems are proved. We study the stability and the convergence for a class of relaxing numerical schemes for conservation laws. Following the approach recently proposed by S. Jin and Z. Xin we use a semilinear local relaxation approximation, with a stiff lower order term, and we construct some numerical first and second order accurate algorithms, which are uniformly bounded in the L and BV norms with respect to the relaxation parameter. 本文在交错网格的情况下 ,利用 Gauss型求积公式构造了一类不需解 Riemann问题的求解一维单个双曲守恒律的二阶显式 Gauss型差分格式 ,证明了该格式在CFL条件限制下为 TVD格式 ,并证明了这类格式的收敛性 ,然后将格式推广到方程组的情形 .由于在交错网格的情况下构造的这类差分格式 ,不需要求解 Riemann问题 ,因此这类格式与诸如 Harten等的 TVD格式相比具有如下优点 :由于不需要完整的特征向量系 ,因此可用于求解弱双曲方程组 ,计算更快、编程更加简便等 .  相似文献

In this paper we study the asymptotic nonlinear stability of discrete shocks of the relaxing scheme for approximating the general system of nonlinear hyperbolic conservation laws. The existence of discrete shocks is established by suitable manifold construction, and it is shown that weak single discrete shocks for such a scheme are nonlinearly stable in , provided that the sums of the initial perturbations equal zero. These results should shed light on the convergence of the numerical solution constructed by the relaxing scheme for the single shock solution of the system of hyperbolic conservation laws. These results are proved by using both a weighted norm estimate and a characteristic energy method based on the internal structures of the discrete shocks.

We present a streamline diffusion shock capturing spacetime discontinuous Galerkin (DG) method to approximate nonlinear systems of conservation laws in several space dimensions. The degrees of freedom are in terms of the entropy variables and the numerical flux functions are the entropy stable finite volume fluxes. We show entropy stability of the (formally) arbitrarily high order accurate method for a general system of conservation laws. Furthermore, we prove that the approximate solutions converge to the entropy measure valued solutions for nonlinear systems of conservation laws. Convergence to entropy solutions for scalar conservation laws and for linear symmetrizable systems is also shown. Numerical experiments are presented to illustrate the robustness of the proposed schemes.  相似文献

We consider a class of numerical schemes for optimal control problems of hyperbolic conservation laws. We focus on finite-volume schemes using relaxation as a numerical approach to the optimality system. In particular, we study the arising numerical schemes for the adjoint equation and derive necessary conditions on the time integrator. We show that the resulting schemes are in particular asymptotic preserving for both, the adjoint and forward equation. We furthermore prove that higher-order time-integrator yields suitable Runge-Kutta schemes. The discussion includes the numerically interesting zero relaxation case.  相似文献
