The condensation of various nonaromatic amines with ethyl N-{[4-(4-methoxyphenyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]methyl}oxamate prepared from [4-(4-methoxyphenyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]methanamine and diethyl oxalate afforded the corresponding N,N'-disubstituted oxamides. N-Aryloxamides were synthesized by the reaction of [4-(4-methoxyphenyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]methanamine with ethyl N-aryloxamates. The condensation of N-{[4-(4-methoxyphenyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]methyl}succinamic acid with primary amines gave N,N'-disubstituted siccinamides.  相似文献

Intramolecular cyclization of 4-aryl-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamides on heating in polyphosphoric acid afforded 8-aryl-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[3,2-b]azepin-5-ones and 5-aryl-1-(thiophen-3-yl)pyrrolidin-2-ones. Cyclofunctionalization of the title compounds with (chlorosulfanyl)benzene and 4-(chlorosulfanyl)-toluene led to the formation of 8-aryl-7-arylsulfanyl-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[3,2-b]azepin-5-ones or their mixtures with 5-aryl-4-arylsulfanyltetrahydrofuran-2-ones. 1-(Chlorosulfanyl)-4-nitrobenzene reacted with 4-(4-methylphenyl)-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamide and 4-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamide to give 5-(4-methylphenyl)-4-(4-nitrophenylsulfanyl)-1-(thiophen-3-yl)pyrrolidin-2-one and 5-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-(4-nitrophenylsulfanyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-one, respectively.  相似文献

Two pairs of amino-acid functionalized poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) derivatives, namely, poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Boc-Met) and poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Boc-Met); poly(L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Met) and poly(D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Met) were synthesized via chemical oxidative polymerization of corresponding monomers. The structural characterization, spectroscopic properties and thermal stability of these monomers and polymers were systematically explored by FTIR spectra, Raman spectra, XRD spectra, UV-Vis spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. As chiral electrode materials, these polymers were employed to successfully recognize 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA) enantiomers by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in sulphuric acid solution. The measurement results reveal that the tendency was hetero-chiral interaction between L-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and D-DOPA, D-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and L-DOPA, respectively. Also, the mechanism of chiral discrimination was discussed. All the results implied that the combination of electrochemical molecular recognition technology and chiral PEDOT materials can be a promising approach for chiral recognition and may open new opportunities for facile, biocompatible, sensitive and robust chiral assays in biochemical applications.  相似文献

Three-component heterocyclizations of trifluoro-N-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide, trifluoro-N-pheny-N-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide, and trifluoro-N,N-di(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide with formaldehyde and sodium azide afforded N-{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}-, N-{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}-N-phenyl-, and N,N-bis{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}trifluoromethanesulfonamides as the major products together with minor 1-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole isomers.  相似文献

N-Allyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides in reactions with polyphosphoric acid, with N-halosuccinimides in chloroform, and with (chlorosulfanyl)benzenes in nitromethane in the presence of lithium perchlorate underwent cyclization involving the N-allylamide fragment to give 4-[5-methyl(halomethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5-amines and 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates, respectively. Analogous reactions of N-propargyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides with polyphosphoric acid afforded 4-(5-methyloxazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines, and with (chlorosulfanyl) benzenes, 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methylidene]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates.  相似文献

N-Substituted 5-nitrosoquinolin-8-amines were synthesized for the first time by amination of 5-nitrosoquinolin-8-ol with primary aliphatic amines. The amination of 5-nitrosoquinolin-8-ol with hexamethylenediamine afforded N1,N6-bis(5-nitrosoquinolin-8-yl)hexane-1,6-diamine. The resulting nitrosoquinolinamines were reduced with hydrazine hydrate over Pd/C to N8-alkylquinoline-5,8-diamines and N1,N6-bis-(5-aminoquinolin-8-yl)hexane-1,6-diamine.  相似文献

Tropylium, xanthylium, and tritylium salts characterized by different stabilities differently reacted with biologically active amines. The reactions of tropylium perchlorate and tetrafluoroborate with 4-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)aniline was accompanied by hydrolysis of the N-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl) derivative, the N-xanthenyl derivative underwent dehydrogenation, whereas tritylium perchlorate failed to react with 4-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)aniline. The reactions of pyrimidin-2-amine with tropylium, xanthylium, and tritylium salts afforded products of substitution of one hydrogen atom in the amino group with high yields. The N-substituted pyrimidin-2-amine derivatives were stable, and neither their dehydrogenation nor hydrolysis was observed.  相似文献

Previously unknown 1-[2-aryl(quinolin-2-yl)ethenyl]-3-[aryl(quinolin-2-yl)]benzo[f]quinolines and 3-aryl-1-(2-arylethenyl)-4,7-phenanthrolines were synthesized by reactions of 1-methylbenzo[f]quinolines and 1-methyl-4,7-phenanthrolines with substituted N-benzylideneanilines and N-(quinolin-2-ylmethylidene)aniline on heating in dimethylformamide in the presence of potassium hydroxide.  相似文献

1-Benzoyl-2-phenylacetylene reacted with N-(carbamimidoyl)thiourea in glacial acetic acid saturated with 20% HBr to give (4,6-diphenyl-2H-1,3-thazin-2-ylidene)guanidine hydrobromide. The reaction of the same compounds in anhydrous ethanol in the presence of sodium ethoxide led to the formation of N-(4,6-diphenylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea. Bis(3-oxo-1,3-diphenylprop-1-en-1-yl) sulfide and 1-benzoyl-2-ethylsulfanyl-2-phenylethylene were isolated in the reactions of 1-benzoyl-2-phenylacetylene with N-(carbamimidoyl)thiourea and N-(carbamimidoyl)-S-ethylisothiuronium bromide, respectively, in anhydrous methanol.  相似文献

N-(Quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carboxamide was prepared by the coupling of quinoline-6-amine with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in propan-2-ol. Treatment of the product with excess Р2S5 in anhydrous pyridine gave N-(quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carbothioamide which was oxidized with potassium ferricyanide in an alkaline medium by the Jakobson procedure to obtain 2-(furan-2-yl)thiazolo[5,4-f]quinoline. The latter was subjected to electrophilic substitution reactions (nitration, bromination, formylation, and acylation), as well as characteristic nucleophilic substitution involving the quinoline ring and quaternization with methyl iodide in benzene.  相似文献

Reaction of N-ethoxycarbonyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with meta-cloroperbenzoic acid leads to the corresponding 2-[1-o-(3-chlorobenzoyl)-2-hydroxycyclopent-1-yl]anilines. 5-(2-Acetylaminophenyl)-5-oxopentanic or 6-oxohexanic acids are formed as main products in the reaction of N-acetyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with m-chloroperbenzoic acid in CH2Cl2. N-Acetyl-2-(1-cyclopenten-1-yl)-3,6-dimethylaniline is an exception in this series since its reaction stops at the stage of epoxide formation.  相似文献

N-(Polychloroethylidene)arene-and -trifluoromethanesulfonamides reacted with indole and N-substituted indoles to give the corresponding N-[2,2-dichloro(or 2,2,2-trichloro)-1-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-substituted sulfonamides. Unlike N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide, less electrophilic N-(poly-chloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides failed to react with 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-indole. Previously unknown N,N’-bis(2,2-dichloroethylidene)biphenyl-4,4’-disulfonamide reacted with 1-benzyl-1H-indole at both azomethine fragments. Likewise, reactions of 1,6-bis(1H-indol-1-yl)hexane and 1,4-bis(1H-indol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene with N-sulfonyl trichloroacetaldehyde imines involved both indole rings in the former.  相似文献

Methylation of 5(6)-nitro-1H-benzimidazole with methyl iodide in the presence of potassium hydroxide and N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one gave a mixture of isomeric 1-methyl-5-nitro- and 1-methyl-6-nitro-1H-benzimidazoles which were reduced with tin in concentrated aqueous HCl on heating. The resulting amines reacted with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one to give furan-2-carboxamides which were treated with excess P2S5 in pyridine. Oxidation of isomeric furan-2-carbothioamides with K3[Fe(CN)6] in alkaline medium afforded a mixture of intramolecular cyclization products, 2-(furan-2-yl)-6-methyl-6H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole and 2-(furan-2-yl)-8-methyl-8H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole which were separated by column chromatography and identified.  相似文献

N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides react with 1H-pyrrole and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole to give the corresponding N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]arenesulfonamides. The reaction of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide with pyrrole leads to a mixture of 2-mono-and 2,5-disubstituted pyrroles, whereas in the reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole only the 2-substituted compound is formed. N-(2,2-Dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide reacts with 1H-pyrrole to form N-[2,2-dichloro-2-phenyl-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and its reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole gives a mixture of 2-and 3-monosubstituted derivatives. The results of quantum-chemical calculations of the initial reactants and products indicate that the process is orbital-controlled. A good agreement is observed between the experimental data and theoretical conclusions concerning the dependence of the reaction regioselectivity on the nature of substituents in the electrophile molecule.  相似文献

New nitro and sulfonamide derivatives of [1,3,4]thiadiazolo[3,2-a]quinazolin-5-one have been synthesized by cyclocondensation of 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amines with 2-halobenzoyl chlorides containing electron-withdrawing substituents in positions 3, 4, and 5. An improved procedure has been proposed for the preparation of intermediate 2-fluoro-N-(5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)benzamides containing a sulfamoyl group in the 5-position via selective acylation of 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine with 5-chlorosulfonyl-2-fluorobenzoyl chloride, followed by sulfonylation of amines.  相似文献

Accessible 2,2-dichloro-1-p-tolylsulfonylethenyl isothiocyanate reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give 5-chloro-2-hydrazino-4-p-tolylsulfonyl-1,3-thiazole whose reactions with thiols and amines followed a complicated pattern. Treatment of 5-chloro-2-hydrazino-4-p-tolylsulfonyl-1,3-thiazole with acetylacetone led to the formation of previously unknown 5-chloro-2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-p-tolylsulfonyl-1,3-thiazole which reacted with O-, S-, and N-centered nucleophiles at the C5 atom with high regioselectivity.  相似文献

2,5-Bis(furan-2-yl)-1H-imidazole was synthesized by the Weidenhagen reaction of [2-(furan-2-yl)-2-oxoethyl]acetate with furfural. Alkylation of the title compound with methyl iodide in acetone in the presence of potassium hydroxide gave a mixture of isomeric N-methyl derivatives, 2,5-bis(furan-2-yl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazole being the major one. Electrophilic substitution reactions of the latter (nitration, bromination, sulfonation, hydroxymethylation, and acylation) were studied.  相似文献
